I love living in this townhouse - it is in a large complex with a swimming pool and great neighbours - located near bus stops on Liverpool Road and Coronation Parade South Strathfield and with beautiful parks near by. Only 15 minutes to Burwood Shopping and 10 minutes to Chullora.
Hi all :-) I am working full-time (as a doctor), and am looking to for a new home from around the end of April. I am keen to find some friendly people to live with who are respectful of the need to sleep after a long shift, but don't mind sharing a conversation or movie every so often!!! I am quiet, clean, and will be busy working as an intern. Bonus points if you have a dog - especially if it's a Border Collie or a Kelpie, but I'll settle for any breed, as long as it is friendly and can go for walks!!! Thanks :-)
Up for rent is a big bedroom offered to couple or two females. The room with a private entrance and private toilet, comes with a big built-in wardrobe, queen bed, sofa and the rest of the furniture as in the picture. The rent includes all bills, wifi and cleaning of the common areas every forthright. This is a beautiful and huge townhouse on two floors levels situated in a residential area in Strathfield. Right next to the property are bus stops with direct buses to the City & Strathfield Station. The house offers three bathrooms, a clean kitchen, two dining rooms, three living rooms (along with a 54" full HD TVs). Outside you can enjoy the nice and relaxed atmosphere as you can see in the picture. There's also a little gym in the garage if you want to work out a bit. No pet are allowed and smoking only outside. No animals party. If you are looking for a relaxing, clean and friendly home, this is the ad for you.
-so the place is on the end of Greenacre very close to Strathfield Golf club. tones of shops around and easy to get too. (walking /bus) -close to The university of Sydney by car (10min) and less than 10min to strathfield station. -regular buses, easy to get into town and back. (not close to the non-commercial train line) -Quiet neighbors and double brick walls on the end of a quiet crescent. you can hear the freight trains come through so no light sleepers. A bit about the apartment ,so the first room is large you can fit a king in there and a wardrobe, the second is a little smaller and you would only be able to fit a 720 wardrobe. Fridge (huge), washing machine, dryer, and comfy couch are up for communal use. The bathroom and kitchen are tiny. Only rules are be a person with good vibes, very tidy, respectful. someone who cleans up after yourself, who is friendly and likes to enjoys a beer sometimes or a nice talk. A person that will treat flatmates like a temporary family and not have sleep overs more than a few nights a week.
This home is very close to a bus stop that takes you straight to the city, and also to Strathfield train station and shops. It is also a walkable distance to Homebush and Strathfield train stations. It is close to Australian Catholic University. This home is in a quiet street, and has been freshly painted and newly carpeted.
We are a married couple in our mid 20's, both permanent residents and we have been in Australia for 2 years. My partner is studying at the University of Sydney plus working, while I am working part-time. We love to travel and we previously lived in Malaysia and USA although we are originally for Bangladesh. We don't drink/smoke, we respect privacy and are keen to find someone similar. Thanks for taking the time to read this. :)
22 years old, female, Veterinary Nurse. Looking to start a new lease with 1-2 people around Wentworth Point or Five Dock. Around that area somewhere. I'm super friendly and easy going, but do enjoy my own space every now and then! Looking to move around mid June when i get back from travelling. I enjoy the outdoors and going on random adventures, coffee dates, sneaky weekend drinks, food, the beach and animals. I laugh a lot and love a good chat! Working part time at the moment, will progress into full time eventually but will be looking for a night time job once i'm settled in a place. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested or have any questions :)
I am Ashish. Currently trying to juggle a job and an MBA. Searching for a place to call home. I could make your rent/utilities cheaper, partake in groceries acquisition, and successfully execute household chores. I am pretty easy going with most things. Love football, stand up comedy, beer & pizza, not necessarily in that order. While I am down for chit-chat almost any time, I also respect boundaries. Looking for tidy and responsible people who would appreciate untimely, yet wholeheartedly high fives. If you think you might enjoy having a healthy dose of energy around then do give me a shout. Please and thanks! :)
Hello! I'm a student from Singapore who will be pursuing her further studies at the University of Sydney, Cumberland campus. I don't drink, smoke or have pets. I am willing to share household duties. I'm quite neat and organised. My study desk gets messy when it's nearing finals, though. I'm responsible and will pay rent on time. I like to read, swim and try out healthy recipes in my free time. I'm quite laid-back and like trying new things. Personally, I'm looking for a studio to rent or a quiet apartment with housemates who I can click with and are non-intrusive and respectful (:
Hi everyone. My name is David, I'm a 30yr old Taiwanese boy, currently studying cookery and working to pay the tuition fees at the same time. So I have a quiet busy life, but when I have free time, I like to do some social drinking, hangout, BBQ at park, beach, ...etc. Easy going, a good nonjudgmental listener, love food, love cook, and love to share food, a big time home cook. As a chef, I can't stand people who doesn't clean after themselves. And because my study still have few years to go, I'm looking for long-term stay(like 2nd home). That's pretty much everything I can think about right now. Hope can hear from you soon. Cheers :)

I am a full-time professional that works in Finance in Sydney CBD. I am a clean and social flatmate, who also respects other people. I enjoy catching up with mates over a drink, playing basketball regularly and going out for brunch on the weekend. I will be flexible for length of stay and when to move as well. I don't cook too much either, but when I do, I'd be happy to share. I do drive a car, so parking will be ideal, but not essential.
i'm friendly, practical person, and am currently working as a Database administrator at Bangalore, India and looking to move to Sydney with my wife by May'17. We're looking for a private portion like a granny flat with own bathroom.
A friendly, sociable guy working full time in IT. I like to keep my surroundings tidy. Not much of a party person, so it will be quiet most of the time, but surely love to sit for evening chats... :) If you think, I might fit in your flat, please feel free to text/buzz

I'm 24 and I work full time; moving to Sydney in April for work for a minimum of 1.5 years. I'm a VERY tidy person, who wants to move in with like-minded people of a similar age. I currently run a warehouse shift in Melbourne, but will be moving to Head Office in Sydney for three six-month rotations for my graduate program. I will be working the usual 9-5 during my time in Sydney, and that means I'll be unwinding most weeknights. Love a night out and getting stupid on the weekends, but that's few and far between - I'm down for clubbing but prefer drinks at a bar or a chill night of BBQ and drinks at home. I'll always be down to socialise with roommates, but I do like my own time to myself too. I also have a miniature dachshund called Obie who's housetrained, but makes the odd mistake here and there. I will be trying my hardest to find accomodation to suit, but family are more than willing to take him in if I can't find a suitable home. I have all necessary furniture and can bring a 50" TV with a wii and an xbox to sweeten the deal.

I am in my late 20's, im from country NSW and have been living in Sydney around 2 years. I work full time in North Sydney. Im pretty bubbly and chilled. I am respectful, neat, tidy and quiet. I like my privacy and respect my housemates privacy. I am the kind of housemate you will barely notice is even living there most of the time. I am pretty easy going and dont like to fuss about the small stuff. I dont particularly like living with indoor pets though. I work full time and do shift work so i mostly am only home to cook, do washing and sleep. On my days off i can be sociable if im home but i mostly visit family so am usually away on my days off. I can sleep through a fair bit of noise and i am quiet when coming home at strange hours so my shift work is not an inconvenience for my housemates, in fact sometimes with showers and cooking it is better. I like to eat healthy and am trying to get fit or fitter ;), would be happy to have a new healthy lifestyle buddy. My sisters very rarely visit but if they were i would definitely pre arrange. Looking for fun, happy, chilled housemates to live with.
