Hi, I am currently studying Psychological Science in Sydney City and have transferred to University of Newcastle Ourimbah campus to start February 2018. I am looking for accommodation in the Central Coast. I am clean, I enjoy socializing with others, I love animals, I like to cook, I am a quiet person and don't mind sharing the house chores. My preferred accommodation would be in a flat/house with 1 or 2 others.
Im a 31 year old female who just moved back to the coast after being in tamworth for 3 years i am studying aged care cert 3 at this stage hopefully with some work to follow after it i am quiet at first very friendly i love the outdoors. I just need a place to call home for now until i find a more permanent home so i can stop sleeping on a mates couch as real estates dont want to give you a chance these days
We are located on an acre in a quiet street, in a semi-rural area of the beautiful Central Coast. We are very close to Mingara club, 6 mins to Shelly beach, shops and 10mins from Ourimbah uni or Wamberal beach. The north facing balcony looks out to the trees and is a great for catching winter sun or a summer breeze where you can chat to the local kookaburras The guys have set up their garage as a home gym. Living, kitchen, bathroom and laundry are shared space, and are furnished with the basics, including a 40" HD smart TV Extra toilet in the laundry There is a wood fire in the living room. Residents have access to the owners pool. There is a single bed available in the room...or you can bring your own furniture. Also listed on other classified sites
Nice size 3 bdr house, NBN, gas heating, cooking and hot water so easy on the bills, roughly around $20 per week. Separate living areas with a good sized bedroom and backyard, built in wardrobe and ensuite. Backs onto a reserve so nice and quiet with a good view, easy off street parking, close to the beach, shopping centres and public transport.
Bright and bubbly hospitality worker looking for somewhere to settle in. Non smoker, I don't have any pets but I am open to roommates having pets. Only a social drinker, but due to my work hours I rarely do drink. I work a lot of night shifts and have a rotating roster. I like to lead a fit, healthy lifestyle.

I have three amazing animals, two beautiful puppers and a lazy ragdoll cat. Lexie is a kelpie x dingo and is the most well trained and behaved girl, waya is a 10 week old husky pup that is very smart and learning fast! I’ve been around animals all my life And I can’t part with my fur babies. I’m heaps easy going and love a good laugh, im a great at cooking and love going on adventures in my spare time. Please if you can help me give me a message or a call :) thanks evryone!!
I am a quiet, easygoing guy who mostly keeps to himself but does enjoy being sociable and having a laugh. I am clean and tidy, friendly and honest. If I am not at work I either am fishing, exploring new places, on the open road or seeing friends. I am not too fussed on the length of time for a place, but anything over 3 months is preferred. I think I bring a lot of positives to any sharehouse. If you let me make your place our place I totally reckon your day to day domestic life will improve by a considerable degree. Give me a run, see how it goes 👌
I am a full time employee at NSW Health Pathology at Gosford hospital. I am also in my last semester of biomedical Science at University of Technology Sydney. I am a friendly outgoing 22 year old and keep my room/place tidy and clean. I am looking for a private room preferably with own bathroom and close to my work as a driving distance. Great internet connection is a necessity as i need it for both study and work. I have my own furniture so if the room is unfinished its all sweet. Looking forward to finding a great home and new housemates :)
I am respectful of other people and very easy to live with, am tidy and very easy going. Spend alot of time outdoors and live a active lifestlye being passionate about health and fitness. Am out most the day working and then going to the gym.
Hi my name is Jesse, I am a genuine guy that is looking for a room to rent in a shared house, you will find me to be neat, tidy, and reliable. Someone that can have a joke and a good time, but still have time to myself as well. I'm currently working Part-time however this is due to a work accident and my rehabilitation should be ending in Jan-Feb with me being allowed to return to full time work there after. I'm 36 with 3 children who I adore, however they would not be relocating with me. I'm down to earth and easy going. I enjoy a good laugh and I love to cook. I love my Xbox gaming but love camping and hitting the outdoors. Originally from New Zealand so I love my rugby and the mighty All Blacks but love the trans-tasman banter between AUS and NZ. Also an avid fan of the Parramatta eels and I enjoy the NRL rilvary. I'm a competent guitarist and love music festivals, concerts and a good old Aussie pub band. Thanks for your time in considering me as a future flatmate.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I'm friendly and a bit outgoing but I also like my alone time. I'm a clean person and respectful of other people. I’m currently looking for a job however I have a steady income. I love to be by the ocean and really enjoy exploring so ideally would like to live close to the beach. But I’m not picky either. Just want to find a nice chill place. Message me if your keen to join up and make a home! :)
