The property is corner of Dickson and Birrell. Maps got it wrong. Nice clean apartment with great views. You can see if there is a good swell running at Bronte beach. There is a shared laundry downstairs with washer and dryer. Its a 2 bedroom with a large lounge dining. I have pretty much everything but you are welcome to bring what you'd like to make it feel like home. I have netflix but doesnt everyone these days. No foxtel. Parquetry floors. There is a car space that I share with flatemate as well as ample street parking.

We are transferring with our current business and will be based in the CBD (working roughly 7am - 5pm most days). Ideally Paddington / Surry Hills / Eastern Suburbs areas - but we can be flexible if the place is amazing. We'd like to be able to access the CBD within 30 mins max. We like keeping fit and tend to gym throughout the week - leaving our weekends to socialise, catch up with friends, or travel.
