Very good location for people working or studying in the CBD or along the Craigieburn line. 25 minute drive to CBD if traffic is flowing well. As mentioned, the train trip is also usually 25 minutes (to Melbourne central, the rest of the city loop wouldn't be too far off). Plenty of cafe's nearby. Takeaway and fast food just down the road. If you are interested in PC gaming - an MSY store is 2 minutes away for parts. A large Coles, pharmacy, and a Snap fitness membership gym are less than 5 minutes away in Coburg. DFO and Moonee ponds are nearby for shopping (but require a car to get to). On street parking is available, but not in front of the house and sometimes a short walk is required to reach your car. With that said, there is plenty of parking along heath street due to most of one side not having any houses along it. If you are concerned about parking, for a small increase in rent, you will have a good chance at being able to arrange to have exclusive access to the houses 1 garage space.
