I am a Patient Transport Officer (non-emergency Ambulance Officer) and am seeking 'granny flat' accommodation. Requiring furnished/partly furnished 'self contained accommodation' (Not house share). Access to a laundry is preferable. A 58 yo divorced 'gentleman' who has been a home owner in the past and who is clean living, quiet and respectful. Dogs seem to love me too and after all, they are true judges of character ;) References available on request. Michael

However love a glass/or 5 of wine (Red) and chat after work. Enjoy/love my food and a wine - watching movies, reading, sport-(watching) also exploring. Happy to share cooking or not - not fussed - same with grocery shopping etc. I’m friendly and easy to live with, very clean and tidy, looking for someone similar not the "Party" house type. Hey guys, my name is Mia and I am from Germany as many other young people in Australia. I have been in Melborune before and lived in Doncaster. Hi! Kacper here, 29 yo male, with Polish background. In Australia since 2015 and loving it! I am working part-time in retail industry (bicycles) and I love riding my bike on my days off. You wont see me much on weekends as I will be working to pay the rent and buy new bicycle parts. On my days off I usually chill/rest,cook, run some errands and go for a long bike rides with my mates or by myself. I also have a car so it would be great if I could have access to garage where I could also potentially store my bike but thats optional. I clean after myself and consider myself easy-going and chilled person. I respect others privacy and expect the same in return. Always happy for a chat, but sometimes when im grumpy ( on rare occasions) i just keep it for myself. First week of October would be great to move in, but last week of september could potentially work too. Hit me up with any questions!

I'm a generally quiet bloke who's respectful of others. I work full time, and am fully house trained :) Although i'm quiet i'm also a drummer and really looking for a place where i can practise. My kit has had some muffling so it's not quite as loud as a normal kit
Hi I’m james, I’m a relaxed bloke who works full time as an apprentice carpenter. I love animals and music. I enjoy going to the pub for a few beers with mates or going to someone’s house for a bbq, other than that I spend most of my time watching tv, listening to music or reading
I'm a creative person at heart. I love photography, music and art.. I don't always have the time to engage in my hobbies as much as i'd like! Im studying full time at Deakin University.. so i spent majority of my time studying. I also work part time. I love learning about new topics, so ill venture out to cool nerdy lectures from time to time. I really feel passionate about a house feeling like a home, I respect the space of others and like my own space. But i want my home to feel happy and i'd love to live with people who like to socialise and a have a laugh from time to time. I dont want to live in a party house, or with people that go out all hours drinking and come home in the middle of the night.. i like my sleep :P This is why i'd prefer to live with max two other people (no children or couples). The only other catch is i have a dog (an amazing one), so a secure backyard for her and a place shes allowed inside would be great. She is not destructive at all and spends the day sleeping. I'd prefer a long lease, i don't want to have to move again any time soon.
Hi I’m a 38 year old female with a beautiful kelpie x staffy female 18 mth old dog. I’m a huge dog lover and looking for a pet friendly place preferably with a large yard that’s either on my own or granny flat/bungalow self contained or at least with an ensuite attached. If I am to share then I’d like the house to be large with multiple living areas. I need somewhere without other pets as my dog is friendly but not when it comes to her food as she’s very protective over that and had issues at my last place with this when someone brought his dog after we had already been there first so I know for sure this does not work!! I am looking in the Manningham, Whitehorse and Maroondah, Plus Montmorency, Eltham North eastern areas. Looking for a chilled out, respectful household and homely environment as want a home not accomodation. I want to be close to my family who live in Doncaster so that’s why these areas are where I’m looking at...

I’m easy going, neat and tidy. I’m not the parting type but do enjoy having a few friends over for dinner every so often. I like going out and exploring what’s on offer outside of home! So I won’t be there all the time. I’ll respect your space but also hope we get along and can have a chat when sitting around the place. I do have a little dog and cat! They’re pretty well behaved, the dog knows to sleep in his own bed when inside and not to enter the kitchen! If it sounds like we’d get along, send me a message!
Hi I’m looking to move out some time next year and just getting an idea of what’s out there.. I am a genuine, kind, bubbly person keen for a chat and always open to making new friends, although I still like my own alone time. I currently have 3 jobs, part time at Woolworths on weekends and a casual primary teacher during the week I also do freelance makeup artistry on the side. I am looking into getting a more full time position as well. I clean up after myself and usually keep very neat, I also love to cook and bake and don’t mind sharing.
