Lovely 3 bedroom townhouse in West Footscray, seeking two new housemates. 10 minutes walk to Tottenham Station. 5 minutes walk to Central West Shopping Centre 10 minute bus to Footscray. There are two rooms available both from the 9th of January. The house is open plan and has a small backyard. As housemates are parting ways the house is a little skimp on furniture at the moment but is being recouped. The house is located at the back of a lot of three so it is quite from traffic and neighbours. We have been the first people to live in the house so it is still quite new. The 2 vacant rooms will share a bathroom on the lower level. There is an upstairs level where I am located. My girlfriend often stays and is planning on moving in early/mid next year. Any Question just ask.

I'm easy going, tidy, reliable, enjoy chilling out with friends and can make great coffee!

I am looking to live alone, got to an age where that's the space I need. I am a young professional working full time and extremely busy so I'll need a place that I can come home to and relax, plus deck out with Kmart attire! I currently live in a share house and have so for a year and a half. I am a reliable tenant with payment and keeping the place tidy. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hey! I am moving to Melbourne from country WA. Im very easy going and friendly, and looking for a shared accommodation with 2 or more people. I'm vegetarian but happy to live with people who eat meat too. Im tidy (i like a clean living space) and very respectful. Passion/hobbies of mine are snowboarding, getting out doors, travel and music.
Hi! My name's Em, I grew up in country Vic but have worked, lived, travelled and studied in a bunch of places over the years. I've just come back from a Study Tour providing professional development to grad teachers at monastic schools in Myanmar. I'm currently halfway through my Masters of Secondary Teaching at VU; I love my studies but they're super intense and often take up a fair chunk of my time, so there are occasional moments where I go underground for a few weeks when I'm lost in the study vortex. I attempt to remain as sociable and communicative as possible when this is happening, however! I do have alot of other interests, though; I love hip hop, jazz and soul music, dancing, hiking and and bike riding, op shopping, watching melodramatic spanish and french films on SBS demand and engaging in lively political debates. I'm vego, very enviro-conscious, into social justice stuff, I write cheesy battle raps/poetry and occasionally make collages and mandalas out of stuff I find. I've lived in a bunch of sharehouses so I know the deal: try not to be overly anal about anything but clean up after yourself, as well as being pretty chilled, easygoing and respecting others' personal space when need be. I'm down with communal share house stuff, as long as everyone has their own personal space and pitches in with maintaining tidiness, cleaning etc. So...if that sounds remotely like anything you'd be interested in, send me a message and we'll work from there.
If things work out would like to stay longer I'm over 50 Prefer to live neat and tidy Currently Temp Admin Assignments Previously lived over 40yrs in NSW Grew up in Perth

I am a 24 year old female who is starting a graduate job in Geelong in Janurary 2017. Looking for a place that makes the commute to Geelong a little easier than from where I currently live! I am a very friendly, laid back, clean, respectful and out-going person. I love going out to eat, having a few drinks with friends and general socialising. Also enjoy sport such as the AFL, music, cooking and reading. Looking for housemates who enjoy socialising and are around the same age as me.
Hi all! My name is Sephora and I am student in massage therapy. It's been 2 years and half that I lived in Melbourne. And I really enjoy it! I come from France. I am trustworthy, kind, caring, helpful. I am an extrovert person but I like as well to be on my own. I don't think in few lines I can describe myself so don't hesitate to text me! Peace!
I run my own seasonal event business and studying uni full time. I partly work from home and at uni 3 days a week. I'll often work weekends. Having the funds to pay rent isn't a problem. Over the summer I tend to not be around the house much, either working or at the beach. Going away for 3 weeks in Jan. When I'm about the house I tend to spend most of my time in communal areas, I don't shut myself away in my room but don't mind living with people who do. Happy to do communal meals once a week, share things like milk etc and chip in replacing these items.
Two large front-facing bedrooms for rent in a semi-renovated 1950's Californian home in West Footscray. The first bedroom is partially furnished with a bed and built-in-robes while the second is unfurnished but can be furnished depending on the situation. Both have recently polished floor boards with functioning heaters available for use. The rest of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge room/dining area and decking at the back with outdoor furniture. There's one bathroom that has been re-tiled and a laundry accessible outside -- both fully equipped. There's plenty of street parking on the service road at the front. Alternatively, there's a bus stop right outside and we're about 10 mins walk from West Footscray station. Location is on the brink of Kingsville and, subsequently, minutes away from everything in Seddon, Yarraville and Footscray.
Full-time nursing student, working part time in hospitality. I keep pretty busy, and stay at my boyfriend's place a couple of nights a week. Looking for a fairly friendly and fairly clean home. I'd live to move in ideally January or February, but a little earlier would be OK.
Hey everyone, I've just graduated from university and I'm starting full-time work in Melbourne as an engineer. I'm looking for housemates that are friendly and keen to socialise a bit after work/on weekends. During uni I've been living in a share house in Brisbane, and am happy to help with housework/cleaning. For fun, I like to play guitar, pool and explore the city. I'm always up for a bit of an adventure, anything from going camping to going to 7/11 to get a slurpee. Hope to hear from you soon (please swipe right!)
I will be travelling to Melbourne in next 1-4 weeks and will need initial accommodation for 2-6 weeks. I will not be able to inspect as i am travelling from overseas. I will be working in Docklands and hence looking for place in Docklands or nearby. If the accommodation is good, then it can be converted to long term also.
