I'm a respectful people, who clean up after myself. Very social person, but know how to respect your space and living habits. I love going to the beach, listening to music, and to cook different! I work full time with hairdressering so barely ever home with a busy lifestyle 😌
Hi, I'm a 24yo Mechanical Engineer been up in Newcastle almost 4 months from Sydney. Would like to live a bit closer to the beach hence why I'm looking for places near Bar and Merewether Beach. I'm a surf lifesaver and spend a lot of my weekend training/on patrol at the beach. During the week I'm out at 5-5.30 in the morning and won't be back til 6.30pm, like to keep busy. Would love to move into a place that already has pets as can't have one of my own being out too long in the day. Like to be outdoors a lot obviously and going out on the weekend coffee/drinks. Very chatty but very mindful of other's space. Very clean and tidy and I only cook once a week. Must have off-street parking.
Hi guys! Planning to study at UON in 2018. 18 Year’s of age. Bubbly, very outgoing and love adventuring! Looking for some fun and a great group of friends! Heaps easy going chick that is keen to move somewhere close to the beach and close to the newcastle uni.
I'm looking at moving to Newcastle from Brisbane in Jan. Will be working in a salon so happy to give free haircuts to my housemates. I'm super social and always down for a drink or a chill night at home. I love music so there's always music playing or i'm out at gigs. Clean and tidy and a great cook. Looking to make friends not just have housemates.
I'm looking for a place to set up camp for the summer months with my beautiful partner Alexis. We met sailing in the Whitsundays and are super easy going, respectful people. Lex loves yoga nearly as much as i love to surf. We've spent the majority of this year farming in Hawaii and now are about to start the process of applying for a Australian partnership visa. I'm excited to show Lexi what a Newcastle summer is like as I've grown up here. Lexi will be arriving in Aus from USA in a week or so, in this time i hope to find a nice spot as close to the sea as possible with some rad house mates. Can't wait to meet future roomies! Jack (23) Lexi (27) :)
I'm a nature girl: a vegetarian environmental scientist who loves bushwalking, kayaking and gardening. I'm neat and quiet, but I'm happy to hang out sometimes or share meal-making. If you have pets I will definitely play with them. I don't drink or smoke, and I'm not much of a party animal.

From the Central Coast , looking to move to Newcastle end of July as Im studying midwifery and working part time in Newcastle. I'm easy going, respectful and clean and don't mind an occasional wine or two.
Tidy and easy going guy who enjoys keeping active and having fun. Just graduated civil engineering an scored a gig down in Newcastle for 2018 so hoping to find a place to move into end of this year/early next year. I've put down interested for 6 month stay but really I'm open to stay as long as I can if it works out. I'm hoping to get a place as near to the port and the beach as I can, sort of like north of the hill/cooks hill and newcastle west. Swing me a message if you're keen either to move into your place or get a team-up.
Heaps easy going chick that is keen to move somewhere close to the beach and close to the newcastle uni. I work in town part time as well so it will be more convenient being central to that! Spend my free time at the beach/socialising and don't mind a couple of drinks on the weekend and a cheese platter never hurt nobody
I'm super friendly, super keen and super cleanly, I'm always up for a chat but I have to say, I'm pretty good at reading social cues; so if you like your space, I'm cool with that too. I will most likely be at uni, the beach or gym most days, but I'm keen to find a bunch of people that are open to a good pre-game sesh Friday/Saturday/the odd Sunday and like to go out in Newcastle and have a good time. I think as long as you can handle banter, we'll get on alright :))))
Hey future housemates, name's Anna! I'm moving to Newcastle from Melbourne - where I've lived my whole life up until now - to study at the University of Newcastle and live closer to the ocean. I'm super chill and will generally keep to myself but I'm always up for chats and hangouts. I'm not into drinking or drugs but that won't stop me from partying and enjoying social activities. I'm neat and tidy and an excellent cook, I love feeding people and making cups of tea.
