Hey potential housemate :) I currently study osteopathy full time at SCU, teach a little bit of yoga and massage as well, but otherwise squeeze in as many activities and random fun things as i can manage.. I'm well travelled and house trained with plenty of experience sharing spaces. I'm really hoping to find a place to call home.. wether its with others or on my own in a studio type space is ok. I would like to have a second small space (doesn't need to be a bedroom) where i can setup a treatment space for massages (maybe 5-10 per week at most?)... this could maybe be a study, a sun room or a clean garage for example? (the table doesnt need to be permanently fixed and can easily be packed away for a sleeping space for guests or for other purposes?) I don't need to be out by a certain date, but i am exploring possibilities (this includes collecting people to move into a new place together.. let me know if you would like to be in the loop) Also if you only have a small space that can be utilized as a massage space i would love to hear from you!
I have a beautiful light and airy double room available with built in w/d and ceiling fan in a stunning 4 bedroom fully furnished home in Suffolk Park. 2 minutes to Baz n Shaz, 5 minutes to shops, bakery and the beach. The place is huge with 3 living areas, lovely spacious deck and garden with water views. Sharing with well traveled, house trained and friendly working people in their 30's / 40's. We are independent although we do like to come together from time to time for the odd dinner and glass of wine. Looking for a working male / female who is drama free, house trained, respectful and wants a long term lovely and stable home. Looking forward to hearing from you.
We are a couple that just put away some money to leave our town, to share an awesome experience. My girlfriend wants to learn some English and surf, I'm taking my kayak with so I can surf with it, and wanna lear board surfing too!!! We have a big age difference, but I'm still up for travelling and she's done pretty much none. Super enthusiastic for this trip, and knowing new people!!!
Hi I'm StJohn. I work as a radiation oncology registrar in Melbourne but will be moving up to take up a position at Lismore Hospital. My working hours will usually be normal, however when on call I may be up and about as well as coming and going at odd times. Apart from work, I love cycling and enjoying a few craft beers at the end of the week. I'm generally a quiet and chilled person who is clean and tidy and looking for someone who is on the same wavelength.
Aloha guys. We are Phil and Jasmin, originally from Germany - but hopefully left cold places in our life behind all for good. ;) We are artists (Jas is a musician, Phil a writer), vegetarians, for sure part-time philosophers and always look out for beauty, community and truth. Spiritual growth is our fuel. Living with us is easy and chill, we tidy up after ourselves and love to create beautiful atmospheres in our home, which after all is a sacred space to us. For sure, we spend a lot of time in our "space of creativity", but also love to connect with beautiful humans in order to have fun, to create new stuff and follow dreams together, who knows? Life is exciting and even might be a fairy adventure. If this messy attempt of description touched your interest or heart, sent us a message. We are happy to hear from you! LOVE
Hi there, I'm a high school teacher from Newcastle. I have a job in Evans for next year and need to find a place to move into by the end of January. I like music, travel, cooking, making things and getting outdoors. Also love a bad rom-com and Friends re-runs. I'm friendly, clean and easy to get along with. Interested in flat mates, team ups or living on my own. Hit me up :)
Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent for myself and my beautiful dog Bailey (12yr old well trained spoodle - he doesn't shed hair). I'm a very neat, tidy and considerate person. I enjoy a chat and I also like my own space. Would love to live with a conscious person. I am a non smoker. Would love to hear from you if you feel this resonates with you. Have a beautiful day 😊
I love for my home to be social, warm and welcoming but not so much a big party house. I am respectful, friendly and love to cook. I want to find a place that considers other's down time but also isn't a home full of strangers. I have a wonderful, well trained little staffy looking with me as well. She is friendly and a joy to be around, so being ok with pets is a must. Looking for something long term.
I am a clean and tidy individual from the Central Coast. I am health conscious and follow a predominately raw/fruitarian vegan diet. I love animals and in my spare time I enjoy yoga, walking, sewing, pottery, photography and growing food. If you have a veggie patch I would love to help take care of it. I have my own 40 acre property with veggie gardens and orchards and have studied permaculture. I Have a very strong connection to nature. I love to spend time in forests and by the ocean so I would spend a lot of my free time exploring nature. I am empathetic, conscious, enjoy good company but also very much love my own time and easily respect other people's space, privacy and belongings. I have spent the last 6 years living with my partner and dog so I am aware of what is involved in sharing space, chores, and paying bills. I am a high school art and photography teacher and hoping to work casually at the local high schools. I do not smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol, although I do not condone anyone else that does! I am a very open minded spiritual person and love to chat about art, permaculture, zero waste, veganism, fruitarianism, feminism, spirituality, conspiracies and everything in between! Just wanting to spend a few months in the Byron Bay Area for a period of self discovery and exploration and seeking some fun like minded folks to live with and hopefully make new friends.
