Hey guys, my current lease has come to a glorious end, housemates have moved away & to new cities and I'm looking for a new sharehouse to be a part of! Hi there! I’m Arty, a 23 Year Old Virgo from Mostly Brisbane and Sydney haha! My Day (Night) Job to pay the bills is working as a Bartender Full Time on oxford street, in a Historic LGBT Sydney Nightclub! I have big entrepreneurial dreams to build my own online business & blog around performance & everything that is glitter and gay <3 So i do enjoy a bit of time at home studying and working, but am very fond of the odd Gin & Netflix Binge with friends before going out on a Friday night xD I Sew and hot glue things together sporadically, please be okay with glitter appearing out of nowhere, vaccuming is my best friend haha! I’ll often scurry out of the house in drag “Usually running late” to the odd hosting gig or performance competition, don’t be surprised if a 6 foot woman appears every now and then! I’ve always been a very independent person and have rented since i was 17, i can provide amazing references if you need them from previous landlords and realestate agents :] I wouldn’t consider myself a clean freak whatsoever, but am totally respectful of common areas and being courteous of that! I can almost promise you i’ll leave the odd dish out for a day or forget to hang out my washing, i’m very ADHD and it can catch me out on occasion haha! Am available to move in at any point, my friends are graciously offering me their fould out futon at the moment after my lease resently came to an end x Happy housemate hunting! Xx Arty :] Feel free to add me on facebook and have a stalk. I’m pretty hilarious, IMO my meme game is strong ;] I'm free all day before 4pm to come introduce myself and have a look at your home :] Thanks everyone 💖

Hi all, The lease at my current place runs out at the end of July so I'm looking for somewhere new! I'm a 25 year old Perth girl who moved to Sydney a few months ago. I work in marketing and usually pretty busy during the week, so pretty chilled Monday - Friday. Still pretty new so would love to share with some friendly, chilled people of a similar age. Pretty flexible on location as long as it takes less than an hour to get in to the city for work! Somewhere with easy parking is preferable as I come with a car :) Any questions just pop me a message :) No shared rooms please! Thanks, Melanie
- Very tidy and neat (but am not a neat freak). I like my home to be tidy enough that I feel comfortable, but I'm not so much a neat freak that I would lose my marbles over silly things. - Chilled person. I like my down time and am not a party animal. - I'm very respectful of your personal space. Key considerations: - I work from home part time - 5 hrs per day in a corporate role (yep, lucky me they let me work from home). My other job is 5pm-10pm and weekends as a fitness instructor. - I have a small maltese dog. House trained, very friendly but can be shy when first meeting people (not aggressive, just shy and withdrawn). She's a rescue with a really rough history so that's why she's a mummy's girl. Once she warms to someone she's super chill.
Located a 5 minute walk from Stanmore station on a pretty quiet street, 5mins walk from Enmore Rd Shops, and a quick bus ride from Marrickville Metro, getting around by foot/public transport is no problem. The room is huge, with high ceilings. Furnished with a queen size bed, couch, cupboard and dresser/drawer combo, with plenty of open floor space left. It's at the front of the house, with two big windows that let in a lot of light in the morning. You would share the ground floor bathroom with one other person.
Hey. I'm Lisa, I'm a lawyer from Brazil going for a carrer change so I'm studing Management at Greenwich College. I'm looking for a quite and clean place to come back to after work and classes. I'm organized and very tidy but not in a neurotic way. I don't want a party house but I'm easy going so I'd enjoy a nice conversation and a beer once in a while.
I'm 21, female, working full time in Parramatta for Crown Group. My boyfriend (28) and I are currently looking for a sharehouse/property (preferably inner west/close to a train line) that has either a garage, storefront or sheltered storage area for his sign writing business. We both work full time, are friendly, social, clean, respectful, non-judgmental, responsible, and would love to move out together at some point this year if we find a place that fulfills the above requirements. My boyfriend has a motorbike, and I do not have a car. When i'm not working, I love cooking, illustration, animals and cartoons. I love having a social life on weekends, but 95% of the remaining week id rather be quiet at home, however Id love to have fun flatmates that enjoy having a drink together. If your property has an unused shed/space suitable for sign writing work, along with general living requirements, I hope to hear from you :) Piper
A great 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony space. Very convenient (only a 200m walk from the train station, coffee shops, supermarket and more!). Lots of great local bars and close to Newtown. The apartment has a large living area with lounge and dining areas, internal laundry and one bathroom and a functional kitchen. There is a lot of parking around the area on the street.
I am 21yo Spanish girl who has been living in Sydney for a year now. I study Marketing and Communication and work a part time job throughout the week along with an internship. I work in hospitality and besides that, I do for fun is dancing, go to art exhibitions, reading, etc. I love live music and cinema the most. I have been sharing flats since a year ago so I consider I am easy to get along with, tidy, respectful, and also conscious about the conditions of sharing a home. Not only cleaning and respecting, it is also about building honest and friendly communications among the place. About myself -- I am open minded, always keen for good conversations, clean and tidy, responsible and empathic. I think that home is the place to relax and leave away all worries so it is for creating a nice atmosphere.
I'm a full time barista working and supervising at a cafe. I make a mean latte. In my spare time I like going out for a few beers on King Street (or maybe now somewhere a bit less crowded). I cook a lot, trying to figure out all the cuisines but I believe that anything with cheese and olive oil can be made into magic. I play a bit of soccer and read, draw a little and want to learn to paint, listen to a lot of neo-soul and watch Netflix, I'm an Average Joe. On an indefinite hiatus from studying a multitude of degrees and accumulating exponential HECS debt. I'm passionate about social justice, especially asylum seeker justice.
Hi there It's Gerald, 33 years old, Chilean, so you can practice your Spanish with me "Hola amigo", "Una cerveza por favor", and those kind of things. I'm a journalist but here I'm a Chef student, who cooks better than your grandma (haha I have to say it). I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed and incredibly clean. I enjoy doing sports, taking pictures and all the audiovisual jazz. Love music, chill with friends. I don't have much time for fun, cose I'm working and studying hard, but it would be great shearing a coffee, playing chess or just have a nice talk with cool people. I'm looking for a private room where I can study, but also a cool place to call home with other legends. If I am the style of guy you are looking for, let me know and I'll be there. Cheers Gerald

