Hey! I'm Cassy, I'm 21 and I'm very quiet and clean and respectful. I'm looking for a place to live when I come back from the states in November as I will not have anywhere. I have a part-time job that I will be returning to when I come home as well. Thanks for reading!
Hello!! I’m Quinn. I’ve recently graduated from Uni and am looking for a new place to live. I currently live in a granny flat on my Mum’s property. I make a pretty easy going house mate; I’m fairly clean and organised, I’m introverted but enjoy company and like going out and being social when I can. I come with two beautiful cats; Renly (1yr old Burmese) and Frankie (3 month old Tonkinese X) who are super cuddly, well behaved, and indoor only. I also have a Jungle Carpet Python, Moriarty, who is super placid and low maintenance (he lives in a secure, locked enclosure), plus a sizeable collection of succulents ☺️ I currently work at Coles in Edgeworth while I look for extra work relevant to my degree (Ba Science, Biology Major). During my spare time I do a lot of Netflix watching (hehe) but I also like to bake, I sometimes get crafty, and I spend a lot of time out at the paddock with my sister’s horse (and have plans to get my own soon). I’m looking to either join an established house (with 2 or 3 other people) or meet a couple of like-minded people to look for a place with.
Happy to help out with anything around the home quite keep to myself keep my room clean and tidy and I get along with anyone and not much of a cook lol but can clean to help out and for fun fishing, 4wding camping ps4 watching movies, walking
Hi There! I've just sold my house and am looking for somewhere for 6 months or so whilst I finish my degree. I currently work two jobs and am completing a degree and train and play sport a couple of times a week so I live a busy lifestyle. I am able to move really from anytime within the next month, my settlement is on the 6th June. If this sounds like an arrangement that possibly interests you, let me know and I'd be happy to come and look and we could meet and discuss. Cheers, Josh
Hello, my name is Kirra, I am 20 years old and I have just moved down to Newcastle from Townsville, NQ. I have lived on my own for 2 years now and I am very clean, look after myself, I like to stay very active and I am very easy going and social. I have a beautiful little cat named Bailey, she is very well behaved, makes little to no mess (only her hair) and is very good with other animals, especially dogs.
Flat in my property. It has a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry- completely separate with others. Room contains a wardrobe, single bed and bed side table. You can bring your own bed as you wish if you don't like a single one. House has a nice back and front yard, swimming pool, BBQ place. The rent price is $200 pw plus bills and unlimited internet. you will be required to sign a lease with the owner to ensure you will maintain the house at its highest quality. You must have a job or studying in Newcastle. The house is opposite Thornton shopping center ( Coles, restaurants, etc) and bus stop, 10 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes drive to Westfield Green hills. it is a very handy house
The house has a large living area, large kitchen with an additional media room. There is built in wardrobes and brand new ceiling fans in all the rooms of the house and also split system air conditioning in the main living area. We have furnished the house excluding one of the bedrooms and we are currently using the garage as a storage area. There is also an adorable beaglier puppy that lives here in the backyard. We have two rooms available. One is furnished and one is not. We are flexible to which one you would prefer, with the other one being used as a spare or potentially getting another person in. If you choose to use the furnished room then it would be $190 a week for that room.

Hey! We are both currently studying to become teachers and both work part time/casual. We are into anything outdoors, beach, walks/adventures but are also happy to lounge around the house on the odd lazy/rainy day and play some board games or settle in for some A+ Netflix show with some drinks and snacks. Neat and tidy and respect others privacy as we do enjoy ours. We are keen to find someone/a couple to find a space with so send me a message if this sounds like it suits what you are after :).
Originally from Tamworth, I’m moving down to Newcastle for Uni and will be working part-time. I’m outgoing, enjoy hanging out and having a chat, clean and love animals (so pets are always a plus)! I’m basically looking for a house/people which may become great friends! Also, my mum bakes a wicked sticky date pudding and chocolate cake which I am willing to share with some lovely house mates xx
I’m currently in my first year of Social Work at Newcastle University, and hoping to move into the surrounding suburbs before the end of August. When I’m not at uni I’m working part-time at a restaurant near Beresfield. Although I am only 18 I work hard at everything I do and therefore my bills will always be paid on time. I’m tidy and always clean up after myself. I love cooking, makeup and watching YouTube/Netflix in my time off. Would love a place I can hang out with my housemates, rather then just lock our doors and never chat. Pretty socialable but enjoy my down-time too.
I’m 21 years old and currently working full time as a data administrator. I have a 7 month old pet groodle called Ollie. I love to socialise and enjoy a wine or two on the weekends, although am respectful of your own personal space.
Hi I am a third year physio student in Newcastle University. I am pretty busy during semester but like to have a small chat and easy going.
