Hi, I’m 27 and from the U.K. I’ve just moved to Sydney on a working holiday visa and am working full time. I’m clean and will take good care of your home. I’m friendly and social but also like my own space. Looking to share with like minded, social but chilled out young professionals.
Hi I’m Hayley :) I’m looking for a place to call home with similar housemates - I’m very clean, easy going, and pretty low key. Furnished preferred but i'm flexible on that. I do need somewhere to park but I'm not fussed if it's secure or street parking. Feel free to contact me if you have a room coming up which might suit.
✅Right next to a bus stop to the city. ✅Plenty of On/off Street parking ✅Round the corner from Enmore park! ✅Walking distance from Stanmore train stations ✅Minutes walk from Newtown. We are in the process of organising Netflix.
Hi, I’m Michael a young professional working in Sydney City. Having lived in flat-shares through university I know what it means to be a good flatmate and am clean, organized and respectful. In my free time, I like to stay active and enjoying running, rock climbing and other outdoor activities. On occasion, I also like to cook and work on kitchen projects.
Full-time worker, I like a combination of staying in to read and drink tea, and going out for a dance or a few drinks on a Friday or Saturday night. Looking for somewhere ideally in the inner west, budget max. $250 p.w.
Working full-time as a receptionist, work 5-6 days a week. Would like other female roommates to live with though not necessary, age isn't really a problem for me either. Will respect your household and mostly keep to myself, but of course will make an effort to get to know you and have a good conversation! Would like to stay around the inner west area as Ive grown up here. Smoker but will respect a no smoking house if required. A non furbished room is ok with me! Easy going character who loves animals so pets are cool too! Thanks :)
Description of the home I have 1 room available in an absolutely gorgeous house with original period features. The house is 5 minutes walk to Enmore road (Sultans Table in particular!) and close to both Stanmore and Newtown train stations. The house is very large, with 2 living areas, dining area, walk-in storage spaces and an undercover paved courtyard. There are 2 full bathrooms, separate WC and separate laundry. Amazing high ceilings, hardwood floors, and original features as well as a glass ceiling in the rear living area with remote-controlled shade louvers. The photos of the kitchen and bathroom are not mine, but I'll be bringing in sofas, armchairs, rugs, TV, dining table and chairs etc, so aside from your bedroom and the outdoor area the house will be pretty much fully furnished. Honestly, this place has to be seen, the photos really don't do it justice. I'll be away from the 26th Feb to the 9th March, but will organize meetings for my return.
Design architect, quiet, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking! Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere :( If the room is a 3x3, the table will effectively use up 50% of that space, fyi. Also have 2 x corner chairs and a car. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
I'm a full-time chem honours student who also works 25+ hours/week in telco. I'm always one to lighten the mood with a bit of situational humour. I love parties and great music but also cherish some alone time. Looking for a private room in a flatshare with some like-minded relaxed people.

As a working professional with experience living in share accomodation, I know what makes the ideal housemate. A relaxed attitude towards life, clean, tidy, friendly and low-maintenance. I'm a people person, but enjoy quiet time and meditation too. On the weekends I am out and about, but my partying days are behind me. I love to read, surf, and drink coffee, and am inspired by music and the creative arts.
Hey I'm Zelda! Half English half kiwi girl just moved out here. Work full time in hospitality and go rock climbing whenever I can! Looking for a house share with a couple of like minded people. Would be nice to meet some people who would like to hang out on nights off and to share dinners sometimes!
In the house a shared cleaned bathroom with bath and space in a shared fridge only with one person and shelves of cupboard. You can smell the positive and constructive mood throughout all of us, it's contagious. Rules and guidelines of the house are defined together amongst all of us. We are the tennants, but we like to be in a cooperative system, where all of us participate on the same level, to improve, manage and garantee the well living in the house. Cleaning roster is well organised and equal for all, with less then an hour per week of cleaning for each of us. The house is very fresh and clean with high standard of hygiene! We live in a chemical free house, using only natural products. 100% Recycling.
