I'm a relaxed and amenable hombre. Flexible is my middle name. I do work a lot as well as some volunteering. My downtime is predominated by cafes, some gardening, chatting and reading and many other things. I quite like cleaning because I like a clean space. A social fellow with out being reckless, I really enjoy the company of others. Inversely, I do enjoy leaning back in solitude with my Kindle. Hooking into Tai Chi again after spending a while looking after my ailing mum. I'm looking forward to a new residence with new people. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
Hi my name is Declan and I'm a 21 year old student looking for a room with like minded people. I'm clean, social and dedicated to my studies. I'm looking for something pretty quickly so feel free to get in touch :)
Hi, My name is Jack. I just graduated and start working full time recently. I work in St Peters (near Sydenham station), so it would be great to find a place nearby. 1 or 2 train-stops away is fine too. It would be great if the accommodation is close to supermarket or at least 1 or 2 restaurants. I'm looking for a shared apartment/house. I prefer to have my own room furnished (ideally a bed, wardrobe and a desk). I happy to share bathroom and kitchen with 1 or 2 people. About me: I'm introvert, quite at first, but I'm friendly, peaceful, helpful and generous when I get on well with the people. Good things take times, right? I don't like it too messy, so I'll try my best to keep everything neat and nice. I don't drink and I do not like smoking. That's all I guess :)
I’m a 28 year old gay male, currently working part-time as a dog walker and studying spatial design part-time at UTS. I’m looking for a place where I can sign onto a lease. I am looking for a place I can begin renting over the next few weeks. I’m fairly happy keeping to myself whilst being social at times, and like to keep things neat and tidy. Ideally I’m looking for a home where I can become friends with who I’m living with, but still have my own space in my room. I love to cook, and live a fairly quiet lifestyle in that I’m not out partying and don’t have house parties. I prefer catching up over meals and a few drinks, nothing too big. Living with me is Frankie, my 3 year old dog who I have trained to be a medical assistance dog. She's an awesome dog with a big personality. She goes to uni and work with me, and I'm crate training her so she'll happily settle in a new house. She also loves other dogs.
Im Hannah, Im 18 and eager to move. Im very clean, love a good chat and i am very respectful of others and their space. I work two jobs, at a bar and a sales company. Looking to live close to the city as possible. Thanks!
Hello! We have a room available in our town house, we are a 25 year old female (heidi) and 29 year old male (kosta), both working the same 9-5 daily grind. We are friendly and relaxed, enjoy sharing a drink together and socialising but are also respectful to each others personal space. Our normal week night mostly includes the typical netflix and chill, reading, cooking, playing video games or listening to music if were home. Weekends were either out and about or doing our thing at home. This isnt a party house, but we do enjoy having friends over for a some bevvys and a bbq every now and then in our back terrace. We are clean, tidy and pretty laid back and would be looking at finding someone who shares these same qualities, similar age and outlook who is looking for something long term - 6 months +. The Townhouse is 3 levels it is spacious and modern with a large kitchen and living area. It features all amenities inc oven, dishwasher, large fridge, dryer, washer, ducted air conditioning. We have unlimited internet available also. There is parking included. We also have a lovely courtyard with a BBQ that is especially special at night with all the fairy lights we went a little OTT with. The room is a double bedroom with a wall length fully mirrored large built in wardrobe. You have your own large bathroom and shower (not shared) and whether you drive or not, we are a 2min walk from tempe station and a 5 min walk from sydenham. Pretty much you would have the whole ground floor to yourself as we don't really use the living room. Feel free to contact us for more details or to organise a viewing. Happy house hunting!
