I am 50, single, young for my age (in my opinion!), and I work full time in retail at Kilburn. I'm quietly spoken and responsible, but enjoy socialising and I have a slightly quirky sense of humour. Some of my interests include walking, cycling, reading, eating out, going to the cinema, and road trips. I'm an active participant in Meetups. I can be flexible with the move date for the right property. Ideally I am seeking a place which is both close to my work, and near to or in the city. I have ten years' experience in share house living.

A public park with tennis courts is a few steps from the house and public transport is only a few minutes walk away. A train to the CBD takes around 12 minutes. I also devote time each week to fitness. I am cultivating an abundant organic garden with the aim of having some level of self sufficiency. I enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life and I view my home as a place of peace to retreat to. Food and wine are a few of my favourite things! As noted there are three rooms, one of which is tenanted by a 24 year old guy who works in banking. He is easy to get along with and his interests include going to the gym, movies, socialising and games.
Hi all! I'm Ash and I currently work full time in logistics for a mining company. I'm pretty social and always enjoy going out and hope to find people that also like to have fun but still can respect each other and the house we share. I have worked as a chef so I can cook pretty well. I'm always happy to cook for others and I'm also rather tidy and always clean up after myself. I also have a cat that I'd like to bring with me, he usually just spends most of the day/night outside.
Ive just changed this room by furnishing it with a double bed, desk, wardobe, chest of drawers etc. If you need other furniture I could probably provide it! This place is in a quiet street thats a few blocks walk to a good supermarket and the train station. Its only two stops out from the city and two train lines come through here so they come very often. There are also lots of really interesting and affordable cafes and restaurants that are all walking distance. In the house itself there's a BBQ, Unlimited Internet, Netflix and air-conditioning. It's a comfortable renovated house with a new bathroom and new kitchen. We have a few plans for the coming months like setting up a small gym in the shed and getting some outdoor furniture for a sheltered space out the back. There's a huge garden so if you want to plant anything feel free as long as it's legal!

Hello. I am in my early 40's and am a professional who works full time within the Regency Park area. I have been with the same employer for 20+ years and love my job. I have recently separated so would like to move into the area. I have my own car and would prefer off street parking if this was possible. I can supply my own furnishings. I am fully independent. I have a small dog but have other arrangements for him so it is not essential, but would be nice to see him occasionally ...but again not crucial as I have other opportunities to see him. I am very neat and tidy, and keep to myself. I am getting back into fitness and healthy eating. I don't smoke but would occasionally have a social drink. I am completely respectful and respect one's privacy. I am initially looking for approx. 2-3 months but maybe longer. Ideally I would prefer to move mid to late January.
Young, French, good level of English, I won a scholarship for a 6 month internship in pharmacy at the QEH. Need some accommodation close or on a bus/train route. Quiet, easy going independent but like company.
I'm a warm and bubbly person, l love to cook and am happy to assist in cleaning and maintenance of any property. I love animals, but do not have any of my own. I will be studying full time at Uni SA doing a bachelor of human movement, so I enjoy eating healthy and keeping fit. I am quite social, but definitely still like to do my own thing occasionally
A well mature guy who respect privacy of others. I am focused, yet friendly with an open mind. Could mesh very well with those who are respectable, and value the quality of life. Like to share and have sense of humour. Like to study and find ways to progress in life. I pay attention to detail particularly on things that matters to me, and would not mind going out for one or two drinks and fun.

Hi I'm Lena, I just recently finish my study in tafe , and now I work as a chef in city hotel , I used to live share house , so I know how to respect each other. And I'm also tidy and clean too , just looking for a room not far from city , and also walk distance to public transport to city .
I'm a 31yo part time student (creative writing) and PA. I am heavily involved with the Fringe, and will be out of the house for the majority of February and March. I keep to myself mostly, and read a lot. Privacy and personal space is a high priority for me, as I am staying in a place where I have neither, and it is wearing away at me. I love to cook, and I am ridiculously clean. I do have mental health issues, which are managed by a team of professionals, and they don't pose any sort of an issue. I am obsessed with WWE wrestling, to the point that I collect memorabilia.
Single male looking for a place to call home for several plus months close to my work in North Adelaide or on a bus route that easily will get me there as I have early starts. I have no motor vehicle so would prefer to live close to a bus route. I am clean, very tidy, like to cook and prefer my own space but I am very sociable as well.
Hi, Im Dave. Im looking to move out of my apartment into a place with a bit more space, and for a change of scenery. I am currently studying a bachelor's degree at the University of Adelaide. I also work quite long hours, which does not leave me with much free time. When I do get time off however, my interests include gym/ fitness, reading, web development, business, travel and movies. I am a fairly social person who is neat, tidy and respectful of others. I am mainly interested in either joining an existing share-house or teaming up and establishing a new one. Please leave me a message if you would like to know more!
31. Working part time. Finished my degree in Environmental Science and looking for work in this field. Love the outdoors - beach, hiking etc. Easygoing in a house share. Social and enjoy time on own as well.

I'm clean, responsible, fun and Scottish :) Moving to Adelaide in February 2017 (still in UK at present) for a new job at one of the universities. Hoping to find a flatshare for a few months, in an area close to brunch haunts and bars for weekend frequenting :) I'm looking to share with someone 25-40, friendly, who can have a giggle, is tidy and clean, and can maybe even help me get to know Adelaide! I'll have my partner moving out from Scotland in April 2017 so if he could stay for a few months too, then you're the perfect roomie! If you can cook I will pay in prosecco ;)
Hey there, I am Urja from India, I am a very friendly, a kind person and specially a clean and a responsible person. I would be studying at The University of South Australia. I am looking forward to stay with clean and friendly people. Hope to see you soon! :)
Hi all, My name's Jack and I'm currently studying at the University of Adelaide and working part time. I'm friendly, respectful, and clean, whilst enjoying being a social and also having my own space to retreat to. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, play board games, read, watch movies, cook, and build projects. Currently, I am on a study tour over in Europe, and will be unable to sign rent agreements. I am strictly able to move in on the 19th of Feb or before, but would accept tenancy before then. I am more than happy to help organise team accomodation for people without a current room to rent. As far as skills go, I'm good at fixing things, cooking, and cleaning, always willing to lend a hand. Thanks for your help, Jack

Sharing a home with other individuals is a process which you gert better at with experience. I moved to Australia when I was 18 by myself and have been living in share houses off and on since. This has made me a good communicator as I think communication is the key to living happily in a share house. I am busy and mostly out of the house on weekdays, however, I enjoy a good chat and a meal on the weekend with my housemates.
