Hi there! I'm 30 years old, female, easy-going, non-smoker who has been a working professional for the last 7 years with some travel mixed in there. I am returning to full time study this year for a career change from engineering into health. I will also be working part time so my hours will probably be 9-5ish Monday to Friday. When not working I love playing netball, a good dance class, going to the beach and catching up with friends and family. In my downtime you might find me reading or in front of a good movie. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and treat it like a home and I am considerate and respectful of others. Keen to be part of a house where we can be social when we get the chance - always up for a chat and a good laugh or getting out and about together. I will definitely try to drag you to some pub trivia! I am flexible with the moving in date. If this sounds like it would suit you please drop me a message! Cheers, Alice.
A large fully furnished master bedroom available now. Lovely three bedroom house in a quiet street, close to station, walking distance to Newtown. Great housemate clean, neat and a cute little dog, Suitable for a professional single or a couple who loves animal.
Hi there! I'm super clean and organised and always leave communal areas as tidy as possible. I have a steady income working as a Content Producer (think online/social media video) full time and am looking to move into a fun house with a whole bunch of interesting and creative people. I spend my time either watching movies or tv shows, working on freelance video projects or hitting the walls at the nearest climbing gym. I'm an easygoing and friendly guy. I love doing new things and am really keen to move out of home.
I'm a social policy professional who's just starting a Phd at University of Syd so it's time to tighten the belt after years of living alone and enjoying the good life! Apart from working and studying, I do yoga regularly at a warehouse studio in Surry Hills, walk, swim, eat out, enjoy writers festivals and cultural events and travel. I enjoy a really clean, light-filled, beautiful home to chill out in. To that end, I'm more than happy to share the costs of a cleaner. I'm looking to share with people who are generous, creative, respectful, and intelligent i.e. please don't contact me if you are racist, sexist, or homophobic. I bring some beautiful furniture, art works, books, kitchen stuff, but also happy to work with what already exists/ what's needed. Prefer to live with just one other person if possible.
My name is Ingrid, I am 32 years old. Originally I am from Lithuania. I work full time in hospitality, as well as study business. I would describe myself as active, considerate, clean and tidy, social and interacting with flatmates, however, appreciating personal time and space as well. At the moment I am living in Stanmore, love the area and looking for a new place to be called home around. However, I would consider all other areas which are not too far from CBD. If you have any questions, I am more than happy to answer :)
Looking for a place within 10 mins from a train station.I have just crossed 30 and working fulltime in the construction industry.I prefer quiet weekends and a serene vibe over a busy weekend. I enjoy going for a walk out in the open and relaxing with couple of beers.I dont like to cook so i prefer take aways or frozen food.I am always ready for going out for a nice meal in that sense.I like to keep my house/flat clean and not messy. Its just easier that way.
Hi everyone! My name is Art, I'm a 29 year old from Adelaide (originally from Russia). I've recently been offered a lucrative job in Sydney, so I am moving -- starting in mid-March. I'm an easy-going, relatively quiet sorta guy, with a lot of share-house experience. I would spend a lot of home time in my room, probably indulging in some form of geeky digital activity, whether its watching an obscure film, gaming or doing some work from home. I do enjoy socialising, having a chat, hanging out with my housemates, or doing any other fun activity as a group. I would love to do something as a group with my future housemates, perhaps a weekly Game of Thrones watching night or something of that ilk? I have absolutely no problems helping with household chores or other admin things, I understand the need to have a clean and happy house. I am not an avid cook, so I won't be leaving dishes or anything like that lying around, preferring quick and easy meals mostly out. I guess in some ways I'd describe myself as a bit of a 'nerd-hipster', so I'd love to find a share-house somewhere like Newtown, or surrounding suburbs. Or anywhere really, I'm easy, as long as the commute to my job in Homebush isn't massively long. I would prefer a furnished room, or at least a bed. I am hoping I am able to take my small cat, Aurora with me, though this is not an absolute requirement. If you have any other questions for me, please feel free to message me. Art.
I'm from Portland, OR in the Northwestern US and am excited to be spending the year here in Australia. I have lived with roommates in the past and I'm good at keeping living spaces clean, I enjoy cooking at home more than eating out, and I have an easy-going, open-minded attitude. I enjoy keeping up with science and technology, watching live music, meeting new people and exploring new places.
Hello, future house mate! I'm friendly, respectful, enjoy cooking, playing football, Campos coffee, and travelling. I'm interested in living with an individual who takes pride in their home. I'm considering moving from the East to the Inner west and flexible with the move in date. No night owls please as I work full time and value my beauty sleep :) I own bedroom furniture, washing machine (front loader), tv and entertainment unit. I may consider selling them if your home is furnished. Built in wardrobe is preferable.
