(Photos are a mix of Real Estate photos from before we moved in and ones I’ve taken since). The available room is $235 per week plus bills and unlimited internet is an additional $23 per month. Bond is $985 (full bond divided by 3 people instead of room prices x 4). The three bedrooms are upstairs and the room up for offer has a built in wardrobe and is big enough to fit a queen bed. The bathroom is nice and new with a separate shower/bath and is shared with Marie. Our other housemate Grom has his own ensuite. Downstairs has a combined kitchen living area that opens onto the backyard, with a garage attached and an additional toilet which is pretty handy. The house is mostly furnished but the bedroom comes unfurnished (if you have a front loader washing machine that would be a bonus, unfortunately I’m taking mine). Send me a message if you’re interested with a little about yourself. Any potential roommates will need to be reference checked and approved by the real estate to go on our lease.

Hi everyone ! I'm a 25 year old french gal Moving to Canberra in early october for work. I'm excited to discover the city. I'm used to living in flatshares so I'm (very) tidy, good at communicating and respecting people's space and I'm confident I can get along pretty well with anyone. In my spare time I love to go hiking, kayaking or exploring the city and testing out new restaurants. I also love to rest at home on the week ends and cook meals. I'm looking for a room in a non-smoking house or flat, preferably with other people working full time but I'm open to students as well ! Also if there’s NO carpeting around the house that would be a HUGE plus and I would sign a lease on the spot ! Feel free to message me if you want to know more about me. see ya !
Hi, I'm looking for a room long term in the inner north. I work full-time at ANU doing digital things. I like to have a chat but appreciate chill time too, and am pretty clean and tidy. I play soccer, try to keep plants alive, and am fascinated by Grand Designs. On the weekend you'll find me adventuring to the beach or the bush, exploring the city, or catching up with friends. If you think we could get along, I'd love to hear from you.
Hey, I'm Josh! Looking for a room in a share-house in Canberra for next year when I start a graduate position with a APS agency. I think I'm pretty laid-back, love getting outdoors and hiking etc. I'm looking forward to heading down to Canberra and getting settled into my new home. Don't mind a beer or two - but nothing too crazy! And don't worry, I agree, the Raiders were robbed!
Hi, I'm Peter and I work full time as a professional and studying part-time. I am originally from Adelaide and have been living and working in Canberra for three years. I'm very easy going, social, clean, tidy, reliable, and respectful of other people's space and time. Hoping to find a nice place with some like minded people.
I'm a fourth year student at the ANU and work part-time. Respects housemates' privacy but also up for a chat. Seasoned housemate. Clean, tidy and quiet. Hobbies include cooking, watching trashy reality TV and sleeping. Looking for: furnished room for a 12 month lease starting in mid-late November 2019 in the inner north of Canberra.
I'm 24 and relocating from Sydney to Canberra to start an APS grad job in the new year. I am an avid reader and wine lover and I enjoy travel, exercise and floristry. On the weekends I love getting out and exploring. I'm itching to uncover Canberra's best bars, bookshops, brunch spots and running routes. I am highly organised, tidy and respectful of space and privacy. I like to follow a low-key routine during the working week, but am always down for a catch up over wine, dinner or a cuppa. I'm looking for a friendly and easy going (ideally female or mixed) shared house that will provide equally easy access to Belconnen as well as the city centre. I bring with me: furniture for my room, my car and plenty of book recommendations. I'm keen to lock down a room in December!
