Hi, I’m Chan, a second-year Accounting and Finance student at UWA, originally from Thailand (half Indonesian), and I am 23 years old. I’ve been living in Perth for over a year now and really enjoy the city. I’m clean, responsible, and very respectful of shared spaces. I always keep noise to a minimum, especially at night, and I make sure to clean up after myself in common areas. I’m financially supported by my parents, so paying rent and bills on time has never been an issue. My current lease ends on July 2, but I do have an option to end my lease within 1 month to only receive a penalty while still getting my bond back. Outside of uni, I enjoy long-distance cycling, learning about markets and finance, and gaming. I study pretty hard but also value a peaceful, friendly home environment.

I like my me time, but I also like going out for brunch, cinema and markets with friends. I don't smoke or drink; surely not a party person. I do however enjoy a good cup of tea. I absolutely love baking, from the process to the sharing and munching on freshly baked goods. I consider myself a clean and tidy person, I always clean up after myself. When free I like to read books and watch documentary on ancient history. I am looking for a place to call home in Perth.
