Hey! 🥰 I'm Julia - 26 y/o, and I recently moved back home to Australia after studying overseas in Europe. I've secured a job in Townsville (full-time, in the office located near The Strand) and am looking for a room in the city centre close to work. I'll be looking to rent long-term and to hopefully find a place I can call home for the foreseeable future. I've previously lived with housemates in Europe, and we always worked out great. I am happy to pitch in with a cleaning roster etc., and keen to live with someone trustworthy that I can call a friend more so than just a flatmate. I live a healthy and active lifestyle (running, swimming, pilates), and like to be in bed early most nights. As I'll be new in town, I am keen to make friends in Townsville, so I'm happy to join in on social activities (dinners at the house, beach, hikes, the odd drink in the afternoon on weekends) while still respecting each other's personal space. I do appreciate my own company and downtime among a busy schedule. Not super big on party either. I’m hoping for calm, laid-back, peaceful vibes - no drama.
