28 y/o designer with a friendly+low risk cat (Mishka). I am extremely tidy, respectful and environmental. I like to be social on weekends and would like to host friends over for wine and such from time to time. I'd love the basics in a share house, y'know, no theft, no burning the house down - that kind of stuff. A mature, cultured, responsible and social household. Move in date is flexible. I am in no rush to leave my current situation. Looking for the right place. Length of stay 6+ months around The Hill/Cooks Hill/Newy East area so I can walk/skate to work.
Hi my name is Sequoia, 18 yrs old. I am an active, reliable and fun loving person. I enjoy going to the beach, laying back and don't mind a night out. I'm tidy, clean and respectful of others. I'm looking for a household of people who I can become good mates with and have a sick time. Please msg me if you think i would be a good candidate for yo house. Cheers!
Hi! I'm Kate, initially from Newcastle, and wanting to return after 12 months living in QLD. It's important to me that I find the right fit when it comes to my home / sanctuary. As such, I'll try to provide a little detail about myself and my circumstances. It is just myself and my dog, Asha - a small, gentle and well behaved Kelpie x (rescue dog). She loves friends, canine or feline, and although it's by no means necessary, she'd absolutely love another friend to play with at home. I work full time, and with my office being right in town (Darby / King Street), I'd really like to find somewhere I'm able to ride my bike or walk to work. My time off would mainly involve markets, beach days, road trips ect. I also love a good chill day, planting, reading and a bit of a Netflix binge. My ideal situation would consist of my own bathroom - I am absolutely open to options though, and happy to chat to any potential flatmates about how to make things work. I have a solid rental history and can provide police checks etc. I'm a very easy going, happy, healthy, house proud person. I've a good heart, and I've always ended up calling any previous flat mate a friend. If you feel we might work well together, please feel welcome to get in touch :)
Hi, I'm Laura, 20 years old and studying architecture at the University of Newcastle for one semester. I come from Germany and there I'm living and studying in cologne. Hi, i am a professional looking to team up and create a great home to live in. I am coming home from 12months working away. I love the beach so would prefer to live close, either Stockton or Newcastle. Ideally I would like to rent a larger home so there is additional space for an office or work area with one other person. I work long hours and love to come home to a wine and relax. Also into yoga, cooking, diving and travelling. Look forward to hearing from my future room mate.
I generally keep to myself however I'm not shy to talk if someone would like to interact with me. I'm fun natured, busy and generally super friendly. I respect people regardless their race, gender identity or etc, humans are human, that's all there is to it.
Hi potential housemates, I'm studying Travel at TAFE, & looking for a quiet, homely, friendly, household, where I have the potential to make new friendships. I'm after a large room, with heaps of built in storage. My first choice would be an apartment with pool & gym, otherwise, an ensuite & private balcony. I'm a very neat person, & a good home maker. Please don't be put off by my age, as I'm very young at heart, & don't look my age. I enjoy relaxing in the Winter evenings, watching Foxtel tv shows & Netflix, & in the warmer months, I'm always out & about, at the beach, markets, events etc. I love my coffee, eating out, shopping, & exploring this beautiful city. I'm fairly active, I walk a lot, & love the outdoors, nature, wildlife, photography & travel. I'm originally from Wales in The UK, & moved to Newcastle from country Victoria, 1 year ago. For the last year, I've been sharing with a friend & her 10 year old daughter, but she now needs the room back. I'm great to share with, being very clean & tidy, considerate, reliable, friendly & fun. I don't have any furniture, but can brighten up the house with a few bits & pieces. I love a good chat, I like meeting new people, & I look forward to meeting you! :)
Hi, I'm Lara, 24, and currently a student at the University of Greifswald (Germany, northeast). This July I am going to study a semester abroad at the University of Newcastle and therefore looking for a place to stay :) I like all kinds of sports, e.g. swimming, running, snorkeling, etc. and I'm really looking forward to learning how to surf ;) As for my lifestyle I can say that I'm an easy-going person and enjoy a glass of wine from time to time with friends, as well as chatting along with my roommates and a good cup of coffee. I respect each others privacy very much and need some time alone, too to study and unwind. I do have some experience with sharing a flat as well. Since I started Uni, I have lived with three roommates, who became my dearest friends :) Please don't hesitate to contact me, if you have a room available :)) Best wishes, Lara
