Hi! I'm Maddy and I'm an RN at the RBWH. So if you hurt yourself, I'm a great roomie 👌🏼 Looking to hopefully move at the end of February/start of march. Would like to stay in close proximity to the hospital and if there are some other Royal/Charlies nurses out there keen to get a place together that would be great! I'm a neat and tidy person who loves to cook and bake (brownies, cookies, you name it) and loves a good cheese platter and wine. (Usually I do it by myself, but with friends is better #singlelife) I know how to be quiet, but also don't mind having a chat and a laugh on the couch in my pj's eating pizza. If you haven't worked it out by now, I really enjoy food. Oh and I don't smoke. My prerequisites for a new place would that I get the garage/undercover car space and potentially my own bathroom if it is more than 2 bedrooms, but I'm not picky, as long as you're neat and tidy! If you're looking to move at this time, chuck me a message!
I am a social person who likes a chat, but I also value my privacy and quite downtime. I have been living in share accommodation for the past 4 months, and believe that I am a tidy and easy going person to live with. I am currently in between jobs, but am actively looking for work, I am currently on Centrelink payments. While I am 17, I will turn 18 in January. I have been told that I am mature for my age, which my current housemates would agree with.
Trying to get my priorities right, one of which includes moving closer to the northside so I can enjoy a few more extra minutes of sleep - because everyone knows that a nurse enjoys that head to pillow-shut-eye time. I'll happily raise my hand and admit that I am a happy little extrovert, because I love meeting new people and have been sharing and caring since I was ten. Just to elaborate on that a bit, I was at boarding school, then did a bit of backpacking, decided I wanted to use my head again which involved living on campus at college whilst at uni and well now I am here in a share house looking to share again. Don't fret though I know the classic signs and symptoms of someone that needs their own space and will happily oblige. I try and make the most of my days off and am always up for an adventure, whether that is a market trip, off for some vitamin D and sea, trying to complete a 1000 piece puzzle or discovering funky new nooks and crannies to eat, drink or watch movies at. If you have any questions just type away. (ps there are 2 of us so looking for two rooms, pls)

Hi potential roomates! Im Jess and looking for a room to rent around the Everton park area (and surrounding) i have lived in share houses before but decided to move to Bundaberg for a year to be closer to family, however time to move back to the city! Im easy going! And love to be social but at the same time respect the need for people to have their own space and time (myself included) ideally if i could find a furnished room that would be a bonus! :) Im currently in Bali at the moment teaching english but will be returning to Brisbane on the 18th of December, and am able to move in ASAP. Thanks.
I'm looking for 2 singles or a couple to team up and rent out this amazing townhouse with me! There is a secure parking spot up for grabs, otherwise I believe there are visitor parking spots available! If you are a couple, you will have a whole bathroom to yourself! For 3 people living in the house (including me) it'll be $150/week of rent and bills will be split evenly between us. I have lived in this very street before, it is a nice and quiet street, super short walking distance to a big park and bike tracks that can take you to the city or further north. I absolutely loved going for bike rides around the area. 2 minute drive to Stafford City shopping centre - all your general shopping needs are there - Bunnings, food places, Everton Park shops not too far from home either! Let me know if you are interested and we can meet up together to check out the place. I'd love to move in by mid to late January if I find the right people who are keen to move in with me! You must be a clean and reliable roomate, on time with bills, no party animals etc - just the usual! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask me!
Well, this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to house sharing, so I hope I make a good flat mate.... I'm quiet and respectful, clean and tidy, I love to have a good old chat and have a wine or two of an evening with dinner - but I won't be in your face 24/7 and I'd hope you're not in mine. My hobbies include TV watching (various things and definitely some trash TV), hanging out with friends on the weekends (brunnnnnnnch!), drinks on a Friday night and going to the beach most weekends - as an ex-Melbourne girl good beaches are still somewhat of a novelty for me. At the moment I work full time, and in the new year I will be leaving my current job and commencing part time work as I'll be continuing studying (Nursing), so between work and uni 2017 is going to be busy. I come with stuff too if we need it, like a washing machine, fridge, couch and kitchen items, but I'm also happy to find storage for these things if need be. I lovvvvvvvvvvvvve to cook and bake so if you like cookies I'm your girl! In a nutshell I'm looking for someone I can be friends with and live with I'd love to live with someone similar!
