Heyyyyyy guys! We are a super sweet couple looking for some nice peeps to move in with. I am a full time worker and my partner is a student 2 evenings a week with part time jobs, so we both have a good income.. We are always on time with rent, bills and clean up after ourselves. We always help with household chores, always :) We like to be social, but do love our downtime as well. We are both really easy to get along with, no dramas - just good vibes!
I am a fun, outgoing and friendly person! I love to meet new people and share new experiences. I am a student at USYD studying a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Anthropology and History. I am also a passionate barista and creating beautiful coffees are just one of my favourite past times. I promise to be the best housemate you've ever had!
Hi friends! I have signed the lease for a new place and will be moving in on 2nd Feb, now just need to find a housemate/housemates! I would be keen to find one person if it is within your budget. The third room is on the small side but might be good to get someone in down the track to reduce the rent. I have stuff to fully furnish a place, and lots of cool second hand furniture/collectibles. A good quality fridge, washing machine, dryer, TV etc. You would just need to be able to furnish your room. I have attached the photos from the real estate listing but I won't be able to get in to the property until next week to measure the rooms/take more photos. It would be amazing to find someone keen to move in based on that info, as I won't be able to show you inside until the 1st Feb and I am hoping to avoid paying the rent by myself for too long. Get in touch if you want to meet up/talk about it further!
Hey! Our names are Clarice and Savanah. We are two university students searching for a 3-4 bedroom house in Newtown or the neighbouring suburbs. We are able to pay $250-$280 each. We are looking for house mates who are also studying or working full-time to join our small family. We are originally from Coffs Harbour but have both been renting in Sydney for two years. Savannah is in her third year of Veterinary Science at USYD and I am in my second year of Chinese Medicine at UTS. We like to have a quite, clean and homey environment to keep on top of our busy schedules. We love to have a good time and enjoy socialising over some casual drinks, a good movie night or a yummy meal but we would prefer to keep the house party free. If you think you could be our third amigo, we would love to hear from you! Just send us a message xx
I'm a 30 year old Australian / New Zealander single male who works 9-5 as a software developer in the CBD, looking to move in somewhere not too far from the city around the BEGINNING TO MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY, due to my current sharehouse’s lease expiring. I'm looking for a place with friendly people who like to hang out occasionally, but are also willing to give each other some space. Everyone should be willing to clean up after themselves and be considerate of the other housemates. I'm a quiet easy-going guy, I'm reasonably clean / tidy and I occasionally cook (Less so these days, thanks to Menulog and abundant takeaway joints!). I enjoy a quiet drink or two with a few friends, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house. For sober fun I enjoy video / board gaming with friends or, if I'm on my own, reading, listening to music and watching TV / movies. At the moment I spend most weekends out of town. No shared rooms please. Inspections only possible outside work hours, preferably on weekdays.
Huge sunny fully furnished room available with queen size bed. The house has timber floors, high ceilings and loads of character. Fantastic location with close proximity to buses (2 mins walk) and trains (5 minutes walk). We are very close to the CBD (12 minutes by train). House is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, and is very clean. There is also a cleaner included in the rent. 3 people are living in the house. Must be pet friendly. We are respectful of others and prefer no smoking inside. We also like to get together for a meal occasionally, but appreciate each others space. This is a quiet house, ideal for someone wishing a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Sydney, or for a student who needs quiet to study.
Hi guys! We have a master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe available for a couple in our modern 4 bedroom townhouse in Stanmore. The house is fully furnished with a pool, spa and grassy backyard! It’s a 3 minute walk to buses which take you to the city (25mins ish), a 10-15 minute walk to Stanmore station and 15mins walk to Newtown. Looking for a chilled and friendly couple willing to go on the lease until September. Move in this weekend or next week, first week’s rent due on the 26th. Send me a message with a bit about you both if you’re interested :)
Currently a flight attendant living out west and looking to move closer. Would like someone or people who like to hang out and watch movies. I like to drink wine and dance, I work most weekends due to shift work so not really looking for a massive party person.
Hello, I'm Daniel. I work full-time at Macquarie University and have lived in Leichhardt for almost 18 months. I'm looking for a new place in Sydney. I've come to love the inner-west in particular but am open to other areas. I'm originally from the south coast of NSW. I love football, reading and writing, watching films, music, cooking/food and socialising. Cheers.
