Our home is located in a fantastic part of Perth, Located on Cambridge street, we are two minutes walking distance from the bus line and only 5 km from the city and 4 km from city beach. Not to mention, there are also a lot of restaurants nearby and a IGA 24/7 (only 7 min walking distance). If you think this is the right place for you, feel free to call or text.
I'm Antonio, Currently studying/working and looking for somewhere closer to the city to cut down travel time. I'm an easy going, laid back and tidy that enjoys the occasional drink/socialize. Looking forward to hear from you!

Hi there! I'm an undergraduate urban planner, working part time and studying part time for the next 6 months until I finish my degree. Born and raised in Perth, I'm currently looking for a place to call home at least until I graduate. I'm part introvert, part extrovert. I like relaxing at home a lot of the time and keeping to myself a bit, but also love being around people and having some fun once in a while! I'm a great, no-fuss roommate. I have two solid jobs (so no cash flow worries), am neat and organised, respect others' space and belongings, and am nice and easy going myself :) Looking for someone fun and easy going to share a home with!
I am 24years old and am a professional cyclist. I spend most of the year living in Italy and racing throughout Europe. I will be back in Perth from October 2nd until early Feb and am looking for rent a room in that time. I train everyday and do some part time work. I am also learning Italian and love yoga and the beach.

Hi guys, I am working fulltime in the city and currently living alone. But I am interested in teaming up now. My lease is ending in Sept. I am currently living in the CBD and my apartment doesn't come with Carbay which is a constant curse and a pain in neck; so one of the drive is to get something with car bay while still not being too far from city centre. I work 5 days a week in west Perth and on the weekends, I like to relax and otherwise I am busy either guitar playing or do photography for fun, so I am home on weekends. On weekdays, I'm kinda returning just to crash into bed. I am non-smoker and appreciate cleanliness and housekeeping. Let me know if you are interested in teaming up. I'm more than happy to get lease in my name as it's easier for me after having great rental/tenant history for more than a year. I might rather be more interested in teaming up just to find an apartment/villa etc with wardrobe space and storage room area as well, as just having a room doesn't seem to provide a lot of convenience. If you have anything available and need someone to move in around Sept-Oct, and the above details sound like a thing, please let me know. Thanks. Regards, Hafiz
Wembley is situated close to the city and also the beach. The house is quiet and has a great vibe to it . People love staying here and always stay long term. There are numerous bus stops that take you directly in to the city, UWA, Fremantle and the beach. There is a park opposite the house, a gym, shops and coffee places in walking distance. Herdsman lake is at the end of the street which is great for exercising! Wembley is a very friendly suburb of Perth. The room you will be renting is fully furnished and very spacious with a large desk, chest of drawers, built in robe and timber flooring. Linen can be supplied if necessary. You will be sharing the bathroom with two others.
My Current housemate and I are looking to team up with another 1 or 2 more legends to secure a 3-4 bdrm house in listed areas at the start of November when our current lease runs out. If you are looking to move out into a nice house that's relatively cheap (under 150 a week) then please get in contact. We are 2 dudes, i'm 22 and my friend is 25, both work full time and are very easy going, we've been living together for around 6 months and can safely say are well house trained and amazing cooks. don't mind on the gender as long as you're easy going and relatively clean as we like to keep the common areas neat and tidy. Please enquire for any further details. Please note that we will only be available to move out at the start of November as our current lease runs out then. Thanks for reading :)
