Hi, I am from Fremantle WA and I have just moved to Hobart to last week to start a new job. I am now looking for a long term sharehouse in the central Hobart area. I will be working in the city as a health professional and will also be doing honours at UTAS in medicines management. I am a friendly, easygoing, clean and considerate person. I have good communication skills and am respectful of other peoples space. I am looking for room in a central area where I can either walk or cycle to work - Sandy Bay, West Hobart, or South Hobart are good areas for example. I would prefer a furnished room but unfurnished is possible for the right location and nice people :) I am willing to pay up to about $260 per week for a room in a share house or a little more for a self contained space. I live a healthy lifestyle - I do yoga daily and eat well. I like to play my flute occasionally and love getting out into nature for a bushwalk. I like to be able to chat and have good conversations with people I live with, and I also also enjoy quiet time and space to relax and study. I am looking for a medium to large bedroom, preferably with some sunlight and a nice garden and in a relaxed and friendly house. Not keen on living with indoor smokers or heavy drinkers. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi guys, our friends are leaving Tassie so we have a room for couple available at the end of this month. Details are below. Cheers. The house is furnished with brand new whitewares. Great location, close to everything, supermarket, shops, cafes (2,3 minutes drive), CBD (5 minutes), Utas (7 minutes). There are also plenty of bus stops around the area, the closest one takes 5 minutes walk and buses operate until night time. If you work in CBD, park at home and have a nice walk to work, it only takes around 20 minutes. Last but not least, you're living with 2 great guys, what else are you looking for ;)
Hello! I'm an easy going, friendly person moving from Brisbane to Hobart who's looking to do some post graduate study. I like socialising with friends and making new ones too but I also value time to myself when needed. I enjoy photography and exploring natural environments.
Room available for rent in central West Hobart. Room comes with new built in wardrobe, double bed and study desk. Unit is connected to NBN and solar power which saves $$$. Flatmate must be clean and a non-smoker. No couples or pets, sorry. Last updated 14/07/2019.
We are both from the Netherlands. We have been together for 10 years and starting our new life in Tasmania. We are quiet, though like a chat but will mostly keep to ourselves. We are looking to share a house with people who value cleanliness and hygiene. We are looking for a double room in a share house anywhere not too far from the centre of Hobart.
I’m easy-going, friendly, quiet and can tidy/clean up after myself. I’ll be re-locating to Hobart for work mid August. I work full time in the health services. I’m a none smoker and enjoy the occasional drink. I live hiking, cycling, exploring arts, music, good food, and finding new cafes to hang out. I’m looking for a place with one or two others of similar age, short term to start with, while I get settled in to a new city and surroundings. I may extend this if I find the right place. I’m over the party houses but enjoy cooking and having dinner and wine occasionally. Feel free to get in touch.
My name is Ying. My husband Harry and I have a cat, and we are looking for a tidy room in the sharehouse. My husband and I are all 25 years old, and our cat is 10 years old. We are a tidy and quiet couple. We have a quiet cat, and we will buy the cat tree for her to help her stop scratch the bed. We also have a sedan car.
