Hi, my names Matt Campbell and I am looking for share accommodation in Toowoomba with social housemates aged around 25 - 35. I have lived in share accommodation many times before and have rarely had any dramas, i am easy to get along with, open to communicating living arrangements that suit all parties, very tidy and working full-time. From previous history in sharing accommodation i have found i get along better with girls rather than guys so would prefer female housemates but not a critical requirement.
Hi, I guess I'm cheerful and positive minded and like to be around like-minded people. I need six months accomodation in Toowoomba while I work. I have rented rooms for two years now during school time. My rent is always paid on time and I help out around the place. I'm a mature age school teacher, married for 17 years and have my own home. I returned to Queensland schools in 2016 after living overseas. During school term breaks I stay with my relatives interstate. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks!
We are quite couple. I work all around the world and have to travel a lot. My partner is a chef in new thai resturant on Bridge Street. We are new in Toowoomba. We don't drink, smoke and have no pet. We like to travel and we love nature.
Young Working professional, looking for a room for rent in a clean & tidy house or team up and find a nice place. I work 9-5 weekdays and sometimes on weekend. Like to drink and chill on weekends and sometimes during the weekdays too. Looking for someone who is reasonably clean, social & fun to live with. Preferably young professionals and students only. Preferably no pets but can manage.
*Please note this property does not yet exist as I'm looking at moving myself mid June to early July. I'm looking for people to move in at the same time as I do* *Also note the address is not Herries Street, but I couldn't submit the listing without a street address* All of the above information is on worst case scenario. Hopefully if we can get 4 people total, rent will be about $95-$110 a week. If there's 3 of us, it'll be around $125. I'm only looking at places that fit this price range. Property preferences/aka likely what the property we will move into will be like: -4 bedroom -double lock-up garage -alfresco area with a little garden but minimal maintenance -upper end of the housing market/a home less than 10 years old/clean and new-ish -quiet street -around Glenvale, Kearney Springs, Harristown, Drayton, Darling Heights (South Toowoomba) I have most household equipment but not everything yet so you're welcome to bring any appliances or white goods you already own. For my last property, I found housemates before the house and we searched for a place we both liked. Happy to do the same again.
Close to Grand Central&cinemas-10mins walk. 3 mins walk to IGA Butcher Fruit shop Chemist Hairdresser Cafe Noodle and Indian take away. 2 mins drive to Clifford Gardens shopping centre and Aldi. 10 mins drive to uni. 30mins on BUS to UNI Nice area.
Light and airy 2 storey, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town house, all rooms have aircon both rooms have bathrooms and your room has a small walk-in robe. Laidback courtyard with deck and small garden in a gated community with minimal onsite parking and single lock up garage that doesn't work at the moment. Located in leafy East Toowoomba across the road from cafe and take aways and a short 2 block walk to supermarket and a beautiful 25 minute stroll/5-10 minute drive into the CBD. I'd prefer someone with full time work or at least able to afford living (just from previous tenant experience) not too keen on students BUT if you're working at the same time or know you'll be able to afford it in the long run feel free to hit me up still.
The apartment is freshly renovated, bright & airy. It has air conditioning, NBN, and space for a vehicle undercover and outside. The spare room is unfurnished, but the lounge and kitchen are fully furnished, ideal for people who don't have much stuff or are travelling to Toowoomba intermittently and need somewhere to stay. There's room for more storage in the garage.
Free Rent...We are looking for a person to assist us (generally in the mornings) with some general house cleaning and helping with a toddler approximately 10 hours a week split over 5 days. We are a lovely friendly family and would like somebody who we can trust to help run our household, child care experience would be an advantage and a drivers licence (car not essential). We are only 10 mins walk to the tafe college and 20 minutes walk to the city. In exchange for your assistance we will offer a beautiful clean house and room with a desk and cupboard rack, unlimited internet, electricity. We are extremely flexible people and would welcome the opportunity to talk with you. We look forward to hearing from you.
Lovely, spacious two bedroom duplex in South Toowoomba. All you'll need is some bedroom furniture, everything else is set up. Five minutes from the centre of town, owners take care of gardens and lawns. Would suit a fellow young professional :) Ps. The bedroom windows aren't purple, there was an epic sunset.
A 1930's built, unique, full of character, 2 bedroom cottage within easy walking distance to the CBD (1 km). The home is quirky, has many quaint features and offers a peaceful rainforest retreat close to the CBD. Your room will be freshly painted, fully furnished, partially decorated, security screened and will include a television. Reverse cycle aircon will keep you comfortable regardless of climate. Pillows, bedding and linen can be supplied if required. The bathroom is directly next to your bedroom ... almost as good as having an ensuite! and with 2 toilets in the house, there will be no need to "hold on". The house is fully furnished with modern appliances and mod cons. It offers two living areas to enjoy quiet time or entertainment outside of your bedroom. The gardens are lovely and also offer options to relax in the company of some very affectionate pets. There is gym and cardio equipment available to use. Note - The house will contain different furnishings to those pictured

A New Zealand couple establishing where they want to settle down for a couple of years. We are extremely mature for our age and get along well and enjoy our own company. By no means are we party goings and just enjoy spending time together on the weekends and watching movies. We clean up after ourselves and like to keep our personal belongings to ourselves.
I'm 22, currently living out at geham with my parents. I work part time in retail in the cbd so it would be ideal for me to move into town I'm extremely tidy so I keep things clean at all times. I don't mind cooking either. I'm also super social so I do like to get out of the house and go do things with friends pretty often but I do enjoy my own time at home aswell. Otherwise I’m always happy to pitch in around the house and up for a chat
