Fit, easy going, down to earth and passionate 21yo surfer who's into everything outdoors! Work full time. Originally from Melbourne but just moved down from the Gold Coast. Would like to find some cool likeminded folks!
I recently moved to the Newcastle area for my job. Currently in Stockton but I need something for an initial 3 months, possibly longer depending on work. I don't know many people here yet so I think living with others around my age would be interesting... - Sociable and easy going but like my own space sometimes. - Party days are over but still enjoy a few drinks now and then. - Terrible cook but happy to help out with chopping and taste testing. - Try to be active, love the outdoors. - Very clean and tidy. - Will be away for work 1 week of the month.
Beaut 2 Storey house facing directly across to the Brewery, right near the ferry. Fantastic view of Newcastle with only the park between the house and Newcastle harbour. 2x living areas and bathrooms and large open plan kitchen. You would be sharing with only me. Feel free to contact me if interested
Modern townhouse in a stella location! We have the foreshore park right out the back, Nobby's beach is only 2 mins walk and Newcastle beach 5 mins walk. Cafes nearby, we're an easy walk up to Hunter St Mall and a short drive from Darby St and Honeysuckle. We have a private courtyard out the back which opens onto the park and is a perfect spot for entertaining especially during summer. We are away from any main roads and have a carport spot (shared between the 3 housemates) and plenty of visitor parking out the front. Three bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs, open plan kitchen and living downstairs with internal laundry and extra toilet. Your room is the smallest of all 3, but easily fits a queen sized bed plus a desk and shelf or clothes rack. There is a small built in wardrobe half of which is shelved, the other half hanging.
I'm neat, clean, respectful and not just saying that. Work full-time weekdays, enjoy a weekend drink but my party days are limited / behind me. Pretty quiet throughout the week with work, and just like to keep fit, chill, watch sport. Have no problem keeping to myself as I have plenty to do, but don't mind a good chat / drink as well.
Hi, I am moving to Newcastle from Europe for my 9-months scholarship at Hunter Medical Research Institute. I am looking for a single, furnished room in a nice house or apartment. I am 26, not smoking and like pets. I'm easy going, tidy and respectful:)
Working full time as a barista/waitress. Relatively quiet, but do enjoy a night out. Have a dog, Kara, who's very friendly once she knows you and a good guard dog. Enjoy yoga, reading, hiking, good food and going out.
Clean, tidy, very quiet and private. I am reliable with rent. Seeking furnished accommodation with large wardrobe and draw space. Need some sort of parking. Strictly non smoking. Seeking quiet accomodation where both privacy and space are respected.
I am an 23 years old Norwegian student studying at Newcastle University, currently stationed at Ourimbah and the campus at Central Coast. For next semester I'm attending to do my courses at Callaghan campus and therefor wold like to move up to Newcastle. I have shared a room with a friend for one year and shared a flat with three other friends for three years back in Norway. This first semester in Australia have I lived with seven other students, some international and some Australians. This means that I am used to take advisement to my roomies and flatmates. In my spare time I love to do different types of sports, like volleyball, ultimate frisbee, mountain biking, surfing, swimming, climbing, kayaking, hiking, (and in Norway any types of skiing). I am a sosial man that likes to hang out with friends. I have also respect for my own and others space and privacy. I am a non smoker. I have a car, so a place to park this is essential for where I can live. If you would like to have more details, do not hesitate to contact me.
I'm a 24 year old Registered Nurse working full time I love animals, exercise, travelling when I can save my pennies, spending time with friends and family, the beach, and going out for breakfast most days. I'm tidy and like my space but also love socialising with housemates over a cup of tea and/or cheese platter
I'm an active hard working individually who likes to paint and go to the beach when I have free time. I'm 20 but have lived out of home for 2 years. Happy to move into an already existing house share or to look for a place with other people.
A friend and I are looking to move into Merewether or the surrounding area in December 2016. I am looking to find another person to apply for three bedroom places. I'm a 25 year old professional, interested in fitness, sport and music. (In the middle in my picture - black shirt)
I've just returned home to Newcastle from Canberra. I'm looking for a place close to the coast so I can attempt to surf again. I'm working part-time and volunteer with a few organisations as well. I am super passionate about the humanities and the environment particularly refugees and working toward a plastic free society. So, I am always fairly occupied with these interests :) I love a good conversation, coffee, the ocean, animals, camping, yoga, friends (and making new ones) and family! It would be a bonus if there were a garden and a dog ;)
I have just graduated Medicine and am about to move down to Newcastle and start my first year internship at the John Hunter hospital. At the moment I am looking to move down in late December or early January. Looking for a laid back house, close to the beach if possible, and I am looking forward to getting to know the city. I'm down to start a new house, or to move into an existing one. I enjoy the regular things - movies, cats, burritos, wine - but at the same time I enjoy and respect my and others personal space. I'm clean, tidy, love cooking and i'm great at first aid.
