Hallo! This is a fully furnished room for rent in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The apartment is in an ideal location for students needing to travel to UNSW (there are multiple bus stops within a 2minute walk) as well as being located close to some of Sydney's most popular beaches (you can see + walk to Bronte). We're also only 10 minutes from Bondi Junction, meaning you can get to Sydney CBD in around 30 minutes. The room includes a queen sized bed with desk, built in wardrobe and mirror. The apartment includes a fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen, lounge area including a TV with chrome cast, dining area, large communal balcony with a view of the ocean, separate toilet, bathroom with a shower and bath AND a laundry. Whew! So much stuff!
Happy, positive and very friendly and social! I work full time in the sales industry during the week but love to catch up with friends and keep busy on the weekends! Nothing better then relaxing with housemates sometimes on a weekend or after a big day! I'm clean, respectful and take pride in my own area as well as others!
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He needs to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water. My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week.
Very large pet-friendly - 3 bedroom semi on Birrell Street, in between Carrington Road and Bronte Road, tucked between two other homes. We have a good size front garden where we hang out, lie in the sun, grow veggies/herbs, and a very large backyard where the dog/s hang all day while at work. There are 3 bedrooms, a living room, a full-size 2 room bathroom with separate shower and bath and a second toilet in a back room near the backyard. In addition, there is a large dining room, kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The neighbours are friendly and quiet, and we are literally a 20 minute walk to Tamarama Beach to the East and Centennial Park to the West! Close to train/bus station, shops, beaches, and parks. I have one large room available to move into starting March 21, 2017. Its $373 per week, to be paid monthly, with a 4 week deposit. Dogs owners welcomed. Non-dominant, small to medium male dogs preferred.
Hi! I'm Caroline, a Jewellery Designer working Alexandria. I'm looking for a lovely, cosy studio to call home - somewhere quiet, clean and relaxing, and ideally with a bit of outdoor space! I'm a tidy and considerate person and also enjoy going out with friends in my spare time. I am often out and about enjoying the beautiful beaches, cafes and nature that Sydney has to offer. I have a boyfriend called Pete, but he lives full time in Brisbane where he works as a pilot. I spend a lot of time up in Brisbane with him, and he tries to get to Sydney when his schedule allows (normally 1 weekend per month). Thanks Caroline x
I'm from the United States getting my Juris Doctorate in Law at UNSW. I'm quiet, tidy, but social. I played college soccer and am active as well. I can cook and enjoy a drink or two.
The room is quite small but it is very cosy and has great natural light come through in the day. There is a large cupboard space available for storage in the room. The flat is in a fantastic location with a bus stop right out the front that takes you into the city/Bondi junction. Bondi junction is a short 15 minute walk and bronte beach is also a 15 minute walk. The flat is surrounded by lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants. You also have Randwick and coogee a 15 minute bus ride away.
I'm a full time working professional on the hunt for a new abode somewhere around the Eastern Suburbs that would be walking distance to some public transport to the city. Im clean and tidy and have been house sharing for some years so Im not a rookie when it comes to keeping the place clean and respecting peoples space. Im pretty low key during the week generally working 8-5. I like to hit the gym a few times a week as well. I like to get out and socialise on the weekends, however Im also prone to binge watch whatever Hulu show Ive happened to stumble across at the time and resurface a day or two later... (no judgement please :-) Im also keen for nights in with board games/a movie or just a chit chat with a few drinks and also up for a trip to the local for a bevy with my roomies if it suits. Im looking for a place that can feel like a home and not just a "room to rent", Ive been house sharing for a while now and its always so much nicer when roomies are keen to be friends as well as roomies :- I love a good laugh and a chat, I have a cheeky sense of humour and can cook reasonably well (and yes, I also clean up after Ive cooked... not 3 days later.. haha) The room ideally will fit a double bed, chest of drawers and couple of side tables and the house will have a pretty easy going, feel good vibe about it. I have my own bed and furnishings so the room being unfurnished would be great. I have a car that I use occasionally so would be keen for some off street parking if possible but if not Im hoping for some reliable on street parking. Im keen to move in towards the end of April so If you have something that you think might be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you!
