I have recently moved to Hobart, Tasmania and I am looking for a room in a sharehouse. I used to run a transport business for 4 years in Singapore and I have acted as a landlord for 10 years back home. Avid Chinese Tea, photography and aviation enthusiast. Loves cooking up a good meal and well equipped kitchens are always welcome. I am a very easygoing person and loves sitting down for a cup of tea when I am free. I am also a huge fan of bedsits and granny flats, do let me know if you have any of those for rent! Flexible with locations and they do not need to be any of those listed, but I do have in mind places to avoid.
I’m a friendly yet quiet person who likes to catch up with friends occasionally but also enjoys time by myself. I enjoy reading and going for walks with friends. I’m currently looking for somewhere to live so I can continue looking for work in the hobart area.
I am a student at UTAS. I am tidy, clean and always try hard to look after the place. I have experience with house sharing before having house shared for over 1 yr and understand the boundaries set with other people. I am a full time study student so will not be home for a lot of the time. I am easy going and friendly to others. I have lived in Australia for 10+ years.
Hi, I'm Andy, I'm looking for a female flatmate to move into a 2 bedroom place next year from February. I am pretty laid back, am a writer and have had on/off jobs, but am hoping to get more stable work before 2019. I am very respectful of others, I clean up after myself and am tidy. I don't smoke and enjoy red wine but don't drink heavily, I don't have any pets but don't have a problem with them. When I'm not working I spend most of my time writing, reading, video gaming, bushwalking oh and one of my favourite activities, sleeping XD. If you're interested in sharing with a chill awesome elf dude feel free to drop me a line :)
Hi! My name is Lykke (sort of pronounced Lugga), and I am looking for a room in a share-house. I have been living in a share-house in Sandy Bay for a year and a half now, but as the owner of my current house is moving back in I am on the hunt for a new home. I can't imagine not living in a share-house as I love the company and having people around, but I am also respectful of others' need for privacy as I also enjoy down-time by myself. I finished my journalism degree at UTAS in December and am currently freelancing as a videographer and I also have a casual travel advisor job in an information centre. I am hoping to start my master's degree beginning early next year. I love hanging out with my friends, I bushwalk a fair bit, and I am always keen to chat over a beer/wine/drink or go to concerts/other events. I really just try to take advantage as much as I can of our amazing surroundings. I always clean up after myself so the kitchen is ready for the next person and I like a clean home, so I do my part to keep it that way! Cheers, Lykke
I'm student who study IT in UTAS, and i just move to Hobart for couple days. And also my partner would come here in a month, so we r currently looking for a couple room. Cheers
We're 2 uni students in our early 20s looking for one or two like-minded housemates for starting a new share house. We're both bright, bubbly and friendly people, who are clean and considerate and would love to find someone alike to us to move in with. Looking at suburbs around the city and close to the uni. We both look forward to hearing from you guys :)
Just finish my engineering studies in Victoria. Moving down to Hobart for work. Starting in late September or early October. Looking for a medium term room, no need for it to be furnished. I'm easy going, clean and respectful. I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing cricket and having a few beers/wines.
Hi! My name is Megan and I'm looking for a place to stay from August in 2018. I'm looking for a place that will be able to accommodate both me and my sister, Erin, so hopefully you have either a couple of rooms or one large room available. We'd love to be in a 'family' style share house with friendly flatmates who we can have fun with but who also respect each other's need for quiet at times :) Ideally, we'd like to live close to the city, but are willing to move further out if you are on a bus route that has regular services throughout the week. Erin also has a car, so it would be great if your place has parking available as well. A bit about us: we're both currently studying at UTAS, and working. I'm a bit of a grandma on the inside, I love arts and crafts, a good cup of tea and baking (and of course sharing my creations :) ), and I'm also really interested in ecology and nature. Erin's definitely an art-y type, and she loves creating beautiful things in her spare time. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
* Respectful, tidy and friendly; generally busy doing my own thing. * Studying full-time at Conservatorium of Music. * Recently moved back to Tasmania from Queensland. * Currently enjoying exploring parts of the city, walks in places along the river and occasional jaunts up the mountain.

Meiry and I have just taken a lovely house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It just takes 10 minutes walk to bus station and 25min to city. We are looking for a neat and tidy female roommate. Single room is for $200/week. Sorry no pets or smoking. We are girls in 20s，both easy-going and always busy with work/study in the daytime. No inspection coz the we could not obtain the key until 12/8，and unfortunately the owner is not in hobart after 20th of July. But we can provide you some short vedio about the house，it is really lovely！Sorry for the inconvenience.
"It's not a house, it's a home..." Just up the road from the iconic North Hobart restaurant strip and public transport, a short bicycle ride away from the CBD, nestled close to Knocklofty and within walking distances to Hill St grocer and the West Hobart butcher... Unmetered street parking is available, and there is dual access from Cato Avenue and Valley St. Bills (internet, gas, electricity, water) will be shared amongst housemates. The rooms are spacious and cosy. One room is smaller at 185/week and the other is much larger at 205/week. * Only the large upstairs room is available now.
From what my previous roomies and friends say, I am a funny guy who is friendly and clean. I've been in Melbourne since 2013 and moving to Hobart to pursue a Diploma in Leadership.
I have a beautiful two bedroom apartment in quiet, leafy Bathurst Street in West Hobart. The apartment is modern, light and warm with wooden floorboards throughout. The available room is a good size, 3.1m x 4.0m, with a built in wardrobe. The apartment will be furnished, but your room will not be. There is a shared bathroom and a living room that could be used as a study. Rent includes off street parking. This room is available from Monday, 23 July 2018. The rent is $225.00 per week, bills will be split equally.
During the week, I spend most of my time studying. On weekends, I enjoy going out for drinks with friends but also enjoy a bit of down time as well. Also like to keep pretty active, whether it be going to the gym or heading to the beach for a swim/surf or going for a ride. Can cook a decent feed, nothing super fancy, simple but tastes good enough I reckon haha. I'll always clean up after myself. I produce minimal noise pollution. Pretty chill bloke looking for a crash pad to share with some people. Looking to potentially move interstate for uni next year and so would be looking for at most a 6-8 month stay. Also planning to do a bit of travelling in this upcoming summer break.
