I'm very easy going, having lived in many mixed accommodation houses. I really enjoy people & all sorts of conversation, but most of the time I will be doing my own thing. I've done my fair share of travel & I'm into Sport, but mostly watching now that I'm 'getting' old... nb: NOT OLD, just heading there ;) I'm very fair minded, happy to do my share, but please don't ask me to build a deck or change over a hot water system... if I wanted to do these things I'd buy my own place!!!!!

So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to work each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
My name is Josh. I am currently seeking a new place to call home. I have a little friend who's name is Noah (chihuahua x jack russell) who is also in need of a good home. I would feel more comfortable if Noah spent more time inside than out but I am happy to reconsider whether he remains an indoor pup or outside. I am a full time student who will be changing courses onces I have moved. I will unemployed at first but I have enough savings to pay rent and bills for several months. I think of myself as a pretty easy person to get along with. . Noah and I are happy to keep to ourselves or if you like we are happy to be more sociable. Please contact us if you think we will suit what you are looking for. Warm regards Josh & Noah
I'm 24 and currently employed full-time in the construction sector as a civil engineer. I am currently living in Doncaster but would prefer the company of roommates. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with and very sociable. I am well mannered and like to keep things neat and organised. My ideal room mates would be people of similar age who would rather classify each other as friends and share a couple of drinks every now and then as opposed to those who just shut themselves away in their rooms. In my spare time I love to both play guitar (but promise I won't make noise) and binge watch whatever TV series I'm hooked on at the time. I have had experience living in share houses before so I am familiar with what is expected. Feel free to contact me with any questions!

I'm a friendly and clean 30 year old female beauty professional looking for a share house or team up to find a house /flat for me and my 4 year old small Female shih tzu. I tend to like quieter houses where I can have some alone time but like to have a chat as well. My little dog is happy and easy going and loves everyone , she gets along with most other dogs too. I always keep her clean and she is toilet trained . I'm not really the partying type and am more into reading, movies and a healthy lifestyle that includes walks , the gym and mediation where I can fit it in :) I'm respectful, kind and easy to live with .

I'm a full-time IT professional working in the city who loves living in a peaceful area. Normally I'm a quiet person, but that doesn't mean that I can't make you laugh. I'm quite neat and helpful so you don't have to worry about me messing up things in the house.

We are a fabulous household looking for a friendly face to join our lease when it comes up for renewal mid-February (potentially flexible if you need to move in earlier). We're all between the ages of 21 and 23, and welcome any gender to join our home of two girls and one guy. What we have: Furniture (living, dining), kitchen appliances inc. fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, washing machine, TV, beanbags, cat, obligatory cat lady, and concession utility rates. The house: Quiet street, 35 minutes by bus (12-15 by car) to Monash Clayton, equally close to Deakin, ducted evaporative cooling, ducted heating, 4BR, dishwasher, 2 bathroom, with polished floorboards throughout. There's a large garden, a huge paved deck for entertaining, a covered clothesline and plenty of extra space just waiting for you! We're also walking distance from a beautiful reserve with a bird hide and walking/biking trails. Rent ($630) is payable monthly in advance and bills (at concession rate) are separate. Your room: Eastern-facing bedroom with wooden venetian blinds inside as well as outdoor blinds, the room has enough space for a queen or double bed, plus desk and chair. Includes built-in robe. What you'd need: Your own bedroom furnishings and a sense of humour. If you come with baggage (i.e. communal furniture), there's plenty of space in the lounge. Who we are: Music-loving language aficionados with positive rental history, two of us study French and Linguistics at Monash. One of us is a professional nanny. Among our collective interests, we are bookworms, music lovers, cooks, makeup addicts, and gamers. We are not drug-friendly, but enjoy a drink every now and then. Included in our household are Netflix subscriptions, rather too many gaming consoles, and general good times. The cat thinks she's a dog and is included free of charge. Not to boast, but we're a pretty sweet deal. Who are you? Probably a student but we'd be equally happy to welcome a young professional/employee into our house. If you have rental history that would be a bonus, as we'd strongly prefer to live with people who have lived out of home before. We're looking for housemates around our ages (20-30) who are looking for long-term rental - twelve months at a minimum. Clean is a must (and tidy is preferable). Willing to take responsibility for keeping the house in a liveable state, agreeable to signing the lease, and to take initiative around the house. Respectful of others and their personal space but happy to hang out if it strikes your fancy. Must be accepting of all genders and sexualities. We are not accepting couples to rent out the room together. It's also important that you're not allergic to cats, because if it came to you or her, I know where my loyalties lie :) Questions? Comments? Keen as coffee beans (did I mention there's a coffee machine?)? Don't hesitate to shoot us an email or text if you'd like to know more, see some more photos, or meet up for a chat.

