I am currently working at a small cafe in Lathlain. Currently a hobby photographer. Not really interested in the party scene much. I have friends in the music scene, so I do regularly go out to watch them play. Pretty much just truing to save for the next adventure.
Looking for a room! ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Ideally my own ensuite but not entirely essential. Secure parking, but again, not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just off-street parking. Some storage space available would be good, as I will be hauling the following along with me: 1 x double bed 1 x chest of drawers 1 x small bedside table 1 x IKEA clothes rack 1 x bicycle 1 x 6 seater dining table – the table is actually dismantled and really easy to store, it takes up very little room. The chairs however can’t be dismantled but I have them cleverly stacked onto each other and they don’t take up much space either. Lastly, I have an array of kitchen items which I can either unpack and use with you, or if you prefer to keep your kitchen as is I can just keep them in their plastic Red Dot storage containers (got about 2-3 containers full). It sounds like a lot after I type it out but it’s really not! ABOUT ME: Full-time employed for a property consultancy and projects firm in Subiaco. Brand spanking new to university – started my bach degree in Psych at Curtin this August, I do this part-time around my full-time job. I am clean – and not just one of those people who say that to give you peace of mind when contemplating a new housemate. I actually pick up the vacuum cleaner on the weekends and wipe down the house like normal people should. I am not a freak though, if I’m in a hurry out the door in the morning and leave some dishes in the kitchen I’ll see to them when I’m home. I love dogs, but not cats or birds so much. I don’t smoke and I’d like to say that I don’t mind if you do, but I do. You gotta cut that out man. I don’t really drink or party much, at all – kinda hard when you’re adulting with work and studying your ass off. Do still have a vino here and there though. I use my weekends for things I can’t always squeeze in mid-week – like exercise: running, coastal walks, cycling and studying. And when I’m not doing these things, I’m relaxing and unwinding. Summers are spent at the beach almost every weekend. Would be great to live with someone who is also working and studying so we can share in the anxieties of exams together (*laughs at myself). Otherwise, I’m pretty easy with anyone – so as long as you lead a pretty chilled lifestyle and I don’t have to worry about the place being too noisy as I need to get my head stuck into the books. Not really wanting to pay any more than $160 a week. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings.
House trained tidy Kiwi who's quiet yet sociable, This Kiwi works during the day so he wont keep anyone up with nocturnal habits. Even though I can't fly, I've travelled & enjoy sharing stories over a cold beverage occasionally, I don't eat worms & know my way around a kitchen.
Hey Guys, my names Paul Di Giovanni. I am looking for a flat and or student accommodation that is young and sweet (you know what young adults are like...party animals). Just looking for somewhere for a least 6 months :) Paul
Spacious and airy room available in lovely Victoria Park townhouse. Perfect location! 2 minutes walk to the river, excellent public transport links straight into the city (15 minutes). 5 minute walk to Albany Hwy cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The house is on a corner, with views to the leafy Raphael Park across the road. It's a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, but conveniently located close to Canning Hwy and the Causeway. The house itself is furnished and comes with kitchen appliances and other household essentials! Eg. washing machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, bbq, gas cooking, security rollershutters, outdoor furniture, clothes lines etc. There are two enclosed courtyards, one north facing and one south facing - plenty of space to entertain a few friends for a bbq in summer! Plenty of off-street parking in the two driveways, one carport, or on the verge. Brand new reverse-cycle air-conditioners in EVERY bedroom and downstairs in lounge room!! The room available: The master bedroom ($250 per week) is large and furnished with a double bed. The room has a view over the park and has a walk in robe. The room has a private ensuite which has just been newly renovated.
Hi there! I'm looking for a place to live south of the river but not too far from the CBD (Murdoch, Willetton, Wilson, Bentley etc). I'm studying photography online and I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy (I play soccer and go to the gym, but enjoy all sports!) I'm a non-smoker/drug user and very respectful of others. I don't have any pets at the moment but there's nothing I love more than dogs so I would prefer a place where pets are considered! (I am also planning to apply for an assistance dog, so this is quite important) Ideally I would like my housemates to become like my family. I am a very friendly and sociable person, and like to hang out with my housemates and have a few drinks together. I'm not a total party animal, but I do love having fun and enjoying being 20 - I'm a bit of a geek and an excellent drinker of cheap alcohol, will turn up at any party/bar/club/beer pong competition unless you ask me to go out like two or three times a week - I need my sleep :,) a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me as I am quite laid back - I do like to have my own space and often retreat to quiet places, but I'm looking for more than just a bed in a house - I'm looking to make lifelong friends as well! You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine. If youre looking for someone easy going who's always up for a TV/movie marathon, a drink, a chat, a laugh or a nap, Im the perfect housemate for you! ***i have a queen sized bed and various other pieces of furniture (including a desk) so the room would have to accommodate this***
Hi, I'm a legal secretary working full time in the city so need to be near public transport, I would prefer double room and have all my own furniture for bedroom, I am easy going, social and very tidy and clean. 😊

