I'm a 53-year-old calm & gentle Pom that has Arthritis in both knees so stairs are very difficult. I work part-time in Childcare and have my own Business in Men's Work that I started last year, so Internet is very important as I use Social Media extensively. I have my gorgeous 7 -year-old Daughter stay twice per week.
Tidy, busy, respectful, personable. Calm demeanor, don't take myself too seriously. Partying days are behind me, resorted to an active and low key lifestyle. I work for Parks Victoria in the Fire and Emergency team. Enjoy Photography. Am a frustrated wannabe hang gliding pilot. Looking for a chilled place, preferably with an en-suite but not a deal breaker. Happy to organise a place with one or two others if you are happy to also have your name on the lease (and have the relevant references). Non smoker, unfortunately no pets. Pets very welcome. Smoke free home preferred.
i clean up after myself and my cat (bat girl), i am a great cook.i have no problem with helping around the house as long the jobs get shared around the house fairly. My favorite thing to do on a day off is cuddling up in bed watching a movie/TV show, reading a book, or having a nice relaxing day. i am a cleaner working on starting my own business and looking for tafe course to start next year . i am currently working on giving up smoking
Hi, I’m Lois, 31 years old. I work in Melbourne and I am looking for a room to rent in Belgrave or nearby. I am a friendly and open-minded person. I love being outdoors, particularly when hiking. I am a clean and tidy person, respectful of people’s space.
Hi! My name is Bec and I am looking for a new place to call home. I enjoy the company of my housemates, but enjoy my own too. I have been fortunate to have been in some great share-houses and made some wonderful, life-long friends. I enjoy healthy food and would love to get back to cooking more - happy to swap and share the odd meal or just have taste-testers! I work full-time, between my main job and some voluntary work. - I love both. I will tidy up after myself and direct debit for bills and rent takes care of the basics so we can get on with creating a happy chilled-out home. I am out a fair bit (with meditation, friend-catch-ups, theatre and arts and family to name few) but I also love to share a kitchen chat, cuppa or the odd DVD/Netflix with my housemates. I am after a single storey place and I do need it to be close to a train station. I am looking to live with others who are easy-going companions, good communicators and also want our place to be a great place to be. I am in no rush to move out of where I am, its more about finding a good fit. I am pretty flexible about location..although I have come to love the greenery and space of the further-out suburbs in the last few years!
I could not pin down exactly why I'm good to live with yet I will say that every person I've ever lived with have all become friends and remained so long after the sharing of a home. - Brenden
I am a down to earth, friendly person who is all about making the world a better place. I love to chat but also love to spend time on my own, I love cooking, hiking, exploring, nature, watching netflix, drinking tea and consuming questionable amounts of chocolate banana peanut butter smoothies. I will be studying arts at Melbourne and am interested in writing, wellbeing and philosophy, so always keen to discuss deep topics! I am vegan and would prefer to live in a meatless household. I don't drink or party and live quite a quiet life, preferring to do my adventuring during the day, and often tend to spend my nights watching a great tv show before having an early night! I would love to make some new friends and create a little house family with hopefully some plants that i try to keep alive and lots of natural light! :)
Hey, I'm 27, teacher, I'm looking for Some housemates to find a place with. Let me know if you're interested and we can chat. I've done plenty of sharehousing before, and keen to get to know you, but also to have our own space. I’m currently living in a small place in Tecoma but keen to find a sharehouse in the area. I’m a Christian, and would love to live with other Christians.
Looking for a place to call home...An amazing opportunity has opened in our beautiful home. Your new room is very large 4.7m x 3.6m with a large built in wardrobe. A beautiful spacious bathroom with a spa and shower, overlooking bush land is shared with 2 others. There is hydronic heating in all rooms (heated towel rail in bathroom so no more wet towels;), and a wood heater in the open plan living area, so you'll never feel the cold of winter in the hills. Air conditioning takes care of hot summers days & nights. Upwey train station and Main Street with cafes and shops are approximately 10mins walk away and there are lovely walking trails nearby. Firewood, internet, Stan, and Netflix is included in weekly rent! You'll be sharing with a photographer of the natural world, and an anthropologist. Both easy going, welcoming and enjoy sharing a meal and a chat with our housemates :) Please message us with any enquiries.
Hey there. I'm looking for a place to stay that is close to my workplace in Kilsyth. I have recently transferred here with work from Sydney. I'm up for a chat and a laugh but also like to have my "me time". I am pretty straight edge and like to do things like going out to watch bands , play sport, watch scary movies , get creative and also get out into nature. If you think that someone like me would work well in your home dynamic, I look forward to hearing from you.
A nice house on a peaceful street with a brand new bathroom. There is a sitting room, lounge room and a verandah. You will have a private room and share the house with me, my dog Rosie and cat Scout. The neighbours are nice and it is a quite, peaceful street. 25 min walk to the station and shop, the house is between the Tecoma and Upwey stations so if you commute or just want a trip into the city either station is a quick 5 minute drive. Upwey is a great place to live! We are close to the hills for those who like Devonshire tea or a wander around the forrest.

I’m currently looking for a place for myself and my 4 year old son. I’m a full-time student studying Dermal Science at Vic Uni. I have 100% care of my son who will be attending daycare & kindergarten 4 days a week starting at the end of Feb. I’m looking for somewhere stable and long term whilst studying, and also as I have a young child. Somewhere with separate living areas and own bathroom would be ideal, but am open to all options. Hoping to find a place suited to a child, that is fairly quiet and relaxed. I’m clean and tidy, responsible, conscious of the needs of those I’m living with, and down to earth. My son is a fairly typical 4 year old. Can be noisy at times, very clever, warm and loving, inquisitive and funny. Paying rent and bills is always my topmost priority, and my weekly budget is $200. A place with internet is a must. Hope to hear from you! 😊
I'm 45 years old and am a Mechanical Engineer/fitter Turner by trade. Im currently working part time/causal down Mornington Peninsula . My partner Peter works night shift in the city and works for the council. Our beloved Pet Indy is almost 2 years old and is an English Staffordshire she is very well behaved and is petite in size. We are very clean and house proud people having been past homeowners ourselves . I thoroughly love gardening and spending time outdoors when weather permits. We are very private & considerate of others privacy/space but in saying that enjoy having a chat and laugh with others.
