I'm a clean, courteous 34 year old man who loves a good laugh. I'm reliable, I always pay my bills on time, I'm a non smoker and I have no pets. I have a keen interest in the arts, I produce my own visual art (mostly cartoons) and I love going down to luna and checking out a movie. As I am single I still head out on the odd occasion but I'm not a massive drinker, just a beer or a glass of wine over dinner or if an occasion calls for it, a few more. I enjoy relaxing in the evenings, sitting on a verandah or somewhere with a cool breeze. I welcome all types of people, and always look for the good in a person. I work as a retail manager of an arts and crafts store which I enjoy.
Hi, I'm 18 and I've recently started working full time in Subiaco. Hopefully looking to move somewhere closer to work or with plenty of public transport options. Keen to hit it off with a cool bunch of young people who don't mind a good hangout after work but also like quiet time. I have a boyfriend who lives in the hills, and I'm up there most weekends, so I'm not in your hair 24/7 haha. I love animals, so if you have pets I'm hell keen. Looking forward to moving in with some cool people and making some hectic friends ☺️
Just started an online retail business & also studying website design, sales & marketing online. Electrician by trade so handy around the house and used to work as a dive instructor. I Like the gym, bike rides, occasional wakeboard should practice more, bbqs, few drinks on the weekends, looking to get back into kitesurfing this summer. I’m social, but also like my own space sometimes. During the day I’ll be working on my laptop in my room. Love a bit of banter, so looking for fun people. Also clean up after myself, I never leave a mess. Need off-street parking, room has to be big enough for desk, wardrobe, chest of draws, I have my own, but we can work something out if your supplying. Also a little storage for camping equipment.
The house is overlooking lake monger on the border of Wembley and West Leederville on the northern side of Gregory on a quiet street. It had a huge back yard with massive trees. Plenty of storage space and front verge parking. Two living rooms and a nice, chilled home. Only 15min walk to glendalough train station, 20min to Leederville or Subiaco and a 10min drive to the beach or the city. We are looking for a third housemate to move in, it’s a bit smaller room than the others which is why the room is cheaper but big enough for a queen bed, desk and cupboard..
Very peaceful 3 bed apartment. You can use 2 of them if you want, my current housemate used as a study etc. The apartment complex has a bbq, swimming pool and small tennis court. I’m looking for a friendly person who will also help keep the place clean and tidy. The room has a single bed and a double bed frame however if you have your own bedding the other room will fit a queen sized bed.
I’m a photographer, so I have plenty of time at home, when I’m not out shooting! Love to be outdoors and eat good food!
Hello! My current housemate Chris and I will be looking for a new house to rent within the next month or so and we would like to find another person/2 people who would be interested in a “teamup”. We have been living in a sharehouse in Mt Hawthorn for the past 2 years but would like to move somewhere a bit bigger, a bit more modern and somewhere connected to the NBN! Ideally a house with: Rent between $400-$750 per week 3+ decent sized bedrooms 2 bathrooms Spacious common rooms Modern kitchen with a dishwasher Renovated bathrooms Air conditioning Off street parking NBN connected About us: I’m 25, from Perth and I work full time in admin and volunteer weekly aswell. I have an 8yr old dog, Oliver, who sleeps 23hrs a day. Chris is 33, from the UK originally and is a full time carpenter and when he’s not playing soccer he’s drinking tea. About you: Respectful, clean, tidy, willing to pitch in around the house with cleaning and gardening, and someone who’s not going to judge me for drinking Emu Export occasionally 👀 If you are interested or would like to know more please give me a message so we can discuss the ins and outs. Gemma ☺️

I've just moved back to Perth this year so I'm looking for a place to stay, preferably that can fit a queen sized bed. I'm extremely clean and tidy, don't make too much noise and very respectful of other people. I do have a social life (I think) so I won't be hanging around the house too much during weekends :) Currently I am working as a chemical technician. My budget is ~150/wk with bills preferably included. Disclaimer: I sometimes smoke outside when I have a drink.
Hey, I'm Nick. I work as an exploration geologist, and I'm looking to move closer to my office in North Fremantle. I work away quite often, generally between two - three weeks, but I don't have a set roster. I love being active and surfing. Considerate of personal space and enjoy a quiet home, but also like to socialise and be with some fun people.
I’m currently relocating from Byron Bay to Perth & looking for a room, I like cooking, going to the beach, odd glass of wine, very social & happy but also respect people’s space & extremely tidy :)
Quiet, clean, friendly and respectful. Love fitness, yoga, photography and art! I work nights so my mornings/days are usually filled with training and art/photography. I'm saving for a six month backpacking trip in South America in October! :)
I am an early morning person and go for a 2 hour run with my dogs before I go to work. After work a long walk with the dogs again and early bed. On the weekends I am usually out running as well, so you want see a lot of me 😊
Just a heads up, it’s a townhouse not a flat (didn’t have an option to select townhouse) 1km from Glendalough Station, bus stop directly out the front. 10min drive to Innaloo Shopping Centre. Subway, IGA, BWS, Caltex and sports bar all within 500m The rent is paid fornightly instead of weekly. This means you'll pay $270 a fornight instead of $135 a week There is only one designated parking bay (undercover) but plenty of vistors parking (not undercover)
Hello! We both study either full time or part time and both have jobs during the week and on the weekend. Love living an active lifestyle and going to the beach! We enjoy socialising whilst also appreciate our own space. Looking for somewhere that is secure, clean and friendly. Also open to do a team up! Matilda and Sarah
I'm a 24 year old neuroscience research assistant, working full-time. I've always lived south of the river, but due to work and travel needs, I'd love to find a place closer to QEII/city (east side of the city is much preferred). Due to the nature [nightmare] of QEII parking, a place as close to public transport is a high priority for me. About me, I'm an easy going guy, who enjoys hanging out with friends, whether it's at home watching movies, playing games, or out and about doing whatever. I enjoy cooking and making cocktails in my spare time (I've been told the later is a real plus). I'd be looking to move fairly soon, though I am able to wait if need be.
We're looking for a newbie to join us in our wonderful house on Cambridge Street. The place is a simple house in the best possible location. 4 x 1 in Wembley on theborder of Subiaco. 2 mins to Subi station, Coles, IGA and pretty much everything you could need. The dog is definitely the best asset in the house, so we don't expect you to be better than her, but we do need you to be a handful of things. Primarily neat and tidy, respectful of the house and be a personable human to be around. We all love sports, the beach, housemate bonding, quiet evenings in, big nights out and evenings around the fire in the back yard. The rooms will become available in early September with a current lease extension of 6 months. We’ve been in the house for almost 2 years and love it, so there will probably be the option to extend. Rent is $160 a week (paid fortnightly) incl water, electricity, wifi, gas and good times.
Hey! I'm a Secondary Education student working part-time. I'm pretty laid-back, not really a clubbing kinda guy but I definitely enjoy a casual beer or two on the weekends. I work til 11pm, so I'm usually up pretty late but I don't make much noise. Keen to chill or give you space, whichever you prefer. I like to keep stuff pretty clean, and get a kick out of doing dishes. I come with a bunch of consoles if you're keen to lose at Mario Kart.
