I am a 22 yo female recently graduated as mechanical engineer from the university of Adelaide and currently working full time. I am originally from India and have lived in Adelaide for 5 years. I am looking for a less crowded house with housemates that I can get along with well. WHAT MAKES ME GREAT TO LIVE WITH?: I like to keep my living space tidy. I am into fitness and enjoy swimming, boxing and Zumba. I am active most days and love outdoors but there are some days I like to chill at home, have a chat or games/ movie session. I am very sociable, friendly and respectful. So, I am more than happy to make plans with housemates to go hiking, play lawn tennis or just watch movies at home (anything really) and I am also open to try activities that interest them. Also, I understand people have days where they need their own privacy and space, I totally respect that. I love cooking, jamming on my guitar and hiking. I speak french and had the opportunity to learn elementary level german during my internship in Switzerland, where I shared a flat with 3 other females from diverse backgrounds. We still keep in touch and have a great bonding.
Hey there! I’m an international student at the University of Adelaide looking for a place to share in the city or the surrounding suburbs. I’m a tidy person and always clean up after myself when using shared spaces. I’m pretty open minded and always good for a chat, but prefer my own space as well.
This is newly renovated property and all furniture is brand new. There is an huge bathroom which will be used only you and other flatmate and living room on ground floor will be used only for share mates. Bus stop is just infront of the property as stop 2 which will only take 5-10mins to the city and there are two different route so you don'tneed to worry so much about the transportation in case you don't have a car. Whole building is accessed with fob key so there is no security issues.
I'm a professional who works fairly long hours. Looking for places in suburbs around Adelaide CBD. I'm quiet but sociable. I'm generally an easy going and relaxed person. Tidy and organised but not a neat freak by any means. Happy to cook communal meals and socialise. Very respectful of boundaries and personal space. I would be happy to share meals and have movie nights with my flatmates. I am looking for long term accomodation.
Hello! I have a room to rent in a nice two-level unit which is available immediately. The current lease expires in January 2017. The unit is semi-furnished with a dining table, washing machine, fridge and plenty of stuff for the kitchen. So essentially, you have to furnish your own bedroom. You'll get the bigger room (and would therefore pay slightly more). The room is big with plenty of wardrobe space. There is one bathroom upstairs, and a toilet downstairs. The living room is big, albeit a little empty. We have plenty of cooking utensils, but I do not cook at all, so the kitchen is all yours. You also get your own parking spot. The house is on Davenport Terrace - a nice, quiet street in Wayville. It is a 5 minute walk to the Greenhill road tram stop. The city is ten minutes by tram. There are also frequent buses that go through the city. Bond is actually $930(flatmates wouldn't let me set it to more than 4 weeks). The rent is $170 per week for the room, and is paid fortnightly. This does not include the bills - electricity, water and gas. The internet bill is $43 per month per person. Looking for someone who is clean and quiet. If you have any other questions or would like to come by for an inspection, send me a text or email. I get off work at about 5:30, so I might not immediately reply to your texts. Cheers! Harish
Hi, I'm Lara. I'm 26 yrs. old and I just recently moved here in Adelaide (only 2 weeks ago). I lived in Perth for two years, prior to moving here to complete my Master's degree. I am originally from Philippines, which is known for very friendly people! I am currently working full-time and looking for a place which I can rent. I like to keep things tidy (but not to OCD extent) and if I am not working I like to make the most out of my free time by being outdoors or simply just by relaxing. I am definitely hoping to hear from you soon! Lara

Looking at making the big move from the country to the city for uni. I am laid back and clean. Studying dietetics at Flinders Uni. Get on well with others and quite studious. I love my own space but also love to socialise and hang with people. I love animals and love to stay active.
I am a 27 years old Osteopath. Recently moved to Adelaide I am looking for a long-term place to stay. As a little description of myself I can say I am very respectful of flatmates, of their spaces and common areas. I am quite busy with work so will stay in the house little time. I don't smoke and I am very clean! If this little description suits your requirements and you think I could be a good candidate please don't hesitate to ask more questions.
Hi my name is Billy, I'm 22 and living in Melbourne at the moment. Moving to Adelaide to complete my masters in Viticulture and Oenology. Coming back from 6 months traveling and don't really know much about Adelaide but always up for new experiences. I love wine, coffee and pretty much anything beverage related. Pretty quiet guy and would like to think of myself as polite and respectful. That said always up for a good time and meeting new people.
I'm a French student and I am going to study business in Adelaide for 5 months. I am looking for an apartment sharing from mid-July to mid-December. I am 22. I am outgoing, smiling and very dynamic, I am also very tidy.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT CLOSE BY. Lovely 6 year old apartment with Ducted air conditioning. Conveniently located on the southern city fringe this apartment offers plenty. A stylish bathroom and a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher overlooking the open plan living/dining area.Within minutes of the city, shopping, boutiques and cafes of Unley and King William Road and 15 minutes from Glenelg, Henley Beach and Adelaide airport this functional address combines a near city suburban location with adjacent parklands, city and hills views and public transport to and from the centre of Adelaide and is merely fifteen minutes walk via the South Parklands.
I'm Wies, 21 years old from the Netherlands and I'm going to be studying at the University of Adelaide for Semester 2 (focussing on gender and cultural studies). I like hanging out with friends, making music and just relaxing. I'm also interested in photography and I love animals!
I've lived in the country all my life and I'm really enjoying exploring Adelaide and all it has to offer. I love cafes, eating out, watching the odd bit of bad reality tv, music and art. I have two jobs. I work morning shift (6am - 2pm most weekdays) in a manufacturing role and I also work as a Retail Assistant a couple days a week. I am a very easy going person. I like to have a friendly chat and maybe a coffee with my housemate but am equally happy to keep to myself if that is appropriate. I like things to be clear and transparent around expectations/ chores in the house - so everyone knows what they have to do. I would consider myself to be friendly, generous, very reliable, trustworthy and respectful of other people's space. I am ready to move now and keen to find a new home asap. Let me know if you think we are a match. Cheers, Billy
A fully furnish bedroom, incl own TV, with ensuite bathroom overlooking front garden. My townhouse is only 1.5k from city centre with both tram and bus services. There's also local shopping centre and gym, easy walking distance nearby as well as local cafes and restaurants. A sylvan private courtyard ideal for contemplation or entertaining is a real bonus.
Hey there! I'm a Danish student who is tidy, sociable and currently looking for some nice roommates and a good place to stay. I would love for it to be a place with a good ambiance where people hangout from time to time. And I for sure don't mind cooking, especially not when I get to share a meal and have a good time with others. I'm enrolled at UniSA for the duration of the next semester where I'll be taking some biomedical science courses as part of my undergraduate in Biochemistry back in Denmark. Looking forward to meeting you!
I am a full time student and spend most of my time studying, volunteering, or resting. I'm a respectful and friendly introvert; I will happily help around the house and chat over some food, but also respect and appreciate personal space. I'm comfortable living with either pets or no pets, and generally pretty easy going.
