Recently graduated in electrical and electronic from Swinburne Uni. Continuing my part time job in the catering business until I find a professional engineering career that suits me. Paying rent on time isn't an issue. With my lease at UniLodge over, I'm willing to relocate. I like to think of myself as an ordinary INFJ wanting to realize great dreams. Currently educating myself the realm of entrepreneurship and hoping to have my own start up one day. While I appreciate privacy, I also feel housemates are a 'family', away from family. In my last 4 or so years of living in shared accommodations, I've made sincere friendships which I truly value. I wish to continue doing so. Plus, I find animals adorable so if there's a pet at home, it'll find a good company. And oh, I don't leave my dishes go stray. : ) I have a thing for modern aptmnts/units and I'm not much fussy about the suburb tbh. Happy for anything in between 30km radius from Melbourne I guess.

We are a very respectful, very friendly and easy-going couple, living with our 10 year old cat. Tom comes from the UK but grew up in France and I am French. He will turn 27 soon and I'll turn 29 in June. We both are former flight attendants. We hold a working holiday visa but cannot live the backpackers' lifestyle because the well-being of our cat is crucial. We're looking for a fully furnished place in Melbourne or around, and are willing to pay up to $250/week. We would like to share a house with friendly people, we could now and then share a glass of wine with or a few meals, and who want to keep the place clean and tidy, just as we do. Our cat, Mario, is neutered and is used to a litter box, that we clean immediately after he uses it. He is shy and does not hunt so he won't bother you. We make sure his vaccinations are always up to date and he gets monthly treatments against parasites. Feel free to ask any questions about us or our cat :-)
Im looking for a place in a few months, I have two birds and a dog. I work full time in child care and love my job. I like to keep a clean house and enjoy spending time with my friends on weekends. I am shy at first but very social when i get to know someone. I am looking for someone who is social but also values their own time and space. If you like a drink and bbq we will get along great!
Hey! My name is Kevin, and I'm currently looking for a new place to live after a break up (hooray..... not). I'm currently studying at La Trobe University, work in Animal Welfare and have pets! (A Border Collie, Hopping Mice and Geckos) My dog is well trained and does plenty of tricks :) I'm only in my first year of study so will be looking for somewhere for a decent amount of time. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games or looking after my animals. Feel free to message if you have any questions! Thanks!

**Seeking 2 rooms with an ensuite if in a shared house, my budget is negotiable** I'm searching for somewhere tranquil for myself & my (quiet, shy & bright) 14-year-old daughter, to make our home. I do smoke but I'm happy to smoke outside & prefer a (mostly) smoke-free environment myself. My ad also states that we have a pet but at present do not, I do have the intention of buying my daughter a cat once we're settled though. I'm a quiet, helpful natured, open minded & relaxed person. I'm even tempered, have no addictions & like a clean & tidy home to live in. It is also a priority that public transport & shopping be easily accessible as I do not drive. Ps: I'd be happy to be a live-in carer for the right elderly person/s. **Team-ups welcome & preferable. I'm happy to cover the majority of the bond but you would need to cover whatever is left & 2 weeks rent in advance if required. One (happy, down to earth) couple, Single parent or Single person with a quiet lifestyle Only please** With thanks for taking the time to read, Sarah-jane.
I am a single, quiet and respectful man who cleans up after myself and my dog, looking for somewhere to live. I am at times sociable but my partying days are far behind me now. I have moved to Victoria from Alice Springs. I have full time work at Melbourne airport and would likely be gone from 7am-6pm, Mon-Fri. I am also looking into doing a diploma next semester with would keep me fairly occupied of a night time. I have a 2 y/o cross breed dog called Bear (about the size and shape of a greyhound). He is a great dog, desexed/registered, friendly and loves to be around people. Used to get along with other dogs really well but unfortunately his attitude towards dogs has changed a little since being in Victoria. He gets walked just about every day and is an outside dog so I am looking for a place with a bit of a backyard for him and fenced. I would also prefer if he was the only pet in the household, although not a deal breaker. Some weekends I am gone for Friday night til Sunday night (the dog comes with me) visiting family and friends, other weekends I am happy to stay home, do my general household duties and catch up on TV series. Looking for a room for $150-200 a week, in the Macedon Ranges/Hume region. Realistically I would be looking to move in around mid May.
Moving to the area for work. I am clean, tidy, cook, wash etc. I am easy going, enjoy a laugh and don't take myself to seriously. My family are staying in Queensland for 12 months whilst I settle in to my new position. I work within management.
Hi, I'm looking for some employed, friendly, clean, respectful people to share a comfortable home with. Situated in a quiet street, only a 7 min walk to the bus stop and 5 min walk to Blind Creek, this house feels homely! There is a terrific garden, inclusive of a vege patch and extensive undercover entertainment area with a BBQ. We also have a outdoor water feature, fish pond, home to 5 gold fish and 3 black fish. The home is an open plan set up with two separate living areas each side of the kitchen, allowing for house mates some peace and space. Down lights, double sink, dishwasher, air conditioning it has all the amenities one needs. Sensational Fish n chip shop, Food works and tasty bakery are a 13 min walk away. The pantry is a decent size, bills will be shared. Room for a car in the drive way. Or out the front. Smoking outdoors only. No parties, drugs, reference needed. Rent paid monthly $650
We make a great team and together i think we can make a great future. rob is quite silent and holds it in while i'm more outgoing and chatty, love to help people. we both seem to understand the other and we both want the same from life, to save and create a good future, we want a little space or place our own where we can save, where we can continue to study and work, no drama, and we would love to meet some like minded people in the process.
Every host will probably say there house is the best but for me I wold rather you just come and have a look and make your own decision Our house is divided into two parts The front part is the guest room with an ensuite bathroom where you have complete privacy. We have internal access garage parking so you can park you car and go straight into your room without having to go through the rest of the house. Park and nice footpath walk is just near by the house within 5 minutes walking distance.

I'm clean, neat & tidy, I keep you myself within my room mostly. I work afternoons/nights mostly so you can still enjoy your own alone time. Have lived with all sorts of people so know what to expect and how to go about it.
This bedroom is the best and biggest in the whole house, it is 4.5m X 5.5m. HUGE!!! You will have your own personal fridge and access to pool table & a flat screen tv in shared lounge room. Also a very spacious kitchen. We have a great friendly vibe in the house hold and everyone is very neat and tidy. We barely all see each other as everyone just stays pretty much in there rooms and keeps to themselves. THIS IS THE BEST ROOM IN THE HOUSE. It's actually bigger then my own master bedroom and has a lot of room. My place is situated very close to shops 2km / bus stop 200m Sunbury train station is 4km away Airport 10 min drive. CBD 30min
We both are very easy going, both accommodate to situations, very kind, people say too kind- we just would like a room with an ensuite or something for $100 each $200 altogether- we will only state what we can afford, we will not beat around the bush and tell you something that is not going to be affordable for us so in that regard we are a safe option as you won't have to worry about someone overcommitting themselves and not having the ability to pay the rent, we would like a place that we can live and feel safe, in a drama free environment,, we do't want fighting and chaos, which is why the country life is what we would like to attempt too find, we are genuinely good people and will do our best to help anyone who needs it. We are actively looking for something soon, as living with parents isn't ideal when you are paying the same amount as you would somewhere where we can take our bed and tv out of storage and stop paying that weekly on top of living in crowded place. Would love to hear something asap :)
