We're a great couple relocating back to Australia from Thailand, I am a professional Business Analyst, my wife is a friendly woman and we are mature and clean. We are Christians.
Easy-going lover of all people & pets :) I'm a clean, tidy person (outside of my bedroom at the very least) who loves coming home to a house full of people and plants. Living with me will entail a forever changing lounge room (collector of op shop painting), a kitchen that always has pasta on the stove or garlic bread in the oven, a hug and a big old serve of your favourite vice if you've had a shit of day.
I am a recently graduated orthoptist looking for some friendly people to share a house with. When I'm not working I enjoy getting outdoors on the weekends, hiking, yoga, cooking and reading. While I don't have any pets of my own, I do love animals (particularly dogs) so am open to living with some furry friends too! I am easy going, clean and tidy. I enjoy having a chat, drink after work, but also enjoy my down time and am respectful of others space.
I have been doing share accommodation in the house I have been renting, so I am well used to living and sharing with other people. The owner of the house I am currently renting has given me notice to vacate the property due to him wanting to undergo extensive renovations before selling it, so I need to find a new home and new flat mates!! I need a reasonable size unfurnished bedroom as I already have my own Queen size bed + I also have a small computer desk and TV. It would be a real bonus if my TV can go in the Lounge Room and not in my bedroom. It is a brand new smart 4K HD TV that connects up to the net, I just brought it a couple of months ago and I also have an android box that can download from the net all of the new release movies and TV shows for free, so happy to watch a good movie or TV show with my flatmates on my brand new TV!!! I am a courier / delivery driver, but after doing this job for while, I would like to change into a different industry. I'm a pretty quite living guy, so no loud playing of music etc.. and I go elsewhere to visit friends / family, they will not visit me at your place. I will look after our home very well and will always keep everything neat and tidy and I always clean up after myself after cooking / eating my meals. So give me a phone call or send me a message here so we can arrange a time to meet and we can get to know each other more and I can inspect your available room and my potential new home and meet my potential new flatmates. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
I am an chill and relax guy who is either working or studying. I love to party but that’s occasionally. I like to keep my place clean whether it’s my car or my room.
Hello! I am a 23yo university student looking for a new home, as I'm just finishing up 5 months overseas. I'm at uni 3 days a week (Monash Clayton), and work 20-30 hours (a pub in Ringwood) on top of that, so I'm pretty in-and-out of the house. I'm looking for a place in between these two locations, so please don't message me if you're in Dandenong, Templestowe etc! When I am home, I generally spend my time sleeping, watching Netflix, and cooking. Whilst I do like a bit of space and quiet to do assignments, I also want a place where housemates socialise and get along. I prefer a clean up after yourself approach to living, but am open to roster systems if they're established and working. I've lived in sharehouses for 4 years now so am pretty used to how things flow. I have a pet reptile (which means he is in a tank 24/7 so no risk of house damage) named Koda, he is 4yo, super friendly, and loves an occasional cuddle. I arrive back in Melbourne on the 11th July, and am looking to move ASAP after that. Max budget is $600/mth excluding bills, or around $700 inclusive. If it sounds like I could be a good fit, send me a message and we can go from there!
I am a student at Deakin University doing my bachelor's degree in commerce. I like keeping my surroundings clean. I'm social and an introvert at the same time. I like my space and believe in giving the same. I am good at cooking and you can expect some Indian dishes at random times of day. I have a nice group of friends so there will be visitors, but only restricted to my room at most times.
I'm 22 working full time as an apprentice cabinet maker. Outgoing love to go camping, watching footy and basketball, always down to hang with mates and have a few beers or just chill.

My house is a place you can call home where you can relax , enjoy your own space and privacy and still engage in conversation if you so wish. Even though I have 3 other girls living here they are respectful, there is no morning scrabble fighting for the bathroom (shared only by the girls ) in the morning as they all work different hours and the dynamics of the house work . We all enjoy a good conversation when we can . I work in Security thus doing shift work , and I am not intrusive. My house is very convenient to shops and public transport. The room is $160.00 per week including Utilities. My house is clean and tidy. My house is located a few minutes' walk from Burwood Hwy and the tram stop and 15 minutes by Tram to Deakin University. My house is very close and convenient to Vermont South Shopping Centre which is only a few minutes' walk or a couple of minutes by car . We have Coles , Aldi and other convenient shops at this centre , plus K-Mart 24 hr Plaza is only a few minutes in the other direction . The bus depot is only 8 minutes walk which will take you to the Train Station or Knox Shopping Centre and many other destinations. If you're interested I would welcome an inspection Thank You Mimmo
Hi! I am a 27 y.o. female who recently finished her masters in Accounting and is currently working as admin assistant in Vermont VIC. I am technically working on a casual basis but usually in the office 40hrs in a week. I'm also about to start my professional year which is whole day Saturdays, and I go to church and do my shopping every Sunday, so I'm basically out of the house everyday. When I'm home, I'll probably be sleeping, watching netflix, cooking, or doing my laundry. I generally stay in my room but I'm happy to share a drink or dinner every now and then. I'm looking for a private room near my work, and a train/tram/bus station that leads to the city. Hopefully, it's furnished, but I don't mind buying some furnitures/appliances for the right home. I'm also open to team-ups. I'm not fussed about the housemates as long as they are clean and respects other housemates' sleeping time. :) I'm looking to move-in sometime mid-August to early September.