I am a very tidy and considerate person, I don't like to make a lot of noise. I like to eat healthy and keep fit. I am very outdoorsy, so I am always off on an adventure. I have a cute mini foxy who will sleep outside or inside and has the best personality.
STAFFORD, what a ripper location. Close to all major amenities such as STAFFORD City Shopping Centre, Chermside Westfield, several different bus routes to the city, close to the Airport Link tunnel entrance on Stafford Road, 15 mins to the Airport, 15 mins to the Bruce Highway and 15 mins to the CBD. The house is a 3 bedroom Queenslander that has been fully renovated inside and out set mid way up the street on a hill with fractional city views, views to the south and high enough to enjoy the afternoon breeze. THE COMMON AREAS: The living areas are large and airy, with plenty of natural light. There is a large, fully fenced yard with a large covered outdoor area for entertaining. All areas are fully furnished so no need to bring anything for the lounge or kitchen areas. Kitchen and main living area is semi open plan and the main bathroom is large with a shower and bath. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine. The house comes with a reverse cycle air conditioner and heater and ceiling fans in every room. THE ROOM: Big enough for a Queen sized bed if desired – unfortunately this is not supplied but happy for you to bring any sized bed which suits you. There are built-in wardrobes and the room has 2 large windows for letting the beautiful Brisbane sun and air in. Also, a ceiling fan is in place. Included in the rent is Internet usage. Off street parking is available. All bills are split equally amongst the tenants and must be paid on time.
I'm fairly quiet and a considerate housemate. I have lived with lots of different housemates and moved more times than I care to remember. So I'm very adaptable. I like my own space to just relax but I also enjoy having someone around to have a chat. Certainly enjoy the occasional Friday night wine and getting out of the house on a weekend. Definitely don't party too much anymore but I'm always up for a fun social activity. I like to cook meals during the week and try to eat relatively healthy. Always cook too much so would love a housemate to share a family meal with a few nights a week. Work full time Monday to Friday in Enoggera so looking to stay in the area nearby. During the week I like to keep fit and have sporting commitments 3 to 4 nights a week so would be out most of the time. Would prefer a room not too small with a good sized wardrobe, a little bit of storage sapce and my own bathroom or ensuite would be amazing, but honestly I'm pretty easy so not too picky.
Fun, energetic person looking for a new roommate to move in to my place at Stafford, or start new tenancy elsewhere from Feb onward. Working in realestate 6 days a week so always busy with work and infrequently around to annoy you. On my days off I am likely to head out somewhere maybe to the beach, maybe out for a sunday sesh. Im a keen cook, when I'm home early enough, but also eat out frequently. Quite simply a busy chick looking for easygoing down to earth roommate that preferably won't try on my underwear while I'm not home. feel free to email me
Looking for a new roommate share this three bedroom townhouse in Stafford. GREAT LOCATION, close proximity to transport/shops, 13 minute drive to the city. Air-conditioning, separate bathroom, you can use third bedroom as storage also.
**Message me for more detailed pictures if you would like to see more of the house/rooms. I have now updated the photos of the advertised room now that it is vacant. The house is located on the Northside (Stafford Heights) and is perfect for both students and full time workers as it's quite central, with a 20 minute travel time to the CBD. In regards to public transport, there's a bus stop right on the main road (3 minutes from the house) and the Alderley train station only a 10 minute drive away. The house itself has a nice city view from the veranda, and has air-conditioning in both kitchen, living room, and each bedroom.
I'm very easy going, very positive. i have abit of a routine with work and training but i can easily adapt to different types of living styles. I have my own car and can fix anyone's car if they like. i'm a great cook, and can motivate you to get into shape if you like. i'm a mechanic during the week (Mon-Sat) I train MMA five nights a week. And i'm an Uber driver during the weekend.
