I have a mountain bike for rides around the lake or block. I like to keep relatively fit. I've been known to send myself to see a movie. I have family in Canberra, so a ute or helping hand if we need is never far. I'm looking for a santuary I can be at ease.

I'll be making the move down to Canberra to start a graduate program position with the government. Moving down from Sydney and currently anticipating to go back every couple of weeks or so. I haven't had a flatmate before but I have had experience with a tenant who was not up to cleanliness standard so I understand the need to be clean and tidy! Although I will be working corporate, I used to love working on my car and have currently do work on my motorcycle so I can help you with some small mechanic things on your car or bike!

I’m a Gamilaraay/Kamilaroi girl originally from Victoria that comes from a long line of military veterans so I know how to hold my own and do a damn good hospital corner. I love my cat but am unsure whether or not to bring her when I move out it also depends on the house I move in to. I do smoke cigarettes so a house that accepts that is a must but I would never smoke in the house so you don’t have to worry about that. Im looking for flat mates that are clean and respectful but are also down for a chat maybe a drink. I’m generally a stay at home person but I also like to socialise with my small circle of friends but I tend to do that at their house so I wouldn’t be bringing them home out of respect for others to keep the noise down. I loooove animals and music and a good yarn with a morning coffee and smoke.

Hi! I'm a grad for DSS relocating from Sydney. I'm looking for a place short-term, I'd estimate for about 2 months give or take. I'm hoping to find a place that's close to work, which is located in Greenway, as I don't have a car. I'm a quiet person, I don't smoke and I only drink in social occasions. I love to cook and bake, it's one of my passions. I'm a poet, and I usually spend my spare time writing and painting. My friends often say I have a rather old fashioned tastes, but I do really enjoy visiting museums and going to watch plays/musicals.

Clean and tidy tradesman (Electrician) looking for a place to stay long term. (6 months minimum) I enjoy all sports (afl, basketball, cricket etc) and cooking. Because of my busy work schedule, you will usually find me having a quiet and lazy weekend. Looking for a semi-modern place to stay around central canberra, would prefer off street parking but not essential. Looking to move from the 15th of Feb but flexible with the date. Any questions just ask!

I have recently completed a Bachelor of Criminology and am planning to complete Honours this year. The internet is a necessity for my studies, as is a room large enough to accommodate my desk (160x160cm L shaped). In my spare time I like to do crafting such as bobbin lace and papercraft, photography, reading and watching Netflix - in particular true crime binge-fests. I also enjoy gardening and have several outdoor potted plants that I would bring with me. I also own several pieces of furniture (including a double bed, tall boy and dresser, sewing machine table, and book cases) I'd prefer not to get rid of, as well as craft supplies. As such I am hoping to find a suitable home that is large enough to accommodate most of my things. I can store some of these items at my parents if absolutely necessary, but as I use most of it, I wish to continue doing that. I am neat and clean up after myself, a non smoker, rarely drink, and am not into partying. Would consider having friends over for dinner or similar, and would enjoy a chat or having dinner with housemates on occasion. Friendly introvert with a somewhat sarcastic sense of humour, and respectful of others' need for space. A 1-2 bedroom unit would be my preference, but I would happily consider a large granny flat or a share house if it there is more space than a bedroom's worth. I would also like covered parking as my car is not particularly new, I'm trying to baby it a bit. I need to avoid stairs and physical activities such as vacuuming, due to having arthritis and other chronic illnesses. Happy to negotiate other chores that I am capable of doing. As a correspondence student and home body, I spend a fair amount of time at home.

Hi, I’m a creative and craft-loving writer, currently looking for work, or about to go into study after battling with my depression and anxiety. My partner works as a retail sales person in Fyshwick, and we’re looking for a place with room to call our own while we work on setting up our future together. We’re relatively neat and can keep to ourselves, but we enjoy gaming, especially tabletop roleplaying games (like D&D) and I have a good collection of arts and crafts that I partake in, mostly knitting and sewing.

Hi guys! I have a full time job in the media industry and often work a couple weekends a month. I keep to myself a lot, mostly playing PS4 or watching crappy horror movies on Netflix. I’m easy to get along with and very reliable. I’ve bought an apartment Southside which will take around 24 months to build, so I’m looking for a cheap(ish) share house in the meantime so I can continue saving for the apartment and meet new friends.
