I am student of UniSA living with my husband. We are looking for any couple or single to share an accommodation inside the city or anywhere near to city.Prefer furnished and ensuite or own bathroom. Internet required. We would like to pair up and find a room too . We are clean and respectful towards housmates. Not a late night party person like to gather with friends and chit chat. Looking forward to a good person or couple to live with. Feel free to contact with me.
I am a quiet person but a good listener and very hospitable. I like to read and am a non-smoker. I have lots of travel experiences so plenty of tales to tell when its time to socialise too. My focus is on study at the moment so looking for like-minded people.
26 and living in Adelaide. Hospitality manager. Quite a tidy person, am very social but also enjoy a lot of down time. I Love to cook, garden and enjoy a glass of wine ! I don’t mind a night out either 😄 looking for similar housemates
Hey everyone, Looking to join a share-house with easy going people. Preferably Inner-SouthWest, something along the Westside Bikeway (Camden Park to Mile End) would be ideal, but I'm open to nearby options. I am a Project Manager in the imported gourmet Food industry - basically your great food and wine are actually my job ;-) I have great history with sharing accomodation, both agencies and privates, and references available including from my current flatmates. I have lots of interests: food (it's for work!), cycling, road-trips and anything you can do outdoors, rock climbing, photography, music, 4x4, camping, fishing but also movies, reading (I'm a news junkie), new technologies, the random nerdy stuff... and more. When I'm home, if I'm not doing some work-related email catching-up or watching idiot clips on instagram, I'm open to socialising during dinner or a glass of wine if that's the type of house, otherwise I respect other peoples' spaces and quiet times. I'm a non-smoker, mostly health/fitness minded, social but respectful person. Details aside, just feel free to contact me and we'll see how we go from there. Cheers! Some random facts: - I have saved thousands of marine turtles in Mexico; - I'm Italian but I don't like soccer; - I do cook amazing food, I'd love a foodies' house! - (Apart from Italian) I speak Spanish, and it'd be great to practice my French :) - Eventually in a few years I want to quit everything, buy a sailing boat and go places. PS: lastly, I'm not in a rush to move so I'm ok to plan things. The only reason why I want to change is that my current place can get a bit noisy at night, and I'm a bit of a light sleeper.
I'm finishing my postgraduate medicine degree this year. I will be working full time from next year. Looking for some neat, tidy and fun housemates! Message me if you want more details Ideally looking for a fully furnished place - 8 weeks starting from the 20th October
I'm an indian moving to adelaide to study in flinders at Victoria square. I'm a fun loving person, clean and tidy and prefer to cook my own food. Hygiene is quite important to me. Since it'll be my first time living out alone I'd like to explore adelaide a bit and meet new people and make friends. Not much of a party person, but does have a drink or two occasionally. Prefer to keep to self at home and respect privacy. Looking for an accommodation which is a short bus/Tram trip away to Victoria square:)
I will be moving back from New Zealand start of August and am looking for accommodation for 6-12 months minimum. I'm a working professional in the finance industry who enjoys photography, watching the odd movie looking after myself and going to the gym and cooking. I am a very tidy person who will usually always have my dishes done before i sit down to eat. I enjoy the odd social drink but am not a party person who will keep you up with music and drunken stumbling around. I enjoy friendly banter but can respect your privacy and personal space too as i enjoy my own too.
We are a neat and tidy couple, who both work full time. We would only be home in the afternoons and weekends but would still like to have the occasional chat but also like to have time by ourselves. We are a bubbly and easy going. We do have two toilet trained cats which are outside during the day but in the bedroom at night time.
I'm a french student in agronomy. I will do an internship in the university of Adelaide. It would start in September. I really like to meet new people, to do sport and to discover knew places.
Hey all. I'm a masters student at UniSA and work part-time at an Accounting firm. I generally keep to myself but would be up for a chat. I like things clean and tidy but not a neat freak as such. Looking to move some time in August.
Young professional (environmental scientist) working in the city. Sometimes required to travel interstate for short periods. New Zealand born, Adelaide bred. Enjoy cooking, movies and wine!
