There are TWO ROOMS available! One bedroom and one study, both with built in cupboard space. This spacious Wayville Townhouse is located on an idilic, leafy green street with private car park, air conditioning, dishwasher, two toilets (upstairs and downstairs), fully furnished aside from the bedroom and study. Easy access to tram, bus and train. Half an hour walk to Hindley street. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful part of the city and I truly love living here.
Easy going and kind, I'm up for anything but enjoy my own space - always happy for good company and good food/music - I enjoy reading/writing/singing/learning new things and going on adventures - currently finishing study in counselling psychology - hoping to live with like-minded relaxed people open to having fun
Hi there! I'm a 32 French girl coming to Australia with a working holiday visa, eager to discover the cities and meet new people. I've lived in 4 different countries (few months or a year) with many roomates from various countries. It's always fun to meet new people so I decided to come to Australia for a year to work and travel. As a roomate, I'm pretty easy going and tidy but I also like to be on my own once in a while.
This townhouse is comfortable, affordable, quiet and in the prime location. A stones throw from the tram stop, walking distance from the city, fully equipped with your own private balcony and bathroom, it is an easy and affordable place to live. If you love to be close to the city but not be in the middle of it all, tucked away in a quiet and leafy side street in Wavyille, this place is for you. The room is large with heaps of storage and cupboard space, with a lovely door that leads to a private balcony big enough to have dinner on. There is air conditioning for those hot summer nights and a nice big window with lots of natural light. In a set of townhouses ours is down the back with the biggest block. It is an amazing location, I will be sad to move on. We are ideally looking for someone who wants to stay on for at least 12 months.
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
Spacious townhouse in a prime location. The ensuite room has become available, which has its own balcony. We are right next to the tram line and very close to the city. We are at the back of the townhouse block so we are lucky to have a large backyard. Very friendly neighbours and a quiet area to live in. Goodwood Farmers markets and the Central Markets are a 10 - 15 minute walk, or 5 minute bike ride! Recently renovated kitchen.
Hey, I'm 25, work full time and enjoy spending time outdoors. I spend most of my days out of the house, but when I'm home enjoy a quiet and clean place. I'm sorted for bedroom furniture but limited in other areas, so an unfurnished room in a furnished house would be ideal. :)
I'm a 23 y/o student moving down from brissy to (r)adelaide and I'm looking for a place to live! I'm studying a masters in physiotherapy and don't know many people so I'm looking for a house with a social vibe!
I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.
Hi! I'm Alex. I'm 23 and work full time at a cafe in the city. I've lived in the city for the last 3 years in apartments but am a bit over the city life and would like to move to a suburb just out of the city. i enjoy a bit of a yarn over a glass of wine and watching or discussing a good film. I try to cook most of my meals at home to save money and love things pretty tidy :) id like to think I'm very considerate, and am always up for a chat :)
A bedroom is available for rent in Wayville suburb Adelaide from 20th May 2017. Big and spacious bedroom with a big window. Walking distance to Greenhill road Tram stop. Rent $170 per week, bills shared equally, unlimited internet. You get your own parking space. The unit is semi-furnished with a dining table, washing machine, fridge and plenty of stuff for the kitchen. So essentially, you have to furnish your own bedroom. (Bond is actually 6 weeks rent, but that option wasn't provided)
Hi! My name is Denise and I'm moving from Perth to Adelaide at the beginning of June. I work in hospitality and study wine. I'm always down for a good time and enjoy sharing a home cooked meal and a drink with friends or checking out new bars. I also enjoy travelling, yoga, riding scooters and beauty treatments. If you enjoy having a social, welcoming, clean, housemate who is always happy to do some cooking for everyone I think perhaps we could enjoy living together!
I am a Boxer and Martial Artist, I am studying a Bachelors degree at Flinders Uni. I like to keep my areas neat and always clean up after myself. I wouldn't mind having a workout partner if your down for it. If you like going out I have a place in hindley street where you can drink pretty much free, then go straight out the door to the clubs. I don't mind staying with either a male or a female, all that matters is we get along well. Will bring the bants on request.

Washer and dryer in my ground floor apartment. Two private patios for occasional entertaining. Grill on patio for steaks, etc.
Hi my name is Madeleine, I'm a first year student studying commerce at Adelaide Uni. I also have a part-time job at a hair salon in the city . I am neat, friendly, respectful and an easy going person. I enjoy cooking different varieties of food, including sushi, roasted chicken, veggies, and peanut butter soup. I love walking, riding my bike and going to the gym. I'm happy to live with up to three housemates of any gender, preferably less than the age of 30. I want to live in an area that is no further than an hour walk from the city. I'm open to living with outside smokers.
Hi my name is Mackenzie and I am 18 years old. I am originally from Broken Hill (small town basically in the middle of nowhere, we are famous for 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert', 'Mad Max' and Taylor Walker) and I'm currently living in Adelaide but my lease is about to run out so I'm looking for a new place to call home! Things about me - - I'm neat and tidy - I believe in personal space - I am pretty easy to get along with - I love meeting new people - I love a good adventure - I'm a Netflix Tv show binger - I like to think that I'm funny I hope I fit the criteria!
I'm a fourth year arts/law student at looking for affordable, clean, and friendly accomodation. I currently work two jobs in retail and non-profit and do lots of volunteering. I like movies, reading, cooking, and finding new music. I'm looking for a place close to the CBD, with good internet access, near public transport lines, and a good size available bedroom. I'd be interested in house sharing with fellow students or young professionals who are mature, enjoy each other's company but also respect personal space. I'm okay with pets but I can't live with cats. I'd be a great housemate as I'm super down on cleaning and paying rent on time, and cook a mean roast dinner. Hit me up with any questions!

Hi, future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as I'm moving into the next chapter of my life. I am studying at the University of Adelaide and I also work part time. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 20 years old and I have lived in 2 different countries so I know a thing or two about how to get along with diverse people and I am extremely open minded. I love to watch movies and I enjoy having dinner with my housemate but I also enjoy my own relaxing time. If you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Hi my name is Abbey. I'm full time student and also working. due to my work and study, I'm looking for the place around CBD or South suburb. I'm clean and tidy, non smoker, quiet but sometime goes out. Definitely not a party animal and respect others space :)
I've lived in the country all my life and I'm really enjoying exploring Adelaide and all it has to offer. I love cafes, eating out, watching the odd bit of bad reality tv, music and art. I have two jobs. I work morning shift (6am - 2pm most weekdays) in a manufacturing role and I also work as a Retail Assistant a couple days a week. I am a very easy going person. I like to have a friendly chat and maybe a coffee with my housemate but am equally happy to keep to myself if that is appropriate. I like things to be clear and transparent around expectations/ chores in the house - so everyone knows what they have to do. I would consider myself to be friendly, generous, very reliable, trustworthy and respectful of other people's space. I am ready to move now and keen to find a new home asap. Let me know if you think we are a match. Cheers, Billy
