I'm a 24y.o. working in advertising/creative agency. Think Mad Men. I'm originally from Sydney. My lease is ending at my current place in Erskineville and am looking to move out by end of Oct/ start of Nov. Ideally I'm looking for people to team up & sign a lease with and would love to share the space with millennials. I have an interest in interior design and indoor plants, so while my bank account doesn't alwayd agree with all my purchase decisions you'll know you'll be coming home to a nicely decorated but still chilled vibe. I usually work long hours so will not be home much on weekdays. I enjoy cooking (when I have the time), yoga, reading books, having frosé, cheese and dips with friends or finding the next Chef's Hat restaurant to visit. I'm looking for individuals to team up with who are respectful of personal space but are also down to have some cheeky wine. I believe it's important to be friends with the people you'll be living with everyday, so for those who don't wish to be antisocial with one another apply within hahaha.
Hi, we’re looking for someone to move into the third bedroom in our very spacious two storey apartment. - LOCATION It's in a secure complex that's right on the corner of Annandale, Camperdown and Stanmore, very conveniently located just off Parramatta Road, 5 minutes from Central: - The bus stop for buses to the Inner West, CBD, Paddington and Bondi are just around the corner - Stanmore station is 15 minutes walk away - King Street, Newtown is a 20 minute walk - RPA is also a short walk away - There are cafes, shops, gyms and parks very close by. Maccas is right across the road - We also have a pool! - THE ROOM You will have the largest room (it's huge - 17.5sqm, basically the size of our living room) on the second floor. It is unfurnished. You get: - High ceilings - Three door built-in wardrobe - Own balcony (also huge) - You very own car spot in secure basement parking (Disregard the carpeted floors in photos, it's all timber flooring now. It's ridiculously hard getting a photo of the whole room, so there's a real estate one) - THE APARTMENT You share the bathroom with only one person. All other communal areas are downstairs. There's also a shared balcony outside the lounge. We don't really like clutter, which is why there isn't much in the form of decoration or furnishing, but we have the essentials. Communal furniture has changed since the photo was taken, I need to update it. You are always welcome to bring your own furniture if you feel the need. Internet is billed monthly. Gas and electricity are billed quarterly and split evenly.
I am a lovely girl who loves to cook for others and enjoys to be at home. I have two beautiful mini foxy terriers that love to cuddle and go for a nice run in the mornings. They are house trained. I am looking to move anytime this week due to a breakup. My past flatmates can give reference if needed as I’ve been a good person to live with and my dogs are lovable.
Hey there you beautiful human, I'm moving to Sydney from Melbourne on the 15th of August for a graduate program in the inner CBD. I'm a fresh graduate from the University of Melbourne. My hobbies include going through food blogs, camping, travelling, binge-watching Netflix and, brrrrunnnch ahahah. I prefer some downtime for my self on the weekends buuuut, I can solemnly swear that I will not and, shall never be opposed to some cheeky wine and cheese nights with youuuuu/ y'all. I'm extremely organized and clean, but not OCD. Would really love a room with a view and some sunlight. Quite respectful towards others and their privacy. Hoping to find some like-minded housemate/s, so if hmu if you think I'd be a good fit for your home. x
Hi, I’m Phil and I’m 31 years old. I’m an aspiring entrepreneur and with a dream of starting something in the tech industry. To help me pay the bills I'm pharmacist by trade. I also help run my family’s small batch chilli sauce company on the side. I’m easy going and always up for a good laugh. I’m pretty social but also enjoy my alone time. I’m tidy, respectful, open, and a “glass half full” type of guy. My idea of a great place to live is a place that is conducive to growth (personal or business). I wise man once said, “You are only as good as the people you surround yourself with…” Hit me up if you think we’d live well together!
I am looking for a flatmate to move into a stunning, light-filled, airy two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in Stanmore. You would move into the master bedroom which features a separate ensuite (unfurnished). The bedroom has an absolutely enormous wardrobe plus air-conditioning. The apartment is two level with a gorgeous open-plan living and dining area with leafy outlook. There is a downstairs guest bathroom, a balcony and a private courtyard. The apartment is in a secure modern building. Upstairs are the two bedrooms (each with own bathroom) and a separate laundry (washer/dryer included). The location is awesome; steps away to public transport into the city - but still nice and quiet. My current flatmate is moving out to be closer to work so I am looking for someone interested in a minimum 6 month lease. Our lease is currently up for renewal so also looking for someone who is keen to co-sign the new lease (happy to discuss 6 or 12 month lease with the right flatmate!).
I am an electrical engineering manager and I work in the city for a large consulting firm. I love living in the inner west and I'm looking for a place, ideally a house, and with some form of undercover parking. My passion is motorcycling - hence the parking. I enjoy going out to the local breweries, bars and seeing live music. Equally I enjoy staying at home playing some great music and cooking up new and exciting recipes. I'm a responsible and caring person and I don't take myself too seriously.
I work freelance as a photographers assistant & Digital Operator on commercial advertising and fashion shoots. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work locally in Sydney. Im looking for a sharehouse with people in similar creative industries. Love to bounce ideas for new projects with people that can think outside the box. I'm hetero but only interested in LGBTQI friendly households. I'm a bit deaf and wear hearing aids. I'm usually fairly quiet and have been told i'm very easy to live with. I'm happy to socialise and will respect your belongings and space. I'm pretty neat, I love to cook, listen to music, beer, wine and conversation. Im interested in art, theatre, improv comedy and occasional Netflix binge sessions. Must be 420 & LGBTQI friendly as I have zero interest in living with people who don’t realise it’s the 21st century. Not interested in shared rooms. Or rooms outside of my specified suburbs, I don’t care how cheap your rent is. Please don’t waste my time.
One couple looking for a 1 bed self-contained unit or a room with private bathroom. Roxana is a naturopath and works part time. Ray is a tradie (machinist and welder) and works full time. We are friendly, considerate, responsible, tidy, have a good rental history and put a lot of love into our living space. We like chilling at home in the afternoons and love to sit down to enjoy a home-cooked meal. Roxana will enjoy a glass of wine and a chat where the occasion arises, whereas Ray prefers sweets and tea as an end of day treat. We mostly enjoy each other's company but will occasionally entertain or host a book club meeting. We spend our weekends at local markets, visiting family or leaving the city to go on a big walk. Wellness and exercise is important for Roxana whereas Ray is particularly fond of sleeping and relaxing.
Hello hello, Adhish and I are a happy and respectful couple looking to set up camp for a couple of weeks in the Inner West. Adhish was born in Fiji, lived in NZ since he was two so I'm really excited to show him all the local delights- The Courty, Camperdown Park, Factory Theatre, Lazybones, Tit... In mid-Sept we'll move to Melb to it'll be great to find a place for two-three weeks before then. If we're not working then we're likely to be out in a park or library or cafe- getting some words out. We aren't partiers but we embrace fun. Hope to hear from you.
Hi guys :) I'm an easy going and positive minded girl from Germany. Even though I've been in Australia for 5 years now, I'm still not willing to leave, so I'm looking for a place for a long term. I study Sport Management and work as a PT in Sydney. Love the outdoors, being active and living a healthy lifestyle and I love good food :) I am not a big party person and need my down time and space at home, since I work early mornings but definitely prefer a place where the housemates get along well and like to sit together over a glass of wine or watch a movie. Hoping to find a nice place with some legend housemates with similar interests :) Please ask for any questions :)
Hey! we are itai(25) and karolina(22), couple from Israel and Sweden, looking for a private room in sharehouse/studio, around bondi junction. I work as a chef in Newtown and Karolina is a bartender in the city. both lived in sharehouses before, friendly and clean :).
I just graduated from UQ and have just moved down to Sydney from Brisbane for a new job. I am currently living with family but am really keen to find a place to move into. I'm really easy to get along with and I'm a tidy and clean person. I enjoy watching movies and Netflix, drinking tea and coffee, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and running/ going to the gym. Being new to living in this city I am really keen to discover Sydney on the weekends. I'm hoping to find somewhere that is close to the train line as that will be my main form of transport to work.

