I'm Emily, I'm 22 & looking for either a cool, relaxed & fun roomy to move out to Cronulla/Woolooware area with OR someone who wanted to rent a small room in my current apartment in Kirrawee. Basically, here's a bit about me: - i enjoy a beverage or 2 or 8 - I kind of suck at cooking but will cook a mean burrito mix - I'm social and a hermit all in one. I'll talk to you, but might also sit in my room for 12 hours and watch documentaries! - I work in Early Education full time in woolooware, so would love to live close to work - Id love a share house, with a cruisy group of people - I'm pretty easy going, hit me up at any time :) !
Im Nathan, 33 year old professional. Positive thinker. Im very clean, mature, friendly, honest, reliable, active, respectful. Hi, I'm looking for a granny flat or place to share in the Shire. I need a safe place to park my new car. I'm transgender, and I've been living here in the Shire with family for the last 3 years. I have my own fridge, kitchen stuff, lounge, bed, TV, large computer desk ect. I also have an 11 year old cat who is very well behaved, and gets along well with other cats and dogs.
24 Years old, working in Caringbah, wants to live with relaxed, fun people, but don't mind if I have my own space as I work 12 hour days sometimes and come home exhausted! Want to live with people who are okay with guests being over for dinner etc, that are social and like to have a chat. Love keeping fit and running (okay, walking) along the esplanade but will be the first to jump on the couch and watch a movie and eat chocolate with you! Lived out of home before and am very respectful and don't expect others to clean my mess up! :)
I have just started as a part time personal trainer and will eventually go full time - and I am also a competitive swimmer trying to make worlds championships (December!) and retiring and rejoining the work force! I can assure that I can afford rent (can produce bank statements if required) and am a reliable and trustworthy person. I am currently studying my Cert IV in Fitness via correspondence, am a very down to earth and understanding person and hoping someone can help me out! :)
I am clean and tidy, looking for comfortable and clean accommodation. Working full time. Easy going down to earth. I like my privacy but also like to socialize, Social drinker. I require secure garage for my Motorbike. Upto $300 per week must include bills.

I am from Melbourne and my background is Fijian. I work as an accounts clerk/Office Administration and weekend job at a Bistro. I like to go to the beach on Sundays and have coffee with friends or even lunch with a glass of beer or dinner with a glass of wine. I also like to go to the cinema on a Tuesday night and check out some new movies and sometimes to a yacht club if the weather is good and go out sailing. I love to treat myself after a long week of work with a decent meal at the Hurricane or similar restaurants with few glasses of wine and just chill out with friends or family. I guess I've said just about enough to answer the question but if you wish to know more you can always inbox me. Thanking you kindly.

Hey guys :D My name is Mitch - I'm 24 years old and I'm currently getting paid to do my PhD. This basically involves me inventing new types of nuclear medicine for cancer detection, so yeah, its pretty cool stuff :) I'm originally from NZ, but I've lived in WA for the past 7 years and only just moved to Sydney this year to continue doing my research - so I don't know a lot of people around here. This being said I am am super friendly, always smiling and have many hobbies. I also really love getting to know other peoples' hobbies and never pass up the opportunity to learn something new, so I would love to live with happy similar-minded people who would like another friend instead of just another roommate :D I am also super reliable regarding payments (I can set an automatic payment system to make sure you always get paid exactly on time) - and also love to cook and clean (ideally with some music in the background). Would preferably like to live around the Shire area so I can keep in touch with the few friends I have made so far, and would also like to live close to transport if possible. Anyway that's me :) I'll be looking to stay somewhere for at least 2+ years so if you have a place I can call home and would be keen to get to know me then definitely let me know. I'll be super excited to meet you too. Live well my friends! ^_^ Cheers, Mitch.