Looking for a room in a share house. I prefer suburbs near town/ the beach. Ideally would like to find somewhere asap! I moved up here at the start of the year from Melbourne so I am excited to meet some new people. Ive been living in share houses for the last 13 years. So I’m very tidy, respectful and all that stuff. Pay bills on time, and like to live with people who are the same… I like sharing with people who are relaxed, laid-back, friendly and like a laugh. I Enjoy a chat and cuppa with housemates whenever but also I am pretty busy and like to do my own thing. When I’m not at work I enjoy checking out new bars/ cafes, gym/ walks, beach, reading, watching films and drinking wine :)
Hiya, I'm Andrew, I'm 25. I've lived in Newcastle my entire life primarily around New Lambton & Dudley with abit of travelling this year. I'm seeking a place close to the CBD and/or one of the many beaches around town. I currently work 4 days a week in Architecture whilst studying my masters, I love being near the ocean and being as active as possible, surfing/biking/skating/yoga, whatever! I do partake in enjoying a casual beer or red wine as much as the next guy too. I don't smoke also and think dogs are the best thing ever. I've lived previously in a flat with one other person, and consider myself a very relaxed and easygoing person that can respect others space & daily routines. I'm very clean, particularly in the kitchen. Ideally, I'm seeking a place that has good off street parking, storage for a mountain bike and within 25 minutes ride into the CBD. Feel free to contact me if you think I might be your guy :) Andrew
Hi I'm Julie, I work full time in healthcare. The lease in my current sharehouse is ending so I'm looking for a new place. I'm friendly and easy-going with a good sense of humour. I enjoy having a wine and socialising with housemates, but also happy to do my own thing. I'm a non-smoker, tidy and respectful. I love food, music and wine - and travelling! Looking for somewhere to call home for a while, close to the water (or walking areas would be great). And looking to meet new people and enjoy Newcastle. Move in date is flexible. Happy to chat more, so feel free to message me.
I'm a 3rd year pharmacy student who also works part time at a pharmacy. Tidy person with complete respect for personal space and belongings. Can make a killer Mojito :)
I have just returned from overseas travel and looking for a place with some sweet people. Looking at move after Christmas or in the new year. I'm friendly and super hilarious so it would be a pretty good time. I am pretty quiet during the week but enjoy an afternoon bevvy in the sun at the weekend. I'm tidy and I like to cook! I've just started working full time at the nxfm/kofm studios so reliable for rent and bills.
I'm an easy going person looking for a relaxed and social atmosphere. I work full time and play oztag and waterpolo so I won't be in your hair all the time. I keep communal areas clean and respect housemates boundaries. I enjoy getting outdoors and having a drink on the weekend.
Hey there! I am hoping to find a nice place with wonderful housemate(s). I am 24, studying full-time and working part-time. I consider myself to have quite a healthy social life, with a large mix of friends. However I do enjoy my down time and a good night in. I have an array of interests, I love live music, theatre, Zumba, travelling, food, adventuring and trying new things. I am a clean and considerate person. I would love to find some easy going housemates who don't shy away from a bit of elbow grease, who are up for a delicious chat and laugh, the occasional slice of cheese, but also respect when I need to just curl in a ball and daydream. If you think I may be 'the one' or you want to know more, just message me :) Much love, Georgie

(i live 45 minutes from there currently) Most afternoons i find myself in the gym, although on the weekends i enjoy spending time at the beach, going out for breakfast, or having drinks the chicks. Hi there, I am 23 and work full time as an Engineer. I am a laid back person who loves a drink and being social but I am also a respectful, neat and tidy person. So I am very easy to live with. So please get in contact and I am a flexible with moving dates.
I'm a pretty chilled guy, tidy and clean. Looking to move out of home, doesn't particularly matter where. I feel like I'm fairly fun, and would be easy to live with. Not fussed on when either, but sooner rather than later.
I'm an open minded and easy going flatmate with more than 5 years experience of shared accommodation. During my study I lived at a students place. I like to spend time with my flatmates like cooking or sitting together in the evening or on the weekend. I'll start my PhD at the University of Newcastle soon. As I have to read a lot at the beginning, I would prefer a place where there is no party 24/7.
I am moving to Newcastle (from Melbourne) for my work (Food and Beverage Director). I like a clean and quiet place, but also one where I have a social housemate who likes to share a dinner or two at home. I am also very much into health and fitness, enjoying rock climbing, cycling and the gym.
