While I will most likely crash in my room after a long day of work and am introverted in nature, I am always down for bonding opportunities and exchanging some amazing banter over a couple of bevs. I am a fan of video games, marvel movies, hiking, going to the gym, corny jokes and quality brunches. (Bonus points if you enjoy Netflix and can become friends with this nerd) I can have an active nightlife from time to time, however I keep that outside no matter what and never bring any of that racket home. If I have friends over, I'll always ask for permission first and keep noise to a minimum. Cleanliness has always been a priority to me and I make it a commitment that it remains so in communal areas. My ideal home would be: - Close to public transport and shops (walking distance preferred). - Have space for parking because I have a car (off street or on street is fine). - Inclusive of all bills. - Budget friendly (unfortunately my rent budget is non-negotiable and cannot go any higher than stated).
