I love to cook and especially to bake, I am clean and realspectful. I’m not one for parties and prefer quiet weekends in. I have three pets. A fish, a budgie and a rabbit. The rabbit can’t be kept in a small hutch all day and she’s my baby. She is litter trained though! I like to play video games grow flowers and would love to be an addition to your home!
I'm from Brazil, moving to live and work in Perth on a permanent visa. I'm a very active person, like to be outdoors and around nature, go on hikes, and to travel whenever possible. At home I enjoy cooking, as well as keeping things clean and organized. I have previously lived in shared flats, so should be no problem to get along. Will typically stay in during weekdays, but would enjoy occasionally going out for eats and drinks on weekends. Since I will be moving from another country, I intend to have my daily routine established within a few weeks of settling in. Will arrive in Perth around Jan 30th, looking to stay close, or well-connected, to the CBD.
Hi, I’m Rebecca. 28 year old female. Moving from Darwin in January. I’ll be working full time as a doctor at Royal Perth so would like to be somewhere near by. I’m a clean, respectful person. Outside of work I’m interested in photography, music, skateboarding and most outdoor activities. Ideally I’d love to have housemates that I get along well with and can have a beer together occasionally. I do come with my pup, ‘speck’ he is a well behaved redheeler cross.. he is handsome and lovely, however I will need somewhere with an enclosed yard. Thanks!
I am a 23 year old from the United States. Looking for a place to stay and call home. I love hitting the gym and the beach and why not both now that the summers almost here. I'm clean and tidy, and respectful of peoples homes.
I grew up on the East Coast, on the surf coast, just outside of Geelong. I moved to Perth 6 years ago for work, but have spent much of this time living out of suitcases, working FIFO (as a Mechanical Engineer) and travelling the world. The FIFO party has come to an end and I'm starting work in the Perth Office. I like to be active, gym, cycling/mtb, beach, hiking, snowboarding, music etc. Any training/cycling buddies would be a bonus or house mates up for the occasional casual drink or cook up after work. I'm looking forward to being in Perth for the summer, could be time to give kite surfing a serious crack.
I’m currently working full time in the city and looking for a girl/girls around my age to live with! I'm clean and respectful and like to keep it pretty chill during the week. On the weekend I’m usually busy with sport commitments or catching up with friends. I’d ideally like to be within walking distance of a train station so it's easy to get to work! My move date is fairly flexible from December to January.
I am: * 30-something who works in govt & digital media. * Very clean and I live a minimalist lifestyle (you won't find my junk littered all over the place). * Super quiet (most people forget I'm there) * Work in the city * I'm super cool with LGBT+ * Pets are ok * I like rock climbing (I'm not that good), photography, good coffee and bingeing on Netflix * I will rarely use the kitchen (I don't cook due to current dietary requirements) and will only use a tiny amount of space in the fridge - so less cleaning and no fighting for room! * I do not smoke and rarely drink (It's cool if you're a smoker though, I don't judge) * I may vanish for extended periods of time, which can be weird for some, which I totally get. My needs: * furnished room * own room (no sharesies!) * not more than 2 other people/couples * no party houses * quiet place * max 4km walk to West Perth * wifi (upload speeds are important, so NBN) * good security * access to a door/window that can be left open at night & not have bright lights/loud noise/smells become an issue. In a nutshell, if you're looking for a low-maintenance, chilled out housemate I'm your guy!

Fully furnished, kitchen utensils, Wifi, Air-con, Flat-screen Tv, large balcony with outdoor glass table and chairs. Room has cabinet drawers, bedside tables that can be used/put into storage, and opposite to room is your own bathroom with laundry appliances.. $240 a week rent + electricity. 6 month lease minimum.
Walk to Work and Walk to parties. No long drives. The location is: 177B Fitzgerald Street, West Perth Naturally, West Perth is extremely close to the city, which counts for a lot considering Perth is quite spread out, and makes it easy to head north or south of the CBD. The house is about a 30 minute walk from the office if that helps put things into perspective. We’re also within walking distance of popular eat/drink/nightspots such as Northbridge, Leederville and Mt Lawley. Transport: - Absolute dream in terms of getting to / from work. I typically walk part the way to a high frequency bus stop within the free transit zone, catch the bus to the bus port and walk the remaining way once I’m in the CBD. Door to door its about 20 minutes, and buses come so frequently you’ll never need to wait more than 5 minutes. - We also live about a 5 minute drive to freeway entries (both north and south), which makes it really easy if you want to get somewhere around Perth (as the public transport is poor outside the CBD). For example, it makes it really easy to get to client sites based outside of the CBD, even during peak hour (because you won’t need to get far to get on the freeway and you’ll be going against the traffic). - Train station is about a 10 minute walk (to Leederville). But you probably won’t need to use it with how close the bus port is. House: - The house is relatively modern, and gets quite a lot of light through it. Note that there have been minor issues with sink holes, sealing the bathrooms showers etc. in the past. But these are generally the landlord’s problem, and are easily fixed if we get onto the agent. - The house has two stories, and is part of a block of four houses with a shared car port. We never really hear from the neighbours to be honest. - Two of the bedrooms are on the top floor and one is below (the housemate on the top floor is moving out). All rooms can fit a double bed. All 3 bedrooms have their own en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. The housemate that is leaving (me) is also selling the queen size bed and study table (free mattress, study chair and lamp) as attached images, only $450 for the whole package. Price can be negotiated if you would like to move in straight away with your luggage. - We have two allocated parking bays in the car port with permits for street parking on the side street (Fitzroy st). - Rent is $165 p/w excluding bills, only $660 for bond which is dirt cheap considering the location and getting an en suite each. Applications will have to be submitted directly to our real estate agent. The Perth rental market has been in decline for a little while now so it’s definitely a renter’s market. Other: - Depending on your hobbies, you have plenty of facilities within walking distance (gyms, pools rock climbing etc.). - Grocery shopping is also really easy, as again, there are plenty around the area within a 5-10 minute drive. I can point you out to the ones you want to go to / avoid There is quite a bit there, but it should give you a good idea. In summary, it’s the perfect location for working in the city and accessing Perth in general, rent is cheap, you get your own en suite and the house is relatively modern.
Hello! My name is Alan. I recently did a postgraduate course in engineering at Curtin Uni and I started to work in an Oil and Gas related company. My flatmate, Daniel, also recently graduated from the same course as me and he's currently working as a part-time.
