I’m Sarah, 32 Mature Female No Kids No pets- But do have approx 10pot plants Qualified Chef Non smoker I’m looking in Northern Townsville (Kirwan, Burdell, Cogrove, Bohle Plains) for a furnished 1bedroom with in a safe environment to call home. Shared house with professional people around my age (30+ I’m 32 and single and saving for my own home deposit- Hope to achieve this by Christmas time.) Ideally with a flexible length of stay till approx Christmas time $200-$250max per week- including all bills and with parking available and some possible garage or shed space for a few of my belongings including camping gear, a push bike snd some storage tubs. I’ve currently been living with in a home with a FIFO worker and high school teacher but unfortunately circumstances have all changed and I’m needing to move out of this house ASAP. Wanting a flexible but also asap move in date from now. I’m employed locally with in town. Working full time hours with 2 jobs.
