Hi everyone, Me and my lovely housemates currently have 1 room available in our three bedroom townhouse in Pascoe Vale for a female only. The room is upstairs at the end of the hall it is $145 per week, so $575 a month and you would need to pay bond and if you are comfortable with it be willing to go on the lease. Bills are split equally and not included in the rent but end up being super cheap anyway :) The room is available now. It's about a 30min drive to the city and a 30min train, there is also buses that run regularly and bus stops literally a 1-2 minute walk away. The train station is a 15 minute walk away and there is street parking available there is also pizza shop, fish and chip shop, bws, atm etc. All within a 2 minute walk as well as coles, a gym, swimming pools all relatively close by as well.
