Hey everyone, I'm from Perth but have lived away for many years, and am now rediscovering my city as I embark on a career change. I am a biomedical engineer and I've just completed the first part-time semester of a physiotherapy degree at Curtin. I'm quite busy, as I juggle part-time study with two jobs, one as a research fellow in public health at Curtin and another selling outdoor gear on weekends! I enjoy a good chat and a laugh over a drink, cooking and dinner parties, pub quizzes, documentaries and b-grade comedies. I've travelled extensively, like hiking and running (usually get up early for exercise), and speak Spanish if that's your cup of tea. I keep things tidy around the house and happily do my part of shared house duties. I'm looking for a room in a share house with fun interesting people. I have a car so will need a place to park it (verge is fine). I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Novak
Hi, my name is Mehdi. My brother and I are doing research and need a room in the suburbs near Kensington WA 6152. We are very clean and quiet and enjoy meeting new people. We will arrive in Perth on Sunday, July 9 in the evening (6PM). My brother will stay with me in Perth for around 4 weeks and I can stay for a longer term, e.g. 6 months. Please contact me if you have a suitable room/master bedroom/ensuite near CSIRO at Kensington. Our maximum budget is around $200-250 including bills for two persons.
Hello all! I'm Adam and I need a place to call my new home. I work full time as a business Manager and most weekends as it ties in with my job. In whatever spare time I do have I spend either winding down and relaxing, trying to go to the gym regularly, or out exploring Perth on my Harley (not a bikie). So in terms of parking on/off street for my car and off street for my bike is a necessity. I'm looking for a pretty good room with A/C, possibly ensuite or own bathroom in a relatively modern property with easy going housemates. Due to working a lot I don't party very often however due to my work, which is hospitality related, I may have to work late in to the night or in to the small hours of the morning. Just giving you guys the heads up I could be in and out at any time, whilst being respectful of noise etc If you need anything else just give me a shout. Ps due to unforeseen circumstances I would like to move in pretty ASAP to my new home. Cheers, Adam.
Orignally from Melbourne, I moved to Perth at the beginning of the year to complete postgrad study at Curtin Uni. Currently working at Curtin Uni and the University of WA. Study and work keeps me busy during the week, but I'm always up for a chat and a few drinks! A furnished room would be preferable.
It is a perfect two-storey building, the first floor is the living room and the kitchen, the laundry room. The second floor is three rooms, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two separate bedrooms, and a separate bathroom. The room is equipped with duct air conditioning, summer can be cooled, the winter can be heated, always give you a comfortable home. There are four parking spaces, two in the courtyard, two at the door. The transportation is very convenient, close to the city, walk to Victoria Park Transfer Stn 5 minutes. From the house walk to the Swan River 5 minutes, walk 2 minutes to Raphael Park, whether you like to exercise in the evening, or in the morning sports, whether you like football, or basketball, where you have the right place. Here life is also very convenient, near a lot of restaurants, regardless of Western, or Chinese food, will meet your taste. The house only accepts three flatmates, used to ensure a better privacy space. This is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a person 300PW, a couple 400PW. If a couple live in the master room , then rent a room, the third room is not rented.Other room 200pw.
