There's a separate toilet and you'll be sharing the bathroom with only one person (myself). Air con in the living and a private balcony, plenty of parking on the street. Stafford Shopping Centre is a mere 3 minutes away and Westfield Chermside 7 minutes. We're nestled on a very quiet street but well connected with plenty of buses including Express. I'm clean and quiet, respectful of other's space but I'm good for a chat too. Sometimes I work out (or rather pretend to) and occasionally I have friends come over for a weekend light meal or dinner but I mainly meet my friends out. I enjoy a good book, movies and mainly relaxing on my days off. There is a shy kitty living here. I'm looking for a long-term, responsible flatmate with good hygiene standards. Drug takers need not apply
Hi everybody, I am renting this lovely room in my 4-double bedroom house in Stafford. Every room has a double bed, side bed, air conditioning, shelves etc., so it works perfectly for a single person as well as for a couple. We share a very large living room/kitchen with couches and a large TV where you'll have your own drawers and a full fridge for yourself!!! (We have two fridges) You can find the Stafford Shopping Centre within 2 min walk (Woolworths, Aldi, BigW, Bunnings, Hoyts Cinema, McDonald's, etc.). We are also conveniently located at 2 min walking distance from several bus stops that go towards the city (20 minutes ride, buses # 375, 335, 325, 353 and others...). The other people living in the house are aged between 22 to 34. We are all easy-going and we enjoy a chat or a drink every now and then, so you will join in a friendly environment. Nevertheless, we all wake up around 6 am most days so we try to keep the house quiet after 11 pm as a rule. Any gender is welcome but preferred female to make equilibrium in the house, 18 to 35 years old. You must be respectful with the other housemates and clean after yourself when you use the common area. This is necessary. Smoking is allowed only outside. I’m quite and respectful of others privacy. I don’t mind cooking I’m my days off, though I’m no expert I can make a few decent meals. I like reading and writing. I clean up after myself and the general living space. I do have a cat. She’s 11 weeks old and will be desexed and fully vaccinated. She’s playful and likes to run around like a headless chicken. She can get over the top but is generally gentle and loves a good pat. I work in a burger restaurant at Everton park, my hours are generally between 10:45 and 11 pm. My hours change depending on when the other staff are available and so on.
I'm really respectful of privacy but always down for a drink or seven. I work part time and generally I'm pretty busy running errands and going on adventures, but really keen to find a chill place with laid back people.
Good sized bedroom with own bathroom (not en-suite). Rent does not include bills. Complex has a pool, underground parking for one vehicle and is close to Stafford shopping centre. The unit is fully furnished including utensils etc all you need is your bedroom furniture. Looking for someone aged 26-34 who doesn’t mind the odd social beverage, respects personal space and is considerate of others. $195 not including bills for the smaller room with own bathroom and carpark. Power and internet will be halved. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Hi, I'm an easy going person, flexible and great to live with and understand the culture of living in shared houses. I graduated from Griffith Gold Coast in 2017 and had to move to Mount Isa for few months for visa purpose and just moved back to Brisbane for work. I currently work in the security industry and also looking for a job in my field of study - Marketing & Event Management. I mostly play cricket on Saturdays if Im not working, hit the gym as often as possible and go out for drinks from time to time :)
Hi there, my name is Chantelle and I am a 22 year old student from Cairns. I’m February I will be relocating to Brisbane to complete my honours in psychology at QUT, and I am very excited (and nervous) for the move. I am a conscientious student, however when I am not studying to working I enjoy a good book, glass of wine and catching up on downtime. I am kind, considerate and quiet, and I am also looking for flatmates that become friends. I’m passionate about books, mental health and enjoy a good discussion. At this stage I would be most comfortable in a female only situation. Please feel free to message me if you feel I might be a good fit for your home or if you have any questions about me.
