Clean, easy going, tidy, friendly Hi :) I'll be moving to Brisbane from Adelaide to work as a Veterinarian in late Nov 2016. I will be working a lot but also be new to QLD so will still enjoy chatting, having a laugh, friendly banter and joining in on any household activities occasionally as well as enjoying my own space too and keeping very busy with work and study. I've lived in a share house with 3 males for 2.5 years so I know how to respect and tolerate others. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends, running, hiking and cooking. I have a 25kg, 18 month old mixed breed dog (called Mowgli) with me. He never barks and is friendly with dogs, people and children. He lives outside while people are working but inside at night when I am home. He has done obedience training and has very good manners, although he is energetic and enthusiastic. He will sit at doors until you enter if asked and will stay out of any areas you don't want him to be, if you let him know. He also loves to cuddle and knows some tricks :) He is walked for at least an hour (by me) every day, is well trained an very well loved by all. If necessary I can provide references for him from my current housemates. I am generous, open minded and easy going with a sense of humor but also tidy, clean, respectful. I can am pretty tolerant but I generally appreciate cleanliness as the default and happy to contribute my fair share. I'm looking for somewhere pet friendly with a decent sized fully fenced yard walking distance to a park or the kedron brook bikeway with at least 2 friendly, relaxed but clean and tidy people.
Hi there my names Kororia, I'm 22 and currently working night shifts 5nights a week. Im tidy, easygoing and don't mind helping out around the house. I enjoy cooking and having a glass of red wine now and then. During the weekends I like to head out for a hike or beach days. I'm easy to talk to but if you prefer your space I won't interrupt you. Looking for somewhere tidy and close to public transport as I am currently relying on it. Also I'm looking for a room with an ensuite if possible for $180 - $200 p/w. Cheers
Jake works 8-4:30 for BUPA in the CBD. He keeps to himself, is tidy and would rather stay in playing video games than going out on the weekend. Drew works shift work for Miss Kay's and keeps to himself at home. Jake has a car and Drew relies on public transport. Both of us go to Goodlife on Queen Street and we usually do meal preps of 2-3 days worth of meals at a time. We're both Xbox people and have a washing machine and full kitchen, lounge and dining set ups ready to move. We're looking for a third so we can move somewhere a bit bigger than our current unit that also happens to be closer to a train line. We're after 3-4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1-2 garage. We need to give 4 weeks' notice to our current landlord.
I am 19 and currently looking to move out of my family home with my cat Saskia (or Sassy). Ideally, I am looking inner North or North-West Brisbane. I am a waitress at a local restaurant and have mainly worked in the hospitality industry. I 'm pretty cheerful and social, but also like keeping to myself. I enjoy going out for hikes, drinks and live music frequently. I read, chill out and listen to music a lot at home. I am a neat and organised individual; as too is my cat. She is not a feisty, but playful feline but she won't give cuddles. I have lived in a share home previously and am a very respectable roommate.
Spare room in my apartment has become available - URGENTLY need someone to start moving in over the next couple of weeks who is happy to take over the other half of the lease (runs out February next year). Whole unit is furnished apart from your room. Neighbours are really good, we've had a few parties and no complaints or anything. No random dogs barking until all hours of the night either! Pretty much new unit, carpeted bedrooms, huge balcony - very modern and spacious. Room has wardrobe and you'll have your own bathroom and secure car park. $200 a week excluding bills. There is unlimited internet already hooked up too.
Just looking at this point. I have an indoor cat who thinks his a dog and getting a pug pup when I can find a place that's suitable. I work 25 hrs a week secure and am a full time student too. Lived 'out of home' since I was 17 so have experience and not a slob (: I'm clean, quiet and love animals. Prefer to keep to myself after work but on weekends happy to have a chat (:
Dear future flatmates, My name is David. I'm a student, working part-time, and tend to keep to myself. I'm happy to socialise, however, and enjoy a chat, but I'm not much of a party person, valuing peace and quiet above all. I am reliable and respectful, clean and courteous. You'll find me recommended by past landlords and flatmates (references available upon request). My interests are literature, music and film, and I also love to travel (though don't get to do it nearly enough). I'm a non-smoker with extensive experience sharing accommodation with others. I hope to find a place soon, hopefully partly- or fully-furnished. Thanks
Hi guys! I'm Sam, and I'm currently studying Education full-time at QUT Kelvin Grove. I currently live an hour and half away on public transport from uni, so I'm looking for something closer to uni. I work part-time and play sport on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings! I'm tidy and like to keep to myself, but I'm always up for chill evenings and the occasional night out.
I'm a 23 year old male looking for a room of my own in a share house. I'm quiet and happy to do my own thing but also super friendly and like to socialise. I'm neat and tidy and respectful of others, you could say I'm share house trained and very easy going. I'd like to bring my pet lizard with me, she lives in a tank and could stay in my room. Looking to move as soon as possible, not really fussed about length of the lease.
Hi I am looking for an easy- going person to share my unit with. There is currently one room available. I am mature, understanding and a quiet person. I understand the need for privacy. I am usually at work, you would only see me two days a week.
Hi there A little info on the house... Rent includes all bills and off street parking space.Couples considered...

