Easy going, love to cook, bubbly personality, social but not a huge party animal. Talkative. Enjoys the gym, rollerblading, reading and the food network. Glass of wine and some good chats! Katy

Looking in: Victoria Park, Murdoch, South Perth

Hi, I'm a 21 year old female who is looking to team up with 1 or 2 other females and make a home together. I am easy going and get along with everyone. I would like housemates who are friendly and like-minded as well as those that are respectful of personal space. I work full time in healthcare at Fiona Stanley Hospital and would like to live south of the river to be closer to work than where I live now which is in the northern suburbs. I like going to the gym, cooking up meals and going out with friends during my spare time. I also like to relax at home and catch up with Netflix when I come home tired from work.

Tekin

Looking in: Mount Lawley, Subiaco, Northbridge, Victoria Park, East Victoria Park, South Perth, Como

I'm relocating to Perth and looking for a furnished room in a sharehouse :) I'm a 28 year old female, employed full time. I'm a down to earth, easy going gal with a great sense of humour. I've worked in customer service for most of my working life, so I'm very much a people person. I work for a bank (Tues-Sat, 38 hours a week), I have been with the bank for almost a year now. Prior to this I have always held full time jobs. I'm a person that likes to socialise occasionally, but I also enjoy having time to myself. I cook for and clean up after myself, and contribute to keeping all shared living spaces clean and tidy. In my spare time I like to read, watch movies, listen to music or go to gigs/festivals, go exploring (as I'll be new to the area I'll be doing a LOT of exploring on my weekends), and exercise. I have excellent rental references/rental history, and can also provide personal references.

Davina

Looking in: Ascot, South Perth, Rivervale, Victoria Park

Hi I work full time in real estate in Subiaco. I have been working in property management and leasing for 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes. My budget is $180 including all bills. I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.

Thomas & Leanne

Looking in: Kings Park, Shenton Park, Nedlands, West Perth, Victoria Park, Kensington, Highgate, Leederville, Mount Lawley, Subiaco, East Perth, Perth

Hello everyone! My boyfriend, Thomas, and I are looking for a place to live in Perth. I think that our best selling point is our story! So here it goes: Thomas and I met at Sziget festival (in Budapest) 1.5 years ago. I fell for his dark eyes, very thick French accent (you'll see!), his humor and his smile. I have no idea what he saw in me, but it might have something to do with the fact that I walked in a bikini all day. Or it might have something to do with my Dutch accent, who knows. Yes yes, we're originally from France and The Netherlands and have been doing the long distance thing ever since we met. Australia is an opportunity for us to be together for more than 2 days a month. Thomas will be studying and working and I'll be working (preferably in my field of work, deaf education). We absolutely love dogs (and cheese)! And unfortunately, my allergies (and hatred, sorry) make it impossible for me to live with cats. Thomas pretty much loves all animals, and humans for that matter. We're both people-people and like to be surrounded by them. We're arriving the 1st of August and we're planning to stay for at least 6 months and possibly even more than a year. This all depends on how it goes with Thomas' study, our job search and on how awesome Perth is. As long as it's affordable, we don't care whether we share a house or live by ourselves. We do prefer a private bathroom if possible. The area isn't that important either as long as it's not too far from the city center and in a safe neighborhood. If you have something for us, or you'd like to team up, please contact us :).

Jo Millen

Looking in: Mount Lawley, Victoria Park, Belmont, Maylands

Hey there! I'm looking for some excellent new housemates to live with. I recently started working part time in an aged care facility in Kingsley, so looking for somewhere max 30mins away. I'm also studying part time so like to keep busy. I'm 24, and have 2 beautiful cats. They are both well trained and really chill. I can't part with them so hoping to find somewhere they will be welcome :). I'm from Scotland and have lived in Perth since I was 16. My hobbies include attempting to make films, attempting to learn the ukulele, going on drives/camping and taking naps. I would like to be near the beach but it's not a huge deal. I like to go out on weekends when I'm not working, and enjoy sociable outings with my housemates when our schedules match up. I've lived in houseshares for about 3 years now so am well conditioned in the art of sharing with strangers. I know how to pick up after myself and am respectful of others property. This isn't my first rodeo. I'm open to people from all walks of life, and am simply looking for a nice enough place that my kitties and I can call home for a while. (I'm happy to pay a pet bond to ensure your place is well looked after)

Victoria Park, Perth

Unfurnished room in a share house

This house is in the perfect location for university students, individuals working in the cbd, or any lover of good food. The house is just a short walk from the main Albany Highway café strip, with a bus stop down the road. From here you can get to; the heart of the city, Curtin University, the local bus station or train station in under 30 minutes. There is a free bus for university students that stops just meters from the front door, and as a guide a bus to the city will cost you no more than $3 (adult fare), or around $11 for an Uber. Should you wish to stay here, you will have your own room, which comes unfurnished unless arranged otherwise. For foreign students coming to Perth I can help with getting your rooms sorted if you pre -book with items such as desks, book cases or I can help with any other shopping once you get here.

Stefan

Looking in: Bentley, South Perth, Ascot, Attadale, Victoria Park

Hi, my name is Stefan, 27yo male, works full time as a webshop manager for Cash Converters (I sell stuff online). Firstly I'd like to make clear I'm only interested in Team Ups; I have a house full of furniture, am looking to move, and would like to start my own share house with someone else, preferably just one other person. My idea is that I could find someone cool, meet up and get to know each other and then we could both search for a new place. i've only been in Perth for 18 months, I moved up from Bunbury for work (lived in the South West most of my life - I'm a country boy) I'm educated (have a Bachelor of Arts degree, worked previously in media), intelligent, introverted, quiet, deep, but love social interaction and connecting with people on a deeper level (If anyone is familiar with Meyers-Briggs' personality, I'm an INTJ [the architect ]). I work Monday to Friday during business hours, am highly clean, bordering on OCD, I cook my own meals, have a cooked breakfast every morning (willing to share) I work out at the gym regularly and always pay rent/utilities on time or often much earlier. I am looking for a someone whom I can not only be your housemate, but also your friend. My current housemate has become my friend and I developed a close friendship pretty quickly, hanging out, sharing about life, relationships, etc, so I wouldn't mind finding others like that. In my spare time I like working out, visiting family/friends, watching movies/TV shows, cooking, journaling, browsing online, and going to occasional events (don't hit town too often, but open to it). I am very open, honest and can come off as blunt and a bit full-on when you first meet me, but I'm a decent guy who's got his head screwed on. I also have a 4-year old ginger cat named Zoe. My current lease expires on May 25, so just seeing what's out there.

Patrick

Looking in: Highgate, North Perth, East Perth, Victoria Park, Northbridge, Perth

Hey there! I'm Patrick. I'm currently studying Urban Planning at Curtin University graduating mid next year. I also work 32 hours a week, so paying rent won't be an issue. I'm looking to lease a place with someone for the next 12 months. I am not as interested in renting a single room as I have an apartment worth of furniture that I'd like to bring with me! Of course, if you're after a new flatmate who has a bunch of furniture, hit me up! Reasons I'd be a great roommate: - I love to cook, - I can get along with almost anyone, - I'm a good communicator, - I'm hilarious (and humble), - I love gardening, - I'm tidy (not in a judgy way, just don't leave dishes for me to do). Things I do for fun: - Rollerskating, - Yoga, - Hiking, - Cooking, - Reading, - Watching movies, - Going to gigs.
