I’m friendly, clean and considerate of others, have lived with roommates before and can help create, delegate and follow a cleaning roster very well. I don’t make much noise and like to stick to my own space most of the time. I don’t have any pets but considering buying a small dog if the place permits it and roommates are happy for me to do so.

My name’s Nikki, I’m a 26 year old undergrad BA student at Victoria University. My interests very much lie in what I’m studying, that is, education, history and political science. My hobbies include drinking beer at pubs and sports such as futsal and tennis and nature walks/rides. I also work casually for a small business. I am originally from the backbone of Victoria, Werribee, but I have fallen in love with the more enviro and politically conscious, centralised, communal city life in Seddon. However, I would like closer to University or the Maribyrnong River. Therefore, I am looking for or to, share a house with ideally students, however, friendly people will suffice :P regardless of gender, age, etc., etc. And as I am a student I do not want a rental above the price of approximately $1,900 per monthly cycle. I come with a fairly modern front load washing machine, a fridge, all of the necessary kitchen utensils, a 2-seater couch, a couple of shelves, gym equipment: exercise bike, squat rack and weights. All of which I’m more than happy to share or store away if necessary.
Hi there, We're a share house on 20 Dove Street in West Footscray. One of our flatmates are in the process of moving out - the desire to travel around the world has got good. so we've got a room available to anyone keen on it :) So to speak, it's really a loft - the entire upper floor of the house would be yours to use - there's a corner upstairs though (separate from the room), which on occasion, ends up getting used to dry laundry. It's a generally quiet house on weekdays - and dead quiet on Sundays But rowdy on weekends (whether morning, afternoon or night) - so it's pretty unpredictable, but a simple gesture to keep the noise down is enough to keep equilibrium :) A new internet contract has been set up - which will be active next week (unlmtd_nbn)

High ceilings providing more storage on top of the wardrobe. The corner windows have a nice outlook to the porch at the front of the house. I'm sorry but I'm not looking for pet owners. House is NBN equipped. Also has 2 bedrooms with good sized lounge and dining areas with reverse cycle airconditioning, gas heating and ceiling fans. Kitchen is updated galley style. Housemate is a friendly guy in his mid 40’s who likes to BBQ and have a few beers. Up for a chat but also does his own thing. He is a full-time professional who is into fishing, motorcycles and 4WDing. Looking for someone easy-going but clean & tidy, respectful of others and with a steady income. Financials:- Rent - $235 per week (4 weeks rent required upfront) Bills - (electricity, gas, water) approximately INCLUDED! Internet - INCLUDED! Netflix - INCLUDED! References also required. Finally, I believe in equality of treatment of everyone, no matter what your race, colour, religion, creed, sex or gender.
Hellloo :) (waving hand) I am an open and easy going soul. The three things i love most are people, art and the environment. I have a little bit of experience in share houses, as i have lived in one for more than 2 and a half years. I consider myself as responsible and tidy so you’ll never have to clean up after me. Typically, i am completely sociable and love having any and every kind of conversation. Whether that’s over a meal, herbal tea or drinks i am down! I love the feeling of community and the idea of sharing space with others, with that being said, i also enjoy my own energy from time to time and can respect the personal spaces of others too. As an (LGBTIQA+) identifying person, having a safe space and caring environment is at my core. I believe in acknowledging everyone’s needs and putting in the work to make a house a home. At the moment i am working casually in front of house spaces and engaging in community initiatives. If you would like to know more, please don’t hesitate to message me. Faith :)
