Our home is a lovely safe haven with a relaxing energy vibe. It has polished wooden floors, high ceilings and picture rails. It's situated in Stanmore on a street that leads in one direction to the train station, and the other to Enmore Rd where there is a plethora of shops, restaurants, cafes, gelato joints, fine dining, wine bars and pubs. And the Enmore theatre of course! All within short walking distances. The room is the smallest in the house but can comfortably fit a double bed (provided if preferred) and a chest of drawers or a wardrobe. We are looking for only one person to fill the room. Bills are included which cover water rates, gas, electricity, a spotify account and NBN unlimited internet. We have all the appliances a house this size needs! Two fridges, a washing machine, gas stove, electric oven, a coffee machine, foldout couch in the lounge, PS4 pro hooked to a wall projector for a great multimedia indulgence. We also have a music and Netflix dedicated iMac in the kitchen with good speakers, most cooking appliances you'd ever need to create culinary masterpieces, and plenty of art on the walls that gets re-curated regularly. A front yard, and a large backyard with a BBQ and a large table guarantee hours of outdoor entertainment when the sun is shining! we have a cat that rules the place but is mostly happy curled up in a soft warm spot. we smoke in the backyard only.
