Hey, I'm a respectful, clean and tidy guy with a 3-year old small little doggo (about 5kg) named Daisy. She's a happy gal that loves people. She doesn't bark nor chew on any furnitures and most importantly, she's routinely checked and have her vaccinations up to date. I generally tend to do my own thing but am happy to socialise and chat if you're up for it. I don’t smoke nor have house parties. I can supply my own furnitures and white goods so you’ll just need to furnish your own room. I like the common areas to be neat, tidy and free of clutter. I am a healthcare professional working in a southside hospital. I’m doing part-time uni as well. My rosters are pretty consistent day shifts that includes the occasional weekends. I do not work night shifts. Hopefully to team up with similar single full-time workers in their mid 20's to 30's that works regular hours to share a 2 or 3-bed 2-bath apartment unit or townhouse located in Greenslopes, Coorparoo, Upper Mt Gravatt, Annerley or surrounding areas. I would like to have the parking space/garage included in the rental, and I'm happy taking the second bedroom/bathroom. Hoping to move in at around end of October or starting November 2025.
