Hi, I am looking for a furnished room near UWA. Walking distance will be preferable. I will be working as post doctoral researcher in University of Western Australia, Crawley, Perth. Originally from India. I am an easygoing, friendly person who is easy to get along with but will need a bit time for for research! !
Hi I'm Marc and I'm a 23 years old french student in geology moving to Perth late January for 6 months. I'm going to start a research internship at UWA so I'm looking for a flatshare/houseshare at the university area. About me, I'm a fun and smily person who love hiking and travelling. I'm not a too messy guy and even if i'm not the best cooker you will find, i'm always available if you need somebody to help preparing some meals. Don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested by what you read.
Hi there! Thanks for checking out my listing! I'm a Canadian university student currently in my third year of studying Health Sciences and Global Development. I am coming to study at UWA for an exchange semester from mid February to end of June and I'm looking for a place to stay! In my spare time, I love to do yoga, read a good book with a cup of tea and check out cool farmers markets and art galleries!
I'm Nabilah, 20, an international student in UWA starting Feb 2017 and I'm from the city of Singapore. I speak fluent English and I do enjoy time on my own. On days that I'm free, I tend to cook or bake, anything from a carbonara to a yummy oreo cheesecake. So of course, my room mates will get to have a taste! I'm neat, I like to keep things organised so as to not lose anything. I do look forward to exploring Perth whilst I'm there and would love to make new friends. My first time away from home (for quite a while) and I hope to be able to create new adventures. I'm also looking to find a part-time job to support myself whilst I'm there. p.s. Because I'm a Muslim, I'm looking to find flats with female roomies (don't worry, I'm open to accept any kind of female room mate!) thank you xx
I am a super cuddly ball of fun! I'm 19 but most people mistake me for 15 - but that's okay BECAUSE when I get excited I seem 15 anyway! I am an EXCELLENT cheap wine drinker (love a good glass or four of passion pop), though I do enjoy my double blacks and a solid spirit here and there. I am an avid beerpong/slap cup/drinking game enthusiast - though my shit fine motor skills and shaky hands mean I am not as good as I like to proclaim. I am very pro-sleep!!! sleep is food for the soul oh my goodness! !!! I'm not much of a party gal BUT if you give me a bit of a warning ( like 3-4 days bc anxiety) I will TURN UP in the club/bar/whatever!! ummm I am a second year psych student at UWA. I'll hopefully be doing honours and then masters and PhD - so looking for a stable place to live!!! I am a neat freak and often stress-clean (see this is good for you). I will clean my room then I will clean the kitchen then vacuum the house and sanitise life. (I hate germs) (so much). Dirty bathrooms (in terms of dirt/hair/dust/other yuck stuff on the floor/in the shower/IN THE AIR/anywHERE) are my pet peeve - I will be so uncomfortable and distressed that I won't use that room!!!! (can't do germs I am sorry) I do have a pup BUT I'm doubt I will be taking him with me when I move out, I am thinking of adopting an old old old dog to give it a happy home to live out the rest of its days in warmth with the safety n love it deserves :))) (but if the house is no pets it's not a drama) I coach kidlet gymnastics (3-10 year olds omg) umm I was working at bakers delight for 4 years but I'm in the process of finding a new job, there's only so much bread one gal can deal with. I HAD AN INTERVIEW WITH AESOP WHICH IS EXCITING!!!!!!!! HOPEFULLY BEAUTIFUL SMELLING THINGS TO COME!! i have no idea what else to add in here so YAY none of that makes sense enjoy deciphering it xoxo

Hi! I’m 25, Brazilian (Aus citizen), work full-time. I’m very clean, tidy, friendly, respectful and self-aware. I’m ambitious and dedicated. I like to surround myself by like-minded people who aim towards self-improvement and development. I love exercising (weightlifting) , going out, music, being outdoors, animals, travelling, movies, etc. I have a busy social & work life, so I tend to do my own thing when I’m home and spend time with my dog, Luna. But I’m sociable and friendly; I love meeting new people and have no issues with interacting w housemates & developing friendships :) *ABOUT MY DOG*: She is a 6 y.o. Siberian Husky (photos) on my Facebook - Gabriela Skinner - & she comes w me. She is amazing & well behaved & everyone loves her. She gets exercise w me and then usually just sleeps & chills at home. She loves other dogs. I love her and I look after her. I CLEAN after her. I would never leave mess or anything for others to clean after. *WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR*: A dog friendly home with *secured backyard*. I’m looking for preferably an ensuite to rent in the suburbs near the CBD. - Willing to start a new houseshare as well if I find another 2 suitable people. Not looking to share a house with more than 2 people, as I find it gets too crowded. Just sold my house in which I used to rent the rooms out, so I was a landlady for over 3 years. I know how to look after myself and a household. If you have a room or want to consider a new houseshare and feel this is in line with your household/what you’re looking for, please call or text me :)
I am coming on exchange to UWA from Toronto (Canada). I am a third year Health Science student who is excited to be coming to Perth. I am super easy going, and clean. I am looking for people who might want to travel a bit with me. I am very athletic and I like to have fun!
