Hi, I'm Joe from the UK and I will be moving over to Sydney on 21st September. I'm a professional working in finance full time Monday-Friday in the CBD. I'm looking for a room in a flat/house share, somewhere that is commutable in to the city in good time and not to far from a beach! Looking for a place long term, but would also be open to get somewhere more short term for the time being. I'm clean, tidy, laid back and easy to get along with. I'm in to sport, mainly enjoy playing football, going for runs and generally keeping active. I also enjoy the odd night out and having sociable beer or two at the weekend with friends :) looking forward to meeting new people and enjoying all Sydney has to offer! I would like to arrange a viewing if possible for when I arrive in September. If you have any questions about myself too just let me know!
Friendly , professional, single female easy going, non smoker, don't have any pets, great cook, looking for somewhere nice to move to as my current place is being rezoned for town houses early sept. A Granny Flat would be ideal but let me know what you have available also I work alot so I wouldn't be around much but when I'm home I'm a great flat mate very easy going 🙂 Would need something "unfurnished" please. Many Thanks Caz

Hi there, we are a small family. Single mother of a 2.5 year old boy and 4 year old golden retriever who is house trained and a real gentleman (at this stage I am able to make other arrangements for my dog as its becoming difficult to find a place that is pet friendly) .I Work full time as a mobile dog groomer. My son attends childcare on weekdays and sees his dad every second weekend. I am looking for someone in a similar situation. Male or female, with or without pets. No party houses. Preferably long term. Looking for a quiet family environment that is clean, tidy and safe for children. I am a clean, tidy, reliable tenant. I have a good reference from current house mate. Unfortunately she is getting married and will be moving in with new partner. During the week I keep busy with my business, On weekends I am usually not home. Please get in touch if you would like to meet up and have a chat. Thanks :)
Im easy going friendly and tidy person with a high standard of living , looking to share with a decent honest and not noisy as i am a quiet person , love to socialising, sport and some one who are international open minded and respectfull in thier life style .
Hi there! My name is Svenja and I'm from Germany. I'm the perfect flatmate because I'm open minded, ready for funny and serious conversations, I like to cook and to have a wine with my flatmates or just to relax and read a book. I like to have a clean and welcoming home. I like to go out and have a drink but my home shouldn't be a big party place because I've changing shifts. If you think I could fit in with you just txt me :)
I have lived in enough share houses to have figured out that it is important to be considerate, helpful and mature in order to make it work. As a flatmate I am upbeat and friendly; I'm honest and always true to my word. I am helpful and supportive. I believe in cleaning up after yourself rather than expecting others to do it for you :-)
Reliable. Fun Can workout a suitable nanny, housesitting, agreement depending on place. Ie if its entire place I'll , do things around the home either whilst you're away or look after kids & pets ! Yes its kinda a job, share arrangement if it suits your needs. If you need a pa/ concierge perhaps I'm the person for you !
**Not looking for share accommodation unless it is a private room / area with own bathroom / en-suite. Thank you. I am a marketing professional moving back from London to Sydney. I love Sydney’s parks and beaches and miss them dearly – hence, I am looking for a small home for a 6-9 month period that is open plan and is nearby Queens Park / Bondi Junction - all the other suburbs listed are also of interest. A modern granny flat or studio would be ideal as I am looking for a private space. I am tidy, quiet and am often running or at pilates mid-week after work and like to get out and about on the weekends. Thanks!
