I have shared my house with people from all parts of the world for the last 28 years. The house hold is clean, quiet and considerate. There are no dirty dishes in the sink. There is a nice garden and an outdoor shower with hot water. There is a veranda to chill out on. If you smoke then you can use the veranda. Transport is close by with two train lines, the light rail is 2 min away. There are buses just up the road and shops are close by. The room is furnished with bed, table and wardrobe.
More photos to be uploaded soon! I get the keys to the house in a couple of weeks. The house is in Sydney's inner west, light filled, semi-detached terrace home, on a quiet street in a fantastic location - very short walk to Waratah Mills light rail, buses and train and an easy stroll to Hoskins Park. Local cafes & eateries in abundance with both Dulwich Hill, Marrickville and Summer Hill villages close by. House features Include: - Bright & sunny - Great location - Good-sized bedrooms - Open plan kitchen & living area - Gas kitchen - Beautiful tropical, lush front and rear gardens - Separate laundry - Floor boards and polished cork floors throughout - Tiled bathroom with shower over bath - Very spacious open plan lounge/dinning area I have a fully furnished house (modular lounge, dining table, tv, washing machine, fridge, etc). However you will need to bring your own bedroom furniture. More photos will be uploaded soon, as I will be picking up the keys to the house in a couple of weeks! Compatible people: I would like to live with someone who is easy going, relaxed, must love animals, be honest and open, is respectful of communal living spaces, responsible and is clean and tidy. Someone who regards where they live as a home rather than a hotel. Description of pets: Both my cat and dog are rescues. My beautiful cat Stuart is 12 year old, handsome black cat who comes in and out of the house as he pleases (independent man) and likes a cuddle on the couch at night. He's super easy going and more like a dog than a cat. My dog Zeus is a Labrador cross and a big smooch ball! I take him out for walks twice a day either to the bay/beach or park. He has a super clean diet so he's not a smelly dog. He is a beautiful soul and will be spending most of his time with me or at doggy day care when I'm out working. He can be a little unsure when he meets people for the first time but warms up to people pretty quickly. He sleeps inside on his own bed in my bedroom and just chills during the day until you pick up a tennis ball or toy and then it's game on!

Hi. I am looking for a single room and is MAXIMUM 3 MIN WALK to station or bus stop. My budget is MAXIMUM $200 per week including all bills. Thanks.
Tristan and I are moving from Melbourne to Sydney, and would love to team up with another couple and share an amazing place close to the city. I'm 24 and currently working as a Marketing Coordinator for an executive recruitment agency. I'm also studying my masters of marketing part time online. Tristan is 22 and has recently been accepted into the University of Sydney to complete his masters of physiotherapy (hence the move). We're both very outgoing, clean and organised people. We can't wait to experience the social side of Sydney, visiting all the best cafes and restaurants.
I'm Alex, a friendly, easy-going Perth boy moving to Sydney at the start of March to study a Masters at the Conservatorium of Music. I need a place to stay for about two months while I'm looking for something more permanent. I'm generally quite down to earth, very tidy and will respect the space I find myself in. Happy to share chats over wine or find some shared interests on Netflix but equally would be quite content keeping mainly to myself. I'm very big into arts and culture, film, theatre, fashion and music (I study classical music, so that's my area of expertise, but I also try and diversify what I listen to!). Ideally I'm looking for a cute place with likeminded, chilled out people.
Hi! My name is Talvi and I'm looking for a room for myself, for a long term stay of 6 months or more. I'm 32 and I work for a small business making custom curtains and blinds. Currently I'm living in Homebush West, where I've been renting for about 1.5 years now with a lovely couple who are sadly moving overseas in a few months time. A quiet and relaxed household is what I'm seeking, without constant parties etc - but I like to have a friend over for dinner occasionally on weekends. I'm a pretty friendly, gentle and chatty person, happy to hang out with housemates, or do my own thing. I like to keep my living space clean and tidy, and always help to keep shared areas in the same condition. I'm not a smoker, and don't have any pets. I'm a bit of a geek and enjoy computers and gaming, and love my sci-fi TV shows - but I'm quiet and always enjoy these with headphones! On work nights I'm pretty chilled, on weekends I'm usually out with friends - I'm also open to sharing a meal and a drink with housemates too. For inspections I can make evenings from Monday to Thursday after I finish work, or anytime of the day or evening on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If we met for an inspection and found things agreeable I'm also prepared to immediately transfer a bond or security payment, and advance rent as required. My maximum budget including bills is $250 pw.
I’m looking for a place fairly close to Sydney CBD with a private room and my own bathroom. A bit about me: I work in Darling Harbour and have been living in Sydney for the past 6 months (I'm from the US on a 457 and can show proof of a long-term job contract). I've been living in shared housing for the last 10 years so I'm pretty set in wanting a place that is kept clean and relaxing. Always happy to do some weekend activities together, but comfortable doing my own thing as well - usually reading, watching Netflix, or trying a new restaurant. I’m fine with having guests over semi-regularly, but I’m not interested in living with a couple.
Hi my names Patrick and i'm a first year apprentice chef. I've lived on the Central Coast all my life and just accepted a job offer at a restaurant in Chippendale. I'm fairly poilite and courteous of shared living spaces. I like to keep neat and tidy Cooperative, Friendly, Respectful, Trustworthy, Easy Going I don't mind making a large batch of meatballs or spaghetti for everyone to share. I don't have any allergies or dietaries. I don't have any lounge sharing furniture, only my own queen bed, desk and chest if draws.
I'm living on the Central Coast at the moment and working fulltime in North Ryde and starting part time study at Sydney University in March. Looking for somewhere south of the bridge with good access to public transport. Big fan of reading, art, music and cooking. I'm also a big film buff so be prepared for offers of movie nights! I'm social person and won't pass up the opportunity to hang out with flatmates but also am equally as happy doing my own thing.