Hi! I'm Beth. I'm 20 years old and currently studying my Master of Teaching for Secondary School. I'm an American, but live here permanently in Australia. I've been told my accent makes me sound like I've just come off the plane! I'm a massive book nerd and Netflix fiend. I enjoy my space, but don't mind a cheeky drink once in a while. I'm very lowkey and like my space to reflect chill vibes.
A comfortable and homey three-bedroom unit on a very safe and quiet street, close to Deakin University and within walking distance to bus stops (including to Monash University - 30-minutes, off-peak), and seconds away from parks and walking tracks, EastLink, the 75-Tram stop (to Docklands via Camberwell Junction, Bridge Road - Richmond, etc.), as well as Vermont South Shopping Centre, the Burvale Hotel, and Knox Shopping Centre. Your bedroom would comfortably fit a single or king-single bed, and has a double built-in wardrobe, a TV aerial point, ceiling fan etc. You would have use of a shared bathroom, gas ducted heating and split system air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, cosy living areas, and a desk in a study area (if necessary). All bills, including internet, are included in the total rent price. This is may change, but is highly unlikely to increase per week. Please note: Despite the close proximity to public transport, ownership of a car is recommended.
I am looking for a mature easy going clean female to house share. The room is large and furnished overlooking leafy neighbourhood and park across the house with walk in robe and queen bed. You will be using the large family bathroom all by your self for most of the year. House freshly painted, carpeted and neat and immaculately kept and is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to coles, aldi and No 75 tram stop as well as Springvale road. 10 min drive to Deaking University and Glen Waverly/ Nunawading train station.
This is a brand new house that we live in. There is only my parents, my 1 year old daughter currently living there while myself and my son are overseas until the end of August. We have a room downstairs with it’s own bathroom we want to rent to a single girl or boy until the end of November. So this is perfect for a university student.
PhD student and Sports lover! Bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now PhD in Australia. I'm coffee lover and love to have it in cafes and have good chats. I will like to share a meal with my flatmates from time to time. I like walking, running, swimming and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week in the day time and I like to hangout with friends/flatmates in the weekends. I am PhD student in information systems/IT field. I did my bachelor in Oman and my master in Germany. I am from Oman (YouTube it and you will love it) I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. (I am willing to pay a bit more if the rent includes access to a gym and a pool) My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area and toilets clean) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - above 24 years old - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each and I want to practice them in our free time)
Hi there, We are looking for two rooms in a shared house. Liam - I currently study psychology and tend to live quietly as I spending most of my time working in a bar and focusing on my studies while chilling with housemates where I can. I'm very clean and clean up as I make a mess so you won't have to worry about dishes lying around. I am a very chill person, but also can speak my mind when needed, meaning I'm never passive aggressive and reach fair agreements quickly. Irfan- I currently study biomedical science and tend to live quietly as I spend most of my time working in cafes. I am very clean and chill and get along with others well. So, you would not have any issues living with me.
My name is Rosie. I'm 26, graduated last year from my Masters and work part-time. I'm very easy-going, personable and enjoy a good laugh. I'm incredibly tidy and respectful. I have a passion for history and a love of animals. I currently live in Forest Hill and am looking to move in the next few months.
I'm an easy going guy, I enjoy my personal space but also equally comfortable hanging out and having a chat, cooking, watching movies etc. I'm neat and clean, I like things to be tidy within reason. I am all about positive vibes and everyone being friendly with each other, currently looking for work at the moment.
I am a great person to talk too and i love to try new things. I like clubbing and partying with the right people. Boardgames, travelling, loud music, pets, cooking, night talks are my thing. I like my own space but I'm always available. I have a girlfriend that i adore. I hope to be great friends with my future housemates!
Hi, I’m Litiana :) I’m an easy going, bubbly person and a clean and considerate housemate :) I currently work in administration and study business at uni so with what time I usually have left over you’ll either find me chilling out with my black lab, reading, watch a bit of trashy tv or cooking! I generally like to keep to myself but am always happy to have a chat or a wine with housemates and like to keep things chiller in the home! Happy to team up with people also :)
I work full time in IT, and tend to live pretty quietly and keep reasonable hours. For the most part I keep to myself, but I'm certainly happy to be sociable with my housemates. I'll never make mess in communal areas, won't have raucous parties or make a lot of noise. I'm used to living in student housing, so if there's decent insulation and heating, then I'm pretty happy, and it's a step up from what I'm used to :). I currently own a large desk and bed that I'm quite attached to and don't have anywhere else to store, so I won't be able to move into a furnished room.
