This is a brand spanking new build! Located in the new Canungra Rise Development! It is a 15 minute walk away from the heart of the town, where there is cafes, pubs, cute shops, supermarket and a few restaurants. Canungra is a real community, and canungra rise is a family filled estate. This is my first build that i have achieved at the age of 20! and am looking for some respectable roomates to share my brand new home with! I have two bedrooms to offer, with a shared bathroom between the two. so i will be considerate of both my flatmates that they will get along! if you know what i mean. aka sharing a bathroom can be very personal. I have two beautiful friendly kittys that are apart of my family. So roomates must be okay with the cats roaming all throughout the house. If you have a pet, Let me know and i will consider. I wont do anything that would make my cats feel uncomfortable, but they have lived with a low key dog beforehand and all was fine. Since I've only moved in recently, I am not yet aware of the utility bills cost etc. but that is a negotiation that future roommates and myself can discuss. Hey, Name's Alex and I'm looking for a room in a home to call my own. Quick rundown: I'm quiet, respectful and considerate, non-judgemental, easy going and know when to mind my own business. I get along with everyone and would love to be accepted into a like-minded household. I work part time 3-4/7days (very few days and weird hours some weeks) as a motorbike mechanic apprentice and study the other days. I have a motorbike which can be moderately loud coming and going (I'm aware of this and always minimise the disturbance as much as possible to my neighbours and housemates) and would LOVE if my housemates understood this situation or had bikes of their own. I myself, am not a noisy or messy and more introvert than extrovert. I get along better with males than females and don't mind a bachelor pad where no females are going to steal my shampoo, shoes or bf (if i had one, hypothetically speaking...). I also have a pet amaxon parrot who has an indoor and outside cage depending on the security of the house and any dogs in the yard. He's somewhat loud and annoying and will make you think the microwave or washing machine is beeping as he mimics. An outside sheltered area of a gargen is perfect for his cage if you have far away enough neighbours and hawks can't see him. Pros: Will ALWAYS pay rent on time. Clean and organized. Can fix stuff. Can cook and will always have a healthy supply of cakes and brownies in the fridge to share. Honest and upfront (won't even eat a grape if it's not mine lol) Loves all animals. Cons: Bird. Bike. (aka-extra noise) Smoker in the mornings. (Coffee and a dart is my morning ritual). Dislike ants. If your place has an ant problem I'm OUT! I ride my bike a lot (only transport) and can often be out weird hours and like the freedom to be able to come home and housemates not mind or care. Hey guys! My partner and I have recently moved out into Lowerbeech Month to escape the hussle and bustle of the coast. This four bedroom house is a tiny bit to big for just the two of us, and he also works away 4 weeks at a time so it’s just me at the moment! Haha We have a major wrap around balcony which the sun beams on in the mornings, which also doubles as a great entertaining area :) You will have your own bedroom that could be furnished if you would like. We have a cafe and general store only a few houses down from us but if that’s not your style we have a blossoming avocado tree in reaching distance of our balcony and yard! Muiliple carparks and plenty of storage. We have a few fur babies that are nothing but cuddle and friendly to who ever they meet.

I currently live in Southport but work in Nerang and I have an internship in Carrara. I work up to 43 hours a week so I'm not always home. When I am home I do mostly keep to myself but do enjoy having a chat about everyone's day. I have a boyfriend and a couple of friends who come round to my house quite regularly to hang out. A nice kitchen inspires me to bake cookies, cakes and brownies that I love to share! I always tidy up after myself and want to live in a nice, maintained home

Relaxed house in a bush setting but close to all the amenities of Nerang. The house is modern and has an amazing heated pool. There are 2 rooms for rent, they are both a good size and have built-in storage. i have just purchased the property and take possession on may 25 I already have one tenant, Terry 33, he works away during the week so only really home at weekends. I'm mark 57, love nature and animals and plan to tour Australia once my motorhome is complete in a few months time. The rent is 220 all-inclusive plus 3 weeks rent for the bond. We have a lovely open plan house with rooms to rent in the gorgeous Clearwater estate. The property is on 2 landscaped acres so you will feel like you're a million miles away, yet still close to shopping centers, beaches, creeks and public transport is at the end of the street however the bus service in this area isn't very reliable and there is no public transport here on weekends so it is advisable to have your own vehicle. Our two boys will be staying at the house Liam (19) and Zac (17). They didn't want to leave. There is more information on them below. My mother in law also lives on the property in her own house. She is independent and the only thing shared is the driveway. She has chickens including 2 roosters and guinea fowl so it's like being on a farm. *Our home has 5 bedrooms *A games room with full professional size pool table *Huge open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge room with a large 55inch TV. *Sun room. This room could be made into a study area for students, games room, music room, chill room or social room. *Veranda with a BBQ and outdoor setting that looks over the property. *Electric gate for added security (everyone will receive a gate key. See details below) *Large 4 car garage. The things that are in photo's but won't be included are: Queen size beds. (We can supply king single beds if needed). There is a lot of extra furniture in the sun room which is no longer there. Treadmill in the main living area. Some of the cupboards will be going with us. There is a portable air conditioner that will be left with the house so this can be used where needed :) The rent covers a room which has built in robes, a ceiling fan, locks on doors, bed if required and shelving. It also includes a shared bathroom and full use of the house. There is plenty of room both inside and out. $170 per week also covers internet, electricity and water so there will be no nasty surprises when the bills come in. As there is an electric gate everyone who has a room will receive their own gate key for a refundable price of $70 each. If the key is returned safely at the end of your stay, your $70 will be returned. We are looking for people who are easy to get on with, positive, tidy, honest and fellow students would be great as they will all have consideration for each other's study commitments. This house has a quiet peaceful feel as we have chosen our housemates very carefully. The house has a pool and off street parking and is close to Tamborine Village, Beaudesert and Yarrabilba. The property backs onto currently vacant land and has trails nearby for the horse fan with the local pony club less than 5 mins away. The house is set with aircon and a firplace for winter. Internet is included in the rent up to $100 and elec is shared, all other costs and maintenance of the property is maintained by myself although will consider reducing the price in exchange for maintenance work.