Hey! My name is Alli - I'm a 24 yr old Aussie from country NSW who is fun and outgoing (or at least I like to think that I am!). I've lived in a few share houses before so I know how to live with others respectfully. I'm also tidy, clean up after myself and am reliable in terms of paying rent/bills etc on time. I've returned to uni to study Psychology this year (which I do online up to 25 hrs/week) and am working 20-25 hrs/week in retail. I like to get out and about during the day but enjoy unwinding with a bit of tv/Netflix at night so full on party houses are not for me afraid! In a nutshell, I'm looking for somewhere tidy and chill to live with some awesome people in the inner west, most preferably in the suburbs listed below as these are close to my work/friends and I've lived in Leichhardt in the past and loved the area :) In my spare time, I like to catch up with friends, go to the gym or head to the beach, so I'd love to hear from any like-minded people that are also on the hunt for a place (or roommate!) in a similar area.
Hey! My name is Tereza and I’m soon moving to study and work in Sydney from Czech Republic. I already studied in Canada, where I have been in homestay. So I do have previous experience with living abroad and sharing a place to live with people of multiple nationalities and all walks of life. Experience suggests respect and honesty are essential, so let me tell a bit about my preferences. Overall I like my personal space clean and organized (little bit of OCD, haha), so I tend to get best along with people of similar preference. I’m fun but an introvert (INTJ), never party and don’t smoke/have pets/have children. I don’t get along well with loud, party loving, unorganized people I lead healthy, minimalistic lifestyle, and like open spaces, my own personal space and dislike clutter Own (semi)furnished room would be preferred, the closer to center and train the better. My budget is $300/w (including bills). Fast internet is a big plus for me! Happy to answer any questions! :)
Large double room 2 minutes from Stanmore station. House is in quiet neighborhood. Maccy's close buy and a supermarket. Looking for one person to move in ASAP Fast unlimited Wi-fi. 240$/per week. 30$ for the wi-fi every month. Bond is 4 weeks rent so 960$. Bills every 3 months depends on usage. You can buy the furnitures at a discounted price 300$ in total (negotiable) . But if they staying for a short term a bond that covers the price of the furnitures would be better

I’m ideally looking for somewhere to live in the inner west of Sydney in a private room. In my down time, I love to have casual drinks and chill out with friends. I am considerate of other people and know how to keep things clean and tidy. I enjoy watching Netflix with people, cooking and eating great food. Let me know if you're in! :)

I finished year 12 last year and decided that this year I’d be been working to save up and study my Certificate III in Captive Animals and I’m just about to begin that. I work 5 days a week and I’m a vegan which means I cook for myself almost every night, it’d be great fun to find someone else who’s a vegan/vegetarian to live with and eat together! I live in turramurra and hoping to move somewhere close. I’m very excited to move out and grow as a person.
