It's close to everything. It's footscray! The house is beautiful and has lots of character. Great breakfast and coffee spot on our street. Buses just a brief walk away. Parking. Phat chicks fried chicken is very close by. Yes, I put that in the listing because it's so so good.
Female, Very Freindly, Easy to get along with, Like to spend time to myself at times, can cook amazing meals. Currently looking for employment but have some income coming in until then, and also starting uni next semester in Footscray. Would like to find a place close to that area to get to and from uni easily. Looking for somewhere permanent/semi-permanent, that I can call home, and have some stability. Tired of getting moved place to place.
I'm a primary school teacher at a school in Yarraville. As a result I work pretty long days, usually out of the house by 7, usually not home until 4 at the earliest. Play ice-hockey in my downtown, also love podcasts, food, beer, all sports and the occasional netflix binge. Not a huge party person by any stretch but always happy to share a meal and a beer.
Hello! I'm Thi, Taurus, owner of a lovely chubby Dalmatian Milo, and plant children. I work as an occupational therapist in the community & I generally do shift work so I am usually out and about. When I am at home, I do enjoy cooking, spending time with Milo and drinking wine. I enjoy hikes, pilates, markets, going to gigs, brunch and buying them expensive candles!
Hi, my name's Shaun and work full-time in business development. Typically it's a normal Mon-Fri and I'll usually be out 2 or 3 nights during the week with sport or part-time uni. On the weekend I'll usually be playing golf or catching up with friends, sometimes heading back to Warrnambool where I grew up. I moved to Melb for uni in 2007 and loved the city lifestyle, it's hard to find a reason to live anywhere else (aside from Winter). I tend to veg out after work but do enjoy a chat with my housemates. I'm also doing some post grad study part time so definitely not looking for a party house. My favourite procrastination activity is cleaning so you may benefit from that! I've shared houses with bedroom hermits and socialites, flexible with either as long as we're respectful of each other :)
Hi! We're looking for a nice place to move to in preparation for winter months as current place with good location and housemates is an old Victorian house without heating nor insulation. Cristina is on her last sem of MBA-Acctg soon applying for TR and doing casual Work at Vic Uni, Gwen is a PR finishing her MBA and working full-time and Mark works full time as a tradee. We are a very chill group of friendly mature Filipinos, hardworking, respectful of each others privacy, enjoy cooking and meals together with good conversations, occasional home movies, pasta and wine nights once in a while. We clean as we go and are pretty organized around the house. No problems as we pay on time or in advance. Looking forward to hearing from you. :)
Working full time as a PA in Melbourne CBD. I come with a lovely black cat so would prefer to find a ground floor place w a courtyard / grassy patch she can come in and out from :-) I'm smoker friendly (though I gave up myself) LGTBIQ friendly open minded etc etc. Vegetarian but don't mind living with a meat eater as long as you're respectful. I'm a lots of fun and outgoing! Would like to live with someone similar. Not a big partier - may go out some weekends. I appreciate my alone time a lot as well. I'm clean and tidy - can't stand clutter or filth. I have a near brand new stainless steel fridge and a brand new front loader washing machine plus a few kitchen utensils to share. Also a vivid wireless unlimited internet modem if needed ($90pm). Any questions let me know or if interested in meeting up (currently living in Fitzroy North).
I'm a quiet, respectful young professional looking for a place to call home. I'm house proud so prioritise keeping my space clean and organisied, and would love to have a friendly relationship with housemates.
Helloooo! My name is Abi, I'm a 23yr old American girl and I'm in the process of looking for casual work in the Melbourne/Sunbury area but am receiving Centrelink payments fortnightly. I'm currently studying Personal Training at VFA in the city two days a week. I am a very clean person, very open-minded, I know when to keep to myself but I do love to socialize and get to know people. My computer is my pride and joy and I do spend a lot of time on it, so you won't have to worry about me throwing crazy parties, though I'm fine with an occasional one. I am animal friendly, I love to cook, can sleep through basically any kind of noise, love to hear stories and get to know people, hugely into music and gaming, and have worked in the hospo industry for about 6 years. Though I am currently in between jobs, I do have money saved up and am on Centrelink so Im always good for rent. I'm currently looking for something at $180 pw max while I am still job hunting. I am not very picky on room size as long as a bed, clothes and computer will fit. I'm also very willing to get together with people to try to form a new share house so if you are interested let me know! If there is anything you'd like to know more about or any questions, feel free to email or text me. Kind regards! Abi
My name is Anthony Nguyen, I'm 21 I'm moving from Brisbane to Melbourne on the 22nd of April. I'm a chef and I'm moving to Melbourne for work. I'm a clean, tidy and respectful person. I'm very friendly and easy to get along with. Even though I'm 21, my party days are well and truly over. I'm very career driven and focused. Even though I'm a chef I don't usually cook at home so you don't have to worry about me leaving a mess in the kitchen. On my days off, I enjoy binging Netflix and hanging out with friends. I would be more than happy to go for a drink or a meal anytime you're up for it. Or if you just wanna have a chat.
Hi! I'm Gamu, I'm 23 and new to Australia. I'm in Canberra right now but I've been dying to move to Melbourne and I'm finally ready to make the move. I just recently graduated in Aerospace Engineering in the UK and and want to get a job in Melbourne. I'm sociable and open to making new friends. I love going out and exploring so I will definitely be going out a lot. I also enjoy cooking, dancing, reading and the occasional Netflix binge. I've lived with flatmates while I was in uni so it's definitely something I'm used to. I'm not that big of a party person myself, but I absolutely don't mind if you host parties and friends. I'm from Zimbabwe and I've lived in Thailand and the UK before so I'd like to think I'll bring quite a bit of diversity to your flat.

Hey 😄 my name is Nathan (23), I’m a singer and producer from Brisbane. I’m moving to Melbourne from May 7th - 14th and I’m looking to secure a place to live permanently. I have secured a job at Airport West in retail and have enough money to get through the next 6 months and will pay a bond if necessary. I’m friendly, respectful, clean, tidy and a social being, happy to spend time co-habitating or having a drink and a laugh. In my alone time you will find me geeking-out working on music and in my down time binge watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer or The X-Files. Looking at all suburbs with around 30 min public transport travel time to the CBD or less and hopefully more to the west of Melbourne. I’m available to move in anywhere after May 7th. Price Range: $650 - $800 PCM Happy to FaceTime or Skype prior to meeting. Nathan x
