Grandma always said I was an adorable little dumpling. What she really meant was that I am sociable, open minded, keeps to myself, easy-going, and not very adorable. This little dumpling is also smoke, party, and mess free. I have poor taste in modern art and a connoisseur of fine liquor. I have 3 words of Australian slang in my vocabulary and only 1 of them can be used for insults.
Im a teacher and musician (not very noisy) i love to garden and cook. I am very active and go to the gym 4-5 times a week, im clean and have a cat called Barklay who is a legend. Lover not a fighter. Really easygoing and always pull my weight around the place.
Hello. I'm a single male looking for a place to rent for a year+. I work full time and enjoy my down time, sport and getting out on weekends with friends and family. I have a pup who is 12 weeks old at the moment and is slowly being house trained. I'm very easy going, very clean to live with and can cook a few decent meals. I'm respectful of people space and belongings, honest and very trustworthy.
The house is completely brand new! All rooms come with own bathroom (so none of us have to argue over whose turn it is to clean the bathroom). There is enough car parking for 2 cars (not on the street). (The suburb is Maidstone not West Footscray, this site is slightly misleading). Price - Just like all melbourne rentals - the monthly cost is weekly rent x 4.33. Rent is paid 4 weeks in advance per calendar month from the date you move in. The location is convenient - walk 50 steps to a bus stop that takes you directly to the CBD, or walk 20 mins to the nearest train station which takes you direct to CBD in 10 mins. I walk to and from work so this saves on Gym fees. But if you are a gym rat there is a professional gym 5 mins run away. Groceries - Aldi & Coles are a 3-4min drive away/20 mins walk away in a retail centre around the corner. Highpoint is also the same distance. Universities - Convenient location to VU with ease of public transportation being at your door step. Well trained pets are considered. Flexible on furnishing - you have your own bed that would be great.
I work in hospo I keep odd hours, I like to listen to music almost all the time and love to cook. I enjoy a drink (comes with the territory of the hospo game) and want to live with people who are interested in the same things such as having people over for dinners, going out for drinks, watching Netflix on chill out days, keeping communal areas clean and just generally enjoying life! (Note: Very casual smoker and obviously, outside).
Hi, we are a couple looking for a room somewhere in or around Melbourne with great connections to the city (preferably close to trains) since we are both studying and working in and around the city. We would prefer to not pay more than 300 per week for both of us, but can be discussed. There is Frida who is 21 years old from Sweden, and Russell who is 22 from outside of Melbourne. We are a friendly and social couple who would love to be friends and hang out with the people we live with but at the same time have respect for our privacy since we will have a lot of studying to do. Other than that, we are two normal students who likes to have fun and hang out, go out once in a while and not just sit at home. If we sound like the people for you, then we'd love to hear from you! :)))
Social yet able to give people space, non-party-person (though I do like to have a few friends over now and then!), sane and sorted, and generally fun-loving!
Medium-sized, well-maintained house on a quiet street, but just a short walk to the Barkly Village (supermarket, bars, restaurants, gym & sporting clubs, etc.). Close to bus and train into Footscray and the city. Off-street parking if you have a car. House is furnished, room is unfurnished with built-in wardrobe. There’s another spare room and lots of room in the garage if you’re in need of storage space as well. Cable internet with WiFi and generous download cap.
I'm looking for a furnished private room in a share house within a reasonable distance to Victoria University. I'm a sociable person but also respect the privacy of others, and enjoy my own, and understand that living in a communal environment requires courtesy as well as both the ability to interact with the household and provide personal space for roommates. I'm friendly, generous, and have a good sense of humour as I'm a stand-up comedian, as well as an actor. I enjoy both quiet nights in and longer nights of laughter and general good times. Looking to have an enjoyable and positive first share house experience.