Hi everybody, I am renting this lovely room in my 4-double bedroom house in Stafford. Every room has its own en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, double bed, air conditioning, a desk, a chair, shelves etc., so it works perfectly for a single person as well as for a couple. We share a very large living room/kitchen with couches and a large TV where you'll have your own drawers and a full fridge for yourself!!! (We have three fridges) You can find the Stafford Shopping Centre within 2 min walk (Woolworths, Aldi, BigW, Bunnings, Hoyts Cinema, McDonalds, etc.). We are also conveniently located at 2 min walking distance from several bus stops that go towards the city (20 minutes ride, buses # 375, 335, 325, 353 and others...). The other people living in the house are one girl and three guys, all of us working and studying, aged 25 to 35. We are all easy-going and we enjoy a chat or a drink every now and then, so you will join in a friendly environment. Nevertheless, we all wake up around 6am most days so we try to keep the house quite after 11pm as a rule. Any gender is welcome but preferred female to make equilibrium in the house, 18 to 35 years old. You must be respectful with the other housemates and clean after yourself when you use the common area. This is necessary. Smoking is allowed only outside in the verandah. The rent is $170/week, or $210/week for a couple, and it includes all bills as well as Wi-Fi ADSL. A four-week bond is required upon entrance. For any question or to arrange an inspection txt me (Francesco). I will get back to you ASAP.
You would be renting out one bedroom in a 3 bedroom house - the bedroom itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully equipped. You would also have your own bathroom to yourself. Amenities include dishwasher, espresso machine, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, wi-fi broadband internet. At this stage lease is until end of July 2017 with possibility of extension The rest of the house includes a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor covered enternaining/BBQ area at the back. Off street parking is available. House is 150m from bus stop - with frequent services into CBD. Lots of cafes and shops nearby and easy access to Airport Link and CLEM7 tunnels. 2min drive to Prince Charles Hospital (or 15min walk). Off street parking available.
Hey guys, I'm a 27 year full-time teacher and university student studying my Masters. I'm tidy (but not a clean freak), respectful and a fun loving guy. I spend my time exercising, chilling with friends, traveling and drinking copious amounts of wine. Looking to move from my current sharehouse where I have lived with my two beautiful roomies for a wonderful two years in Windsor. My lease ends in Windsor on the 26th of January 2017, so looking to move around then, but I can be a bit flexible. You must be LGBTI friendly. If you're interested and would like to know more send me a message or let's have a chat. I'd love to hear from you! Cheers, Mark
Quiet, and well mannered. recently separated from my wife. Looking for a room, or preferably affordable place. I spent 20 years in building industry as a carpenter, so handy in that area. 8 years ago i had to stop work due to chronic fatigue. Unsure what my future is at moment. looking for 6 months min stay and then take it from their.
Note: Looking on behalf of myself AND my partner. My name is Georgia and I am a clean, reliable and independent house mate that is up for the odd chit chat or two but also mainly keeps to herself - bit on the quiet side at first but once you get to know me, I'm a bit of a talker! I work as a private Nanny in New Farm and I am an aspiring actress working and training in Brisbane and Gold Coast. More often than not, I am out of the house working and/or catching up with friends. I am very good with communication and always on time with rent/bills. I love to spend my free time seeing some great theatre out in Brisbane/GC and I love a good girly outing or two with good friends. I love to get out there and get active with some fun water sports during the summer, fitness/games/adventures/traveling! I'm looking for a private room with either shared or ensuite bathroom and a secure undercover parking spot for my car is a must! Would prefer to live within 20 minutes MAX. from city/New Farm which is where I work. *****Looking for $170 max. All bills and internet inclusive. ***** As a couple, around $250 max. Including all bills. Anywhere that isn't off a super busy main road too please! Thank you x
hi, My name is Julien,i am french. I am looking for a private large room in a share house without french because i need to improve my english. I want to stay for 6 months minimun. I work and I am going to start a business school in 2 weeks. I am a musician too, I play electronic music so I need a big room for my stuff. I like speaking but my english is not the best a the moment so you will understand I don’t need to be with french. I like cooking, In France I cooked a lot, I like sharing my experiences, playing music, pets… and I like when it’s clean :-) I hope my presentation is good. Can you please sent a few room’s pictures. Thank you for your time.
Hi! I am Alex, a 20 year old student and work full time. I study psych at ACU, and work in Youth work, so am away about 3 night a week. I am an experimental cook (sometimes it goes well, sometimes it doesn't...). I love getting up early for gym, and going to yoga, and trying to grow plants then giving up! I like a tidy home, but am no neat freak. Generally easy going. I am often exhausted on week days and will be quiet in my room, but would like a nice relationship with the people I live with and love a quiet drink here or there. I'm not interested in a party house, but obviously a home is somewhere you should feel comfortable and having people over is fine. Feel free to message me for more information!