Hey there! I'm looking to move myself from the Gold Coast to Brisbane in the new year for uni! I’ve been living with flatmates for almost 2 years now and I’m super respectful of personal space, but am also always down for a chat or a drink here and there. My current lease is finished so moving ASAP would be ideal! I would love to live with some people I can be friends with around my age, and I’m looking to move as soon as possible once I find the right place and people. I spend a lot of my time at uni (law x criminology) , work or the gym, but I also love going to gigs and festivals in my spare time although I’m in no way a big party person, just occasionally. I do have a cat, her cats name is Asha, and she’s super quiet and mainly keeps to herself, but she’s still friendly once she warms up and house trained.
Hi I'm Emmalee, I'll be 21 on feb 28. I work at hungry Jacks while at university. I'm studying interior design and absolutely love it. I love art, history, animals and video games. I spend most of my time at cafes and mountain lookouts with my friends, and other times studying, playing video games or just hanging out. I have 2 indoor cats that are my absolute world. I'm hoping to find some people that can be great roommates and also potential friends. It would be amazing to find someone that was also an animal lover or who had some common interests. But I'm not fussy. (^:
My name is Tori and I am a 23 year old born and bred Brisbane girl. I like to describe myself as a happy, positive, and clean person, so I ask that my room mates are quite clean too (I am happy to deal with the spiders but can't do cockroaches 🤮). I like to go out on the town every now and then, but I also enjoy a night in playing boardgames! I work with children and am in my final year of psychology at ACU, and while I'm not looking to move until the start of next year I am just wanting to get a feel for what's out there ☺ My current room mates are getting married in April 2020, hence the need to look into a new living arrangement! I've house shared with friends before, but not strangers so this is new territory for me. I come with a border collie puppy who adores people, so it's essential that my room mates are pet friendly. I'd be leaning towards starting with a six month lease with the potential to extend if we find the living arrangements to be working ☺ I have a car so I would need parking of some sort, and while my own bathroom would be wonderful it isn't essential 😅
I'm Brazilian, very organized, quiet and spend most of my time working or studying / watching movies. I'm looking for a room with air conditioning preferably with own bathroom. I intend to stay 5 months, until August 15th at the latest because I'll be returning to Brazil when finish my electrical course.
I’m 22, queer and vegan. I love art, animals, shopping, food, philosophy, nature and video games. I'm looking for a room in a place that is preferably vegetarian/vegan based, LGBT+ friendly and close to the city! I am friendly, tidy, and quiet, always on time with rent/bills. I will be studying full time so the closer to South Bank, the better! Thank you!
Hey! Gavin and I are adventurous, love music, life and having a great time! We aren’t crazy party animals, more so enjoying going on adventures, spending time with friends, chilling out and watching Netflix. We both work full time, Gavin is a Tradie who works all over Brisbane and I manage a Skin Clinic in Kenmore. We both are very respectful and always clean up after ourselves and never mind doing what is needed to be part of keeping the place clean and tidy. We would love place that is spacious, has greenery and/or has great views with a back yard as I have two cats that are inside cats but do go outside when watched 😊 My cats names are Lily and Timone who are rescue animals and I have had them both since they were 6-10 months old and they are now 9 and 10. They love humans and attention! On arriving home, they will both will run and say hello wanting butt pats 🤨 I know, funny cats 😂
Hey all, looking for a room around north Brisbane towards the Newmarket area. (Non smoker) I will be working full time in Mitchelton Monday to Friday, I work as a post supervisor. I'm a pretty kicked back guy, most of the time you will find me either into my fitness or playing PlayStation. I'm moving up there from a pretty small town so I'm pretty excited to see what sort of awesome things there is to do around Brisbane.
Hey hey, I am Shannon! I’m 22 years old and work as a Registered Nurse at RBWH. I’m looking at finding a place a lot closer to my work and am ideally wanting to share with to reduce rent price. I am a shift worker so ideally would love to flat with someone who is too but I really don’t mind. I love going on adventures in my free time or even having a couple of drinks. If you’re looking for the same send me a message and we can work something out!