Ahoy! Peta and I are longtime pals (10+ years) looking to find a third housemate to complete our soon to be selected home. Between us, we (actually pretty much just Peta...) have most furniture to kit out your new home - so just BYO bedroom furniture. We both currently live with housemates so are fully equipped with respectful shared household behaviors. Our descriptions below are pretty comprehensive with an aim to be really honest about our personalities to ensure a good fit - we want whoever moves in with us to really enjoy being at home :) An honest trailer of us: --> Peta is 22 and works at the RAH full time as a Registered Nurse. In my biased opinion, she is one of the most fun-loving people I know. She won't just befriend you, but your whole family and friendship circle - her good vibes are just a bit infectious and you'll/they'll love it. Peta is inclined to: to a quiet night out in town (usually ending up at The Woolshed), her airfryer, being talented at makeup (I abuse this a bit), road trips, camping and walking. --> I am 24 and work full time at Disability SA as an Occupational Therapist. With my current roommates, I am inclined to: a board game night (articulate is a great game), re-watching what I consider to be classics such as Frasier, Friends, Princess Diaries and OITNB. I am a good cook, always intending to do some sort of DIY project and terrible and persistent at netball. An honest trailer of a suitable housemate --> You do you :) We are keen to get someone who likes to get on board with things that are going on. Obviously, we all have our own lives and between Peta and I we would often be home at different times anyway. We are both social/loud(ish) /confident people so are hoping to find someone that this will suit. Bonus points if you own a swag as you would be invited to any impromptu camping trips :)
Hello! I have a room to rent in a nice two-level unit which is available immediately. The unit is semi-furnished with a dining table, washing machine, fridge and plenty of stuff for the kitchen. So essentially, you have to furnish your own bedroom. You'll get the bigger room with plenty of wardrobe space. There is one bathroom upstairs, and a toilet downstairs. The living room is big, albeit a little empty. We have plenty of cooking utensils, but I do not cook at all, so the kitchen is all yours. You also get your own parking spot. The house is on Davenport Terrace - a nice, quiet street in Wayville. It is a 5 minute walk to the Greenhill road tram stop. The city is ten minutes by tram. There are also frequent buses that go through the city. Bond is $930. The rent is $165 per week for the room, and is paid fortnightly. This does not include the bills - electricity, water and gas. The internet bill is $43 per month per person. Looking for someone who is clean and quiet. If you have any other questions or would like to come by for an inspection, send me a text or email. I get off work at about 5:30, so I might not immediately reply to your texts. Cheers! Harish
Mature nursing graduate casual bar tender between two jobs who is tidy, respectful, easy going lady back non smoker that is considerate of others privacy, space and feelings who chips in around the house where needed; into playing or watching sport live or on TV, night in of movies with a glass of wine, keeping fit at the gym or hiking and lives a considerably health lifestyle (out of choice) that is down for having a chat where time permits with my house mates and visiting new spots and cooking.
Hi, my name is Laura and I’m a 20 year old student looking for a home in the suburbs around the city. I’m currently finishing year twelve at the moment and plan to attend the teaching program at UniSA in the future. I receive student payments from Centrelink as I’m not currently working. I am a friendly easy going person but also need my own space and privacy too. On some days I can be overly talkative, so feel free to tell me to quieten down if I become annoying! Haha. I am happy to have a conversation and a chat but will respect your space and privacy as well. I love cooking, and cooking for others and I’m almost always up for a movie marathon. I am looking to live with a maximum of two other people, and have no preference for gender. I have my own furniture, so I would prefer an unfurnished room. In addition to bedroom furniture, I have my own household items I am happy to share, for instance a large fridge. I am looking to move soon but am flexible with the date. Thanks for reading my profile, I look forward to hearing from you soon.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying criminology and psychology at Flinders University and hope to broaden my horizon with forensic science along the way! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like reading and watching Netflix (how good was Mindhunter?!) when my busy uni schedule allows me. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a room that’s around $150pw if bills are not included, however if bills are included in rent I can manage up to around $170-$180pw. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. If there are pets in the house I count that as a plus! Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. I am also interested in starting a share house with one other person, perhaps around the Ashford/Glandore area (close to South Rd or Anzac Highway). If anyone is interested shoot me a message! Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)

Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
