I am a yoga teacher and wellness specialist (working with PTSD/trauma/high-stress occupations) looking at making the move back to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast. I have a beautiful, 5y/o husky who loves people but as a rescue pup, doesn't do well with other dogs in the same space. She's fluffy, but I make sure I clean up after her. (Outside-only dog - I know people always say that, but this is actually very true). I also have a sweet, quite timid inside-only cat (so she's clean) who will probably hide a lot of the time until she gets to know people. I'm clean, super-respectful of space and boundaries, am not a partier but can enjoy a wine or two over good conversation. I'm friendly and love when I live with people I can get along with. I'm reliable with bills and a good communicator. Bonus: I also come with an espresso coffee machine! I also have white goods (can be stored elsewhere if necessary) and super comfy lounge suite (can confirm: best napping couch!) Since I own my own business, I will need space at least in the bedroom for my desk if not an extra area where possible. I'm generally pretty busy and focused on my work. When I'm not doing that, I'm out at yoga (doing or teaching), walking the dog, being active (just getting into indoor rock climbing), finding a park to chill out and read in, etc etc. My move date is just dependent on finding the right place. It's a nice suburban street, super close to Chermside shoppping centre and public transport. It's a nice big airy house with a large backyard and nice outdoor area with a gas BBQ. There's aircon in the lounge and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Can be furnished or unfurnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need. There's an additional room outside that's sort of like a sunroom that you are more than welcome to make your own space as it's currently not used! We have a little dog called Mojo so you must like dogs because he will come to you for a scratch. If you have a dog they're welcome too as long as you clean up after them.