I am a very easy going, friendly guy originally from Canberra . I'm currently in my last year of uni and working part time (full time over the summer) and looking for a room really anywhere in the inner west (honestly not picky at all).
I'm 25 and am looking for a new place in Marrickville or surrounding areas. Originally from Melbourne, I've fallen in love with the inner west and the relaxed and community-like lifestyle. I work as a model, and casually at 2Day FM. I'm pretty social, I go to lots of work events, but very much enjoy a quiet night in with a glass of red or three watching reality TV or GoT (I need it to return already!) If you want someone who lives a 9-5 lifestyle I'm not the right housemate for you, and while my schedule is very unpredictable, my budget is not. Hopefully I'll be the one you're looking for! Please get in touch!
I work full time at h&m in the city! I am quiet, easy-going, open minded and vegetarian. I love food, music, tv shows and being lazy af. I get along easily with others and love to know all types of people from all walks of life!
23 year old professional. Looking for a fun, relaxed and convenient place to live. I have recently graduated from uni and about to start a full time job. I am a fun and easy going person who loves a drink or two but also enjoys down time and personal space. I am very used to living with people and respecting other people’s space after living at college for 3 years. Hobbies include sports (especially basketball), social outings and of course Netflix. I am looking for a private bedroom or a team up. A place close to the city, around North Sydney and St Leonards would be the best, however, I am willing to look around. My ideal move in date would be in the next couple weeks before the start of February. If you are interested, please feel free to get in touch!
My name is Eleanor, I'm currently moving out of my place in Marrickville and am looking to stay in the area. I'm a fully employed, 25 year old lady veteran of share houses in all shapes and sizes. Talents include light conversation and vacuum cleaning.
I am a young professional looking for a room. I am moving to Sydney from Newcastle to start a full time position working at the University of New South Wales at the end of January. I am a post-doctoral researcher who works in medical research. I have experience living in a share house, am very clean and respectful of people's space. I will be working 9-5 mon-fri so I'm looking for somewhere relaxed and quiet during the week. I am sociable and enjoy hanging out in the evening possibly with some drinks but also like my own space. I like to go out for drinks and meals during the week or on weekends every now and then. On weekends I'll probably be relaxing at home, out and about exploring Sydney, or sometimes even heading back to Newcastle for the weekend. In my down time I enjoy watching TV, reading and playing some games I'm starting work on the 30th so looking to move in before then, flexible with the date and looking to stay long term in the right place. I am preferably looking for a room to fit a queen bed plus a few small bits of furniture.
Easy going, sociable, love movies, music and having a drink, especially with some sport on the TV. Work full time and study part time so generally work off a professional type of schedule.

Hi, I'm Lenka, 26 yrs old British girl working in Recruitment in the city. I'm a permanent resident here and have been in Australia for 3 years. I am very active; rock climbing, acroyoga, diving, hooping, gym and more! I spend probably about half my time at my partner's place in the inner west and am looking to move back to the area because I left to the Eastern suburbs about a year ago and I miss it! When I am home, I love binge watching tv shows or reading a good book with a glass of wine, or painting, drawing and being creative. I'm an avid cook and baker and love doing family dinners and cooking for other people. Cat and dog person even though I come with none of my own. Very sociable, chatty and easy going, I also take huge amount of pride in being clean and tidy and am looking for a long term commitment to a lovely place I can call home.

Hi all! My name is Cameron, I'm 22 and at the beginning of 2016 moved from Perth to study law at the University of Sydney. I'm moving out of student accommodation and looking to find something in the general vicinity of USYD / transport to USYD. Please note that my move in date is extremely flexible and I'm more interested in securing the right place to live in than what date I start paying rent (i.e. happy for an earlier starting lease!) If you think you may be interested in my spiel on how well house-trained, clean and respectful of everyone's personal space I am - please get in touch!
Hi there, looking for a private room preferably with ensuite/own bathroom (not essential) in a share house/unit with one or two others. I'm easy to live with and consider myself to be a neat and considerate housemate. I have a healthy balance of being social and having down time too. Out the door to work at 5am Mon-Fri, which may suit some.
I'm moving back to Sydney after a year of study in Hobart. I am currently studying a masters of teaching and working part time as a music teacher. I enjoy reading, crocheting, yoga, bushwalking, seeing live music and red wine. I'm not into partying or drugs and I like to think of home as a sanctuary where I can just relax.