I am currently looking for a flat mate (open to female or male) to live with in the Eastern Suburbs. I work in HR, and in my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, going to the gym, eating out, going to the beach and being social with friends. I am really easy going but also respectful of someone else space and privacy. I can't live with messy/grubby people that don't clean but at the same time I'm not over the top about it. If you are interested please let me know and I am more than happy to discuss details further.
Hey guys! Firstly I'll just say that I'm looking for a private room. :) I'm 24 and working full time in the city in media. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, having drinks with friends, I try and go to the gym, watching movies, reading and fun adventures! Animals and travelling are my life although I have no pets! I just look after them when I can 😊 I like socialising and meeting new people but can also respect people's privacy. I try to stay positive at all times and get excited by the little things in life. If you think we could get along in a house together then send me a message! 😊
Hey There..!! I'm a 26 year old civil engineer currently living in Coogee and planning to move to a new place mid/end of April. **I'm a 'pom'**: Now I know that negative connotations can be associated with this title, but I'm going to try my best to prove all sceptics wrong and persuade you that I'm the perfect match... **Cooking**: I love to cook and can bring many of the English delicacies to the kitchen. **Sport**: I enjoy all sports: playing and supporting. Namely: footy (the English kind, but I've been told I need to play AFL and support the Sydney Swans), tennis, golf, rugby and surfing. **Travel**: I love to travel and part of the reason I have moved to Sydney is to explore a part of the world that I have never been to. **Clean**: I am a clean housemate **Music**: I play the guitar and enjoy all types of music **Work**: I will be working full-time for a technology education company, so if you're interested in learning to code.... I'm your man.

Looking for a home from after 1 May. Hello I'm Dan, I'm a 34 year old male, newish to Sydney (from NZ) and I work in the travel industry as a state-wide BDM. Very house-trained and respectful of property and privacy. Love to the travel, the beach, touch rugby, diving, craft beers and my motorcycle. I'm away quite a bit for work, overseas and around NSW, and work from home on Fridays. Play sport twice a week and looking to get back into diving ASAP :)
Hey! I'm on the hunt for a new home, not in a hurry but can move anytime. Looking for a beachside pad (atleast within walking distance) with some friendly social housemates. I'm a full-time +++ worker (mon-fri) who enjoys a wine or two in the evenings.

Hi, I'm Hils and I'm originally from the UK but have lived in Sydney for nearly 3 years. I work in a Marketing recruitment company and have been there for nearly a year. I've been living in Bronte for nearly 2.5 years and have loved living here but am now looking for somewhere new to live. To tell you a little more about me, I love travelling and have a passion for photography and have just developed my own website. I enjoy going out with friends, socialising, going to good restaurants but also love hanging out at home, drinking a good bottle of wine and watching the latest movie or TV show.
Hi, I'm currently between jobs, looking to move to a place close to where I end up working. I'm a fairly quiet person, but always keen to chat and hang out. I tend to be very physically active and keep myself busy so will likely be up early or home late, but I'm also rather fond of early nights and sleep. I'm a non-smoker, would prefer non-smoking flat mates and despite absolutely loving all animals, I'm allergic to most pets.
Comfort and style in a perfect location! Only 5 minutes stroll to Bondi Junction Westfield shopping centre and train station. A short walk to Bondi Beach or Tamarama beach! Bills, furnitures, and wifi are included + a weekly cleaning.
Hey, I'm Katrina. I work full time as an Integrated Communications and Media Advisor, I'm also studying my Master's Degree part time. I enjoy staying active, and go to the gym most days and do a lot of yoga, cycling, running, and pilates. I grew up in the Blue Mountains, and I've been living in Newtown for a while now. I'm looking to move closer to work because 1.5hrs to commute less than 10km is ridiculous. I enjoy unwinding at the end of a week with a good book and a glass of wine. I also make an excellent cup of tea.
