I work full-time and also have a full-time study load as well but in my free time (which there isn't much of) I love being outside, whether that's just going on a walk or a light hike or going out exploring and finding fun new places to eat. While I'm always going to be respectful of personal space, I am always open for a chat or a movie night. I also have a very friendly cat that I would love to bring along to live with me as well. She's still quite young and full of energy but she is low shed, is very well house trained, and I have had no problem with her scratching at carpet or furniture. Hi There , Myself Prasenjit. After living & working in Dubai for 10 years, I had decided to move to Australia 4 years ago. I have been living & working full time in Adelaide for the past 4 years & now relocating to Brisbane. By profession I am a chef, have worked in multiple 5 star hotels, resorts & Michelin starred restaurants & currently working as a Chef Trainer & Assessor at one of the reputed college in Adelaide & now moving to Brisbane as another college has approached me to join their team. I am adventurous & would define myself an explorer. I like snorkelling, scuba diving, hiking & fishing . Always eager to explore new things. I love animals. Aim to be a part of any animal rescue foundation! Cricket is my passion. Enjoy watching live international matches whenever possible & would love to join any local sports club or a team there. About me: I have lived in the same house for the last 5 years, it has been sold recently and the new owners are looking to move in, so im looking to move out. I run an automotive repair shop and have manufacturing / fabrication side business. Between these two ventures i am very busy during the week. I do come with a border collie named Marcus who is completely trained and obedient. He is not home during the day as he comes to work with me (he handles customer complaints). On the weekends i go camping / adventure bike riding / general traveling around south east Queensland so i find myself rarely at home. About you: My ideal housemate is someone my age who is employed full time and doesn't smoke / do any drugs. Good rental history is preferred! Someone wanting to go on the lease 50/50 on a whole house. (I come with a complete house's worth of furniture, kitchen, dining, living room and laundry). Someone who enjoys a clean minimilst environment. About the house: Due to the current rental market it is challenging, ideally id like to get a 4 bedroom house as i need to have my office / bedroom seperate and im willing to forgo the master bedroom. A two car garage is a must as i have alot of camping gear / dirt bike / jetski (arriving late this year) that i need to store indoors.