We are a couple from the UK who have been together for 3 years (living together for 2 years) but have been living in Australia for almost a year and a half now. Both really easy going and not hard to live with, we like to keep the place clean and tidy. We both work throughout the week and enjoy spending our evenings at home cooking and just chilling out but enjoy getting outdoors and exploring at the weekends! We aren't massive party people but are always up for a chat over a few drinks. We're looking for somewhere to call home and have a laugh with the people we're living with (not boring serious housemates 😂) But also respectful of peoples space too.
Hello potential flatmates, I am a 30 year old easy going guy working full time. I am looking for a chilled out house share, looking for a home rather than just a place to live. I am moving back to my beloved Sydney after 2 years in Brisbane. I have an active lifestyle, work during the week and like going out in the weekends. Please feel free to contact me
G'dday mate :D I'm a teacher just moved from England to Sydney, looking a nice room in a friendly and clean shared place. I'm sociable and looking forward to exploring my new city. I like to cook a bit and happy to share meals if people want that, or just leave people jealous if they don't ;) Would be good to get to know some new folk :) In terms of what I like to do for fun, I like to swim, walk, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. Love eating a bit too much, like the movies and the occasional drink out. I've never surfed or dived, both of which I'd like to try sometime.

We are both full-time PhD science students, each on scholarship, and are also both casual academics at UTS. We are looking for tidy and respectful housemates to welcome us into their home! :) Looking to move somewhere in or around the city/inner west, so not too far from work. Our budget is $220pw each (so $440 together), including bills. We have a sweet, small and very well-behaved cat that who is very timid at first, but once she trusts you loves to shower you with affection. She loves laying in the sun so if you have a yard (no matter how small) that's a bonus. We aren't at home much as we have fairly chaotic schedules between teaching and our PhDs. We also frequently spend time with Joel's family, but when we get the chance we do like to relax and enjoy home-time. We are looking to live with like-minded, mature people around the same age bracket (20-30yo). Housemates must be considerate and able to clean up after themselves as there's nothing that will send us crazy faster than conversations outside my door at 1am on a weeknight, or an ever-accumulating layer of dirt. We are very sociable and would love to move in with people that we can enjoy a few beers/ciders with, but also value and respect privacy and alone-time too.
I'm 28, full-time working operating theatre nurse from Texas. On my weekends and days off, I'm usually training at the gym, catching up on shows, or wandering around town with my friends. I have lived in share houses before, know how to pick up after myself and contribute to a shared space. Love a good chat or a house dinner, but also respect your space. I'd really prefer a team-up as I'm looking to sign a lease and start somewhere new. Not set in stone though!
Looking to team up with some other creatives who like to have a drink and share a meal but also like their own space and some chill Nintendo times. I currently live by myself and have a whole apartments worth of furniture which I could sell or team up with someone who's looking to start a new sharing abode
Hi, I'm Lily. I'm in my 20's and am an artist and full time professional in the art industry. My hobbies are painting, cooking, going to art galleries, reading, going to the gym & watching netflix. I'm super clean, friendly and respectful of space, but also can be up for chats, occasional dinners and wines with my housemates
I'm a 27 yo professional dancer and yoga teacher. I'm sharehouse experienced, clean, chilled out. I'm pretty busy day to day with training and teaching, and will be away a fair bit this year for competitions. When I'm home I enjoy chats but also my own down time. I love cooking and don't mind sharing meals from time to time. My pup Kasundi is also sharehouse experienced, well trained and pretty damn cute.
