Hey! I am 24 and new to Sydney. I am looking for a flat to share with another person or two, however, I would prefer my own room. I would be happy to join or if you would like to team up to find an entirely new place I would be quite keen on that too. I am friendly, clean, respectful and easygoing. I enjoy creating a cosy and aesthetically beautiful living space. I would be busy pursuing a masters and possibly teaching part time, but would fancy good company to grab a drink with occasionally or a yummy brunch (which ever you prefer ...or both) :)
I'm 30, full time working professional, and have house shared for many years. I am mature, easy going, and honest. I am respectful and will treat your home like it's my own. Happy to take turns cleaning regularly. I enjoy cooking, playing football, boxing, relaxing at the beach, Campos coffee, meditation and exploring this beautiful country. Weekdays are pretty low key between work and the gym. Over the weekends, I'm out and about during the day catching up with friends. I'm a homebody and prefer to relax at home in the evenings. I can sell my furniture of your apartment is furnished: front loader washing machine, tv, entertainment unit, and kitchen equipment.
Hi, I'm Claire, 33yo nurse. I have just returned from home from living and travelling overseas and looking to share a home from around the 10th August for about 8 weeks while settling back into Sydney. Travel addicted, open minded, relaxed, respectful, clean & vegetarian. Also love music & yoga :)
Our house is a very large comfortable house in Stanmore close to public transport routes making it very easy to get anywhere. House is furnished and has very nice ornate period features. The room is very large with a lovely built-in wardrobe from floor to ceiling which is 12 foot height. Living space is expansive and we also have a large garden with a deck. Anyway please take a look at the photos and if you would like to view please contact This room will go fast. Room can be furnished or unfurnished, so we are flexable and we can make arrangement for both.
Howdy. My name's Ash (you knew that), I'm a red-headed (also knew that), and I work in creative advertising as an art director (would be awkward if you did know that...). I'm looking for a new pad to nest in and hopefully find some rad housemates. I'm currently living on the north side, so looking for something a little more central and looking for a change of scenery in a new, awesome and social houseshare. I am flexible with my move date and taking my time to look for the perfect place and/or perfect flatmates. I'm looking around the inner-west/inner-east area. Keen for 6months - 1year+ stay I'm pretty chilled out, the only thing high maintenance about me is my hair (and you don't have to deal with that so we're sweet). I love to cook (my homemade muesli is definitely my claim to fame), keeping fit (total gym junkie) and love going out to see live music. I work in advertising and usually train at the gym before work so I work fairly long hours during the week, so always just keen for a chill out on weeknights, although I'm a big fan of wine o'clock and usually have plenty on hand to share. I'm looking for some like-minded housemates who are easy-going, fun and clean who don't mind having a chinwag over a wine or three, but who also like their own time and space too. Keen for teaming up to start a new houseshare as well, so send me a message if I sound like your type of gal.

Hey, I'm Stef! Looking to find a new place to call home. I've lived in the beautiful inner west for the past 6 years including sharehousing, then with my (now ex) girlfriend, and currently finishing up some house/pet sitting for friends, hence my need to find a new home! I'm a very easy going, clean, respectful and quiet person. I have busy days doing a masters full time at Sydney Uni and so appreciate some down time in the evenings.. I also enjoy social activities like eating good cheese and drinking wine together, Netflix and ice creams, and the odd shared meal or drinks! I've assumed the role of 'Rent manager' in pretty much all of my sharehousing arrangements, so I'm very organised with paying rent and bills on time, and have a steady income to support. I have a clean rental ledger and a lovely reference from a past agent about how good we were in taking place of our property! Looking to move around August 13th but I can be flexible with dates. Let me know if I sound like someone you'd like to live with! :)
Hi , I am an Chinese student , I like working and studying in Sydney. I am outgoing person,I want a private room close to train station.
Hi there, I'm a pretty normal, easy going gal in her late twenties. Currently, I work as a marketing professional and enjoy both my quiet time at home reading or hanging out as well as being out and about or cooking a nice meal with the people I live with. Looking for a nice place to live in Sydney within my budget..ideally with some nice ladies around my age range..If you think I might be a good fit- please message me :) TIA <3
Looking for an unfurnished queen room in modern/renovated bright airy flat/house with good storage and a garden/balcony near shops and good transport. I would like to stay centrally in the inner west. Budget is up to $370ish not including bills, but am a bit flexible for a great place. Looking for people who enjoy a chat/dinner, a wine, a trip the local but also busy with your own lives. I like to be social out and a bit at home: friends over for drinks, dinner or a bbq. A bit about me - I work full-time managing a photographic studio in the city. I've moved back to Australia a few months ago after 10 yrs in the UK. I am a trained cook so am a big foodie, love hiking, being active, socialising with friends. A gas kitchen is a must! I have lots of kitchen kit and books. Looking for working professionals. Totally happy to buddy up for a nice 2/3 bed with others, I've seen some lovely places around Camperdown, Newtown, Erskineville, Balmain or Glebe. I am not interested in properties with shared rooms or families. Also allergic to cats.
