I'm looking for a place that's not too far from my school, either walkable distance or close to a train, bus, or tram station with a direct route close to UTS College. It’d be preferable if it’s an all-female accommodation to live in with mates around a similar age group. I like to keep my living space very clean, tidy, and on the quiet side; hence, housemates with like values would be preferred.