Hi Ron here from Malaysian Chinese guy. I'm tidy and easy going and friendly guy. Looking for whole unit to stay. Sometimes my family will come for visit me together. Thanks

Newly fledged Nurse looking to move into Footscray & surrounds for work (6 months +), Ideally would love a relaxed home with a lot of natural light. Appreciative of friendly & respectful housemates, i'm easy to get along with, clean and sociable. Would love to find a great bunch of mates along the way rather than a co-existence. Also love my down time, which will be spent exploring the outdoors (beach, slopes, national parks), pole dancing (for fitness), brunching and plenty of snoozing etc. Non-smoking home seeker.
19 year old currently working full time. (I'd say) I'm pretty fun and easy to get along with yet I am reliable and can take on a lot of responsibility.
I am from Malaysia. I love to swim and travel. I just finish studying and looking for a place to stay. Moving from student accommodation. I like my own personal space as well. I am very easy going and I can't live with fussy or negative people.
Fun, professional (contract management), stable, into the gym (training, eating well and lots of sleep). Non-smoker. Easygoing and like to be social but not interested in moving into a party house. Clean, respecting and prefer ages mid to late 20's. Looking for those who are fitness minded either to find a place together (with separate private rooms) or move into a vacant or established property. A lifestyle description helps. Cheers
Hi All Charlotte and myself are looking to move out to the inner west, (preferably Williamstown or surrounds) and we're hoping we could find some like minded people to help share the costs. As for our professions, I work full time as an engineer in the CBD and Charlotte is studying primary school teaching - also in the CBD. She also works part time at a school and does some nannying. We are both active and into our sports/health. I play football (also a huge bulldogs supporter), whilst Charlotte is more into her running and Kayla workouts. Whilst we enjoy going out with friends to a pub for a drink, you'll most likely catch us on a Saturday watching Netflix in bed. We're both non smokers. No pets (yet). We're both clean and looking to either move in with others/couples around our age. The house we're after - proximity to train station and cafes preferred. Renovated weatherboard home would be ideal, however not a deal breaker. Something with an entertainment area (deck or backyard) would be preferred also. Other interests: Jai - Music (play guitar), fishing, snowboarding, golf, camping/adventures, Nandos Charlotte - Coffee, brunch, cooking, animals, shopping J & C
I am a friendly individual who is quiet and tidy. Always up for a chat, but also respectful of others privacy and downtime. I work for myself as a videographer and I like to keep busy and contribute to weekly household duties, but in my spare time I enjoy watching/making movies, listening to music and playing video games. My move date and stay length are both flexible.
My name is Perry, I am currently working a few part time jobs, and looking to start a university course next year. I am not a huge socialite, but I am partial to a drink with friends every now and then, especially housemates. My main interests are Gaming, Film and TV and Professional Wrestling, which tends to see me in my room doing my own thing a lot of the time. I am fine with any pets, and do not bring any of my own. I would mostly take care of myself in terms of cooking, laundry, dishes and so on, however am willing to work around any system already in place. Please feel free to message me about any further questions.
A fun loving bloke, easy to get along with. Enjoy communal areas but also appreciate and respect everybody's personal space. Have been sharing houses for a while now and thoroughly enjoy the experience and would love to keep doing so after my current lease ends! Currently work full-time as a banker at NAB (38h/pw). My ideal place would be happy to have my girlfriend stay a couple of nights a week, and I would be happy to pay extra for that. Look forward to hearing from my future housemates.
Hi all, I'm looking for somewhere new to live. I work full time and am looking ideally close to the city. Minimum 6 months stay but looking also for long term. Wanting a nice mix between a social house and a place to call home where I can do my own thing. I'm very friendly, clean and respectful. I enjoy dog photos, brunch and a nice drink after a long day/week. I come with furniture that can also be stored, and a washing machine if needed!
Hey potential roomies! I am 21, working part-time as a beverage chef at a bar in the city, and also make and sell jewelry in my spare time. I am looking for a house that is occupied by people that are friendly, clean and are up for hanging out every now and then. I enjoy cooking, going to local gigs and chilling out with a book and a Jameson and dry after a long week of working. I consider myself to be respectful and neat, and can tell the best/worst dad jokes you have ever heard. Message me if you want to get to know me more!