I have a 2/12 year old staffy, she can be quiet at times but loves to jump around, she has puppy issues still which comes with the breed. Im not going to lie shes not perfect but i am looking for dog lovers that can accomodate to her needs. I will be home mostly as i study full time currently seeking work as i just moved from sydney Thanks
Looking for a large room or room with adjoining study for myself and my 11 year old son. I'm very easy going, live a healthy lifestyle. Need to move to reduce rent while I recover from breast cancer and an unfortunate relationship split (no drama or problems there - ties were cut several months ago). I have a very positive attitude, love to cook, can do extra cleaning as I'm not working full time. Getting back into fitness (running, yoga, bike rides etc.). My son is really quiet and polite and can share a room with me (two singles or a bunk in the same room). He has lived in shared accommodation before and is very considerate of others. Others have said they hardly notice him around the house. I am struggling to drive him a long distance to and from his school at Kedron. I have him with me week on/week off, and have an amicable relationship with his father. We like to live a quiet, relaxed lifestyle. In our down time we like to watch Netflix, and Will loves his xbox, soccer, and making videos. We love to play with our gorgeous mini-maltese x silky 12 month old dog who has been trained really well. I am training him to be a therapy dog. He gets along well with other pets and sleeps outdoors at night. He's pretty entertaining actually. Looking for somewhere to stay for a minimum of 6 months until I get back to full time work. I'm a Psychologist, currently not practicing, but doing some side work from home - helping people with job search/resumes - as well as some ad hoc work outside of the home. I'm a non drinker and non smoker. I'm social but also need my downtime/rest at the moment. Rarely have visitors as I meet friends out on occasion, and visit my family in Toowoomba for the weekend regularly on the weekends I have my son. Just looking for a place where we can lay low for a while until I get back on my feet. Very flexible in terms of where we stay and a move date. Prefer a place that isn't a party house. Can provide references. Thanks for considering us :)
I work full time, gym a few times a week and play indoor soccer on Friday nights. My weekends are either insanely busy catching up with family and friends or spent unwinding at home. I enjoy live music and exploring new places. Looking for a clean, tidy, friendly, respectful and social house.
Hello all, Am looking to rent out the spare room in a bottom floor 2 bed unit in stafford that I am currently leasing. There is approx 9 months remaining on the lease with an option to renew for an additional 12 months. The unit is fantastic. Contemporary pallet (a lot of white), white tiled floors in living area and kitchen with carpet bedrooms. The room has mirrored cabinets with ample room and you would have a bathroom with bathtub to yourself. Nice turfed outdoor area with clothes line. Unit is fully furnished with the exception of the spare room. (So you would need to bring a bed) Have foxtel wired up, complex has a pool and secure parking if you have a car. Close to elixer coffee and bus stops out the front on Webster road. Am a 30 year old male with business involvements in varied industries that keep me on the go and away from home during the week. If you enjoy having a quiet brew on a Friday night to wind down then we'll get along just fine. Pretty open minded to any applicants both male and female. Unfortunately please no smokers. No bond required. Split utilities. (Ill cover fox though). For any viewings please don't hesitate to call, SMS or email. Nick
Its a nice house - with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It got quite a nice backyard and a nice balcony out the back. It is 80% furnished - all the living spaces have furniture such as couches, kitchen table and chairs, television, etc). It is an older house, but it is currently being updated (new carpets, house getting painted, etc.). Photos coming soon :)
We're both people who like to keep things clean and orderly. We like to have roommate hangouts. We like board games, movies and just being chill with everyone. One of us is still studying in university while the other is starting work after having recently finished university. We would like to have house meals (cause we'll be doing that, and the more the merrier) and to support and be there for each other as roommates (and hopefully as friends down the road). Our criteria for a location is somewhere that isn't far from public transport to CBD area and within walking distance to a Coles/Woolies/Aldi. We're okay with moving anywhere within 2-3 zones out from the CBD, so our list of locations definitely does not cover everywhere. Our max budget per person would be $150 per week max (hence $300 in the listing) though our ideal amount would fall somewhere around 100-120 per week. We would like it best if utilities and internet are included in the rent amount or at least add up to our max amount. We don't have pets but wouldn't mind living with pets so long as they are being taken care of properly.

I am a full time veterinary nurse and I think I'm pretty easy to get along with. I enjoy quiet nights when working and a nice cold beer on my days off. My 2 dogs are getting old and they sleep pretty much all day. They are quiet and well behaved. I am happy to give you your own space or have a good chat if you are up for it!
