2 guys and a gal. We're professional, mature and call this place our home. Live in a house not an apartment! Have the freedom of playing music, no stairs or lifts, no bumping into a thousand people and outdoor or indoor entertainment areas to invite friends over or just chill out outside your room. With 4 rooms, we hardly bump into each other. I work 9-5 and the others work on almost opposing shifts. During the week, we are all super busy and on the weekends we try to chill out and meet up with friends, entertain or go out. We've been here for over a DECADE and have no current plans to move out as we all work nearby. The rent includes all bills + NBN internet. Only 4 mins to the bus stop and 5 mins to Sydenham or Tempe station which is getting another upgrade. We're also walking distance to new cafes, IKEA and alot of new businesses. The airport is super close and so is the beach, parklands and nightlife and at the same time, its really quiet with no planes that fly directly overhead. The house is fully furnished and we have great neighbors on both sides ALSO: Wooden floor boards high ceilings Heating Well kept gardens and outdoor grassed area Outdoor garden Can be un or partially-furnished power outlets secure window heater (gas and electric) and fans BBQ facilities There is also the occasional bonfire in the winter. It's a lovely place so if you're interested in coming to have a look and meet us, drop me a line.
Hi there! My partner, pup and I are looking for accomodation 🐶 We aren't to fussed about location, just looking for the perfect place! Ideally a granny flat or studio would work perfectly for us but happy to share a place with another couple or friends 😇 A bit about us: Me (caylah): I study online part time and work a few nights a week in a bar! Depending on when we move I'll probably go back to working full time! I'm a quiet, private person but enjoy having the occasional drink whilst watching some Netflix ☺️ My partner(bailey): He works full time for a call centre in Ryde, so ideally we would live close to the train line and within an hour of Ryde! Princess (pup) 🐶: She's a 1yr old chihuahua, cutest lil girl in the world! Very lovable but also gets very excited when there's lots of people around! Shes rarely left alone so you don't have to worry about consistent barking or bad behaviour!! So long story short we are both pretty quiet, clean and boring people, mainly study and work (not the type to have people over often) very respectful of other peoples space and privacy as well! Let us know if you have something that would suit 😅
I'm interested in sustainable living, keeping fit and eating well. I work full time, usually during the day but sometimes the night shift. I'm clean, tidy and easygoing, I enjoy chill nights at home cooking, watching movies and talking as well as going out and dancing all night. I go away fairly often but when I'm around I'm pretty social, would love to get to know my housemates although like most people I need alone time sometimes. I'm learning Spanish and quite like some Latin dance and music, and I love meeting new people and trying new things.
Hi, I'm a graduate engineer moving from Adelaide to Sydney for 6 months for a short-term position. I'm looking for a place near work in Marrickville, or along the train line from there. What else am I looking for in a sharehouse? I want a good balance of my own space and time (including sleep!) with doing life together my housemates. So, what I expect and you, my housemates can expect of me is: both a respect for you, your privacy and space, as well as engagement in the life of the house together. I'm more than willing to pitch in on chores etc. A bit more about me: I'm friendly, a deep thinker, and an avid learner, so I enjoy do a good conversation. I'm into a bunch of nerdy stuff like getting lost in a good book, and board games, but don't let that put you off! I also quite like getting outdoors to see nature. Furthermore, I want to take time to explore what Sydney has to offer, and maybe take up a new hobby. I think fairness, reliability, and kindness are important.
Hi I'm Kayla, single, 26, I work full time as a retail manager and an online full-time student Looking for a place with my x2 ragdoll cats, who are gorgeous to live with. Hi, my name is David and I am from Edinburgh, Scotland. I am a 28 year old University gradute, currently work full time in the CBD and I'm currently looking for a new place to stay. My 6 month lease is up and I am now looking for somewhere to live closer to the city. During the week, I live a really chilled out life and enjoy going to the gym and hanging out with friends. At the weekend, I enjoy hanging out with friends and having a few drinks or chilling out at home and watching movies. I am still relatively new to Sydney and enjoy experiencing new things. I am an outgoing person and would definitely be up for hanging out with my new flatmates. I also enjoy my alone time and am respectful of other people's space. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions you may have.
Hi All, I'm looking for a furnished private room somewhere in the central Sydney vicinity - I'm pretty flexible on the area as long as it's within about 20 mins to central. Flexible with length of stay - can be anything from a 1 month sublet or longer term and my budget is $250 - $300 p/w for private room. I'm a friendly, outgoing (and house trained) 29 y/o from North London. I work in advertising, and am currently on a WHV but in the process of being sponsored. I'm looking for a reasonably social house - somewhere we can have the occasional drink / dinner of a weekend (I cook a pretty decent roast!) as well as respecting each others privacy. Anywhere that comes with a cat, dog, en-suite, pool, gym etc is a bonus :-) Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions. Cheers! Becka
Currently looking for long term accommodation for next year, lives previously my own place in Wolli Creek. I work in IT in the public sector full time. I play Gridiron and women Rugby league, so I am always out most days for game days or training. I am tidy and clean. During my days off I like to relax with video games, friends or movies. I own a pug however my dog usually stays at my parents place as I would be busy, though when my off time I like to bring her over which is once every few months. She sleeps all day and is house trained. Looking for a place from August this year, as I would be committed to being multiple cities interstate for work throughout July. Preferably unfurnished as I have my own bed/desk, fridge (optional), sofa (optional) and have my own car which I'm happy to also share if I'm not using it for training/games to go to.
Hi There! We recently got ourselves this great house in Tempe, and we are looking for a 3rd housemate to share it with when we move in :) The house, which is 5 mins away from Tempe Station, and a 20 minute commute into the CBD will have very reasonably sized rooms, with your room coming with a massive wardrobe ready to go. The common areas (living room, kitchen, backyard etc.) will already be furnished by us, but if you have any items you would love to bring along, by all means do so.
