It is a 3 bedroom townhouse with a fairly big backyard. The living room, kitchen, dining room and master room are all on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms (we use one of them as a study), one toilet and one bathroom on the second floor. We stay on the ground floor for most of the time, so you can enjoy the second floor by yourself, with your own separate toilet and bathroom. The bedroom on offer is furnished with a queen size bed and a built in robe. There is one car park available in the garage. The express bus stop is only 1-minute walk away from the house which goes to the city in 10 minutes. The Local shop is 5 minutes walk from the house and there is Woolworths, Coles petrol station, post office, cafe, news agency, pharmacy, and restaurants. The photos are from an old listing. Current furnitures are different from the photos.
Early twenties, female, incredibly sporty- I race mountain bikes and require a place that has secure indoor space for 3 push bikes and other general garage items. Love company, friendly and open for chats/dinners etc. Also respect others privacy and need for down time. I am working as a shift worker for the government- so will be sleeping odd hours. Love music. Clean and tidy. Love the outdoors.

Hi, I'm moving from Sydney to Canberra in 1st week of August, and I am looking for a furnished room in a share house of maximum 3-4 people. I just finished my masters and soon would start internship (3 days a week) at an IT company in Sydney CBD. So I would spend 3 days a week in Sydney and rest 4 days in Canberra. I would work part-time at Jamison coles (I would do night shifts between 7pm-1am). I'm extremely neat and tidy, and I like to keep house neat and clean all the time. I used to stay at UC Village with 4 other people, I understand meaning of sharing the apartment/house :) I would take online lecture during the day (around 1 hour), so I would like it quiet. I'm not party animal at all, but would like to catch up on drinks occasionally. In my spare time I love to workout and explore new places around the city. Plz text me if you think you got a place for me. Cheers :)

Hi, I'm Sha, 22. I'm a second year Engineering student in ANU. Currently living in Aranda but the lease is up soon. Personality-wise, I'm a rather quiet person yet easy going. I spend a lot of time studying and when I'm not on my computer, I work in a coffee shop. I love baking and am always up for a cold one too. I have lived in shared houses before, so I totally know how to be a good roommate (keeping the common areas fairly neat, not eating your sandwich, not smoking in the house, etc).
