2 bedroom townhouse. Nice back deck ready for summer. Gas utilities. Looking for a person to take the spare room. Looking for a chilled person who will be happy to share a meal and a beer. Cruisy chilled house. Not a party house.
Our family (wife and 6-year-old daughter) have relocated to Brisbane; I need to stay back for work until a transfer comes through. I work full-time as a professional advisor at Norwest Business Park. I am neat, tidy with sober habits, do not mind house cleaning. I will be travelling to QLD whenever I can do see my family. Please let me know if this is something that can work for you. Thank you.
We're a clean and friendly couple. We're considerate of others and are happy to live in a social household, and equally happy to keep to ourselves.
Hi we’re an Aussie couple looking to team up and move into a new place. I’m a qualified hairdresser/mobile tanning technician but currently work full time as a key accounts manager & Jarrod is a butcher. We are currently living in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in North Rocks but want to team up with someone and move into a house. We are both honest, reliable easy going genuine people. We do love to be social but at the same time will respect your personal space. I do also have a gorgeous, very spoiled little Maltese cross Tea Cup poodle dog. Her name is Paris she is 7 but only 2.5kgs fully grown. Although Paris currently lives with my mum (as I am not allowed to have her in our unit) she does visit often and even comes for the occasional sneaky sleepover 😬 it would be great to find a property where pets are allowed, but if not that’s ok too! Jarrod and I are both tidy, organised fun loving people who enjoy living in a positive drama free environment. We would be happy for the right person to move into our unit @ North Rocks with us initially, (you would have your own room with WIR, own bathroom + LUG + high speed unlimited NBN internet) that way we can find a new house to call home together!
Hi - I am a 47 year old single man living near Gosford on the Central Coast working full time in an office complex between Gosford and Sydney Olympic Park & am looking for accommodation in Sydney to save commuting and vehicle wear & tear & fuel costs. I am a shift worker on a 3 week rotating roster & require accommodations for approximate 3 nights per week when on morning shifts which may become more if my current work project becomes more permanent. I have been employed with the same organisation for 22 years and counting. I am a quiet & clean - organised person, very responsible and respectful of others & like to be the minimum of fuss to others including family and friends. I am a handy person to be around & have good old fashioned life skills and knowledge & can do odd jobs and maintenance.
Steph, 29 working full time in Parramatta Tuesday - Saturday. Pretty laid back living a low key lifestyle. I have 2 dogs that are my family, so they defiantly come first! I would like them to be able to sleep inside at night, they are groomed fortnightly with their nails clipped also, so they won’t damage the floors. They are short haired medium size dogs. Just looking for a place we can call home for a while. Neat and tidy and usually keep to myself, but would also love to live somewhere where we can all enjoy a meal or a glass of wine at the end of a busy work week. Please message me If you have any further questions :)
Hi! I am Saba and I am looking for a clean and nice accommodation around Toongabbie and Parramatta NSW. It would be great if the place is near the train station. I am friendly, easy going and helpful and want to live with easy going, decent and like-minded people.
My house is bright, modern, and spacious, located on a quiet street. We have 2 large furnished guest bedrooms available for you to stay. 15 minutes walk to station, bus stops and to shopping centre. Close to Blacktown Hospital, University of Western Sydney. Express train to Parramatta and City (30 minutes approx.) where UTS and Sydney University are located. Express bus (30 minutes) to Macquarie University.
Hey, I moved to Sydney from New Zealand in September 2018. I am currently doing a traineeship for a charity company. I am kind and tidy and always use my initiative. I am looking for a flat somewhere close to work. I love playing sport and socialising.
I am excited to find my next new home. Will treat your place like my own - take care of it and keep it clean. I work full time in the city so you'll mostly see me in the evenings or the weekends. May occasionally bring a few guests over. I like a good chat but won't get in your way! And I like to cook my own meals so you're likely to see me whipping up something in the kitchen :)
Hello, i am Aditi, originally from Bangladesh. Recently moved to Sydney as i got my permanent residency. Currently looking for a job. I am very quiet, tidy and respectful to others. I am looking for a place to stay 6 months at least (probably longer). Look forward to hearing from you :)