Essentials: - Airconditioning and heating to all bedrooms and living room - Well equipped kitchen - Well equipped laundry facilities - Built in robes/good robes - Well connected to Curtin University Pluses: - Fully furnished! - Ensuite toilet to one of the bedrooms - Dishwasher - Dryer

Room on offer is 4.5m x 3.5m, has own doors out to patio, comes with wardrobe and bookcase. Single bed can be supplied, otherwise you can bring your own. House has NBN.

I am a clean, tidy and chilled housemate. I am looking for a place which is quiet and clean with not too many people. I am sociable but respect the space i live in. If you can help, get in touch!
I'm about to start a PhD in Curtin Uni, so I am looking for a long-term accomodation, if possible. I am originally from Russia, but for the past 6 years lived in Finland. I am very friendly, would like to hang out with flatmates, but also enjoy and respect privacy and own time. I am not a very party person, but enjoy having friends over for drinks/dinner/movies or go to a bar. I am clean, respectful, love pets (esp. cats), enjoy cooking, I pay on time. I do a lot of sports, like to spend time outside and travel. I'd like to share a home with like-minded people.
Resuming work as a child care worker in October. Able to pay bond in instalments if allowed. Clean and tidy, reliable and friendly. References available if needed. Need to be close to public transport as I don't have a car yet. I clean up after myself, love to cook and socialise, have a chat. I'm friendly, like to have a laugh. Need accommodation for at least 3 months or more where possible with some flexibility. Anywhere in Perth is fine, would like a nice house, in a nice area and friendly people who like to have a laugh and socialise sometimes. I don't mind cats or dogs if you have them.
Am open to all suggestions. Looking for a friendly roommate. Am clean, neat and very organised. Am a nursing student who loves music as well and I like having my friends over. Also adventurous and would like to meet new people. Plus a Christian.
In life I'm predominantly interested in sustainably improving my situation and I am interested in a stable and harmonious household where possible. I can socialize with just about anyone, but I don't like imposing on others. I do drink but right now I have other needs and other expenses that take precedence (namely rent and food). I do not smoke. My inclination when dealing with others is to be an epicurean although I will make every effort to leave things better than how I found them.
My name is Arumi Mubbin. A nails technician from Malaysia, working in Victoria Park and a holder of permanent resident visa. I love cooking though I'm not very good at it haha. I'm a bubbly person and respectful towards other people so pretty easy to get along with.
Hey, I am a 28 year old female looking for a place to live nearby the City. I am currently working full time but will be studying as of January 2017 and working part time. I am clean and tidy, sociable and enjoy a few wines at the week end. I would like to live with like minded people. I would prefer my own bathroom however I don't mind sharing as long as the other housemates are clean. That is all :-)
Hi. My name is Meehan. I'm an international student studying at ECU Mount Lawley campus. I have a very easy going personality. Quiet and friendly. When I have some free time, I love to read books, watch good movies or enjoy a game of football (soccer) if it's on. I'm not, by any stretch of the imagination, a party person (had to put an emphasis on that). But I don't mind other people partying. That's basically about it. Oh, and I'm a good listener if that helps :)
Hey I'm Jon, a 30 year old chef. I'm a very chilled out guy who enjoys to cook.... Obviously lol. I love my hip hop and rnb and enjoy a quiet place to call home. I'm very easy to get along with. I'm career orientated but I also like to go out and have fun. I'm looking for a nice, clean quite place to call home. Claudia is a full time student who is insanely clean and considerate. We tend to keep to ourselves but don't mind socialising. We are very friendly and responsible.
I work full time as a supervisor for a large logistics company so tend to work some long hours. I am an easy going respectful 'flatmater'. Recently coming out of a long term relationship and needing to move in the next 2-3 weeks (if not sooner). I am extremely respectful and happy to be as sociable or as quiet as preferred. I actually try to get out of the house as much as I can as I hate sitting around and get bored easy. In saying that I'm happy to socialise and chill occasionally.
