Hello :))) Please read bio before messeging me . Also I dont have dog i just love dogs hence pic. So if you have a furbabie bonus . I am looking for a unfurnished or furnished room . Own bathroom or ensuite preferred and aircon in room or throughout house . Would like to find a place with a pool to if possible going into summer . But fleixble with both bathroom and pool now as I am becoming desperate to find place ! Need room to run my own standard size not double door fridge and potential storage space for some storage tubs etc . Prefer little to no bond due to break lease fees at my current place if I can . I am a single person , no pets , non-smoker , quiet, and pride myself on cleanliness . I can be active love going for hikes walks and hitting up the gym. I can be slightly social bit of asd/adhd . Definately not a super serious person and like a chat now and then and some laughs . So housemates that are ND friendly or your just friendly and or easy going that's fine too :) But majority of the time I am mostly introverted and routine oriented especially throughout the weeks and would be doing my own thing and mostly keeping to myself alot. I also take privacy and space seriously to so I wouldnt be ok with people going through my personal space and vice versa. Would prefer door locks or people who are just understanding of space. Not after dramas and random people rocking up , loud music , no drugs I am just like most people wanting a good safe space to come home to and feel like home ! I am someone who is huge on communication also goes with if things come up and we need to address it I dont want to feel like either of us are walking on egg shells at the same time ! I am not working but studying. Reliable people only if your the type of person that cancels before a move or unreliable / bad communication or blunt with replies please do not even bother reaching out to me. Apologies for massive bio but need to ensure I can find the right place for myself . Also please have the decency to get back to me even if we are not the right fit its hard enough just putting yourself out there these days and when your consistently just opening up to people left right centre .
