The house is located in a very quite street and neighbors are very friendly. The train station is 5 mins walking distance which has express train to city (probably take you 15 mins ish). The house is close to everything, Woolworth, Nundah area, Chermside. As such, location wise, it is also very convenient. The house itself was built 1 year and half ago. The house is a two stories spacious house with modern design and fully furnished, including your room. However, if you wish to bring your own furniture, please let me know and I will accommodate. You would love the place if come to have a look. Essentially, there is only one room available. You can have a choice between the two rooms, as I will take the other room. Option 1: Master room with ensuite - the room is very big, so is the ensuite. The room comes with two walk-in robes, therefore, you would have plenty space for your cloth. The rent for this room is $300 per week. Option 2: Bedroom at the backside - the room is spacious with built in wardrobe. The mirror doors of the wardrobe is a plus, so you don't need to worry about bringing a full body mirror. The rent for this room is $200 per week. You will share the bathroom with one other person. Both rooms have ducted air-condition installed. If you have any other questions, just ask. :)
The propery is a beautiful old Queenslander, wooden floors, high ceilings. The room itself is fairly large, it has its own aircon and access to the front deck. The room is furnished with beautiful furniture however happy to negotiate moving it if need be. I live just 20 minutes from the city, have public transport near by and just 10 minutes from the Airport. I listed the property as sharing a bathroom, but I only use it occassionally as I have an ensuite.
I am a 57 year old, who likes a quiet environment to live in. I have had people share with me, so I know what it takes to share successfully. I am respectful of people’s privacy, I do my share of cleaning and am quite fussy about tidiness, but like a lived in space. I enjoy a conversation from time to time and respect people’s need for space.
Hi I’m Winnie, Im Maori from New Zealand, Mostly quiet unless you have a good conversation to talk about. Im very oldskool in things like keeping things tidy and clean around the house. Being organised for functions etc. I can be funny sometimes also like a good laugh or if you can take jokes from me. I like travelling and getting out and about. Love baking, music, (rnb oldskool music) watching movies, going to events like rnb concerts and state of origin. I have alot of common sense so once I get to know you, I tend to get things I know you eat or how you like things put around the house, Im the best assistant anyone could have in terms with family functions preparations, partys, you name it. I just like to follow what you want me to do and I’ll do it. Its how my nature is. I have a 13yr old son but doesn’t live with me, he lives with my grandmother in New Zealand. Hes my rock and we talk mostly every week. I work permanently at a DC for Repco Australia near Brisbane Airport, been there for 2 years. My job there is a Store person/despatch assistant. Nothing big but I perfer not to be in the office as I like to do physical work. But likewise I like to lax out alot and keep to myself.
Hey I’m Heath. Just moved here from NSW. Lived both on my own and I n shared houses before (males and females). I play a ton of sport, decent cook and even better taste in music. I’m well travelled and work full time as a PE teacher. (This is starting to sound like a dating profile). I’m very clean, can keep to myself yet loves a sneaky beer with friends. Seeking a newer style apartment (more energy efficient) and happy to live with up to 3 people. I’m on Insta if I don’t reply here: HeathSea Cheers
Hi my names guy I’m a bricklayer. So I work 5-6 days a week I also train and fight in Muay Thai which takes up most of my spare time. I’m respectful of other people’s space and always chip in for the household chores. I also have a 3 year old cattle dog named Percy who is well trained and is always a great addition to the house.
I’m full time employed and working in the CBD. Looking for a place in my current area. Monday-Friday I’m at work but on the weekend I enjoy getting out for little adventures, visiting family or just chilling out. Looking for someone that can respect my space, and I will theirs.

I am quiet and keep to myself, however also friendly and up for a chat as well. I'm tidy and respect shared spaces. Non smoker and won't have many guests. I am moving to Brisbane in January to start a new job as a baker in Northgate. This means I will be up early morning for 3am-ish starts. I am looking for a place in the northern suburbs to stay for approximately 6 months. Prefer female/s as that would be more comfortable. Looking to share in a quite house/ apartment with no huge social presence. I would like an ensuite/ own bathroom. Don't need furniture or Internet but also don't mind if there is any. Off street parking required. My rent budget is $210 inc. or $180 excluding bills.
I'm a Mexican-American ex-pat who works full-time as an writer/editor/translator. I also teach historical fencing a couple of days a week. I spend most of my time reading, fencing, or silversmithing. I don't smoke, but am fine living with a smoker. I drink only very occasionally. Ideally I would like a studio or granny flat, but I'd be happy with a room and an en-suite. If the location and roommate are particularly great, I'm happy to share a bathroom. I do absolutely need a desk for my PC -- I do some freelance work and I can't do that without it.
My name is Chloe and I currently live on the Sunny Coast but am looking to move to Brisbane! I work part time and study physiotherapy full time at ACU. I am a very relaxed, outgoing person who enjoys being around people but I also enjoy time to myself :) I spend most of my time studying, working or at uni, however in my free time, I love the beach, outdoors and spending time with my friends.
I'm an 18 year old uni student, starting my 2nd year of Occupational Therapy at ACU next year. I work at Bunnings for super long shifts over weekends and play volleyball and netball. I am a very organised and clean person, and love to talk (a lot) but need time to myself too. Looking for a lovely female to move into an apartment with, who is down to hang out every now and then. Preferably a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat because I need my own bathroom.
Hi, I’m looking for a share house with someone for 6 months - I am a veterinary technician working 5-6 days a week. I’m friendly, clean, and always pay rent on time. I’ve lived in heaps of share houses so I’m happy to either socialise or give each other space. I’d like to live with people close to my age also. I’m hoping to have a place with my own bathroom - other than that I’m not too fussy :) Also interested in team ups

The house is an awesome little two bedroom cottage. There is a beautiful back deck with a spa, big yard and flowerbeds with a back shed. Very secure and open, airy house with floorboards throughout & white walls. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms & air con in the lounge which goes through the whole house in summer. The house has 6foot fences & is very secure with my dog George guarding the house.
