My name is Simone I am 34 years old. I am an Indian moving to Perth, Australia to study. Most of my time will be either studying or working part time. I am very clean and tidy. I respect other people's space. I am a quiet person, keep mostly to myself but I do enjoy chat now and then. I don't party. I like to watch a lot of tv shows, exercise and listen to music.
Hi. I’m 30 and have worked as an engineer in Perth for 4 years. I live in Brisbane at the moment and will be returning to Perth to work as an engineer again. I'm a friendly, responsible and tidy person. I like to stay active, cook and enjoy a beer on the weekends. I'm looking for a furnished room in a quiet house / neighbourhood. Having a parking space is a plus as I need to buy a car soon. Preferably, the place needs to be close the to CBD (about 10-15 min on public transport). I am flying to Perth on 30th of Jan and can inspect the room on 31st of Jan or the following days (in the evening). I'm looking to move in in the first week of Feb. Please get in touch if you have a room to offer or want to team up to rent a place. :) Looking forward to hearing from you, Nick
Hello! My name is Ashlyn and my partner and I are seeking a house mate to move into an apartment with. As our current lease is not up until around the end of March we have not yet secured a lease on another place yet but we are looking for small 2 bedroom units and apartments (would also consider master bedroom with en suite) in the NBN network. My partner James has a full time job while I study from home. We have two older cats; Missy and 3 (de sexed, micro chipped, vaccinated, house trained, and we use a clay litter so there is no smell). Both tend to keep to themselves but may approach for affection for the right person. These are house cats and do not go outside under any circumstances so you must be okay living in a house with pets. We are a generally quiet, tidy and friendly couple. Smoking is okay but only outside of the house. Looking a friendly and bubbly person with a great sense of humour. - Bills share evenly or can negotiate a flat rate (most likely no more than $150 a week but that will be depending on the lease we secure) - NBN connection/Unlimited - Unfurnished room (rest of unit will be furnished as we go) - Air Conditioning - Can provide dinners if required (We often cook enough to take leftovers for lunch and are happy to share). Please contact me if you would like to meet in advance with my partner and I.
Hi I work full time in real estate in Belmont. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). I enjoy having a wine, and go to a lot of live gigs during the weekends. Home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes. My budget is $180 including all bills. I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
31 Year old dutchie, loves: Kitesurfing, diving, and the outdoors. Easy going european, well travelled.
Two-story 3 bed, 2 bath house situated in a great part of Victoria Park. Cafes and restaurants are just a brief walk up the road. The property is nestled among a group of four, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and living areas downstairs. You will be the only other person in the house so you effectively have your own bathroom. There is garage parking available, but if this is not required then the rent can be lowered to suit. The property is approx. 5 min walk to a Shepparton Road bus stop.
We all have our bathroom. NBN Internet which is included in the rent. Table tennis in the garage. You will have your own shelf in the kitchen for food. Kitchen utensils are shared but you are welcome to bring your own. The room is situated at the back of the house so you will have the most privacy. Room includes a double bed, drawers and built in closet but can be removed if you would like to bring your own.
I'm from Malaysia, working as engineer in Singapore and will be moving to Perth to start off my new career in Perth. Naturally, I will be jobless for first few weeks but afraid not cause I'm financially prepared for this. Aside from that, I have been living on shared house for 5 years, and I know the importance of a good tenant makes living happy.
Character house in Victoria Park, partly renovated with new kitchen, offering 3 large bedrooms with split system airconditioning in each room. Unfurnished. NBN unlimited internet included in rent. Train station and shops (Woolworths) close by. Bus stop to the city is a short walk from the house. Lots of space in each of the three rooms for a bed, desk, clothes and to park a bike. Airconditioning split systems installed. Rooms have high ceilings and wide jarrah floorboards. The house is within reasonable walking distance to the cafes, pubs and restaurants on the Victoria Park end. Uber to the city has been less than $15 Friday nights. Suit those who are after share housing with their own private space.
Both fun, easy going people who love to travel and make the most of any free time. We're tidy, reliable, and responsible individuals who are considerate towards our roommates. We're both students at Curtin University so we do have times where we are busy with assignments and uni work but in between, we like to get out and socialize.
I'm from Mauritius and looking for a private room in a shared house to rent. I am a responsible, mature and friendly person. I like to socialise and share my life experiences. I am not much of a party freak but i would enjoy spending some quality time with my mates when i'm free. i don't mind living in a house with ppets as im a dog lover. I strongly insist that privacy must be respected and be mutual among my flatmates
Extremely clean, easy going and can cook a good meal :) I'm pretty relaxed, easy to get along with and I love animals. Currently scheduled to start studying at Curtin University in February, so accommodation fairly close to there would be great but I'm flexible to anything.
Friendly and polite girl. Very clean and tidy. Non smoker and does not have children or pets. I am looking for a private bedroom in an existing shared house (preferably with own bathroom) in any suburb near Curtin University. I would like to live in a quiet house in order to be able to study and sleep. I will be studying (full-time) and working (par-time) at the same time. So I would be out of the house most of the time.

We blend easily and can make never-ending conversation or just keep mute and watch the news! Also, we come from a land far, far away, journeyed across the seven seas (actually, just the Indian ocean) with a bucketload of tales to tell. Wife's a baker & I'm a gamer (at night mostly though); during the day, I'm an engineer and we've got a cute and bubbly son who's 2yo- he's yet to choose his career. And as a plus, we do know how to keep a home tidy- and hopefully, you do too! Looking for a large room to stay, with all bills and internet included- while our accommodation is sorted.
Hello! Looking for somewhere to move as the lease at my current place is up in feb. looking for housemates similar to me, I'm pretty friendly and out going but also love to have me time and my own personal space. Bit of a wine drinker, enjoy the beach and seeing friends in my spare time. Try (key word try) to maintain a pretty healthy lifestyle
Looking for a room! ABOUT ME Open & warm. Peaceful/quiet. Unabashed introvert. Book worm. Full-time professional. Student. Triple J fiend. Fitness dabbler. Romancer of foods. Lover of doggies. Mild clean freak. Homebody/chiller. No parties. Seeking a place to call home. ABOUT YOUR PLACE: Ideally my own ensuite but not entirely essential. Secure parking, but again, not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. Some storage space available would be good, as I will be hauling the following along with me: 1 x double bed 1 x chest of drawers 1 x small bedside table 1 x IKEA clothes rack 1 x bicycle 1 x 6 seater dining table – the table is actually dismantled and really easy to store, it takes up very little room. The chairs however can’t be dismantled but I have them cleverly stacked onto each other and they don’t take up much space either. Lastly, I have an array of kitchen items which I can either unpack and use with you, or if you prefer to keep your kitchen as is I can just keep them in their plastic Red Dot storage containers (got about 2-3 containers full). It sounds like a lot after I type it out but it’s really not! My max rent would be $140 a week (ideally less than this though!) - or $150 a week inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings.
Hello! We're searching for another flatmate to join our cozy two-storey share house with small backyard about 10 mins from Perth CBD, Curtin University and South Metropolitan TAFE. Ideal opportunity for someone looking to be live close by for their studies or work in the city, and enjoy living in family-type vibe share house. Plenty of space to be private or to socialise. Spacious living room and other living areas located on the ground floor with bedrooms and shared bathroom between three (that includes you!) upstairs. The available room is unfurnished but we can provide clothes rack and mirror short term, if needed. Bills are not included in the rent and are split equally when received. Unlimited WIFI available, monthly bill is $23.30 each. Clean-up after yourself and being proactive in keeping the house neat/tidy is the mentality we'd need you to have.