Hello all, Am looking to rent out the spare room in a bottom floor 2 bed unit in stafford that I am currently leasing. There is approx 9 months remaining on the lease with an option to renew for an additional 12 months. The unit is fantastic. Contemporary pallet (a lot of white), white tiled floors in living area and kitchen with carpet bedrooms. The room has mirrored cabinets with ample room and you would have a bathroom with bathtub to yourself. Nice turfed outdoor area with clothes line. Unit is fully furnished with the exception of the spare room. (So you would need to bring a bed) Have foxtel wired up, complex has a pool and secure parking if you have a car. Close to elixer coffee and bus stops out the front on Webster road. Am a 30 year old male with business involvements in varied industries that keep me on the go and away from home during the week. If you enjoy having a quiet brew on a Friday night to wind down then we'll get along just fine. Pretty open minded to any applicants both male and female. Unfortunately please no smokers. No bond required. Split utilities. (Ill cover fox though). For any viewings please don't hesitate to call, SMS or email. Nick
You would be renting out one bedroom in a 3 bedroom house - the bedroom itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully equipped. You would also have your own bathroom to yourself. At this stage lease is until 26 Jan 2017 with possibility of extension The rest of the house includes a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor covered enternaining/BBQ area at the back. Off street parking is available. House is 150m from bus stop - with frequent services into CBD. Lots of cafes and shops nearby and easy access to Airport Link and CLEM7 tunnels.
Straight up, I'm a neat professional who is easy to get along with, enjoys a good laugh and pays my bills on time, I need a secure place to keep my motorcycle. The closer I can get to Windsor the better. I work 7:30-5:30 5 days a week and have my own bedroom furniture.
I work full time, gym a few times a week and play indoor soccer on Friday nights. My weekends are either insanely busy catching up with family and friends or spent unwinding at home. I enjoy live music and exploring new places. Looking for a clean, tidy, friendly, respectful and social house.
Looking for min. 2 bedroom grannyflat/unit for myself and 3yr old son. We like to keep busy and active, with myself working full time in Administration whilst Joel is in daycare.
Clean, social, like a few drinks but not interested in party house. Respectful, I work shift work. Need to find a roommate asap. Ideally I'm looking at a two bedroom unit but would like someone to go in on lease with me from move in date. Please only contact me if you are genuinely interested.
I'm Adam, I'm very friendly and social and enjoy making people laugh. I love sport and try and stay fairly fit and healthy and go to the gym a couple of times a week. Neat and tidy and cleans up after myself and looking for a happy and welcoming place to relax after a stressful day at work.
Hey! I'm Sharnie and I live in Chermside currently. I work as a permanent casual with fulltime hours in the horticulture industry and I'm looking for a house in the stafford/gordon park/kedron/lutwyche area. I cook and I am very clean, I also am super relaxed but love to have fun. Really easy going and generally don't have problems getting along with anyone :). I don't have much furniture or belongings, so I won't take up too much space. The only catch is that I have a small/medium dog, who I have attached a photo of on my profile. She is super well behaved and loves people. I'm looking to move in the next few weeks ideally. Let me know i'm the right fit!
hey! I am after a room to rent. I have all bedroom furniture. I am a super easy going girl who is nice and clean. I work in aged community care and studying part time online business course. I also regularly attend church (i'm a christian). I like to meet new people and experiencing new things. I love to cook and bake, don't go out partying and love animals. I am also interested in a team up with similar people to me :) Feel free to message me if you have a room that seems suitable to me.
Recently moved to Brisbane from Townsville for work. I am a clean & tidy housemate that respects people's personal space. I enjoy exploring brisbane and its surrounds in my spare time and listening to live bands whenever I can.
Caleb is very clean and tidy and will always be at work (got his p's) and Tyler will have a tafe course to be at and work. We both are really needed a suitable place and looking to move near/around december. We are good mates as well. We both like sports, games, and like going to the pub every now and again.
I'm a vibrant and bubbly young woman with a full time job. I am an only child, which means I very much enjoy my own time in my bubble (my room). I am a quite clean person, as I cant stand dirty surroundings. I consider myself quite A-Okay at cooking and will offer a cook for clean deal as I HATE cooking for 1 person. I'm very social so I'm often not home. I wouldn't consider myself a party animal, but I spend most of my Fridays at my local where they offer $4 vodka/rum and would LOVE to have a housemate that would enjoy accompanying me every so often, or someone who is keen to have a few to many at home and just lie around talking kaka. I do have 2 boyfriends, one being my real boyfriend and the other my best friend, so no creepers.
21 year old male, working part time while studying. Clean and cook, have own transport, fairly handy as i have worked as a TA for numerous mechanic shops as well as experience with carpentry and cabinetmaking. Love going to the gym and spending time outside, also very animal friendly!
I'm super easy-going, happy to hang out or do my own thing. I work at Stafford in retail, so I'm hoping to move closer there. I've moved heaps during my life but I'm originally from Canberra. I'm a gamer at heart, and that's generally what you'll find me doing, but I love exploration and doing new things as well. The next thing I want to do is bungee jumping.
I can be sociable as long as I have my own space. I can keep to myself as well. No kids no pets. Drug and smoke free. I like visitors but hate party houses. Love weekend markets, road trips and the beach so sometimes home, sometimes not.