Hi I'm Kelly, a 28 year old international HR person who recently moved to Sydney! I'm looking to be here for some time (at least a few years) but I'm initially looking to be somewhere for a few years at least so I'd love somewhere I can settle and make home. Whilst I'm pretty social, I like home to be fairly peaceful as I'm a no.1 fan of sleep 😴 I'm really after somewhere with sea views and housemates I can be friends with. I moved to Sydney because I love the healthy culture, I love to keep fit and eat well however I also enjoy many glasses of wine after a long day / to start the weekend. I'm used to owning my own home in the UK which has made me super clean and tidy and I'd love to live with others who are the same :)
Hi folks! I'm looking for a flatmate for my beautiful, sunny and fully furnished art deco Apartment in quiet Vaucluse from the approx 4th September (exact date to be confirmed) for long term. If you would like to live in a quiet spot that is nonetheless close to the city and right near some stunning local beaches, parks and cliffs, you will feel very much at home here. The apartment is situated up on the cliff near the light house and if you step outside the front yard, you can see Sydney harbour to one side and breathtaking ocean views to the other. The location is spectacular and there's usually a wonderful sea breeze. The apartment is bright and airy and gets sun light pretty much all day long. The floors are gorgeous polished floor boards except for the bathroom (tiles) and kitchen (laminate). The kitchen is fully equipped and looks out onto a beautiful gum tree that is home to some cheeky birds that come and say hello when you are cooking. Although a bit old, the bathroom has a lot of charm and is clean and tidy with zero mould. Out the back there's also a communal yard and an attached outdoor laundry with plenty of hanging space for washing. The block is very quiet and the neighbours are all very friendly and respectful. Your room will be available from approx. 4th September for a minimum of 3 months. I'm hoping to find someone who wants to stay long term. The available room is the smaller but charming second bedroom and features polished floor boards, a great sun room with big windows and LOTS of light and recently new paint. It will be UNFURNISHED except for a useful white storage unit from IKEA which is in great condition. I am extremely clean and love minimal and clean decor so you won't find junk/clutter in the apartment. All you will need to bring is furniture for your bedroom. I don't drive (yet) so I rely on the bus and the connections to here are great. There's a bus 10 meters up the road (324 or 380) that takes you straight to the city in 25 minutes via Edgecliff and Kings cross. Just 10 minutes further down the road there's also busses to Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach (380, 386, 387). There's plenty of free street parking right outside the house too! No pets allowed unfortunately. But there are some awesome parakeets in the tree outside our kitchen that love eating pumpkin seeds out of your hand. I take great pride in looking after my home and am looking for someone who feels the same as the apartment isn't huge. My current flat mate and I are very respectful of each others spaces, the communal space and make sure we take care of the house in equal parts. I am very particular about cleaning up after cooking (cleaning the stove after use and wiping up food scraps from surfaces and floor) and not leaving dishes out after use. It seems a bit silly to have to mention this but I guess it's better expectations are communicated from the start. We are a vegetarian/pesceterian house hold and although I have no issue with other people eating meat, I can't have meat kept or cooked in the apartment - Fish is fine! The apartment is not huge and is therefor not well suited to entertaining large groups. My flat mate and I generally let one another know if we are planing a dinner or to have people over, so we can check if it suits the other person. I'm hoping you will value looking out for one another in that way also also. I love coming home from a busy day to this idyllic spot - there's wide open space and the ocean up here and its just so peaceful.

Hi there! I'm currently living in Bondi now. I've just moved from the city & do like it here. I'd love to stay. Ideally - I'm looking for a new modern clean place to live with security and an amazing flatmate. I've been looking for a while now and would really love to find something soon. (FYI - Where I'm currently residing the owner is looking for someone to take over the other bedroom in the next 60 days - modern 2 bedroom apartment right next to beach). Ideally I love to team up with someone who can afford a 2 bed 2 bathroom. Id be HAPPY!!!! I currently work from home on a travel start up, however I'm very active, loves sports; good food, wine, restaurants bars, new friends etc. I tend to travel sporadically last minute, mostly interstate. I've always had my own place so I'm looking for something big and spacious or to share. I've travelled extensively and I consider myself extremely tidy borderline OCD at times and prefer others to be clean and hygienic. I wont bore you any longer. Please feel free to ask for more information.