I'm starting work at Lismore base hospital in Jan 2018 and hoping to find a few young professionals to start or join a share house with. I'm hoping for rent on the cheaper end but it's more important to find the right place and ppl I consider myself easy going and clean ( especially common areas). I've been living in share houses for ~9 years so I'm well house trained. I'm hoping to find housemates that will be respectful to accommodate varying work schedules but also willing to have some bevvies if the stars align and our work schedules allow it.
Cheerful and tidy. Love to have a laugh. Been living in the area since Feb 2017, from Sydney originally. Very keen to live with a pet! I enjoy hiking, swimming, f45 and hoping to nail surfing this summer! Non-smoker and don't use recreational drugs. Not a party animal either. Would be keen to hang out with my housemates from time to time and hopefully become mates, but am also happy to do my own thing. Have lived in share houses before so am house trained! :-)
Hi, my name is Liv and I am from the UK. I have recently started working near Alstonville and am looking for somewhere to stay in the area up until Christmas or new year depending on availability. I'm a pretty chilled out person, I love to read and make jewellery in my free time and I'm also trying to get the hang of surfing! I also love live music, arts, food festivals, markets and hiking. Please get in touch!
Hey there! We are two down to earth people that are working full time over the summer. Looking for a positive, relaxing place to call home for a few months. When we are not working we are mostly at the beach, catching up with friends and sometimes have a beer in the afternoon! Both respectable of peoples spaces and privacy :) Be great to hear from you! Gemma and Joel :)
Easy going, self sufficient, friendly and tidy, that's the dog, Salty. The human is OK too. I am interested in places in the general region, having moved to the area from far South Coast NSW. I am currently living in Ocean Shores short term and I am intending to rent for a year or so while I get to know the region and choose a home to buy. We prefer to be close to a dog beach or in the forest but are also happy in town with a private leafy outlook and access to good dog walking spaces. I am active and creative and busy keeping up with the demands of a multi-faceted career. I work from home making natural dyes and doing botanical printing, I also work in adult education and professional and technical writing. I like cooking and baking, gardening and growing food. I am fortunate to love my work. I sometimes travel for work but mostly work from home or nearby workshop. A shed, roof, garage area or warehouse space I can use for workshop would be fantastic, especially if I could live in it! I'm good to live with because I am respectful of the space/time/social needs of others. I ask, listen and am able to express my own needs and perspective. I do not like drama. I make sure Salty is happy and other members of the household are comfortable with him and understand his cues and commands. Salty is pretty friendly, a desexed red Smithfield, he likes most humans and other animals, he walks away from drama with other dogs rather than be involved in aggression. I live a mostly healthy lifestyle, lots of dog walking and swimming - not much party these days! I still love music and dance. I drink alcohol now and then and I do smoke occasionally. I always make sure no one is offended or adversely affected by my smoking.
We're 25 year old Boston natives travelling around Australia on working holiday visas. We've been road tripping down the East Coast since September and will be arriving in Byron Bay on November 19. We love the outdoors (surfing, hiking, biking, running, etc), cooking, and enjoying a nice coffee or beer (depending on the time of day). We are clean and always respectful of others and common spaces. Feel free to message with any questions or opportunities!
Hey flat mates. Recently left Byron to be closer to work. Looking for a room but have furniture to furnish most of a house. Happy to bring anything with me they may come in handy. I manage a local pub and do boot camp three mornings a week. I play soccer, surf and be outdoors as much as I can. I see myself as clean, tidy, proactive and easy-going. If it sounds like I’d fit in to your house, give me a message, please. I’m available to move in from Monday 13th Thanks Alex
Hi guys!!! My name is Miguel and I'm from Spain. I Move to Byron Bay to study English. I'm clean, quiet, friendly and respectful of other people's living space When I'm not working I like to meet new people. I love surf, cook, sports and a lot more. Please do not hesitate to contact! I look forward to hearing from you!! Thank you ;)
Hi, I am looking for accommodation for my very mature 16 year old son who is a student at SAE in Byron Bay. He has evening classes so it is really hard organising return travel arrangements for him to Lismore. He is a thoughtful and considerate young man who is highly independent. We are looking for a safe, self-contained space for him to rent until the end of May when the course finishes. Please feel free to call me and ask any questions.
We have great stories of our travels and adventures, we are clean, respectful, non smokers and love animals although don't have one :( Brigette loves to cook and garden and Jon is technology handy, quick witted and together we are social but also like down time.
Hey I'm Alex! I come from France as a Working Holiday and I'll be staying in Australia during 9 or 10 months in order to practice English. I like every kind of sport but I especially want to improve my surf level wich is pretty bad for the moment. Discovering new places and meeting new people are the main reasons for doing this journey!
Hello, I am a 24 yo junior doctor working at the Lismore Base Hospital next year. I am after a chilled house, with fun house mates with similar interests - preferably who also work full time or enjoy a quiet house (as I will be working long, uncertain hours). I love surfing, exploring and hanging out. My ideal location would be Bangalow, as it's half way between the coast and Lismore.
