I am looking for a place to rent next year, study at latrobe. I am tidy easy going, friendly and love animals.
Only 30 minutes from Bendigo CBD by car, with bus stops near by and railway across the road. Private, and quiet location. Close to all amenities (3 pubs neatby with one of them nect door, supermarket 2 doors away, chemist 5 doors away, bank with ATM at the front of the property, and Post Office across the road). Foxtel connected to loungeroom. (Included in rent.) You will need your own Internet hotspot modem, or we can increase my data limit for additional cost (I am on 15G/month). NBN is supposed to be here between May & September 2017. Aircon in the main area of the house. Solar panels on roof. All new oven and induction cooktop. Large room (former master bedroom). Main bathroom only used by visitors. No smoking inside house. Garage has comfy couches for a sitting and smoking area. Strictly NO drugs.
I am relocating to the area of Seymour VIC for work in January 2017 (I'm relocating from Albury/Wodonga). I'm a quiet person, I've been living by myself for the past 3 years and are a home owner too. On my weekends I will be cleaning the house, mowing the lawns, walking my dog, watching a movie, going shopping, travelling back to Wodonga or heading to Melbourne. I like to just chill after work, whether it be watching tv, listening to music in the background, going for a walk. I love my alone chill time so I'd be happy to be living with a private person or likes their own space etc. But happy to go out for dinner with the housemate once a week or head to the movies together. I have a large dog, a Greyhound, he is my best mate and I would require my housemate to be a 'dog person'. My Greyhound doesn't bark and he isn't distructive, he loves company and affection.
I'm a single mum on a budget I'm a clean person and easy to get along with. My daughter Alex is a happy baby that sleeps through the night. I'm currently studying agribusiness at Latrobe in shepparton. My partner and I recently split so looking for something that's easy to manage.
