Hi there, I'm 24, working full time in advertising in West Perth. Looking to move closer to the city both for work and for the lifestyle. I work fairly long hours so keep things low key during the week, but enjoy being out and about on the weekends - heading down south, beaching, breakfasts, festivals, a few wines etc. I'm not looking for a party house, but would be nice to find somewhere a few wines can be shared over some music and good food. I like to contribute to keeping a clean & tidy home, and can cook pretty ok too. Other than that, I'm a genuinely considerate and respectful person. Whilst I'm fairly social, I value personal space and downtime. Looking for either an established home to share, or someone looking to start a new houseshare. Not in any rush to move out, would rather meet the right people/right home. Thanks! Shauni

Hey Guys, My name is Laura, I'm 25 from NZ and working full time in the city. I'm really laid back, tidy, sociable, independent and looking for a good place with good people. I am currently living in 175, Hay street. Looking for a fully furnished 1 bhk/Studio in Perth city/CBD. I am a 38 YO, male, full-time IT professional working for a reputed MNC from 8 AM - 6 PM in the city, so you will not see me in the house except in the night and the weekends. I am very neat and tidy, no party person. I will be paying the rent on time and can provide the references and the background check's if you want to cross check. I don't like to eat out much and will be cooking my own food. Mostly I will be cooking for 2/3 days at once and put in fridge so that I can reheat and eat. I don't have time to cook daily...so whomsoever share the apt with me, should be able to take some INDIAN spices/curry smell if they are not used to. We can work out a cooking schedule if you are very sensitive to INDIAN flavors. I have my own utensils for cooking and no need to worry about using your stuff :) Please update if you need more details. Thanks & Regards Manu
Seeking a private room and happy to share a bathroom. - I'm friendly and easy going - I like to hang out with my flatmates but also like alone time - I'm tidy, clean, organised and reliable with rent & bills - I've lived in sharehouses before so know the ropes Ideally looking for somewhere that is easy to get to my work in West Perth via public transport as I can't park at work. Wanting to sign a 6-12 month lease from first weekend in June. If I sound like someone who would be suitable to live in your home, please get in touch. Thanks Fiona
I am from South Africa but moved to Aus 7 years ago. I am studying business and french at UWA. I will be studying a lot durring the day but love a night out. I'm a very outgoing person and love the outdoors.
We currently have a room in our 4 bedroom West Perth home available from the 14th April. The house is a restored federation style home with all the trimmings – wooden floor boards, high ceilings etc and an amazing garden. Florence Street is close to everything that the city and surrounding suburbs have to offer. Mt Lawley is a 5 minute drive, Northbridge is the same and Leederville is 2 minutes down the road. We have West End Deli at the end of our street, so you will never be short of great coffee and a Sunday brunch.
Hello! I'm an 36 y/o Irish-Australian guy who has been living in Perth for 7 years now and very happy to call it my home. That being said, I'm yet to settle down and find my own place, and my current apartment is being renovated by the owner for her to move back into it. Hence, considering a flatmate! Is it you? To pay the bills, I solve problems for businesses (consulting / contracting / project work) and try to leave them in a better state than which I found them. Not always easy! Most recently, I was involved in setting up a new political party in WA, designed to put people back into decision making in Parliament - check out voteflux.org (I never stop spruiking the projects I'm passionate about). :) What makes me a good person to live with? I'm respectful, tidy, responsible and all those other attributes which would be considered standard. I can cook, play music, fix things and talk for hours about the nature of life and the universe. I know when to be quiet and to give people space. I'm comfortable with silence. I myself am an introvert by nature (in that I replenish my energy by spending time alone), but I am very social and love spending time with my friends. I'm not easily placed into a box... Just some random info about me: I've worked all over the world (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia) building mobile phone networks Love animals and I'm convinced I have a telepathic connection with dogs - woof woof!!! Spent 6 months in India learning yoga and doing research on yoga therapy I believe the burrito to be one of the crowning achievements of human civilisation I don't take myself too seriously, (about a 6/10 on the taking-oneself-seriously scale) My vices include: Books - I can't walk into a bookshop with buying something. My library contains more books than I will ever likely have time to read in my lifetime, but in my opinion, the value of a library is in the books you're yet to read - not necessarily the ones you've read. Shiraz - Not an alcoholic :p but I do enjoy my shirazes (what's the plural of shiraz? Shirazi? Shirazamattazes?). Nothing quite like a conversation over a glass of Shiraz. If you like Merlot, I won't hold that against you! - actually I might! :p Ideally, I'd like to live with one other person in a house / apartment which is big enough for us both to have a bit of space. I work from home on occasion, so a place with ample room for a desk would be a bonus. Aiming to live within 20 mins of the CBD, so if you're in that catchment area and would like to have a conversation to assess our compatibility, let me know. All the best! Daithi P.S. This website doesn't format text properly... I'm not a rambling typer! :p
