Hi there, Myself, my partner Hannah and a friend of ours Duncan are looking to find another person (or couple) to team up with to find a house! We are looking for a reasonably modern 3-4 bedroom house with a backyard in any of the areas that I have listed (we are also open to other areas as long as they're not too far out). Myself and Hannah are looking to get a puppy, so any prospective room mate will need to be ok with an adorable extra member of the household - and also be willing to hold out for a house that is suitable/allows pets. We are looking to move ASAP, as the lease on our current apartment ends in 4 weeks. About us - all of us are full time shift workers, so the house will rarely be full! Hannah is a midwife at the Royal Prince Alfred hospital in Newtown, and myself and Duncan work for the Government. We all have a rental history, are clean and tidy, easy going and respectful of other peoples space. By the same token, we would love a room mate who wouldn't mind having a beer and a BBQ with us after a long work week. We are all very active, and play a bunch of sports including beach volleyball, netball, touch football and rock climbing, as well as regular visits to the gym.
