Work part time in finance industry, and studying Masters in IT. Very clean and respectful - bit of a homebody and will keep to myself more or less but more than happy to come home and have a chat about your day or sit on the lounge and watch some Netflix. I've grown out of 'going out' every weekend - just prefer to take it easy and go to the pub with a few mates on the weekends. I have 2 greyhounds - they will likely stay with my ex (let's call it 'shared custody'). I play guitar here and there but am able to plug into my computer to play almost silently into my headphones. Hoping to find respectful, clean and laid back housemate/s. I love silly jokes and gaming on my PC or PS4 - but am no good at any of them.
Hi all, I'm looking for somewhere to live around merewether or cooks hill, Newcastle. I currently live in merewether but my lease runs out in January and am looking for somewhere new to live! I work in a pub in cooks hill, I'm a clean, friendly and sociable housemate. im looking for a room to rent, but would be open to teaming up with some fellow house hunters ☺️
Jess, 27, studying IT/Business at UoN, Enjoy technology, coffee dates, photography. I have a pet cat, Pocket (9) yrs) that will be tagging along - will be your best friend if you are a human. She hasn't been with other animals, so would like a 1 pet household. I can be quiet, also outgoing at times. I am always respectful of others space and very tidy/clean. Always willing to help out & have a chat - realise we need our downtime. Wanting to team up with 2-3 others.
AJ - Hi! I'm a primary education student at UON Callaghan. I generally keep to myself but I love a good board game night. I'm originally from Lake Macquarie - hoping to move somewhere closer to my Uni so I don't have to catch a bus for an hour and a half there and back every day! I've got two pets - both in tanks (a small python and a few fish). I can definitely leave them at my family home but best case scenario I'd like to bring them with me to the new house. I know pythons can seem a bit scary but he's less than a metre long and a total sweetheart. I'm not much of a partyer, definitely more a night-in kind of person. Keely - Hello! I study Development Studies at University of Newcastle. I'll soon be doing an overseas placement, hence why our move-in date is in February/March. I'm also from Lake Mac, but I love to travel and see the sights. I'm very passionate about my studies, though I'm keen for social gatherings to give me a little break from it all! Can definitely vouch that Artie (AJ's python) is a polite young gentleman. - Our budget is $135/week EACH or $270 for the two of us.

Hi! I am a 29 y.o female. I work as an OT for HNE Health Mon - Fri. I have a 3 y.o American Staffy called Major who adores everyone - he is currently an inside/outside dog however can be negotiated. He is a people person+++ but thinks he is top dawg with other puppies, especially other males (typical boys). So I’m looking for a pet friendly place without existing pets (it’s been ‘ruff’). I like cooking, playing indoor netball / exercising and generally hanging out. Happy to have my own space but enjoy being social as well. Plus sides of living with me: There will always be wine and corn chips, I’m obviously hilarious and you will get an instant BFF with Major. Happy to move in to an existing place or team up! Looking more short-medium term, actively looking to buy a house 😁
