I'm easy going with a sense of humour. I don't mind cooking and doing Jobs around the house. From Perth, enjoy music, sport/being active, reading, playing guitar and a few social drinks.
I love and appreciate life. I have fallen in love with Perth. I love its nature and peace. I am easy going, reliable, clean and quiet. I was working in IT industry for a couple of years. After moving to Perth, I studied accounting and I am working for a bookkeeping firm right now.
Yo! I work full time during the week managing an accounting practice & like to spend my weekends/evenings armed with a glass/bottle of cheap wine. I have 3 amazing cats (Frank is the best one) that will relentlessly love you. I'm tidy & chill but won't shy away from a night out or a night at home watching Netflix or winning some board games. Feel free to send me a message if you want to chat!
I'm a swimmer which means that some (most of them) mornings I'll be up and about in 4 am just to get to practice and that also means that I'll be sleeping pretty early as well. but aside from all the practices I'm pretty easygoing and usually have no problems with people especially when they get to know me. That said I do enjoy doing stuff apart from swimming even if it's just walking around town or hanging just simply hanging out. I should say that I'm from Sweden and if you'd like (once I get to know someone as stated earlier) I could at least try to teach you a few words or slangs just for the fun of it. And as a last side point I do respect the house rules. P.S the club I will be swimming at is Perth City and that means the main pool will be at Beatty park so preferably no longer than a 20 min bike ride away. And I'll land in Perth the 7th December, staying until lsat of april 2018
Hey guys! I'm a quiet, nerdy student who studies patisserie, so that means I often bring home cakes, biscuits, bread and other tasty treats! I like to be on friendly terms with the people I live with but I keep to myself the majority of the time unless you want to hang out. I'm not a party person, but I love dinner parties and board game nights. I'm into all sorts of nerdy things, and I have a Netflix account that I'm willing to share :P I have been living with a couple of friends in Subiaco but one is moving out with his partner and the other is going travelling! Contact me if you have a place or you want to look for a place with me!
Im very easy-going and chilled out, and I love sports and the beach. Non smoker who doesnt mind a quiet drink on the weekend. Work full time as a barista so I love early mornings and that might mean free coffee runs! Very clean and tidy and I have a kelpie staffie x named Gypsy who is house trained and very affectionate!
An older style house (2 bed plus sleepout) in Wembley between Lake Monger and Herdsman Lake. Plenty of area to ramble close to home. Ten minutes to the beach and about the same to Northbridge. Foxtel and internet, as well as Telstra TV. No gardening as I look after that. Have my own home gym, which you'd be free to use North facing backyard with entertaining area, includes two dogs and happy with pets of yours. Close to Glendalough train station (10 minute walk)and bus stops direct to the city. Plenty of restaurants and small bars within range. Herdsman Hotel is a two minute walk away
My name is Eliza, I currently work full time at a gold mining company. I have flat mates currently and have lives in share houses prior. I am a very bubbly and honest, I am very neat and tidy and always know how to do my fair share of house work :) I am also a new mother to a 6 month old German Spitz puppy named Fynn, he loves people, kids and other dogs, he is very well trained however he is still a puppy so we are still working on his manners at times. In my spare time, I will be outdoors, tripping away in my camper van for weekends, meditating, spending time with Fynn at local dog parks or cafes, or just relaxing at home and having a wine with me roomies :) My move out date is flexible as I have accommodation in the interim.
I am an easy going person, non-smoker, occasional drinker, enjoys good company and conversation, love photography, dogs and cats, and animals in general. I love gardening, permaculture, growing veggies, making composts (studied horticulture). I enjoy a good laugh, movies (action & sci-fi), and getting out in nature. Admire the arts e.g. painting, sculpture, video and photography. I study black and white photography mostly but enjoy landscape and pet photography too. I work as a Project/Contracts Administrator in the resources industry and returning to Perth to find work. I hope to get a Mon-Fri job working in the CBD so would like a place that is close to the city and on the main transport routes. I don't want to spend too much time travelling to/fro from work, so the closer to the CBD the better. I won't be in your face flatmate, and respectful of other peoples space. I'm trying to get fit so will be out getting exercise, going to yoga classes or taking photographs. Sometimes I will spend hours in my room editing new images on my laptop. I not ignoring anyone but working on my passion. At the same time, I enjoy catching up with people and hearing about their day. That's why I want a flatshare so I can socialise on a daily basis, then live in a unit by myself. I'm open to cleaning schedules and doing my bit to keep the house clean and tidy. I'm a good cleaner and got excellent feedback from real estate agents when I exited a property or cleaned for my parents. I try to avoid strong cleaning chemicals due to the yuk factor and the expense, instead use bicarbonate soda, vinegar, and essential oils. When you finished the room smells clean and wonderful. I need a nice quiet place so I can get my beauty sleep and be energised for work, and not interested in party houses. I can't live in a house where someone else is a smoker (sorry!). Foodwise I try to eat healthy especially since I'm trying to get fit. Plenty of fruit and vegetables, lean meats and fish, and nuts, are on the menu.
I am very handy I am clean and tidy Qualified mechanic Can fix most things around the house
Hi! I'm Denise. Currently living with two guys in their early and late thirties. We're three single friends who have enjoyed living together for a couple of years but I am now looking to move closer to the city. I am easy going, respectful and clean/tidy. Having previously owned property, I am familiar with what is required to maintain one as an owner/occupier. I work for an advertising agency in Subiaco. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit and active, going out for dinner/drinks with friends, movies and live shows like Fringe Festival in summer. I also enjoy relaxing nights in, particularly during the work week. Ideally, looking to share with someone who has some common interests but also has their own social life and activities. Hope to hear from you soon! Many thanks Denise
We are newly weds Sean and Belle and loving life! We have also become brand new proud parents to a beautiful little boy called Liam who has decided to come 6 weeks early. Yep he is a man on a mission! Before this happened we had actually intended to move to Kuala Lumpur for a year and in turn had sold all of our furniture and was about to move there. Now that he has arrived a little earlier than expected we have decided to at least stay until Feb / March. We are looking for a whole property to ourselves and somewhat close to Subiaco as we are making a lot of trips back and forth to the hospital. Also we are both very clean and like to think we would make excellent tenants. Our hobbies are Cooking, Gardening, Gym and Kite Surfing. We look forward to hearing back from you! :)
Clean, tidy, quiet, respectful, Post grad student, Part time nanny. Happy to have a chat at the end of the day, no pets, non smoker, not a big party person but social and save my going out for weekends. Looking for own private bedroom and bathroom and car space. Looking to share with easy going, tidy, clean, respectful and responsible people.
Quiet guy, generally like to keep to myself, enjoy cooking Single, currently studying part time and working from home as a massuer (so need somewhere suitable to continue this work). Own 2 large dogs who are friendly to people but aren't other pet friendly so can't live in a house with other dogs or cats.
Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monger and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and it's close to public transport. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and it's quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. We'd love to live with a full time working professional or someone who works and studies. Let us know if you're keen!
