Watson's Bay is an amazing place to live. This is like a village and the locals are very friendly. Living here is like living in the Greek Isles. You will have your own private huge bedroom which consists of a queen sized bed, lounge area with lounge, desk, TV Foxtel and internet included. The views from the balcony to the city are amazing. Walk to beaches, restaurants, The Gap. Bus at door and ferry to city across the park.
Kind, clean and quite. Tradesman by day, Sleeper by night. Looking for a well kept sharehouse to rent, I'm at work all day and hobbies consume my evenings, so I'm not always around the house!
I'm a clean and tidy girl. I work and study hard. I like going out, but I don't drink too much, I prefer to go out to dance and enjoy instead of getting really drunk. I like having some drinks and hang out with flatmates when they like it, but it's really ok to leave with non party people too. I'm easygoing and I've never had problems with my flatmates.
Hi! My name is Ellen and I'm 20 years old. I have recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne and am looking for a place to move into short-term. I'm very friendly, laid-back and easy to get along with. I like to socialise and go out with friends but I also enjoy spending quiet time at home. I work nights at a restaurant in Balmain and spend my days modelling, swimming at the beach and going to cafes and bars. I am honest, organised and completely responsible. I'm more than happy to help cook and clean to maintain a happy, tidy house! I don't have any pets of my own but would love a place that has a cat or a dog for me to cuddle and love. I'm looking to move into a place with housemates that are happy to hang out with me but where I can have my own space too.
I'm a 22 year old female that's works full time as a retail assistant manager at Windsor smith and I am also a dance teacher. I always clean up after myself and am very respectful of personal space.
Two professionals working in the city, currently living together on the northern beaches and are relocating to the Eastern Suburbs to be closer to work. Erika is a lawyer working full time in the city. I work full time for a global fashion firm, still finding my feet after graduating from Uni and only recently moving to Sydney. In our spare time we are usually catching up with friends / family, doing pilates, checking out the markets or at the beach. We are both passionate about living a healthy lifetsyle and enjoy a girls night out as well as our down time.
Hi my name is Ash. I am a 27 year old female. I work full time as a medical rep. When I'm not drug dealing, I'm usually chilling at the beach or jumping around a boxing bag, running up a mountain or in search of my next adventure. I am neat, tidy and respectful. I enjoy a wine but wouldn't say I'm a party animal. Just looking for someone who is on a similar frequency.
I'm an easy going and fun Aussie girl who would love to live with a likeminded person/people. I'm currently living in Glebe but would love to get closer to the beach and the eastern subs again. I'm a dental assistant in Balmain. Love a wine and a laugh with new people and love cooking . I'm originally from the Far south coast of NSW. :)

Large house with pool, great outdoor entertaining, BBQ, 2 lounge rooms, reverse cycle air con, harbour views, fireplace, 1min walk to public transport, close to beautiful coastal walks, Watson's Bay I can organise a bed but have left it vacant at the moment to let people decorate their own space with their chosen outlay and size of bed etc.

Bus stop right outside which goes to the city as well as one going through Bondi/Bondi Junction. Currently sorting out wifi so should be available by the time someone moves in! We've got 6 months left on the lease and ideally looking for someone to be here for the duration - we can also be slightly flexible with move in date if needs be!
Hi, my name's Bree, I'm a 20 y/o born and bred Sydney sider. I work full time in insurance as an executive assistant Monday - Friday, and I'm looking at finding a room in the eastern suburbs, city or out Balmain/Rozelle way that's close to public transport to the CBD. I love (trying) to keep active during the week, but can never say no to a cheeky vino and a Netflix marathon when needed. I’m pretty laid back – not much bothers me except total insane mess or a filthy bathroom. Spend most of my weekends at the beach, or any day after work that’s warm and sunny for that matter, but also enjoy what’s left of Sydney’s nightlife, boutique bars or just a boozy Sunday brunch. General friendliness and banter preferred - not looking at living with a total stranger, but do respect down time and privacy! Really keen to find some likeminded girls to start a new place with as well. I’ve got most furniture for communal areas except for a couch, and come with a lot of scented candles and unnecessarily fluffy blankets for decoration as well (nick nacks are a weakness of mine…) I also come with a little ginger pussycat named India - she is very friendly and quiet, but tends to keep to herself during the day (in other words sleeps like she has the hardest job in the world...) and likes to have an explore and a cuddle at night. She is very low maintenance, but obviously people who don’t mind cats are preferred. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
Hello. I am a 47 year old male who is working full time in the Bondi/Dover area. I have been at my current school now for 25 years. I am looking for a clean and tidy place to live for 3 to 6 months (or longer). I am a fairly private person who would prefer a quiet place, that's not to say that I am anti-social, but shared living is a 'first-time' experience for me. I am a non-smoker/drinker.
Hi I'm looking for a new modern clean place to live with security. I currently work from home however I'm very active. I've always had my own place so I'm looking for something big and spacious or to share. Please feel free to ask for more information.

Hi, my name is Bruce. I'm returning to Sydney in early January after a year working in the UK. I work for a US Healthcare company and will be splitting my time between our Mascot HQ and visiting customers in QLD. I'm in my 40's, don't smoke and like an outdoor lifestyle (hiking, beaches etc), fairly busy with work during the week, but like the odds glass of wine and to go out for a beer and a nice meal now and then. Looking for somewhere with some outdoor space (the more the better, I'm happy to help with gardening etc). I'm happy to commute. I have my own social life but it's good to socialize with housemates, I respect the privacy of others and appreciate we all need time to ourselves. I have rented out rooms in my own house in the UK for many years, so know how to keep things running smoothly. I'll be travelling quite a bit, so will often be away on business. When I'm in the office I'm usually out 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri with occasional weekend work.