A quiet cinematographer who doesn't drink, smoke, pick-up, or eat bad asian food. Yes that's right -- I'm asian. Just like the stereotype, it makes me a nerdy, play ps4, on the computer, responsible type that mainstream media has allowed us all to enjoy. However if required I am capable of bringing out the Senor Chang and creating funny, banterific, meme-tastic and lovable moments. I am capable of excellent d&m's or straight s&!t talk. I enjoy long walks on the beach, TV, movies, chilling the shit, and have a wide variety of interests that allow me ability to converse in many topics. Examples: what a lovely arabesque dance movement! Your child is 3-5 years old... how did you survive the 2 year old apocalypse? You like lobster -- my friend has an amazing lobster cosplay outfit! Will arrive after the 28th of January in Sydney as I'm currently moving out of Perth. I'll bring a car with me and have an amount saved for emergencies and more. Will Uber drive while in Sydney while finding more concrete part-time work. Hope you like my profile. Merry Christmas. Happy New Year. Enjoy Yourself.

I have lived in Sydney for 28 years. I am a "physically small", easy-going, kind and considerate person. I weight approx. 55Kg and my height is 164cm. I would almost consider myself as a "Metrosexual Male". I am a non-alcoholic, I don't drink or smoke but I don't mind having flatmates who do. I am a vegetarian except for fish (I am happy to live with non-vegetarian flatmates). I live a "less sociable" lifestyle and it is very unlikely that I will intefere with other people's private/social life. However I would love to have some friends to have a chat with, and go out shopping at the supermarkets every so often. I am very respectful of other's privacy and belongings. At the moment my weekly budget for rent is $250-$300/wk. Please note that during busy periods, I may not logon to the flatmates website for more than a week. If you are interested, we can arrange to meet for a quick face to face introduction. Cheers.

My hobbies/interests include (but not exclusive to) reading, sci-fi, mountain biking, art, cheesy horror films, roller derby and the big outdoors. Looking for a relaxed, friendly household, I've been living in sharehouses for the past 8 years, so very good at cleaning up after myself! Would love to hear from you.
I'm currently living in the Sutherland Shire and am looking to move out with my partner. I work as a brand and events manager doing weekly events in the city. I grew up with a passion for creative outlets including music, arts and design. I used to be a graphic designer before I moved into the branding and events side of life.
Hi there I'm Steven. I work full-time in marketing at a university. I'm a mostly quiet guy who loves to cook and watch movies/TV, maybe unwind with a glass of wine. Looking for flatmates who are also quiet, enjoy a good feed, and are mostly good people.
My name is Ana, I am a non-smoker, full-time secretary in newtown. I'm easy going, have a great sense of humor, organized, responsible and reliable person. I've been living in Australia for almost 8 years sharing houses. I'm looking for a private room. I work as a wedding photographer on weekends so I am out of the house most of the time I would love a peaceful quite place to rest when I am around the house. It would be perfect to share the house/apartment with one professional, I'll need some kind of parking even if it is on the street. My lease will end by 25th Feb and I'll need a place by then. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks :) Ana.
I'm looking for a quiet, clean, cosy place to call home. I tend to be out of the house a lot, seeing friends, swimming and playing a lot of social netball. Every now and then I'll head out hiking for the weekend. When I'm home I like to cook, watch bad tv, tend to my plants, read and have chats in the kitchen. I prefer a collective style of living, sharing chores, expenses and some food. I work 9-5 in the city doing comms for an environment organisation, but I'm considering chucking it all in and finally starting that phd. Queer friendly, lefty, lapsed vegetarian (so I eat meat but can also cook all those great Ottolenghi vege dishes) and keen cyclist.
I am an IT Professional, Very easy going and not bugging at all kind of person. My wife is a pharmacist and we both are Australian Residents. I like to watch TV Shows and Movies. I mostly travel casually and dress formal only for occasion but I do not backpack. I am friendly but I try to be in limits and respect other people's limits as well. Life is all about trying to be happy and putting smiles on other people's faces. Looking for a good place for a couple. We will be requiring daily use of the kitchen with facilities and access to bathroom as well. If bathroom is independent along with bedroom than it would be a great plus. Internet facility is also required but we will not be requiring any laptop/computer as we have our own with us.
