Hi, we're two Korean friends, aged 28 and 27, currently on a working holiday in Sydney. We're looking for a comfortable and clean place to live from July 3. We're open to either a shared room (2 people in 1 room) or a 2-bedroom place, as long as it suits our lifestyle and budget. One of us has a degree in Robotics Engineering, and the other studied English Education and holds a teaching certificate. We’re both quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. We always keep shared spaces clean and make sure not to cause any inconvenience to others. We're hoping to find a place within 40 minutes by public transport to the CBD, preferably near a train station. Our budget is up to $500 per week for both of us, with electricity, water, and internet included in the rent.