Clean, organised and considerate. I've lived in share housing for years around inner west and know what makes a good housemate. Just got back from overseas. I have a beautiful white German shepherd with a great temperament so I need a place with a backyard and housemates that don't mind having a dog.
Hey There! I am a sociable person, who is always up for a good chat & a glass of wine. I also understand that sometimes we all need space & downtime & am very respectful of that. I like to get out & about of a weekend, but every now & then will have a lazy one that involves binge watching Netflix & takeaway. I enjoy taking up random hobbies, like learning to read tarot cards & learning Italian. I am neat & tidy! Ready to move asap, bonus points if it's furnished.
My names Ryan, I'm 32 years old, work in IT. I'm fun, friendly, easy going, sociable and respectful. I love listening to alternative music and going to gigs, like to cycle and I play baseball. I also have a long term partner, a staffy named Bonnie. She's friendly, playful, housetrained and a bit of a sook. I'm looking at paying $300 per week max. Open to long or short term. Would prefer to live with 1 person but will consider 2. I like cooking at home aswell as having lazy take away. I like to experiment in the kitchen and try new things.
Hi everyone 😊 My name is Jodie and I am Welsh but currently work in London. I will be migrating over in August. No pets to worry about just lots of shoes and a dazzling personality haha! I will be working full time (I'm a safety manager) just as soon as I find my feet over there, so a good mix of beaches, keeping fit and bars will generally be on the to do list. Oh and shopping! Can't forget that one 😉 I'm not a party girl but I do like to have fun so looking for like-minded flat mates to share the sunshine (and odd BBQ) with. I love a healthy lifestyle balanced out with lots of ice cream and wine, and I ride a motorbike so will be looking to fall in love with a new engine and head out to the coast roads on the weekends. Drop me a message if you think this sounds bearable and we can chat more ☺️ PS brownie points for accommodation with endless supplies of trash mags and flat mates happy to rota wing girl/ bachelor watch on nights out 😂😂 Jodes x
Hi, I'm Richard. I am currently looking for a long term / permanent place to stay. What makes me great to live with? Peaceful. No drama. Just a chilled dude. P.S: I pay my dues on time. Do not smoke. Clean and tidy.
This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house in Stanmore, only a short walk away from the train station, and very close to Enmore and Newtown. As you can see from the photos, it's a pretty cute place! My flatmate and I love to keep the place looking and smelling nice, because we treat it as a home, not just a place to sleep. The room available is medium size, comes with a bed, mirror and heaps of storage space. We have centrally controlled heating, so you'll be covered during the winter's chill. If you are a considerate and tidy person, we would love to hear from you! *** The lease ends in mid December, there is good a chance of continuation, but I can't guarantee that at the moment.
I am a third year Medical student at the University of Notre Dame (in Darlinghurst) - so i tend to study a lot either at home but mostly late at uni. I'm an active person who loves food and cooking and outdoor adventures. I love going to markets and seeing new things I am a clean, responsible person, who is easy going.
Hi I'm Kayla, single, 26, I work full time as a retail manager and an online full-time student Looking for a place with my x2 ragdoll cats, who are gorgeous to live with. Friendly yet rather busy Monday to Friday so I tend to keep to myself during the week. However, love to be more social on the weekends.
This is a cozy property, but it's awesome living in this part of the inner west! 8 minute walk to enmore road (Newtown!), 5 minute walk to Stanmore train station (10 minutes to the city!). The apartment is a top floor apartment, in a quiet leafy environment, but super close to amenities (the perfect balance). The space is fairly small but it is well utilised. The apartment is furnished with a large couch, a decent TV, vintage sound system (early 70s) and a kick-ass turntable. As a courtesy to neighbours we make sure the volume is super-low past 10pm. The bedroom available has a built in wardrobe with mirror, and best ventilating window of the house. It's not as big as the main bedroom (ironically not as well ventilated) so I do believe the new tenant should pay less rent than myself. There is unlimited wifi to the apartment, capable of sustaining two HD Netflix streams. It would be approx. $8.50 a week. The typical electricity bill in the past has been $120 a quarter. There is no water or gas bill.
Hi everyone, My name is Alex and I am looking for a room to call my own! I moved from Adelaide in June in the pursuit for work and now currently staying with family. I am working as a casual at a butchers getting up early in the morning to reach my workplace, I would like to find a new home closer to the city. I like to watch movies, play video games in my free time and occasionally like to go out for drinks and food.
I am looking for a new flatmate to share a fantastic apartment in Stanmore. Close to public transport (bus stop two mins walk and train station 10 mins walk), Sydney Uni and Newtown, this relaxed, chilled out apartment has city views and a large deck for lazy summer days in the sun. I love the apartment. It has this charm about it that I like. There are trees outside the bedroom windows, good cafes nearby and still close to all the action of Newtown or the city. The apartment has: • High ceilings • Two bedrooms (one room available) • Bathroom with a bathtub, good water pressure and hot water • Nice sized kitchen • Large living/dinning/entertainment area • External laundry • Herb garden Rent is $267.50 per week, plus four weeks bond. Electricity and internet is extra, and water is included.
