Friendly, quiet, clean, trustworthy, respectful, tidy and independent. I love dogs and have an adorable Tibetan Spaniel (7kgs) that is well socialised and behaved. I have my own interior design contract business which will require me to work from home at times. I have a small car that I would prefer off street parking for. I have an average social life, and like to get out walking or bike riding, but am usually home most evenings. I am a non-smoker and only a social drinker. Available 8th March Neat townhouse to be shared with owner and a student who is quiet, clean and organized. I have a small dog so you’ll be dog lover. I'm looking preferably for a FIFO, but I’ll consider students and professionals, most importantly a person that is quiet, clean and organised. This is not a party house. Sorry no couples. $160 per week including bills and NBN fast internet. The room is equipped with a single-queen bed, built in wardrobe, bed side table, lamp and desk (photo shows room with decoration, not a stain) The townhouse is located on a quiet street, close to Vic Park's cafes and restaurants. It's just 20 min by bus to the city. You can catch the bus at the end of the street. There are plenty of bus routes that will take you to Curtin University, Elizabeth Key or wellington st bus port in the city. We are around the corner from medical centers, pharmacies and all amenities including a shopping centre at walking distance (Coles/Kmart/IGA). Parking is not available but the area is pretty safe and you can park your car on the verge. A lot of weatherboard houses in Vic Park do not have parking spots so a lot of people park on verges or on the street. There are parks to play football, footy or basketball at a waking distance. The house will be completely furnished but and decorated at the beginning of March just like in the photos.
