I pay my bills on time or in advance Independant Keep to myself Non-drinker Non-gambler No TV, Radio or partying May be available to do art for your sharehouse Vices include the ciggies and coffee. Pros are a bit more subjective. Sense of humour, for example. Would prefer to have housemates that are primarily women. I have no problem with guys, it's just common wisdom to not move into a place with a strange man. When you're female. Although some guys are way nicer than some women! We are all taking a risk! I also have no issue with age actually older is sometimes better for me because of the quiet. With the young ones I am more concerned about why you are branching out so young and wanting to be sure you're with people that can look out for you, than thinking ok I wont flat with young ones cos they arent responsible (that isn't true is it, some young ones are more responsible than older ones!). So with young ones reading this, maybe contact Anglicare or Centercare or a Community Neighborhood Centre about help for you, as being so young its not either of our faults that some of the commercial structures could be more youth friendly than they are. And these people might be able to help you with accomodation and bonds, depending on location and other paperwork stuff. Good luck and believe in and love yourself. It's a big decision to move out of home, it doesn't need to be scary, help is out there please do look for it, to have an easier transition 😊
Easygoing, positive, respectful, tidy and healthy...who likes cooking, always down for a BBQ and a few banters... easy to get along with...
My boyfriend and I are looking to move. We have one medium sized dog. We are a laid back couple, easy to get along with, enjoy socialising but also like our own space. Would prefer a granny flat or separate space of our own but open to other options.
I am a single dad with 50/50 custody, I do my own thing most of the time but am not socially awkward or a recluse. I like to converse but can keep to myself, depending on who my roommate is. I am looking for a roommate that doesn't have a problem with having an energetic and sometime loud and excitable little family in their home. My daughter has a stuctured weekday routine and is in bed by 730pm on school nights so I am not looking for a party house. That being said, I am not looking for a choirboy type roommate as I am not that kinda guy ( I enjoy a beer or 4 maybe once a fortnight/month and don't care if you like to let your hair down on weekends). Thanks for reading. Az
Hey, I’ve just returned to Australia after living overseas and traveling for a few years. I came back as I missed teaching which is really fun (when they’re not being little shits) and I live for the weekends when I can go hiking, camping and hangout with friends and family. I’ve always lived in share houses so I know how to navigate them respectfully. I’m clean and tidy, love to cook and am very chilled to live with. I also enjoy banter and good conversations with a beer on occasion. Soooo pick me!! Haha
This great room is in a great location. Close to the river and shops and when you live in Noosa everything is really close anyway, even Hastings St is a nice 25 min flat bike ride or 8mins in the car. The room is fully furnished, built in wardrobe and has the lovely sun streaming in the morning. The house has a lovely homey feel with all the mod cons, outdoor living area, with bbq and pool.
Hiya! I'm Isla, easy going, super clean and easy to live with! Looking for some like minded awesome people to live with, I work full time in the hospo world in Noosa, not a huge party animal but dont mind a cold one after a big day! Look forward to meeting you! 😁
Heya, I am a easy going housemate, looking for new place to move. Been living working on coast 6+ months in Perigian area, and ideally trying be closer to ocean. Have owned houses past 20 yrs, so fully respect other people's property. I do contract work as I need to, so fully self funded in between. Healthy(ish) lifestyle, trying to keep fit. If not at work will find me at beach, camping, or fishing.
I’m a mature age, easygoing person who respects others’ privacy and enjoy my own. I’m not a clubber although I enjoy a wine at the end of the week or with company. I’m moving from Melbourne and require a place to be while I search for my own property.
Property is over looking Doonella River - walking distance to shops and public transport. Foxtel and limited internet available. 3 bed upstairs and larger living area downstairs. Choice of 2 rooms. Unit has been renovated and is easy to keep up. *No pets and no couples*

We're are quite quiet people who enjoy spending our days fishing or staying indoors. One loves to build things while the other prefers to work with children and get creative. We have 2 lovely guinea pig, 2 hermits and a dog.
looking for another couple willing to move in with me and my partner. ages 18,19. looking for casj people who love music and a couple beers. Noosa area, we both work full time and ill be starting my study in January 2019. seeking long term people to live with only
NOTE: I'm currently NOT looking for a place anymore as I'm able to stay where I am now, but I have a few friends who are still looking, so I figure especially as I've paid the $35 I'll keep this profile up here, that way, I can refer any of my friends who are looking for a room. They're budget is around the $200 mark. Thanks. *********************************************************************************** I am fun - loving, active, health conscious, caring, neat and tidy, easy going, and very considerate of other people's needs. I have a nearly 6 year old boy who is also all of the above, and lives with me half the time (at his dad's half the time). He is a very respectful, happy and extremely logical boy, who has always been phenomenally well behaved (you can ask anyone who knows him and they'll tell you that). I'm just looking for one decent sized bedroom for us to share and preferably our own bathroom too would be great if possible, and if there is a place where I could do a few massages from, that would be the best possible scenario. I am a massage therapist and yoga teacher, and spend a lot of time out doors, as well as out and about socialising, when I'm not working. When at home, I love enjoying quiet relaxing time, as well as having people over sometimes, whilst keeping in mind the needs of my other house mates.
I'm easy going and nature loving. I walk my dog twice daily for half or an hour each time and the rest of the day she usually sleeps. As I'm away for two days or more each week I'll take her with me obviously. Love a chat over a coffee and respect other house mates' privacy. I also love to ride my horse which is agisted in the Noosa hinterland. I can move any day or stay longer than 6 months if suitable. If you have a fenced property to share I'd like to hear from you! :-)