I am interested in finding a one bedroom place to live by myself. I'm clean, reliable, trustworthy and have a part time (33hrs) job. No pets. I don't smoke.
Hey I'm Mel, 25, and work in the city. I moved to Melb from country NSW about 6 years ago, and try to get back at least once a year. Have been renting/lived out of home for 6 yrs. I'm currently looking to move to a place with a yard so I can have my dog (at parents atm. She is a mini foxy). I would either like to move around Heidelberg/Rosanna,Doncaster area. Or Glenwaverly/Vermont/Box Hill area. Prefer to live with max 2 others.
I'm easy going, quiet but social. I enjoy a good coffee and a book. My ideal day off would have equal parts of shopping, coffee, and taking it easy. I like to keep fit and eat well but I'm not obsessed with and can put away a pizza with the best of them.
I am a nurse and my partner works part-time in retail. I am also studying a double diploma in Mental Health and AOD. We are mostly quiet people, we often just keep to ourselves. We are friendly, clean, and kind. Neither of us smoke, and we don't often drink. We are vegetarians, but don't care about what others choose to eat. We are both interested in technology and play video games.
Reliable, house trained, chilled, likes to laugh. Healthy fun type of guy, have shared a lot of houses with all kinds of people. I do value harmony and honesty. The best shared houses rely on these qualities.
Helllooo, Born in QLD, raised in VIC and lived in NSW. I have been everywhere man! I have literally just moved back to Melbourne from Sydney and am looking for fun and friendly place to live with people who enjoy to talk but also like their own space. Will be working in hospitality, with previous history working in 5 star function venues. I also love children, thus why I will be completing my Diploma in Early Child Education for the next 6 months. I am usually a busy bee, as there is always something to do. You would hear me talk about my (attempts at the) gym life, my love of coffee, books, movies and TV series. I have been told I am a very bubbly person who loves a good chat, laugh and sharing my food, but I also appreciate my own quiet time to read or study. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hey! I'm a 21 yo woman working in warehousing as well as building up my own business. I do makeup and hair styling, set construction and painting work in theatre/stage productions for theatre companies around Melbourne. I am also studying online. I like having my own space to crash but am still up for being sociable. Non-smokers preferred. Totally fine with pets, LGBT is fine with me too. I am looking for one or two people to share with for 6 to 12 months. Send me a message if you are interested
I am from New Zealand, I'm a quiet yet bubbly girl who enjoys singing, DJing, playing video games, and going out and exploring things. I am psychic, I have extrasensory abilities, I'm into metaphysics, E.Ts, and I love reading and researching on ancient civilisations 😊 I love going to restaurants or going to the movies as well as staying at home having a barbie or hanging out with close friends. I am attentive, respectful of boundaries, I clean after myself, I expect the same courtesy from others to always tell and be told the truth. I work night shifts, so I sleep until a certain time during the day, get up and relax, I'm no fuss and I'm quiet,I love chilling watching netflix after working nights 😀 I will always have enough money to pay the rent amount and bills needed. 😊 I want to be in a non-judgemental environment with people who are trustworthy, who respects privacy but likes to have a chat now and then! 😀😀😀😀😀
I am 23 years old, easy going, tidy and health oriented. I am looking to move out of home for the first time, and am eager to be fully independent! I work 9-5 type hours, and am very stable. Interests include basketball, music (not a musician), fitness, movies/TV and cooking. Preference is to have a 2-4 person household with other 20-somethings.