Hi! I'm a working design consultant in the CBD. I'm a big creative at heart so I'll be out most of the time working on one project or another in graphic design and illustration. I'm easy going, tidy and I enjoy a good beer and banter anytime. Looking for a quiet room, probably long-term, anywhere near public transport. I hope to hear from you soon. J
Hi there, The lease ended at my last house and I'm currently looking for a new place to call home. I'm looking either for a room to rent or looking to start a little group and search for a place together. I love to live with people I can call friends and people I can share a cooked dinner and drink or two with during the week. I'm very easy going, tidy up after myself, love to cook and feed others and enjoy a boogie here and there. I have a flexible move in date and I am looking for something more long term but can easily work with short term. If this is something similar to what you're looking for! Shoot me a message! Jen
Hi, I'm a chilled, easygoing young professional looking for somewhere to stay ASAP :) I've just moved over from Perth for work - and have been living in the UK for the last 3 years, so would love to move in some other friendly, likeminded people of a similar age. Would love to share with people I can be friends with as well as housemates. I work in marketing and am pretty chilled through the week, would love to get out and explore Sydney a bit more over the weekends. Always keen for a chat and a glass of wine after work! Any questions just pop me a message. No shared rooms please!
Hey there! I am a very easy going and friendly person. I am tidy and considerate of others with over 15 years experience in house-sharing! I work full time in digital media and am looking to take up some fitness or sport after work. On the weekends I spend time with my kids, hang out with friends and am interested in art and music culture. I separated from my wife late last year, but we still talk and keep things amicable. We have three beautiful daughters together who will be living full time with their Mum. My kids are quite young and I want things to be “business as usual” for the next little while so have decided I won’t be introducing them to my new place just yet. Aside from that I am ready to create a new home for myself and get things back on track. I am interested in sharing a place with one or two other people at the moment and if there is any possibility of having my own bathroom that would be grand! Please feel free to get in touch so we can meet up for a coffee or a beer and get to know each other a little better :) Cheers, Shaun
Looking for a furnished place to move into ASAP for six months plus. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. Animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station (would consider paying more if I could walk to work). I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Bonuses include that I'm first aid certified and am also trained in mental health first aid as I used to be an RA, so I'm great if you need a shoulder to lean on. Things I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise levels and just generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a number of flats with singles and with couples and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.
We're super easy going, well versed share housers and a chilled couple. I'm (Dean) Australian and work full time in the city, while Deliana is from Romania and is completing her master's degree. We like all the standard social stuff, but understand the need to privacy and such in a sharehouse environment.

Hey there! I'm a sociable professional Australian looking for a place close to the city, as I've just started working in a consulting firm in Jan. A bit more about myself: I'm clean, tidy and reliable guy. I'm also a non-smoker. I am avid film and series fan, not scared of a Netflix sesh! I also enjoy cooking, so let's enjoy a few meals together! I enjoy the outdoors and if not, I'll be relaxing at the beach on the weekend! Also, I'll be hanging out with mates in my home town of Wollongong. I'm new to Sydney, so I'm not just looking for a room but a cosy home to make new friends!
I'm an incredibly open minded, down to earth, uncomplicated person who loves the balance having a home that is quiet and calm during the weeks and sometimes playing music throughout the hallways amongst a friendly social on the odd weekend . I'm a creative type. Singer, writer and performer and currently need to finish the very unexciting degree in media at UNSW . Work part time and have an old English bulldog called Lola who is possibly the most incredible dog I have met who loves cuddles, has the most humanly green eyes and a very relaxed gentle nature - the additional bonus is that she's 100% toilet trained ! 🤗 Looking for a home not just a house were housemates respect one another's space but also enjoys having house dinners and the odd wine or two together .
I am a university student studying at USYD and am wanting to move into the city from the Southern Highlands to be closer to University. I have completed a year of Law at Wollongong Uni and am now studying Secondary Education. I am a relaxed person who enjoys going to the gym and hanging with friends. I also work twice a week at a bar.
I am really looking for somewhere to call home and make friends with my housemates. I work full time and long hours so I am busy most of the week and keep pretty quiet. At the weekends, I like to chill out with a good book, have some wine and good food and listen to music. I am not a party animal, especially at home but I am social and like a good chat. I would like somewhere I can be comfortable and catch up with my housemates but also respectful of personal space. I like to think I am easy to get along with and relaxed. :)