My name is James, I am from Sydney and am a full time teacher. My girlfriend is Mirren from NZ and she works part time while studying. We are both in our mid-20s, friendly, reliable, and tidy. We work hard during the week and will go out most weekends but also happy to chill at home for a chat in the sun and enjoy getting to know new people!
Hi, My name is Katie. I'm looking for share accommodation as I'm thinking it would be a far better option rather than renting on my own again. I run my own business, like to keep fit and busy. I am an easy going, social person (also like downtime too), am clean, easy to get along with and enjoy cooking (can cook 😊) with excellent rental references. I also have a little dog named Randy who is a very loveable little maltese terrier he is well trained and not yappy, house trained and doesn't shed so no fur all over the place. Hoping to find the right person to share with on here and ready to move in November. 😊
As a writer, I work from home and when there's a book due, it means long hours BUT when I get time off I love to cook BBQs and socialise. My books are on many topics and the most popular is cleaning without using those harsh chemicals so I'm NO stranger to helping out with the chores! ****Scroll to the bottom if you want to join forces and create a REAL home, not just another 6 month rental**** My kids visit every 2nd weekend and like me they love helping out although we are usually out and about making the most of our time together. I know everyone says their kids are well behaved but I'm a lucky Dad indeed! I've been in a GREAT place but they are preparing the house for sale so it's time to find a place I can call home again. I'm VERY easy going and enjoy just about any music short of death metal :)) *-* It's TEAM UP time! I've found a couple of housemates here and we're looking to start a real PIRATE crew in the Shire Renting a room where everyone else is established is tricky and from experience, you're at the mercy of the mood of the lease holder :o Not cool! We want a HOME that smells of fresh coffee in the morning, where we join forces to make the cleaning fun and then be as social or as private as each of us want to be. A house big enough so there are secret spots we can claim for our chill-out time and a kitchen that is inviting Plus a literal LIBRARY of books to read from and escape to another world You will get: - YOUR NAME on the lease so you have the same rights as everyone else - YOUR SAY in which house we choose (be quick please ;) ) - YOUR CHANCE to join our whacky pirate crew in the SHIRE! Why are you still reading? Message me - let's make our multicultural pirate crew a reality ;)
I am a 32 year old professional who is clean, considerate and quiet to live with. I'm a home-body so I like to spend a lot of time at home, reading and doing art, and I like my quiet. I have an adorable, super-quiet, tiny (4kg) little old maltese dog called Rosie who sleeps all day and would get on well with other small animals. For this reason I would be interested in a place with well fenced outside access, or a balcony. She would adapt to apartment or unit living. I am a grant writer for charities, and I am also a freelance artist and writer. I have also recently enrolled in a Diploma of Graphic Design online at Billie Blue, studying online one day a week. I'd prefer to share with a female if sharing with only one other, but larger mixed households are fine too.

I work teaching yoga, swimming and with special needs adults. Great food and great coffee are also a passion - my banana chocolate chip muffins are well known!
I'm a young, friendly and very respectful guy who is currently working full-time in Sydney. I enjoy the outdoors and being active. I really love good music and good films. I like to have a good time if the situation calls for it but am just as happy with the quiet life, I go with the flow. Really would like to move to a place that will be suitable for a dog as I want to get a furry companion I can go on adventures with.
Hey guys. Looking to move into an exisiting place or team up to find a place. Have a lot of my own furniture if that helps :) Work full time mon - fri and like to keep active and get outdoors when I'm not working. Message me if you'd like to team up or you have a place you think I might fit in perfectly to :)
Beautiful and quiet area, close to Coles, IGA, gym, restaurants/ cafes etc. 8-10 minute walk to train station. With huge balcony. The rent for a furnished room, with bed and built-in cabinet is $250, while unfurnished is $200, meaning you will need to have your own bed. The rent includes payment for the utilities, with internet.
I am about to move to America with my fiancé and am looking to rent out my bedroom. I am preferably looking for someone who is looking for a long term stay. The room is available furnished of unfurnished. Unfurnished: $300/week bills separate. Furnished: $400/week bills separate. (Linen and bedding will not be included!) Only interested in applicants who are respectful as I am entrusting my belongings to you while I am away. Any damages caused to belongings will be expected to be paid for. The furnished room will boast a large double built in wardrobe, a very comfortable queen sized bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a small end table and a dressing table. Looking for a female as I have two tenants already and they would be most comfortable with another female. The room has a private bathroom. The garage is mostly used for storage as both Samantha and Kyle enjoy a lot of out door activities however the driveway is yours for parking. I must stress the room will only be available from late November and I obviously would like to conduct an interview with you and the current tenants to make sure you will be a good fit to the current dynamic closer to the move date. Sam is a nurse up at Sutherland hospital and works shift work so someone who is respectful of that would be fantastic. Neither Kyle nor Sam are party animals so party animals need not apply. Please no smoker and no children. Wifi is available at $18/month. The house is very close to Sutherland train Station and shops.
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need somewhere quiet during the day as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by. One major reason I need to move is I have neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking so I need somewhere that doesn't have this problem. Nature/gardens/greenery would be great. For housemates, generation Y would be good I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider places out of Sydney such as Central Coast and rural areas. Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus.
I am an easy going, tidy and respectful professional. I work 2 jobs for the government and one of them is shift work. (defiantly no drugs or smoking) I am looking for a nice, neat preferably modern apartment. My ideal flatmate is someone easy going and down to earth. Probably be best if you were into sports, fitness and a drink on weekends. I am social but definitely like my space. I also have foxtel i could bring, so a place foxtel ready is a must. Bedrooms with a tv port would be good as well. I am interested in someone, male or female that would like to start up in a nice 2 bedroom apartment, preferably with 2 bathrooms. Will be looking to move in 3 weeks time.
