Hi! My name is Erin, im 19 years old and I work part time for an airline. I’d love to live in a house where we can hang out but also respect each others alone time and privacy. I am looking to move out of home to lessen my commute to and from work as I do shift work so I am gone at different times of the morning/night. I work most weekends and my days off are usually through the week. Im super chill & always up for a chat!

I like cooking, music, good conversation and spending time at the beach. I am currently working in the Newcastle region as a teacher and studying my masters so am looking for some where to live closer to work. I have a fully grown family on the Central Coast so spend a lot of time on the weekends with them down there but enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of Newcastle. I am used to sharing a house as I have been sharing mine for many years now. Looking for a place that is relaxed and easy
Have been living in Newcastle for the last 4 years. I grew up on the Central Coast but have been living and traveling overseas. Working full time for Service NSW currently, thinking about starting part time work + study in 6-12 months time. I have a very placid Greyhound and a big cat. I'm vegetarian, enjoy listening to music and having a glass of wine with a crime doco on Netflix, walking the dog at the beach on weekends, and reading. Looking for a mature, respectful, animal loving housemate of any age/gender :-) ** I have a flexible move in date.
Hi, i am a professional looking to team up and create a great home to live in. I am coming home from 12months working away. I love the beach so would prefer to live close, either Stockton or Newcastle. Ideally I would like to rent a larger home so there is additional space for an office or work area with one other person. I work long hours and love to come home to a wine and relax. Also into yoga, cooking, diving and travelling. Look forward to hearing from my future room mate.
Unlimited internet just upgrade with faster NBN. Quiet rooms and rent including professional cleaner every fortnightly to clean common rooms. You only need to clean your own room and off course kitchen area after you use it. Very close and in walking distance to University of Newcastle.
This apartment is located on Hunter Street - right in the city. It's within walking distance to shops, Darby Street, the beach, cafes/restaurants, Newspace campus and more. There is no parking available and no pets allowed
Great location with a 1min stroll down to Newcastle Beach. Small tidy town house living with just one other person. Quiet atmosphere and a place to relax. Spacious room (4x3m) with walk-in wardrobe. Parking pass available to park your car on the street. Looking for a relaxed, down to earth person who is easy to get a long with. Looking to fill my room for a few months. You will be living with a 30 year old full time architect who is friendly, clean and relaxed. Message me for more information or to set up an inspection.
This centrally-located flat is spectacular value for money. You'll be situated right in the heart of the city, only a five-minute walk to the beautiful Newcastle beach and break wall, less than 50m to the nearest cafes, bars and shops; bus-stops, and a stone's throw away from the light-rail. The flat itself is extremely comfortable with modern fittings, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, comfy lounges, air conditioning in the shared area, and a large ceiling fan in your room. The room for rent is on the main floor, it has a separate shower and basin room, but the toilet is shared. It is a spacious double room with a built-in spacious wardrobe and two large windows which allow the afternoon sunshine to trickle in. The room is private, so you are not overlooked by anyone. All bills (except Wi-Fi) are not included in the rent, but will set you back around $100 a quarter. Parking is available outside, however Hunter Street Mall is very limited. Parking is free between the hours of 5pm-9am, and there are usually plenty of parking spaces out the front of the flat at this time!
I'm going to stay Sydney from October to November so I'm looking for someone who want to live for a month. This property is right in the heart of the city, with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep, a yoga studio around the corner and the beach only a few minutes walk away. The property features four bedrooms, an open space kitchen, dinning and lounge area, one bathroom and two separate toilets. The available bedroom has a ceiling fan and a large built-in cupboard with mirror doors. This isn't a party house, but we do enjoy having drinks, watching movies, playing board games, and sharing the occasional meal. Wi fi is included in the rent.

Hello There! I’m Kassi-Lee, (Kassi for short). After a period of time living back at home, I'm ready to stand on my own two feet and have my own space again. Although, this time round it won’t be just myself. I’m a package deal, I have a beautiful white cat named Luna who originally was rescued but her owner could no longer have her. She’s beautiful natured, toilet trained, and an inside cat. I'm looking for someone who will adore her as much as I do! I am employed casually but work full-time hours. I’m happy to chat, but also very respectful of others privacy/space. I am a very clean, organised and overall a respectful female. I enjoy living an active lifestyle and healthy lifestyle, as well as nights in over nights out... though I do enjoy the spontaneous drink or two. I am also very family orientated, in saying this you'd have to be okay with having my Mum, sister and niece or close friends visit. I’m in no rush to move out as I am looking for something long-term and a homely vibe, preferably 1 other person to live with. Thank you!
Hi, I’m Tarsh! Currently working for Commonwealth Bank and Mcdonald’s so paying for my part of utilities and rent won’t be a worry. Looking for a chill place to live where I won’t create tension if i’m a smoker and occasionally have some friends over (I have like 3 friends so don’t worry about unsolicited parties) Only looking at moving as my dear Mum has decided to move to Fiji (just casually) I do come bearing the sweetest little staffy (turning 5 in December) who is quite excitable but quickly calms down once he’s used to you (halfa max) and a cute lil axolotl (mexican walking fish) so pet friendly would be fantastic. BTW - I have OCD and i’m a people pleaser so cleaning won’t be a problem and passive aggression won’t be a thing. Currently looking to move around mid March time (current lease finishes March 10) but am willing to move before then (i’m on the lease with my mum and step dad at the moment so it won’t be a problem breaking it)
