This place is close to the city but not too close! It is also right next to a park. The apartment comes furnished (except for your room, I'm sorry!.) Also nice a nice outdoor area where there are some comfortable couches to sit outside and chill on. It is an extremely chilled household where friends sometimes comes for a visit but also very respectful of your personal space.

I'm a 36 Y/o Crane Operator/ Rigger looking for a place to rest my head after a hard days work. I like to keep myself fit with regular gym sessions and relatively clean eating. I'm great to live with because I can either keep to myself or just hang out. Keep my space clean, clean up after myself etc Pretty handy so can fix things Listen to wide range of music, TV shows etc.. Not easily offended or judgemental at all. Just pretty chilled really Off Street Parking would be nice, but it's not essential, if there is plenty of Kerbside. Duration is flexible too, from weeks to months with the right people. I'll be out and about most weekends with family down there or back up to the Gold Coast to spend time with my family who I'm going away to work for.
