I have my own gardening business and work Monday to Friday. I am an early riser almost every day. On the weekends I tend to keep fairly busy with everything from going out for social drinks and dinner to running, cycling, swimming and hiking(I am training for Marathons and Triathlons). I am not a "slob" but I am by no means a "neat freak". I do like my place to be clean and tidy and expect my housemates to at least make an effort to be clean and tidy. I have a house full of furniture(fridge, washing machine, bed etc.). I have interstate guests visit me once or twice a year for a few nights. I would prefer to live with someone who is a little bit social. I have been living alone for about 12 years and don't really like it anymore. Plus its a lot to handle financially on my own. Ultimately I am looking to move into a place somewhere on the north side of Brisbane and have someone move in with me. If you are interested, please send me a message.

Hey! Maggie, 21, looking to find a place for me and my little Aussie Shepherd! Easy going, working and studying in Early Childhood so that keeps me super busy during the week. Weekends consist of taking my dog to the creek/beach and on general adventures. Generally keep to myself but always down for a chat/drink/Netflix binge and a good hangout! Sailor is a super chill 9 month old Australian Shepherd, well-trained, loves a good run and is very social with all people and dogs. Looking for a place that has a fully fenced backyard for her as she hangs outside while I slave away at work! She's my main priority so you'd have to love her too! Am open to teaming up or already established houses. Keen to hear from you :)
I'm an easygoing and friendly chick 😊 21 years old, study fulltime and work parttime 30hrs/wk - both in the CBD Happy to be social with you but am also laid back and will respect your personal space. Very clean, responsible, and organised, so you won't have to worry about my mess lying around! Usually busy throughout the week with work and uni, and most weekends I stay over at my boyfriends place or am out and about with friends, not a huge party-animal but I don't mind a few drinks on the weekend to unwind Looking to move in with like-minded and friendly housemates with positive fun vibes around end-September into inner-city Northside/Westside fringe suburbs Feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to have a chat and meet up if our requirements match 😊

*** Update 16/08: I have recently teamed up with another girl from Flatmates and we're currently seeking either 2 spare rooms in a share house, or 2-3 other girls to join us in establishing a new share house. Please contact me to discuss :) *** Hey! I’m looking for a room in a share house located within 15 minutes drive to the Chermside area. I currently work full-time on the Northside of Brisbane. I will be studying full time at ACU and working in 2019. I'm friendly, respectful, clean, love a chat and also enjoy my downtime. When I'm not working I like to exercise, read, travel, socialise, visit cafes and churches, and volunteer. I have a sweet 3-year-old dog who is very loving and offers many cuddles. It would be great for her to move in with us but I understand if it's not possible! I'm flexible with move-in dates and care more about joining or starting a house with the right people and a great house dynamic :) Also open to team-up with others to find a new place so don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like to chat further! Thanks :)
I’m a pretty easy going, tidy and respectful housemate. I would choose dinner and a few drinks over the party scene now. I’m quite into my health and fitness and work full time office hours in the city. Enjoy getting out doors and catching up with friends and family on weekends.
I'm Melli a biomedical engineering student from Germany. I am doing an internship starting September 28th. The laboratory I will work for is based in Brisbane, Chermside. I am a very friendly, helpful and talkative housemate. I am used to live in a shared apartment and like it very much. At the moment I’m living with two girls in a house. We love to cook together in the evenings or watch movies. Sometimes we are doing some sports outside, for instance running or swimming. It would be great if you could get back on me asap if you want a open minded and optimistic flatmate like myself. If you have further questions do not hesitate in contacting me! I’m happy to hear from you soon, best wishes Melli
Single double bedroom available for a female in a beautiful Townhouse. The house is big , renovated recently, bright and nice, fully furniture, brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom, builts inn, internet included. great atmosphere, clean and tidy at all times. You will share the house with a full time female worker and a full time female student, so we would prefer to live with a respectful and clean female who studies or works full time. We enjoy having a nice dinner and sometimes go out to the movies or have a drink and will love to share our house with someone we can be friends with as well. Transport is convenient, buses coming from and to the city are just a few minutes away. Parking available in front of house or off-street
Key points: - I have two wonderful fur-babies, Molly and Finn my two kitty cats! So potential housemates need to at least be able to tolerate cats! - I’d preferably like to share with one other only, but happy to go up to a maximum of 2 other housemates - I’d love a place with a dishwasher (see below!), a bath, and an outdoor area for the cats - Bedroom needs to be unfurnished. I can bring just bedroom/bathroom items OR up to a 1-bedroom worth of furniture (lounges, TV, display cupboards, desk, spare single bed, kitchenware, etc.) Although I’m quite the introvert, so require quite a bit of time to myself to recharge, I can actually hold a conversation with anyone about pretty much anything! Some like to call us extroverted introverts - I really don’t like labels to be honest - basically I’m pretty quiet, like to chill on my own or with my fur-babies, but equally like to chat with housemates, or share a wine or a meal from time to time. I am very tidy! I wouldn’t say I’m a clean freak at all - e.g. rental property MUST have a dishwasher! - but I do like a tidy, quite minimalist living arrangement. I’m the opposite of a hoarder. Speaking of that, I can move into an existing share-house with as little or as much furniture as needed. I’m actually thinking of selling the majority of my stuff, and just moving what I need for a bedroom/bathroom and to cook and look after my cats. My goal for approx. 6 years time (significant birthday!) is to be living in a ‘tiny home on wheels’ preferably somewhere on the Sunny Coast or Northern NSW - think Kingscliff. I usually work full-time for Queensland Health - in the past far too many hours - however, right now, I am on some extended paid leave. Therefore I am at ‘home’ more often than I normally would be. I love my fur-babies, chocolate, coffee, food, reading, movies, cryptic crosswords, yoga, sunshine, sunshine, sunshine, a comfy bed and a nice lie-in, discovering a great new cafe (with fingers crossed amazing coffee - few and far between lately), and just generally aiming to travel through life as relaxed as possible*. *Note: this is a work in progress! If you’ve read this far, you may not have a lot of questions, but please contact me if you do, or if you think you might have a suitable living situation for me! Cheers. :-)

Hey there! I'm 19, I'm a nice guy who's studying computer science, I'm a pretty tidy guy, am willing to have a chat, get to know people! I've lived in a couple of share houses, so I'm used to the share housing scheme of things so I'd settle in really well. Look forward to hearing from you!
I a happy, laid back person and I own a miniature dachshund named Floyd who has a huge personality :) he’s an indoor dog and sleeps in my bed. He’s house trained although I don’t trust him in others bedrooms filled with lots of different smells as he may mark his territory. I’m very responsible with him and won’t allow him to do such things!!! I’ve lived in lots of share houses before and I’m very respectful of others and their space but also love a chat and a drink. I have just signed a contract to sell my home, need to be out August 31st and looking for a place for me and my little man to stay while we find a new house to buy. Hoping to make an offer on a house in Stafford at the end of the week but it has a 60-90 days settlement maybe longer as there are delays with council. If that offer is unsuccessful need time to look and buy something else (usually there’s a 30 days settlement).