Hi there, i would love to describe myself as a caring trustworthy person. I work part time (4 days/week) in health care field at Box-hill. respect other peoples privacy and space. Also very clean, nonsmoker and non drinker. not in to partying anymore.
Hi :) I’m Andy, in a nutshell: - Domesticaed Sound Engineer/Musician - Work full time, weird hours - Chipper, but introverted. - Coffee addict. - Funny, sacrcastic (but the good kind) caring, open minded politically lefty. - Non smoker/not into substances I once wrote on a job application that I could fit five marshmallows in my mouth. I once drew a cat on a VCE exam in an attempt to gain extra credit. I've lived out of home for about a year, so I know how to make my own toast. I pay my rent on time and as a techie I can fix your internet and tv when they break. If there's a message thread for house business I may flood it with cat and dog memes, fair warning. Move date and budget are somewhat flexible. Cheers :)
Hey guys! I'm a friendly, laid-back, outgoing personal who studies communications and PR, and works at an indoor trampoline park/nannies part time. Between uni and the two jobs I'm hardly ever home and when I am, I like to balance privacy with the occasional dinner/drink/catch up. I clean up after myself, am organised and respectful and love animals, so there's absolutely no issues if you have pets! Also a vegan, but don't mind if you cook or eat meat yourself!
We are a small family of 4 who would like a small place to live which is close to amenities. We work in healthcare and have young kids.
Hiya flatmate lovelies. I'm Erin and I am 33. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have a very reliable income. I live independently and do not need any assistance or carer. I always prioritise paying rent and bills on time. I also have a rental history and can give you references if you desire. I am always working on improving my health and have a very clean lifestyle. I am generally a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. I love to laugh, thats usually at myself as I can be clumsy, as life is good when you can laugh. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time and recharging too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I do have little quirks like my obsessive nature of stacking a dishwasher, and collecting and recycling soft plastics (Redcycle) and composting kitchen scraps. I do like to be a conscious consumer where I can. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.
I'm easy to live with, I'm clean, outgoing but know limits. And I cook great food !
I am a generally quiet and a very introverted person but still enjoys the occasional chat. I am a bit of a freak and OC when it comes to cleanliness and would usually go on a cleaning spree, sometimes in the middle of the night (I find it therapeutic hehe). I am also considerate so I won't go on a cleaning spree at night if you're home and trying get some sleep( you have my word) and understand that life gets busy sometimes. I value and respect privacy and hoping for mine to be treated the same. Also looking for an LGBT friendly home. I have asthma and although it's well controlled, a smoke free environment is still preferred. I do not drink alcohol (Asian Flush Syndrome) but I do not mind people drinking around me. I am Filipino and have been living in Australia for few years now. I am a nurse and I work early shifts during the week. I work in a busy environment and so if you do not see me at all when I am at home (I'm okay :), I am just in my room, having a downtime. If you have a room to offer, please drop me a message. Thanks!
My name is Olivia, I am 19 years old and i am looking for a new place to stay. I have lived out of home for a while now, including a sharehouse, so i am aware of what is expected of me in this kind of living arrangement. I work full time, mostly from home however. I have a solid and reliable income which means rent will always be paid on time. I’m a super clean and reliable house mate. I am never one to make a mess of communal spaces and will always keep things tidy. I am always up for a chat, or watch Netflix, especially any reality tv or crime stories. In my spare time I work out, go shopping or eat out. Hoping to find a house mate that I get along well with, socially and professionally. Preferably looking for a room with an ensuite and Wardrobe space. Happy with any animals, although I don't have any pets of my own.
Well i am a student.I am a very enthusiastic person and love to have a good chat with others. I am nice, clean and a very friendly and caring person.I want to enjoy this phase of my life and make memories.
Hi guys, I'm Jan a 21 year old male who currently writes music, is studying Engineering and Arts at Monash University, loves sport and works as a student engineer at Yarra Valley Water. I love to have fun and go on adventures and also enjoy relaxing and staying in. I value respect, personal privacy and relationships! I enjoy meeting new people, having intelectual chats and sharing common interests with people. I'm looking to move in to a fun houseshare where people respect each other and enjoy each other's company! I look forward to getting to know you and hanging out!
Ideally, I would love a studio or one-bedroom. Alternatively, I am looking for a room with an en suite or my own bathroom. I would require internet access; happy to pay extra for this. I am quiet, neat and tidy. I am trustworthy and respectful and would treat the accommodation as if it were my own. I prefer to keep to myself although am friendly. I am respectful of others' privacy. I can provide references. I am happy to consider all areas.
Im very respectful of others and their space and just want a peaceful chill environment for me and my new pup to call home for a bit 😁 I just qualified as a nurse and am in the process of furthering my career! Im polite and friendly and can cook (to an extent) 😂 will bring happy positive vibes to the home.
