Hi! I'm a 27 year old American-Aussie (dual citizen) who recently moved to Sydney from New York, NY. Recently finished a global travel stint and just started a new job. I would ideally like to find somewhere already furnished available end of October and I would prefer to live with other people as I'm new to the city and would love to use this as an opportunity to meet new people. Let me know if you have somewhere for me! I love trying new things. I'm very into outdoor activities (hiking, etc), adventuring, and swimming/beach when it's warm (probably a given for most people in Sydney, but you never know). Also a big movie, TV, and comedy nerd. If you liked (or better yet, loved) 30 Rock, that's a great start. I think it's important for roommates to be considerate and thoughtful. I am someone who treats others as they would want to be treated and also recognises that I share a living space. I also am new to the city so would love to live with flatmate(s) who are open to making new friends if we click! Also - I like to feel safe and comfortable in my home environment. I think it's super important to communicate with your flatmate(s) about things rather than let things fall by the wayside (or become passive aggressive/uncomfortable). I no longer like to bring the party home. Happy to host people and have get togethers though - But I would prefer to live with people who don't view their apartment/house as a party place.
In England, I was a support worker. I supported adults with learning disabilities. I love this line of work so much that for the past 2 years I have spent my summer in America, working at a special needs camp for children. I have come to Australia to embrace and immerse myself in the Australian culture. I would say that I am confident, outgoing, always willing to try new things and open- minded. I love anything to do with exercise and I am hoping to get back into this while here.

I am a coffee AND tea lover because both a just great. I am fun loving and love meeting people. I like efficiency I love music, languages, and philosophy. And I hope to being studying these things in 2018.
Our spacious 3-bedroom unit is a short walk to Bronte and Clovelly Beach. A few bus stops from Bondi Junction shopping centre (with more trains and buses). We have a bus stop right at our doorstep. We also have a group of shops, supermarkets, and boutique stores which are 2-minute walk away. It is a huge flat in a cosy historic building of only 4 apartments. We have a huge backyard with clotheslines and a separate laundry room. We also have a decent sized kitchen with a gas stove top. Bills are additional to the rent and are inclusive of unlimited internet ($20p/m), and electricity and gas (per quarter) which do not cost must. Your room is unfurnished. It will fit a queen/king bed nicely, and desk/chest of drawers if you wish. It also comes with a double built-in wardrobe. You will also get a secured garage with a buzzer.
Summary: - Working Full-time - Keep to myself usually, but open to socialising - Preferably close to train station - Max. $300 weekly per person. - LGBT+ Friendly - Uni Student friendly Looking to find a place/team where I can feel at home without paying stupid amounts, ideally. Places I have in mind are usually 2+ bedroom places if teaming up, so something like $480 per person each fortnight, maximum. I'm not looking for anything fancy/modern, as long as it is in a relatively safe area, and easy to get to and from Maroubra or Central Station (CBD). This listing will be valid until I take it down so please message if you're interested! I will need to give 4 weeks notice to my current landlord, so that would start from the day I confirm any arrangement. Apologies, if you don't hear back from me in 48 hours I am probably not interested or dead.
Hey hey, I'm a 25 year old Australian, grew up down the coast in Kiama but been living in perth a few years and now back in search for a nice room in eastern suburbs/surrounds 🏄🏼 Looking to find a clean household to live in with another person or housemates who clean up after themselves. I enjoy having a chat and getting along with my housemates and respect peoples privacy. Ideally i would like my housemates to be in their 20s but mature. A car parking spot would be a bonus but if there's not a drama with street parking, that's cool. In my spare time i am either down the beach or playing sport.. I work full time Monday to Friday doing construction management, usually away early in the morning and get back around 5-530ish each day Hit me up if you have got something similar to what I'm looking for and I'll come check it out this week or whenever suits! Cheers, Stuey
For rent is one medium-sized room in a 5 bedroom house. The house is very spacious, with a double living room, two bathrooms, a laundry and a backyard. The house is situated on Carrington Road and is a 10 minute walk to Bondi Junction, and a 15 minute walk to Tamarama Beach. Rent is $245 per week. In addition, general expenses are split between the house (utilities, garbage etc) on a monthly basis, which work out to around $25 a week (but this varies depending on the quarter). Bond is 4 weeks rent. The house comes fully furnished, though is large enough to bring any appliances/items you may have. The room itself is unfurnished.
Hi, I'm Joe from the UK and I will be moving over to Sydney on 21st September. I'm a professional working in finance full time Monday-Friday in the CBD. I'm looking for a room in a flat/house share, somewhere that is commutable in to the city in good time and not to far from a beach! Looking for a place long term, but would also be open to get somewhere more short term for the time being. I'm clean, tidy, laid back and easy to get along with. I'm in to sport, mainly enjoy playing football, going for runs and generally keeping active. I also enjoy the odd night out and having sociable beer or two at the weekend with friends :) looking forward to meeting new people and enjoying all Sydney has to offer! I would like to arrange a viewing if possible for when I arrive in September. If you have any questions about myself too just let me know!
I'm Charlotte, a 25 years-old French girl looking for a single room to rent. Really easy-going, I like to share diners and/or drinks with my flatmates that I'd love to consider as friends, more than just flatmates. I'm clean and tidy ; don't mind nights out on the weekends. I'm working in hospitality so at night most of the time, and usually out doing lots of different things on my time off.
Hi, I am a Spanish student living in Sydney for the next 12 months. I will be finishing my last year of engineering studies in Sydney but I will be trying to have a lifechanging experience rather than focusing on studies. I am easy going, love to cook, play sports and chill. I like to crossfit, golf, ski and would love to learn some surfing. I am also very interested in learning and sharing recipes as well. I also love to party once in a while. I am non-smoker and also like to have my things clean and tidy. I want to discover Sydney and Australia to its fullest and I am looking for easy going flatmates, would love to share my experience with other people either australians or international people. I arrived at Sydney two months ago and unfortunately my short term rent is coming to an end. Feel free to message me if my profile suits you.

The house has lots of spaces and random rooms to give everyone their space, along with a large back porch and garden. Lots of daylight and space...

I work full-time as a nurse at St Vincents Private Hospital in Darlinghurst. I am in a temporary shared room but seeking a furnished private room. Ideally a place with a minimum stay of 3 months as I moved to Sydney 2 weeks ago from Perth and dont want to relocate so soon again. I am quiet, clean and respect others privacy. However, I am up for some banter or a night out if needed :) I'm easy to get along with and pay rent on time. I'm looking to be moved into my new home by the 1/9 or 2/9 the latest.

Hey guys! I'm 24 and working full time in the city in media. I'm hoping to team up with 3/4 people to find a place to live. Currently looking at Mosman/Cremorne/Neutral Bay area. I have mostly all necessary furniture to bring with me. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, having drinks with friends, I try and go to the gym, watching movies, reading and fun adventures! Animals and travelling are my life although I have no pets. I like socialising and meeting new people but can also respect people's privacy. I try to stay positive at all times and get excited by the little things in life. If you think we could get along in a house together then send me a message! 😊