Hello! I am from Brisbane originally and have just moved to Sydney after 4 years in London. I am 28, working full time in the city as a recruiter. I am looking for a friendly, relaxed place to live. I am quite clean and tidy, without being obsessive and love nothing more than fresh sheets and a clean kitchen. Looking for a non-party house with flatmates who don't mind a wine or four together every now and then.
We are a couple just moved from Newcastle. I work full time at Prince Albert Hospital 9-5 and my partner is a groundsman. we a happy friendly couple with easy going nature!
Hello! I currently work as a trainer and in the fashion industry. I've lived all over the world, but been back in Sydney for 2 years now. I'm great to share a space with because I'm clean, considerate, like to have a place feeling like a home always and I love to cook! I love yoga and exercising, and getting to the beach as much as possible when the weather is fine! Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm a 30 year old professional (lawyer) working full-time in the city. I like to think I'm clean, calm, and cool. I'm looking for a share house that values the same principles. I enjoy minimalism (which means I'm clean and tidy), music, yoga and all things balanced lifestyle.
Hello! I'm a home owner & film student, currently in Byron & looking at returning to Sydney in late October. Ideally I'd love my own place but due to the current budget I'm open to hearing any ideas that might suit both our situations such as: furnished rentals, house-sitting, pet minding, caring for gardens, subletting, giving you a break from Airbnb or sharing with awesome, respectful people who value authenticity & you know, are just decent, kind folk. I'd LOVE to share a beautiful home in a beautiful area with one or two other people who have animals, who travel a lot - and my pet minding could lower my rental contribution. Open to ideas such as that! My ideal home is a private, clean & quiet one and I have excellent references. I love fires, baths, & pianos too but will leave that up to the gods. Also, I've written '$250' as my maximum rent as this is ideal, but of course I am aware that it's not the 90's & would be willing to discuss this further if something perfect came my way. Thanks for your time, MG
Very easy going, love philosophy and the bigger questions in life. Work hard and part of the suit brigade in the city. Enjoy light fitness. Travel regularly for work.
I am independent and mature: 55+ Up for a chat but very respectful of others space. I work as a clinical nutritionist currently updating my qualifications to naturopathy. I love Natural Medicine and cooking. I previously worked as an event manager and professional organiser so I am ordered and very tidy. Janine
I'm an easy going person who lives tge outdoors ! Looking for a place that's hospitable and friendly, I enjoy socialising and love getting to know people ! Currently studying nursing and midwifery and working as a nanny and tennis coach !
Hello, To my potential future room mate (s)! My name is Ayla! (La for short) I am currently a full time worker in hospitality and a professional dancer on the side. My current house lease ends in January 2018 and I'm hoping to transition to a new place by that time. I am easy going, tidy and positive. Some call me a hippy at heart, due to my easy going nature. I absolutely love the beach, eating yummy organic food and keeping active. I enjoy socializing occasionally which is also balanced out with time alone to watch tv, listen to Ziggy Alberts or read a good book. I have already had experience living out of home this year, so it is 100% guaranteed I am reliable and able to pay rent on time, can clean amazingly well and will always be respectful to others living in the house. I love meeting new people and I hope to be a part of not just a house....... but somewhere that feels truly like home :) P.s I can cook too ;) Hope to hear from you ! Ayla :)
Easy going, always up for an adventure :) I work full-time as a Director of a tech start-up (used to work in law) and study full-time so I'm always busy but love being social and having a laugh or sneaky wine :) I'm extremely tidy and organised and enjoy reading, drawing/painting, playing ps4 and road trips. Message me if you would like to know more :)
Looking to move any time around mid October 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a 5 shelf -6ft tall bookshelf, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space some things could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Annie and I are two Americans on WHV's looking for accommodation closer to the beach for the warmer months! We both work in Hospitality, so are rarely home, and work most nights and weekends. On our time off, we love the beach, and enjoying relaxed nights in with a glass or two of wine. We're currently in Sydney so would love to come by for viewings whenever we're free!