Hi I am a 30 year-old Aussie female and work full time in the city as a commercial lawyer. I'm not home much, as I tend to work long hours during the week and like to make the most of my weekends. That said, when I am home, I love some good banter and maybe a bottle of wine with a shared meal or a good Netflix binge (or all of the above!). I am planning to move overseas in the new year, but need a place to live until about April. It will be close to the beach and shared with one or two like-minded people in their mid to late 20s or 30s. I am keen to hear from anyone who keeps a tidy house, and is looking for a beach buddy and / or someone to drag out of bed for runs in the morning. I'd prefer for the room to be furnished with a built-in robe and AC, but this is negotiable. Please drop me a line if you're keen to know more about me, or if you think you (and your place) tick the boxes. I'm not interested in team-ups, places with more than three people in total or areas that aren't within a few kilometers of the ones I've listed. Cheers Alicia

DESPARATELY NEEDING A ROOM TO RENT I'm a 33 year old female looking for a place to live. I'm currently live in Albany and am moving to on the 12th December to Perth for work as a nurse. I'm a non smoker. I'm easy going. Need somewhere that I can move into without viewing in person as it's extremely hard to view when I'm in Albany
I work full time as an apprentice electrician during the week, and on most weekends I work a second job for an entertainment hire company. I'd be a quiet roommate, I enjoy getting heavily into TV series so if you like keeping to yourself then I'd be no problem. I enjoy a beer after work occasionally so if you wanted to ever join me for one, I'd be more than happy to. I enjoy 4WD'ing so on the few weekends I get off, I'd likely be heading down south/up north to get a weekend away. I will be very reliable with paying rent and will be a very easy going flat mate.
Friendly, easy going, non-smoker, healthy, social, clean and tidy, don't own pets... enjoy a good bottle of wine (I pride myself on finding a decent bottle for under $10), Netflix and dinners. I enjoy living in a social household as I love a good chat... wine should always be involved in said chats. My current housemates of 2+ years are moving in with their partners, so its time to move on. I'm looking to move into another house-share with a group of like-minded people for the long term. Feel free to contact me if you have a listing in the inner city suburbs - I am currently studying part time at UWA, so hoping to be relatively close to campus. Otherwise, not overly fussy on suburb. I am the blonde in the striped pants (took inspiration from B1 & B2)
Hi all, My name's Renee, I'm 24 and work full time in the city Mon-Fri. I enjoy playing netball, seeing bands, the beach and socializing on the weekend. Looking for some friendly housemates! Happy to cook, clean etc the usual things.
This is a large, stand alone townhouse on a beautiful tree lined street in Subiaco. The house is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a detached toilet and a second toilet and shower located downstairs. The bedrooms are all located upstairs. Your room is of a good size, it will definitely fit a double bed and other furnishings. It also has a built in robe and a vanity desk, as well as your own air conditioner. Downstairs there is the living room, which is separate from the kitchen and dining area, the laundry and 2 gorgeous courtyards - one at the front of the house and the other at the back (perfect for entertaining). We have only just signed the lease and the move in date is Saturday the 10th of December, so we're looking for someone to move in with us. The photos currently show the house as unfurnished as we haven't moved in yet but it does come furnished. That being said, if you have furniture that you would like to bring with you, I'm sure we can work something out.
Hey folks, we have a room available in a great pad in Subiaco. We're just off Rokeby road, with Coles next door and a 5 minute walk to subi station. Plus there's the whole subi strip to enjoy. We're an easy going bunch looking for someone fun and friendly to live with. You would be living with 3 guys in our late 20's. We're looking for $140 a week + bills and the bond is $560. The room is small double bedroom. It can fit a double bed (not included), but a small wardrobe comes with a room. If you're interested in taking a look, give me a buzz. Mat
Originally from Melbourne, relocated to Perth at the beginning of the year and looking to stay in Subiaco after my lease expires. Have been living on my own (shocking decision) and looking to move in with some fun & caring housemates. I enjoy exercise, music, a night out on the town, and general banter. Bit of a smart ass. Would be looking for long-term accommodation. Cheers!
Hallo! We are two friends (Maggie + Allan = Australian and Brazilian) looking for a room to share together until end of March. We work full time and both study in the evening. We are very fun people who like to relax but also be adventurous in our (limited) free time! We are extremely clean and respectful and hope to find people similiar!
23 year old male. Mostly work in construction and the mining industry doing shutdown work currently. I'm pretty chilled out enjoy the simple things. Spending time with friends, having a beer down the pub or going to the beach is what I like to do. Love to travel and am always looking for new places to go. I'd be great to live with as I'm always out and about, open to new ideas and willing to have a chat about anything.
The place is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car bay with separate laundry and is fully furnished (minus your bed but if you need one that can be arranged), located within the Subi Strand apartment complex, which is in walking distance to all Subiaco has to the offer. The room is 3.3m x 3.0m (which can easily fit a queen size bed) with a built in wardrobe and backs onto the outdoor living area. The second bathroom will be primary yours and although it is not an ensuite, it is literally about 2 metres from your room. You'll have a car bay (In a secure basement) to yourself but if you don't drive, the Subiaco train station is about 250m away. You'll have access to all the apartment facilities including a swimming pool, gym, theatre, dining room, recreation areas, rooftop area, table tennis and pool tables.
I'm looking at a couple of apartments in Cottesloe which I'm interested in taking and I'm looking for a housemate to join me. The apartments are going for around $500-$600 .
