The flat is a 5-minute walk to Lewisham station, has a bus stop out the front, and a 5-minute walk to Parramatta road where heaps of buses run into and out of the city. Only a few stops from the centre of the city it is super easy to get around. The unit block is new, and in great condition, and very well insulated against sound. The block is right on Petersham park which is a great spot for a run and has a public pool facility. There are heaps of cafe's within a short walking distance (less than 10 minutes), as well as a shopping center 850m away, and another 1.4km away - both in Leichhardt. The room has ducted air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer ready. The photos show the bathroom which you would (mostly) have to yourself - it has a bath which I rarely like to use! The bedroom is unfurnished but has a built-in wardrobe and the rest of the unit is furnished but I also don't mind if you have items you'd like to bring!

This place is close to the city! It is also right next to a park. The apartment comes furnished (except for your room, I'm sorry!.) Also a nice outdoor area where there are some comfortable couches to sit outside and chill on. It is an extremely chilled household where friends sometimes comes for a visit but also very respectful of your personal space. I wouldn’t mind a drink or 2 with you or occasional going out but I also love my lazy nights binge watching TV shows. I work long hours at work, and bring sometimes work home, and therefore would like to live with someone that is a full-time student or full-time work that understands the importance of silence after 11pm on a work day. The most important thing for me is: 1) to live in a place that is close to public transport. I am open to consider places outside of the nominated places, provided its close to public transport. 2) I work in Martin Place and work late hours, so accessing public transport is important. 3) I like the idea of having my own bathroom, but am happy to consider a shared bathroom. 4) Live with someone that can avoid being a passive aggressive. You will always encounter some issues when you live with a person, and the best way to address them is to be open and honest and articulate expectations and concerns. I have quite a bit of my own furniture (really nice furniture...if i may say so), and am happy to bring it along to the new place or put it in storage.
