So a little bit about myself , I moved here permanently over four years ago from Ireland , I was living in brisbane for eight months when I came out and I then moved down to Melbourne for the last three years ,but I’ve upped and left Melbourne to be closer to family and see what the east coast has to offer ,working full time mon-Friday day shift and the occasional weekend too ,I'm a social very easy going ,respectful and well house trained lad ,as for activities going to the gym or a jog after work ,and going hiking camping and going on the occasional road trip most weekends ,Love to watch a good movie or documentaries when I get the chance ,I'm a big Attenborough fan and as for game of thrones I can't get enough of it ,if I sound like your new house mate drop me a line and we can meet up for a beer or a coffee over a convo . Preferably looking for a room In a home that got a back yard or a garden and a shed or garage for storage Thanks Joe ✌️
Hi there, my name is Montanna and I am from Wollongong. Looking to start a new life in Byron bay as it is definitely my second home and will aid my spiritual development. I love fitness and health and do not party. I love sunrises and sunsets and nature!
The house is huge with spacious open plan living dining area and off to the side a TV nook. This all opens out on the large north facing deck area making a great space equipped with bbq and further lounging and outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped with quality cookware and includes dishwasher and microwave. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Whilst the house accommodates up to 8 we like to keep it at a maximum of 6. Two of the four bedrooms have their own private ensuite and balconies whilst the remaining two share one bathroom and a separate toilet. Located 4 minutes walk to the beach, 10 mins to local shops and 10 drive into Byron Bay. Easy access to public transport. Any questions please don't hesitate to make contact.
I am going to study ‘environmental management and sustainability’ and work part time in Byron and am looking for a nice private room in a relaxed shared house/flat to stay while I am there, favorably with some friendly likeminded people:) I can move in anytime from now. I travelled a lot before and lived in Germany/Spain/US/NZ and since 2 years in Australia wherefore I’m quite social, flexible and easygoing. I am not looking for a party-home, but like an occasional after work drink & chat. I am clean, tidy, responsible, love the outdoors and would be happy to learn how to surf! Don’t have any, but love pets!

Hey! We are two girls 18/19 looking for a place to stay in Byron from July but we are flexible with dates. We are hoping to live with people similar ages to us. We love the beach, surfing and festivals! We would be happy to stay in an existing sharehouse or team up with people to find a granny flat or house. Social media: katiiestewart
Hey! My name is Agata but I go by Aggy. Moving to Byron area and looking for a share-flat. It can be a long-term or short, I'm easy! I've been travelling the past 3 years (Central America, Canada, Portugal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, NZ) and also working remotely (biz dev for startups) - so all good, rent is covered, but I will defo look for a part-time job in the area! Would love to share some good stories, laughs, my spotify playlists (the are damn good) and my polish, old-fashioned, grandma style crepes. Cheers!
I'm responsible, tidy and organised. I've been living on my own for more than 12 years in different countries and mainly in shared houses. I love cooking and treating my house mates. I'm reliable and great with house chores. Since I'm not yet in Oz, I don't have a job, but my plan is to work as a barista or bartender (in a proper cocktail bar) or as a dive instructor. I use to compete with snowboarding and to work as a Snowpark builder. In 2016 due to a disc hernia I had to quit everything and I've been recovering since then. During my stay in Oz my aim is to continue with my back physiotherapy and eventually go back surfing. Also I prefer a full time job.
3 - 4 minute walk to Tallow beach and approx 5-10 minute walk to Suffolk shops and pub. Happy to make space in the garage for boards/bikes. Back garden is lovely for sitting outside with dinner and a beer. Garden backs on to water and we have the odd Koala visitor too! Bedroom has ceiling fan, build in double wardrobe. Main bathroom only shared with one other and extra toilet down stairs.
It’s a quiet suburban area with lots of bird life around. I like to provide a sanctuary for rejuvenating and relaxing - a cosy communal setup with respecting each other’s space and privacy. We’re about 5 km’s south of Byron CBD, close to Suffolk Park and Tallows beach. Public transport and grocery store nearby - can provide bicycle.
I’m a super easy going and positive person. I’m very much someone who gets along with everyone! I love to live ethically and I‘m also pretty minimalistic in what I own. I try to be as waste free and environmentally friendly as possible, and I’m also great at cleaning up after myself and maintaining a peaceful space. I don’t smoke and I’m not much of a drinker but I’m completely cool with being around people who do. I love to spend my spare time in the ocean, in nature or moving my body!
I am generally a quiet and tidy kid. I will be working part time at Coles whilst studying film at SAE institute in Byron Bay as I am passionate about film and photography. I come from a small town called Wingham and look forward to meeting new people. I'm looking for a quiet place to stay with friendly and respectful flatmates.
Hey! We are a English/Aussie couple (Steve’s the Aussie) currently looking for somewhere to live maybe short or long term depending on circumstances. We are really easy going, always up for a laugh and are very clean people. Steve is a first aid /CPR trainer from Melbourne and I am a former project manager from the north of England. We are really friendly, love the beach, love music and like a social drink every now and again. We aren’t sure how long we will be living around the Byron area hence not knowing how long we want to rent/flat share for, it will be around the minimum of 3-6 months depending on work etc. Thanks!!
We’re a couple from Germany currently looking for a place to stay after we traveled a good amount of time. We spent the last 3 months in our little campervan Theo but fell in love with Byron and now we want to spent at least half a year here. Back in Germany we were both working in hospitality, Patrick as a chef and me, Anne, as a Reservationts Agent. Patrick is very passionate about cooking so that is also how he spents his free time if he’s not on the water trying to catch some waves and figuring out how to surf. I myself love to watch him cook, always trying to learn and helping out if needed. As the last couple of month have been pretty relaxed I want to get back into working out regularly. We’re both outgoing and open minded people who are looking for a place with some company.

Maya and I are moving up north soon so I can start a new job in Byron Bay. We are quiet and respectful, love a few glasses of wine and good food. We are looking to find a share house with another person or couple, or a studio flat if available. We are heading up on 22nd of April and staying in an airbnb for a week so we can do some inspections.