Hi all I’m Alex and I’m an easy-going, friendly, chilled 31 year old human. I’m a former high school teacher, now working full-time in Subi in a job that pays the bills without the stress… I’m looking to move into a new place in late September / early October. I’m happy to move into an existing place or team-up with someone for a new lease. Min 6 months - longer term. My budget is around $200-250ish a week. I can furnish my own room. I have kitchen gear, plus I can bring a fridge, 2 x sweet couches, and TV cabinet if need be. I'd be wanting to have my own bathroom and to live with one or two other peeps max. I’m looking for a place that’s either close to the beach or within 20 mins drive. I especially like city beach and scarbs, so any suburbs in that general area are a win. As I work in Subi I’d be keen to stay within about 20-30 mins drive of there as well. So any of those inner-city suburbs will work. A place with a backyard would be ideal as I’d love to grow some food (or even just herbs would be a plus). When I’m not working I like to practice yoga, walk/jog in nature (parks, lakes, ovals etc), swim at the beach (in summer…), hang out with my mates on the weekends: going to live music gigs, kicking the footy around, couple of drinks, that kind of thing. I am a clean and social housemate: I’m into cooking (and cleaning after), chilling, watching movies (I don’t really watch any TV… besides GOT). I like the occasional drink but don’t party like the old days very often. And I do take time to myself to read, write, stretch and meditate as well. Please get in touch if you reckon we are a fit. I’m more than happy to meet up and chat.
Room available. Great house in Wembley. Long or short stay. NOT your average rental. A mostly furnished, Make Yourself at Home, kind of house. Definitely a happy home :) A LARGE 4 bedroom house in Wembley, with 1 room available, to share with Jacquie & James. Large, spacious room* available. High ceilings, Windows on two sides (*no furnishings except one closet which was left by previous FlatMate). We're 30 seconds walk from Cambridge Street (and bus stops), less than 10 min walk to Subiaco train station, Woolworths and Markets (less than 2 min to Subi by bicycle). Meet Tu at the corner store, Paul and Jerry at our local small bar (The Stanley) and the cute burger boys & girls at Flipside, all a minutes walk away, with 24 hour Wembley Super IGA (supermarket) and Pub also within easy walking-stumbling distance. The house is fully furnished, although the larger bedroom is not. It’s a nice, comfortable, spacious house with a large living room, separate TV area, an awesome kitchen, and large dining area. The backyard is LARGE. There is also a LARGE shed. There is also a LARGE outdoor entertaining area, all very well kept and pleasant. We are looking for a similar minded, LATE 20's (minimum) to early 40's professional, non-smoker (a must), who enjoys a healthy work-life balance (because somebody has to!), likes a good party and is social but also responsible, can show some initiative to help maintain a relatively clean and tidy household (it is a big house, so it does require some regular effort). Other particulars include a month's rent is required up front as bond and rent is paid in advance FORTNIGHTLY. Rent includes high speed wireless broadband with generous download quota, however, power/water/gas bills not included. We would like to thank the word LARGE for making its many appearances in our advertisement :-)
Hi! My name is James and I am an energetic student from rural WA. I am currently dealing with spliting from my partner and as such am looking for a immediate new place to call home. I am currently searching in areas such as stirling and osbourne park, Wembley and floreat, Innaloo, and Scarborough. Though I am open to moving as far as vic park. I love food and cheeky cheat nights and I am an easy going guy who LOVES to tell jokes making people laugh is my bread and butter so to speak. I work in a pub on herdsman parade in wembley though I am still seeking further employment. I am studying publishing and editing and have only a module or two to complete. I am a bit of an introvert but im not anti-social either. I love reading and writing, these take up most of my spare time. I do also own an espresso machine which i am more than happy for people to use so long as its not a problem for them having it in the house. I hope to hear from you guys soon! Regards James

It is quiet and a great place to live with high ceilings and newly polished wooden floorboards. The room is a good size and can be furnished with a bed, wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. It's near Cambridge street's cafés, a 24hr IGA supermarket and shops. Public transport on nearby Grantham, Cambridge and Selby streets goes directly to the CBD, City Beach, Floreat Forum and UWA. The room is available now, so we're looking for someone to move in asap. Send a message and let me know what you think makes a great housemate!
I'm a super friendly, easygoing, neat and tidy full-time medical student/part-time barista looking for a place to stay long-term (until I graduate). Most days, I'll be hidden away studying quietly, at work, at uni, or at my boyfriend's place - a.k.a. you'll have the place to yourself and will hardly notice I'm there! Having said that, I always make time for housework, and I definitely enjoy a break from work for socialising when I can (10/10 keen for someone to have wine/laughs/banter with). Die hard dog lover, fabulous sense of humour, track record of paying rent and bills on time every time, open-minded and super easy to live with. :-)
