Easy going guy looking for a room to fit my queen size bed. I would prefer my bed but if this is not possible it's ok. I require the house to have internet. Central Heating is a must, that means the bedrooms and living areas and cooling (Refrigerated) is preferred) If you do not have this please do not waste my time as l don't want to frezze to death in the winter and boil in the summer . So about me last year l had a motorcycle accident and now l live on a diability pension. If l didn't tell you would not know. The only thing is l can no longer lift heavythings other wise everything is ok. I get $1059 per fornight plus rent asistance. If you have a problem with me claiming rental assistance then we are not suited for each other. In July l plan on studying part time I am a very private person but l am up for a chat. I am also very clean. I would like to live in a clean house also. I don't have any pets or children. lf l am happy with my living arrangments l would be looking at a stay of longer than 12 months. I have a current police check, working with childrens check and a security license. I do not use drugs. If your going to use the excuse we will clash because of our age difference that is just pure crap. Like l said l like to keep to myself you wouldn't even know that l live in your house thats how quiet l am but if you want to have a chat no problem. I love AFL football my team is Carlton.
