The Bedroom has a large Chest of Draws, Hanging Space,( built-in ward-robe) and two expansive sliding window looking out onto the garden. Should you have a Foxtel Contract, your Bedroom has a Foxtel connection, and a Free- to Air- Connection. The single section of my home, has SHARED ACCOMMODATION for your joint use with two other People, ie Kitchen, Dinning , Lounge with a Slow Combustion Wood Fire, Study Desk and free Internet-NBN, Laundry, and Bathroom. Use of the Garden and BBQ areas. You shall be supplied with your own Security Entry Key to the Front Side Entry Door and your Bedroom Your Key shall fit no other door in my Home. The home and garden are NON SMOKING areas.If you smoke, please do so away from the house and garden . PAYMENTS. 1.The weekly Rent for a full time Single Tenant is $200.00 per week,plus an equal % of the Electricity Bill. 2. The weekly Rental for a Couple is $300.00 per week, plus an equal % of the Electricity Bill. 3.The Refundable Service Fee for the Remote Controlled Driveway Entry Key (RCDWEK") is $100.00. Should you loose the RCDWEK, it shall cost you $100.00 to replace the RCDWEK. On the day that you leave, you must return the RCDWEK to the Landlord, otherwise, a fee of $100.00 shall be subtracted from your BOND. 4. Should you require SHORT TERM,STUDENT, OVERSEAS STUDENT and or EMERGERENCY ACCOMMODATION, as a Lodger, with a FLEXIBLE length of STAY, be it for days, a week, or whatever, then for $150.00 per week and the same terms and conditions as above, ( AND if no other room is available,) I am able to offer you DORMITORY ACCOMMODATION ( area approximately 9 metres x 9 metres) with 4 separate single beds.each having: its own electric blanket, bed head rest with Bed Lamp, Shelves,and Hanging Space, together with the said Shared Accommodation. As a general Rule, Full Time students are not required to pay the Bond of $400.00. However, to obtain the benefit of the Bond exemption, each Student must provide a formal written letter from their Institution confirming their current Student Status. The Rent for each Contractor and or Employee/Worker,( who is working away from home pursuant to his/her Employment Contract, Monday to Friday,) shall be $110.00 per night.Should there be an advanced booking, then a deposit of 50% shall be paid at the time of the booking. Otherwise, the Rent is to be paid in cash, on the Day of arrival. Hello everyone! Its a brandnew house we just moved in 2 weeks ago so expect the rooms are in excellent conditions. House is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our backyard is literally facing the mountain so you got that nice and relaxing view. Has a reverse cycled airconditioning throughout the house. Minor things we need to fix inside but outside we still need to do landscaping, otherwise wouldnt harm your stay. 15 mins to wollongong and shellharbour. 5 mins to train station and dapto mall. Lifts are available if needed 😊