I always bring food home, I love cooking deserts, I'm a quiet and tidy person. I'm Australian, I work in a catering company. I'm training to work in the mines. I like to go out clubbing once every fortnight, Im a star wars fan, I get right into lord of the rings and the hobbits. I love video games and going to festivals. I don't have my license yet because I don't have a car but once I do go for my test I'll let you know. I do prefer to live with females around my age only because I would feel much more comfortable
Hey! I'm Jimmy, 21 years old and would describe myself as a pretty easygoing dude! Looking to move closer to the city for work as I'm currently living in Port Kennedy. I'm into everything outdoors, sports, music, I generally have a pretty happy vibe and I seem to get along with everybody I meet! Seeking a room in a house/apartment preferably around Vic Park area with some like minded housemates. Cheers :)
Hi I'm Tenaiya, I'm an easygoing 22 year old studying law full-time and working part-time. I enjoy good conversation over a shared meal or an occasional games night but I also like to have my own space to study and I respect boundaries. I'm looking for a friendly household that doesn't mind socialising (or a glass of wine and watching netflix together) in or outside of the house (I'd love to be good friends with my potential roomies) but also respects personal space and privacy. Also, kind of obvious that your house would need to be lgbt+ friendly. It's also cool if you're quiet and prefer to keep to yourself. Pretty easy to get along with as I'm out of the house a lot of the time between work, uni and volunteering. If you like crime dramas, comedies, brooklyn nine-nine, bingeing netflix and sitcoms and the new guardians of the galaxy movie then we'll get along great. I love all pets so if you have pets that's a huge plus! If you're reading this and think that I'll be a good fit to your household, send me a message and tell me a bit about yourself :)
Just recently moved to Perth, drove all the way from Victoria. Originally from NSW. I'm honest, clean up after myself, can cook, love my own space but also love a chat. &Sunday chills with a movie. I'm currently working in hospitality part time. Have had a few house sits since moving here (looking after peoples houses and pets while away). My last one ends on the 17th of July, hoping to find someone with a room to rent before then. Happy to stay for 6months depending on work. Be great if we could catch up for coffee :) -smile
Hi there, I just moved to Perth at the start of the year, looking to move in somewhere now. Currently studying at curtin college. I am very clean and tidy, so need someone who's the same. Someone responsible and trust worthy.
A same-sex couple with professional work. Currently, live in North Perth but our existing housemate is wanting her partner to move in, so we are looking for somewhere for at least four to six months before embarking on a working holiday next year. One town planner working in Government and the other Duty Manager at a hotel in the City. Both work central and want to stay central. Both clean, respectful and non-smokers looking for easy-going and drama free living!
Am looking for a place to move into around the 21st 22nd July, i am adopted from russia into a kiwi family. I have been here for 2 years now. I work at Guildford Care Facility for the mentally ill. I am a very easy going girl, I like to socialize and have a few beers every now and then. I like embroidery, sports, the beach, fishing and cooking!! I am respectful and quiet at home.
Great location, literally a stone's throw away from the Vic Park cafe strip and transport routes. The room is located in the west wing with your own private bathroom, furniture and built in robes. Rent includes bills (a little extra to cover costs if a couple).
Why I am the flatmate you are looking for? I am Melissa, 22 and normally studying International Business in the Netherlands. After falling in love with the city, during my last visit, I really wanted to come back to Australia and luckily found a great internship starting in August. This is why I am looking for a place to stay now. I would say I am a really open-minded, friendly and sociable person and tidiness is important to me. I also love to meet new people and make new friends and it would be great to like cook together or just to hang out every now and then. When I am not working or studying, I love to go to the gym, listen to music and just spend a lot of time with my friends and family.

LOOKING FOR: ***MODERN PROPERTY*** ***IN/AROUND PERTH OR NEAR PUBLIC TRANSPORT*** ***AVAILABLE TO MOVE 26th AUGUST*** Hey, We are a couple from England looking for a clean and modern place to share with easy going, fun people. I am currently working part time and studying in the city. Luke is currently working full time and works all over so ideally looking for somewhere near to public transport. We are clean and tidy, sociable and enjoy a few beers at the week end and sometimes in the week. Although we are sociable we are very respectable of others privacy. We would like to live with like minded people who would enjoy a few beers or dinner with us from time to time and share some good banter. We would prefer our own bathroom however we don't mind sharing as long as the other housemates are clean. We are not looking for a party house but equally not looking for an unsociable house so something in between would be perfect. We would also like to feel comfortable to bring friends over for dinner from time to time. We would prefer to have air con especially in the main living area and a lock on the bedroom door (in larger occupied houses). Thank you :-)