Perfectly located share house with the best views in Newcastle. Easy walk to Darby Street and the ANZAC walk as well as access to a large balcony and a great group of girlfriends. Water is included in the rent and internet is just $7.50/month for unlimited data. Looking for someone clean, respectful and social to join our share house! Message for more information if you're interested
Hi guys, I’m Hannah 😊 I’m a 23 year old female working full time at a nature reserve, looking for a home!! I’m a very social person so would love a place where I can feel like part of a family, but I also appreciate that everyone needs there down time. I love the beach, yoga (pretty much anything outdoors), and I love to have a drink and dance every now and then. I have a pet python who lives in a tank in my room, he’s a very friendly boy but you wouldn’t even notice he’s there. My lease expires on the 24th February 2018 so I would love to find a place to move into before then. If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a message!
I'm an easy-going, respectful, tidy and friendly person looking for a homey and welcoming place. I come from Sweden, where I study an engineering master. During my stay in Australia, I'll be working part time in Port Stephens. I love being adventurous and outdoors (looking forward to the beach), cooking and chilling with friends. Since I barely know anyone in the area, I would love to make some new friends who can become my Aussie family! :) I look forward to meeting you!
I am currently an exchange student from england studying architecture at uon, my course is demanding so i will have a lot of work but if you want a flat mate with some good banter who enjoys a couple of bevs message me up - I am also really tidy if that helps..
Hi! I'm a full time art student and work weekends in retail. Long term preferred. Looking to move between mid December to mid January (when the lease is up here). Thanks to a greedy tax man.. (somehow ended up OWING money this year 🤔) ..I'm not in a position to provide much bond/rent in advance at this stage.. 0-2 weeks bond is all I can commit to for now. Looking for a large room - I have a drawing table+computer desk I'll need to fit in there, I’ll probably downsize to a double bed so I can squeeze more into a room. A balcony or sunroom would be awesome to use as an art station. A private-ish shed space or similar would also be handy (so I can get art-messy) but both are not essential. not a big party person, being 30 i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
I live in a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse at the Hill. The room is a nice size with a built in robe and the 3rd bedroom is a study/spare room. However you can choose which room you prefer. I don't mind which one is the study. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs so both of us have our own bathroom. Plus another downstairs. The house is fully furnished but any extra furniture can be accommodated. There is also a double garage for bikes, surfboards and your car. I park on the street. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, balcony and bathroom as well as garage parking. Bills are additional, unlimited NBN internet ($30 each/month), gardener ($15 each/month) plus water and electricity shared between us. We have relatively new appliances, dishwasher etc. The garage can accomodate additional storage. The room is available from 9 December
My name is Sarah, I currently live on campus at the University of Newcastle. I'm looking to move off with like minded people who preferably are vegetarian, enjoy yoga/exercise in general, hanging out together and occasionally going out over the weekend. Am really interested in teaming up with a maximum of 4 people, and getting a nice place together! I already have a few rental properties I'm interested in, contact me if you're interested! I look forward to hearing from you 😊
Hey all! I start studying at UON City Precint in late February but would ideally like to move to Newcastle around a month before uni actually starts! (Any time in January / feb) I consider myself a really easy going, social person! I’d love to live super close to the city/ and or any beach! Either way would be perfect! Would love to hear from you Emily x
Hey! I'm an Engineering student at the University Newcastle looking for a place to rent. Duration: 6-12 months. Internet connection: NBN. Ensuite: Preferable. Smokers: No. I'm an open-minded person and accept people from all walks of life. Tend to be respectful of other people's space and boundaries, although I do love a good discussion. In essence, the best way to describe me is as having an INTP-T type personality. Cheers.
Hey! I'm an architectural graduateworking in a local firm . Looking for a FEMALE ONLY flat. Sharing with only one other is preferred, with occasional mates coming over to hang out/ stay over. Looking for 6-12 months rental with a spot to park my car, as close to the beach as possible. As a person, I am laid back, I love good food and good company, I do yoga once a week, I enjoy having breakfast out on weekends, watch Netflix, I enjoy music, I love travelling (if you can be my travel buddy, that would be EXCELLENT), I'm open to try new things/activities. I use to live with a landlady in Armidale, and we had a very good relationship and we enjoyed each other's company. I would be a good housemate that has common sense in keeping the house clean (like taking out the garbage, pulling out the bins and not leaving the dishes out for a week) and I can't stress this enough but I would really appreciate you would be too. I am not a party girl. Well, party outside but coming home to a calm house is ideal.
