Hi I'm Paul, I'm a 31 year old professional musician and teacher. I teach a few days a week and perform on the weekends for a living. I have a studio in Bayswater where I practise and teach, so I'm looking for a share house to join nearby the studio. I wouldn't be doing any practise or music stuff at home, so no issues regarding noise etc. A little about me: I'm a very laid back person, not really a party animal, and tend to stay home most evenings but will be out in the studio and doing gigs/teaching etc a fair bit too. I also enjoy cycling, seeing live music, and catching up with friends. Totes up for a beer and hang in the evenings. Love pets, but don't have any myself, if you have a pet, consider me the fun uncle to that pet...or is that weird...
4 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood where only take you 15 mins walk to near by knox private hospital. 5 mins drive to bayswater train station and 5 - 10 mins drive to knox city shopping center. House has air condition & gas heating system. Landlord is a very friendly and quiet person who enjoys keeps the house tidy and clean so that the tenants are feeling comfortable to live in.

We're a couple from country Victoria who would love to find some chill house mates like us! I'm Ally, 20 years old, no idea what I wanna do with my life but am happily working full time until I stumble upon something! Reliable, home body, loves a chat but also respects space and can brew a beautiful cuppa! I'm Joel, 20 years and a lot like Al have absolutely no idea what I'm doing but working until I do, I'm reliable, also a big home body, loves a good feed and easy to talk to. We're a pretty easy going couple, both love to binge a good show or go out and enjoy ourselves. Please feel free to sling us a message and find out more :)
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
My partner and I run our own painting and property maintenance business and after renting our own place for the last few years are now seeking something which will allow us to downsize a little and start saving for some other goals and life plans. We are mature, down to earth, hardworking and low-key people whose partying days are over and now replaced with movies and nice meals either out or in at home. We have no children except for one little fur baby, an older cat who is in her senior years and spends these keeping to herself in a cosy corner. We are looking forward to finding our next home. Who can help us get settled again?
Hi I am looking to start a share house in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I am fairly flexible on where and the places stated in my listing are only suggestions, not rigid choices. I have lived in share houses before, so I know how things work. I am currently on an extended health break and am on a disability pension though hoping to get back to some kind of work in the not to distant future. I am looking for another person or persons to rent a house with on an equal share basis. I have no problems financially with paying rent or bills on time. I am generally a quiet person and am respectful of other peoples personal space. I am not a party person but do enjoy socialising (and yes, the occasional BBQ or a good party is ok) My preferences are: No smoking in the house No animals (birds or fish are OK) No Kids (unless visiting) NO DRUGS! I am looking to get a house with 3 or more bedrooms and with shed space for storage of bits and pieces (garden and camping equipment and some other odds and ends) I am prepared so look after the outdoor area such as mowing and gardening. I am also willing to do my share of the house duties such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, washing etc.. If you are interested please feel free to contact me at any time
I am a trustworthy, kind, understanding person. I take pride in where I live and everything I do. I work a part-time job. I am easy to get along with and I respect property owners and their wishes. I am looking for a temporary place to stay in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs while i arrange for more permanent accommodation.
Hello, my names Rhiannon ! I'm 20 years old and been living out of home for the last 6 months but looking to move somewhere new ! I work full time and I'm very easy to get along !
I'm 20 years old, working 30 hours a week as well as being a full time nursing student so I wont have all that much free time to annoy you. I'm friendly and pretty relaxed about most things however still enjoy my own space. Looking for a lease around about 6 months.
Seeking accommodation for myself and my 2 year old son. Separate living spaces are preferred so a granny flat etc. would be ideal. But willing to consider anything that may be suitable. I'm friendly, outgoing, reliable and tidy. I am a stay at home mum, but hoping to go back to study soon. Looking for a place to live for at least a year. As I've got a 2 year old, I live a fairly quiet lifestyle, not a big drinker, I do smoke (outside ONLY), and am hoping to find someone "child-friendly" or another single parent like myself. Feel free to message me if you have any questions at all.
We are the first to be living at the property, so it still has a great new build vibe. The bedroom has fantastic light and view of trees, quite beautiful. The air-conditioning and heater work amazingly well, and all appliances in the kitchen are new. There may not be a permanent pool, but we definitely have one for the summer months! And by that I mean it is inflatable! Really open and spacious living area and kitchen. The upstairs has two bedrooms and the bathroom which you will share with one other housemate. Photos are from before furnished, but the house has all the necessities, except bedroom furniture (can be flexible with other furniture in the house too)
bedroom available is upstairs with mirrored BIRs, chic central bathroom with separate bath and shower. house includes open living/meals space, classy kitchen featuring a meals counter, dual sink, and quality appliances (incl. a gas cooktop and dishwasher), family zone, powder room, laundry, and an open alfresco area. Set on two levels, it also features ducted heating, evaporative cooling, water tank, and a double remote garage. It is also close to Marlborough Primary School, Heathmont College, Heathmont train station, Wantirna Mall shops, Yarrabing Wetlands, and Campbells Croft Reserve and set close to Eastlink and Ringwood Golf Course!
I'm Virginia, a quiet, keep-to-myself tidy type who loves TV, reading and dining out. A few notes about me and what I'm looking for: - I'm only looking for a woman of similar age to start a share house with - I'm retired so will spend time at home, as well as out with friends and appointments etc. - I'm looking to have my own defined space: my own bedroom, bathroom and living area - happy for this to be a third bedroom though. - I have a small house's worth of furniture, fridge, washer/dryer etc, happy if my housemate is the same and to compromise, keep some in the garage or shed etc if it doesn't all fit! - I have one adult daughter who's left the nest but we're close - no partner and no other family in Melbourne - I currently have no pets, but love all animals, especially dogs! I'd ideally like to get my own dog in the future so if you have pets and we find a place that is happy with them from the get-go, even better! - I would like to keep to myself mostly, but happy with some social interaction! I'm a kind, big-hearted person and a good listener who loves telling stories. - My lease is up in March so that's when I'm looking to move in the outer East or so - if you think we could get along, send me a message!

I am am older woman who has travelled and knows a bit about the world. I am very accepting of people. My children consider me OCD but I think I am neat, tidy and organised. I am polite and considerate. I never put the water bottle back in the fridge with only a centimetre of water in it, and I do not leave the toilet roll with only two squares remaining. I am moving to Melbourne to support my son through his studying and my plan is to eventually rent a house of our own once my training period for my new Government job is completed. Clean (but everyone says that), happy, respect privacy, works full time. I enjoy my sport, video games and movies. So always happy to do related activities with housemates who have similar interests. I'm a single father, my 6 year old son who is very well behaved will be over 2 days every fortnight, so that would have to not be a problem. Currently looking for a 3rd housemate to join myself and someone else who has agreed to lease, a female.
